Bio: Skipper is another one of the first riggers on the streets in those days and his speciality was you guessed it boats. He fancied himself a ships captain and dressed the part and hence the street name just fell into place. The Skipper like Ace didn’t get much credit for the work he did do since as the rigger he spent most of the job waiting for his team to return. Like Ace skipper has never lost a vehicle in combat. Unlike Ace, the Skipper took to piracy like a duck to water and would use the new remote rigging device that he created to slave rig multipliable armed ships to attack merchant vessels and passenger yachts. Holding them hostage with whatever runners he had with him, or in the case of yachts by himself. He would then kill the owners rob them and either keep the vessel or sell it off.

      We can thank the Skipper for two things one being the slave circuits and remote decks and two cyber pirates, If it wasn’t for him the families we know today wouldn’t exist and the waters would be a hell of allot safer to navigate. The skipper walked away from the shadows by force, he was chased out of port by the UCAS Navy and had his SIN banned from the UCAS. this lead him directly into the Governor’s path as he sent out a distress hail on the shadow network. He has worked with the Crimson Bloods ever since.

     We now know that Skipper is back in action as a Crimson Blood and now he has a Battleship at his command, he has never forgiven the UCAS from his excommunication and vows one day to get revenge. The Skippers vessel has been seen as part of blockade keeping UCAS ships from reaching England to help in the war. Guess even Pirates loyal to the Union Jack, are still just that Pirates. Skipper is scum, and needs to wind up rotting in davy jones locker.
