Bio: Doc is basically the only level headed one of this gang and that is not saying much in the least, with Billy calling the shots this crew is destined for glory and an early grave. I guess it’s Docs wisdom that keeps them alive for this long, cant say much for any new people who join there ranks, basically anyone other then the original four have had a very short life expectancy with boarder runs, blockade crashing, hijacking and just gang and police shoot outs on a nightly basis it’s only a matter of time that some Regulator blood gets spilled and it’s normally the new guy who ends up dying on the street. Doc is the oldest of this gang and that’s why they look to him for his wisdom and but don’t think just cause Doc is the level headed one he wont kill you for no reason, he will and he has.

       Docs known circle ranking is as off 2065 so you can only imagine what is at now since these four outlaws are there own magical group, All we know about Doc before the Regulators is that he was a street kid that grew up in the back streets of Dallas and he met the others sometime is the early 2050’s in Seattle so please do not under estimate Doc in any way shape or form. These boys have made border running an art form and are not scared of death and charging right into machine gun fire. His skills with that riffle are unmatched and he is always with another regulator be warned unless you want to be another notch on his stock stay out of his way and you should be okay.
