Bio: Chaveze is another wild child of the regulators, this man was born of Aztec and Sioux blood and do to this has some minor conjuring ability. He has been a Regulator his whole life and is a master of the blade, I have seen him go toe to toe with Edge, Ripper and Razor and come out on top. This Outlaw is one that will try to speak so sense into the Kid when doc’s wisdom fails, and then in the same breath he will go and do something completely insane. Chaveze has mugged and killed citizens for no more then there shoes and will not think twice to cut your throat for some spare credits, He like all the Regulators circle grade is only known as off 2065 and there has been an outstanding warrant for there arrest throughout the UCAS and CAS and this is the only Outlaw gang not welcome in Aztlan it appears the NAN is there only safe haven and I bet we can thank Chaveze for this.

        I love watching there antics on Shadow Beat and they make a reporters life so easy to get information on since if they are breathing, they are in the news. Sadly the public doesn’t feel the same way about these boys. They are tired of there antics and want the law to finally put this gang behind bars. Well they tried once before and the Regulators busted out faster then a bat out of hell leaving a trail of bodies behind them in there wake and one small CAS town in ruins and burning in the sunset. So it looks like the Regulators are here to stay and this is fine with me. As long as I don’t ever run into them in a dark alley of course, I might consider them to be the hero’s of the streets but I am still scared of them.
