Bio: Rex is another new breed runner that is a product of his environment, growing up Sinless he was already dealt a bad hand from birth. This poor kid was shuffled around between foster homes and districts throughout his youth, he was abused, neglected and never properly educated since he was forever lost within the system. Rex never really had a chance to be successful and know an honest life, all he knew was violence, abuse and hurt. This led this kid straight into the life of the gangs and eventually into the world of the shadows.

        In this life Rex excelled, he grew up only knowing the streets and do to this he was a very wise and street smart kid. By the time he was 18 he already had as much experience within the shadows as any runner twice his age, he also had gallons of blood on his hands. Being a physical adept he was already light years ahead of most street gang bangers, and once he fully walked into the shadows Rex choose to seek revenge for all the years of abuse from brutal foster parents and gangs, he struck a fatal blow to the failing child care system by murdering it’s corrupt directer and butchering his family on New Years Day and becoming the sole suspect in the murders.

       Rex was arrested for the murders but do to his skilled defence lawyer and the prosecution being unprepared he was found not guilty and set free to vanish once again within the shadows. He now has settled down, and doesn’t go off half kilter and murder with no second thought, he is now a planed and tactile assassin who strikes a blow for those that are unable to defend themselves from being shackled and oppressed, Rex fights for the children and he is on a personal crusade to make sure the innocent don’t suffer like he did as a child, he wouldn’t wish his life on anyone else and for him it made him stronger and guided his development.

      This man will not sit by and let our future be raped, starved and murdered for no good reason and if he sees a chance to fight for the innocent he will, this has gotten Rex in hot water with a few of the older generation namely Spade in the past, but Spade doesn’t consider Rex a threat an thats probably the only reason Rex still breaths. Rex has learned that when it comes to Spade it’s best to just walk away for their is no reasoning with him and Spade would rather shoot first than talk. Though for Rex he is torn between his personal code and his survival instincts and this division keeps him going, though he knows when to walk away for there is always another worse problem to be dealt with and going head to head against Spade is just not worth the risk to his life, for if Rex is killed by Spade who will defend the other children from the real evil out there.
