Bio: The problem solver of the Post Office is not alone as he seems to be in perfect company and being put to good use these days as their are plenty of problems to be solved. Well in Harold’s case its burying the past, framing the innocent, and tying up loose ends….sounds just like a Deaths Hand agent doesn’t it. well it seems they got the idea from the Post Office. The Electrician is a skilled assassin and cleaner as well, and when this old man is done nobody finds the bodies…well nobody thats not employed by the Post Office that is. This man is one of the best in the trade, he fully understands that all it takes is well placed surveillance and terror to make sure problems vanish into the cold dark night.

He deploys electrical equipment and weapons against his targets and fries them into submission, he uses our reliance on electricity as a tactic to deploy draconian terror games. This man works for the power company within the executive wing and has contacts and influence everywhere so he can simply show up in a town, one phone call and the entire region goes dark than its game on when the Electrician shows up to settle the score, send a brutal message or make a problem simply go away before the lights come back on.

He uses his age and grace as a weapon and can win over most people and with his legitimate power company ID he is easily gains access to the most crucial and private of locations. This man being Post Office is scary for one reason, unless you live off the grid he has legal access to billions of personal records and can deploy any Post Office agent to a secured location in seconds not to mention his own personal company as he is a handler like most problem solvers they have a group of pawns that work for them and do their bosses bidding with ease.

Harold is dangerous for other reasons and one is that he is trained in multiple martial styles, firearms and melee weapons not to mention CIA, Homeland and NSA interrogation and torture skills that would make John White blush. He has no heart and no soul and only does the bidding for Wilhuff, Arthur and Joshua…yes the Electrician he worlds premiere problem solver next to Cortex, Abstract, Sixx and Proxy is the direct hand of the real bosses of the Post Office and works only for them. Why does a Horseman need someone like Harold when they have Shelby, Albert and Brian well I guess someone that moves like a ghost in the night is to good to pass up. Also the bosses can simply hand the Electrician a dosses and walk away conscience clear and no worries about being called a villain.

Now with that rant over this man is really dangerous as well seeing we don’t know much about him other than he works for the power company and is trained in removing problems with ease. He has a staff of employees that work for him and do his bidding, he cares nothing for the targets and only the message or removal, he uses terror tactics to lure his pray into a a panic and than he swoops in and removes them with a quick bullet to the head. Harold also will send warning messages to his targets or simply alert them that they are now under surveillance, this normally means that death is lurking and they need to shape up or it’s to potters field next.

He is as well a master of surveillance trained by Wilhuff in all aspects of wire taps, cameras, microphones and everything else in the spies gizmo bag of goodies. He even designs his own tools and has been able to bypass any security system in use today……oh by the way Harold owns his own security company selling and installing his own security systems, if you think that doesn’t come with monitoring your dead wrong. I am trying to locate the company name though I feel I will fail or end up dead if I dig to deep, he works alongside the Monitor and as well sells his services to the Jamestowns. ‘

I am scared to think that he works for the Jamestowns and is on their payroll as well….the President is the fucking Godfather and will be able to give the Electrician state of the art technology from the CIA and as well use him to wire the entire capital…not like Wilhuff and the Horseman don’t already have that all bugged. But this time he can simply send in the electrician to fix a problem in a senators office and well either we need a new senator or he will be owned by Harold and hence Oliver and Wilhuff….anyone who says the Jamestowns and Horseman are not in bed together is a fool and needs a lobotomy.

This man is Post Office through and through and is a true man of mystery so I can’t report on………………………………………………………………………………………………Lights Out Sweet Prince.
