 Bio: Highway is a fixer within the boarders of Seattle and this man deals with the rare and hard to find. Highway will probably be really pissed off that he has been outed on the site and well tough. This man is a real curmudgeon and just down right bastard to deal with, when this man quotes you a price well thats it and there is no negations. He understands that money talks an bullshit walks, so it’s basically his way or the highway and if you don’t like it well tough. Highway will not let you leave with the items your were trying to fence and he employees some of the scariest security agents in the business so lets just say if you seek out Highway you best be ready to deal. This man is willing to take basically anything, and do to this sometimes he can be your only option as a fixer.

         Highway also is a master of information and if you need to know anything about anyone their is only one man to speak with and that is Highway where he gets his information is unknown but I do know he works with Mr. Black of the Post Office so one can assume that’s where it comes from. Highway is a serious threat an again should not be taken lightly. This fixer is hands on and can dominate most threats himself before his security steps in to clean up the mess.

         He is willing to take on new clients but you must first find the man, second pass his security scrutiny and background check. Though once you are a client of his Highway will treat you better. Wait what am I saying, he is a cranky old man and he will grumble no matter who you are, though he is one of the best in the business and with his speciality being information his fee is steep. So if you have the credits and your willing to deal with his attitude maybe you can become one of Highways clients. Though remember this man is very old school and he will have no issues with hiding a body, and it’s his way or the highway.
