Bio: This monster is at home in the Hand, Panama is one of the hands assassins, this man has been a card carrying member since there early days. Panama works wherever Alexander needs him and once dispatched he gets the job done and fast. This man can blend into any environment and fool even the most paranoid individual. I heard he infiltrated the UCAS Senate on more then one occasion and he has as well assassinated the Prime Minister of France while he was a state dinner. This Assassin is one of the best and Interpol has him on there watch list, though Panama can still find away to slip through security. Panama is one of the most sought out assassins for his skills, he is a master of poisons, toxins, biological agents, demolitions, and bladed combat he is also no joke when it comes to firearms though he prefers the crossbow and long bow. I have heard his skill is on par with legendary archer Arrow, and that scares the shit out of me. Panama is also a true master of stealth and has the silver tongue of the devil his glibness is legendary.

      Panama’s where about’s are unknown and he answers only to Alexander, basically Panama is Alexander’s version of Catfish and even his inner circle and council of elders are in the dark about Panama’s movements. This man is a total wildcard in the war in England or in the CAS, since we will never know if he has been dispatched till it’s to late. Lets just hope Alexander keeps Panama over in Europe and doesn’t extend his hand over here with this killer. Panama is no joke, this man is a heartless killing machine, if you see him contact the authorities and do not try to apprehend on your own. This man has filled more then one cemetery with bodies through the years and will have no care about adding you to the list of his victims.
