S.O.T.C (SONS)
The SOTC are a unique bunch of of raciest bastards, this group was founded by Edward Davis as a paramilitary organization to stand against the tyranny of the Native Americans and there Great Ghost Dance and then the Treaty of Denver. Davis believed it was time for the south to rise again and fight for there precious way of life and to save Dixie Land from be swallowed whole by the newly forming United Canadian American States and the Devils of Aztlan. Feeling pressure from the federal government the Southern senators and governors started swaying to to the whims of the masses. Davis felt that this was the time to make his move and show the Federal Government and Corporate CEO’s that Dixie Land would not stand for any of this. It was time for the Old South to return and for the tree of liberty to be refreshed. Davis sent out a call to any and all southern men and women who were feed up and tired of the pressure being placed on there state leaders to crumble under the banner of the UCAS and Aztlan. What Davis didn’t expect was the Senators of the Southern States and former boarder states of the Old Confederate America would as well agree with Davis and in unison these states seceded from the Union refusing to sign the Treaty of Denver.
This second secession was not taken lightly as the newly formed UCAS was already suffering sever power and land lose from the Great Ghost Dance and subsequent Treaty of Denver. The UCAS sent an order to the Southern Leaders that they must rejoin the UCAS or face repercussions for there traitorous actions. The leaders of Dixie land returned a unified shout of Hell No by opening fire on once again on the UCAS forces and bases that would not join the Confederates. This was the beginning of the second Civil War in the spring of 2020, this war was just as bloody as the first Civil War with the nation ripped apart once again in a brutal war, the only problem was this time the South was ready for the long haul and the North was not. The Confederates fought hard and with all there might knowing that everything would be lost if they lost this time. They were fighting for there sheer survival and the right to be free of the corruption, and tyranny of the Treaty of Denver.
The War was over by the winter of 2023 and it left over 75,000 Americans dead or disabled and the landscape forever shattered, the boarder states lay divided between UCAS and CAS control and the southern capital once declared as Atlanta moved to Richmond to spit in the face of the UCAS. The people of the new nations forever scarred and what was to come for this broken nation was yet even more disastrous. Davis felt that he needed to keep an armed force of men in the ready for when and if there came a time to properly defend Dixie once again. This is how the SOTC came to be, the Sons where all veterans of the second civil war and could trace there family linage to the original confederacy. The exact numbers of this unit has been forever lost when the great internet virus came to be and whipped the worlds data network away in 2029 and from that point everything about this group has adapted to keep up with the times.
Eventually under pressure from the UCAS and the NAN the Confederate President signed the Treaty of Denver as a sign of progress and peace towards the UCAS, NAN and Aztlan but all this did was show Davis that his beloved Dixie was going to fall once more and the blood spilled and shed for there beloved Dixie was nothing but in vain once the treaty was signed in the fall of 2035. In response to the signing of the Treaty Davis marched over 100,000 members of his Klu Klux Klan into the streets of the Federal District of Columbia in formal protest. This was met with an armed resistance and seen as an act of war from the Confederates and once again war broke out between the two fragile nations. This war was very damaging to both nations as it weakened the might of both and also exhausted the coffers allowing for corporations to get there greedy little hands into the capitals and force change, that was already in the works though this allowed for a complete power grab. The war ended by the winter of 2035 with thousands dead and the whole country mourning the loose of all these brave men for no significant reason other then hate.
This was when the UCAS and the CAS began there talks of peace and passing the olive branch across the boarder, this was done by opening embassies in there cities, exchanging Senators to be representatives within each others hallowed halls and continuing talks of peace between the presidents. Well this was all fine and dandy, but Edward Davis and his SOTC was still alive and well within the CAS and now they were even more upset and wanted to restore Dixie once again and they knew that they would have to destroy the system from within and force change through a show of rebellion. Davis also knew that if kept the race wars going inside the South and as well across the boarder peace will never be truly found, and tensions between the UCAS and the Confederacy would remain. Davis managed to get the CAS to send Senator August Prichard an Senator Jefferson Jones to the UCAS hallowed halls in the FDC and use other SOTC members to apply a violent pressure to there own military force to destabilize the system.
Eventually Davis had crossed the line with the race wars with his Klan and was branded a war criminal and charged with racially motivated hate crimes and he was forced to flee his beloved Dixie land and pass the torch to his second in command of the SOTC to Gary Roberson who also commanded a elite force of the SOTC referred to as the Texas Elite. Gary not only being Davis’s second was also an evangelical minister that used his ministry recruit and funnel money into the coffers of both the Klan and SOTC. He would preach his hate and twist the minds of the faithful to see the CAS, NAN, Aztlan and people of colour to be the real enemy of Dixie and would tell his people to carry the sword of God and go out and slay the demons of Dixie Land. The biggest issue for the CAS at this point was that Gary’s followers where many in number and very fanatical so when he said go out and slay the enemies of Dixie all they heard was slay the enemies of God and eventually they caused enough of a issue that Gary was forced to flee and pass the torch to an unknown member of the SOTC.
As well by this point many of the older SOTC had gotten themselves in positions of heads of states and even infiltrated the CAS military, this once minor threat was spreading like a plague across the South and had grown to a substantial threat. The CAS government was powerless to stop them and couldn’t extinguish the fires once they were lit, since Gary was still broadcasting his ministry from an undisclosed location and Davis was still calling the shots from within the boarders of Seattle. The wrath of this group and the Klan was being felt all over North America and eventually drew the attention of Freedom Patriots Commander Archibald Kingsbury. Kingsbury sat down with Davis and had talk about the future of the SOTC and the Patriots, where Kingsbury didn’t agree with the racial tensions and racism towards the people of colour other then citizens of the NAN, and Aztlan and this was enough for both leaders to come to terms and agree to work with each other in a joint effort to rid the world of the blasted enemies of America. They also came to an agreement over the Confederacy and Union, Kingsbury and Davis agreed that once the war was over they would divide the country between the two forces, North and South and since the CAS had boarder states divided the Union would give them the whole state and they would stake claim to New Mexico and Arizona, and Nevada and they would divide California in the middle giving both the Union and the New Confederate States of America the southern half. Needless to say this did not sit well with the leaders of North America, as these two groups had a very large force and combined there numbers where greater then the entire military might of North America.
Davis and Kingsbury also agreed that each should offer one of there men to each other as an advisor to other as a show of trust, and so Davis sent Pitbull to Kingsbury and the Patriots sent Redrum to Davis. This allows both groups to maintain contact with each other and as well show there is now deception going on. Davis also had a plan in the works to get himself and Gary back into the CAS. That plan came to violation when the Deaths Hand came to Davis looking for an alliance and Davis needed a pardon for himself and Gary in his beloved Dixie, between the workings of Senator Prichard now Ambassador Prichard and the Negotiator a pardon was secured, a deadly alliance formed and a call to action declared. Davis in only a few hours was able to slip out of Seattle and return to Dixie Land with Gary, he also launched and offensive on the CAS capital and state capitals that hasn’t been seen in decades. Davis played his hand on that cold morning in November of 2073 and entered the history books once again. He in a single night successfully launched an offensive and forced a unanimous surrender of the CAS to the SOTC and Klan. Though the Deaths Hand is know involved in the Confederate south, but the flag lying in Richmond is the CSA (Confederate States of America), the Deaths Hand has only minimal presence in that region. Though this means there is an attack coming from Kingsbury in the near future, you can feel the tension in the air and it is only a matter of when not if. My readers our great nation will soon be involved in another bloody Civil War once again, let this be a warning to you North America will once again be covered in the blood of Patriots and Tyrants and our landscape forever changed once again. This has been boiling for decades really if not more, and it’s about time or the pot to boil over. keep your loved ones close and prepare for a war that might not end quickly, this war will be our final stand, if Kingsbury and Davis win everything we have come to know and cherish will be forever gone and if they loose we will be to week to resist Alexander and the Deaths Hand God Help Us All.
SOTC (Leadership)
Edward Davis: Davis also known as Powder Keg or the Dragon is the Commander in Chief of the SOTC and the Imperial Wizard of the Klu Klutz Klan. He has also proclaimed himself President of the Confederate States of America (CSA). Davis is a man of action and has decreed that the fighting will not stop till the last of the enemies of the state are either killed or driven out of Dixie. He as well proclaimed that the new CSA will never sign the Treaty of Denver and will fight till there last dying breath till every tyrant of the NAN has paid the blood price for there sins against the Non Natives during the Ghost Dance and they are either rendered extinct or back on there properly guarded reservations and demilitarized. He is offering citizenship to any Native willing to denounce there creed, there heritage, people and the NAN and join the Confederate States of America’s army to fight against the tyranny of the Native American Nations. He has not made a similar offer to the citizens of Aztlan only stating to that Nation, the Boarder is closed, your people in my country are being rounded up, your corporate buildings seized and soon death will be knocking on your door. He also told Alexander that his General Seth Mackintosh is allowed to remain on CSA soil by the grace of God. You try to use him to conquer the Confederates and Hell will be unleashed upon the entirety of the Hand within his nation.
Gary Robertson: Gary also known as Dixie an Senior is the second in command of the SOTC, he is as well the high commander of the elite warriors group known as the Texas Elite. Gary is currently using his ministry to continue to pollute the minds of the citizens of the Confederate South and as well he oversees the day to day actions of the SOTC forces. Gary is responsible for containing the Aztlan threat and reinforcing the Texas division to prepare for an assault into Aztlan. Gary has his hands full with impending war and as well dealing with CAS authorities that still believe they have a chance to arrest and reclaim the south for the CAS and restore peace. Gary has retook Fort Hood from the Deaths Hand and has reopened the Stone Wall Production line, telling General Mackintosh don’t mess with Texas the base is ours not yours. This commander is a force to be reckoned with and he has the will of the people behind him.
Jefferson Jones: Jefferson also know as Regal is another high commander of the SOTC he is currently sitting as Davis’s Vice President and overseeing the North Carolina division of soldiers. Jefferson though as Vice President can at a moments notice take command of any other states forces if he feels they are not being put to proper use. He is very dangerous since he was once inside the UCAS senate and when he left prior to the attacks he stole crucial military secrets and national secrets. Regal can basically hold the entirety of the UCAS hostage at a moments notice, and if he gave that information to Kingsbury we could be in serious trouble. The former CAS military just fell in line and accepted the SOTC as there new commanders seeing that they are staying true to what the Confederates originally fought for. This being said, the CSA has basically tripled there military might and have nothing to worry about from rebellious soldiers. This is good for the SOTC bad for the rest of North America. Regal was able to succour there full loyalty, how I have no Dreaking Idea.
August Prichard: Ambassador Prichard also known as Buzzard is one of the SOTC top officials, this bastard set in motion many of the events Davis has been working on for years. He was able to weasel his way to the trusted position on the Armed Services comity during his tenure as a Senator for the CAS as a representative to the UCAS. He as well used his skills to fool the UCAS citizens that he was loyal and compassionate to the cause of reunification and peace between the the two nations, all the while working shady back room deals to further the cause of the SOTC. He also got himself nominated to be the ambassador to the CAS in Seattle knowing that he would be closer to his commanders and as well privileged to top secret CAS and UCAS intelligence while he was in the embassy and diplomatic immunity would shield him. He is one of the few SOTC that is known to as well be part of the Deaths Hand and working deals between the two agencies. August is the man behind the pardons for Davis and Robertson and the SOTC attacks on the capitals. The Buzzard is a devastating political and military opponent and he is a master of shielding himself from retaliation. This bastard is going to play a major role in the war and his full agenda is still unclear, he has been a staunch SOTC for his entire professional life and know he as well holds loyalty to Alexander and the Deaths Hand. This man is serious threat, and even now is untouchable by governmental authorities, leave it to the Buzzard to be prepared for the rise of the New America and capitalize off of this in some manner.
SOTC (Regional Commanders) <Known>
Emmett Bird: Emmett also known as Long Horn is the regional commander for the State of Tennessee, he hails from Texas and is as well part of the feared Texas Elite (See Below). Emmett is a fierce leader and commands his people with honour, he is loved by the SOTC and the locals in Tennessee for his commitment to the reunification of there divided state. He is constantly fighting for the rights of his people and Dixie land, Emmett has declared that the UCAS is not welcome within his state and unless they stand up to the NAN he will bring hell down upon them till they either submit or perish. Emmett is more than ready for the war and has command of a very large force that is ready for action, he has been recruiting from the UCAS side of Tennessee for years and when the Confederate States of America flag rose on that cold November morning the leaders in the UCAS side of his state have been growing ever more nervous and for damned good reason.
Morley Shepherd: Morley also known as the Gator is another regional commander of a divided state, he oversees Oklahoma as there Governor. He is also in command of the Oklahoma division of the SOTC and very upset about his states boarder being ripped in two by the UCAS and has vowed to his people that Oklahoma will once again be whole. Morley is a politician by trade, though he has done his time in the military and has fought hard for the cause. This man will like nothing more then to enter the northern section of his state and use force to reclaim his land. Morley is a serious problem for the UCAS and he knows it, He has been recruiting from the northern half of his state for years and using fear tactics to battle the boarder and security forces there, the people people of Northern Oklahoma don not want a war against the Gator and the SOTC. He has also been authorised to establish a force of elite warriors like the Texas Elite to act as defenders of his land, this group is called the Oklahoma Guard (See Bellow). This Confederate is more then ready for war against the enemies of the state, he doesn’t agree with Davis’s allegiance with Kingsbury and the Patriots but he understands the need and is willing to comply as long as Oklahoma remains a Confederate State.
Seth Mackintosh: Seth also known as Hyena is the direct commander of the Alabama division of the SOTC and as well the Deaths Hand general appointed to the region of the CAS. Seth has already over reached his command by attacking a Texas military post in Gary Robertson’s territory and was punished swiftly for it. This man is walking a dangerous line between the Hand and SOTC and one false step can land him in very hot water. Do to his Deaths Hand connections this man has lost much of the favour of the people of Alabama but he still has the loyalty of the SOTC forces there and from what I have been able to uncover thats a very impressive number of armed and battle ready soldiers. As well do to Deaths Hand tactics he has already secured control over the states CAS military forces and State Guard, Seth is more then ready for war and his actions over the next few months could very much refine the landscape and the country.
Philip King: Philip also known as Cotton is the regional commander of the South Carolina division of the SOTC, this man rules his territory with an iron fist. This region has long been under SOTC control though this region Cotton kept it within the Shadows and allowed Davis and the Klan to appear to be the enemy. When in reality He was fully in control and the SOTC was well implemented and outfitted, Philip used his time in politics to empty the prisons of SOTC rebels and Klan members by issuing full pardons and in doing so he increased his numbers ten fold. He also knew the more liberal Governor and state leadership would cause a rift with the people in his state driving more of them over to him and the SOTC and he was correct. When the new leadership took over and caved to UCAS pressure and signed the Treaty and welcomed there citizens with open arms. The people of the State cried once again for a change and thats where Cotton stepped in and stole command of the entire state with a well timed coo and South Carolina has been fully under the command of Philip ever since and the SOTC have some very scary numbers in that state.
Orson White: Orson also known as Mars is the feared commander of the Georgia division of the SOTC, don’t let this man’s suburban dad appearance fool you. Mars is nothing but a cold calculating killer and he fears nothing, Orson is a as well a member of the Klan and not only a member he is the Grand Dragon overseeing all of Georgia’s Klan activity. Orson uses both the Klan and the SOTC to fight his war against the weak CAS government and has basically crushed the state into submission. The people of Georgia might not like Mars for his brutal tactics but they respect his leadership and resolve to crush the evil NAN and Aztlan. Mars as well keeps the fires of hate burning in the state and has been resurrecting the old south, through the use of fear and terror with lynchings, cross burnings, hooded marches, and just making sure the people of colour stay in there proper locations. Georgia’s race relations have been set back over a century and forget about diversity there either, the people might not agree but they find it easier to comply with Orson than to feel the wrath of Mars. Once Davis sends the call to war Mars will be ready and able to send a vary large force to aid in any and all battles for the SOTC.
Lowell Townsend: Lowell also known as the Headmaster is the regional commander for Virginia and this man is a real rat bastard, the State of Virginia has always been under the command of the SOTC but they just never knew it till recently. Lowell is as well a Grand Dragon of the Klan for Virginia and has used his mass numbers of Klan’s men to strike fear into the hearts of the states locals. He has stolen the Governors seat of Virginia and got the state assembly to overturn term limits allowing him to remain as the longest sitting Governor in history. He uses the Klan to intimidate voters and pressure undesirables out if his state, all the while brainwashing the states military forces to follow the will of the SOTC. the Headmaster has been laying in weight with a massive force one of the SOTCs largest with over a million armed and ready troops. mere miles from the Federal District of Colombia. When war is declared we are in for some serious trouble from this commander, he can have his military armed and ready for deployment faster then the UCAS and he can be within the boarders of the FDC in mere hours and marching down Pennsylvania avenue. This Confederate means business and with the SOTC having there flag flying in Richmond war is close and do to the war in England our military forces are prepared for what’s about to come knocking on our capitals door.
Wesley Taffer: Wesley also known as Scimitar is the regional commander for Florida, Wesley has been the states Governor for over 3 decades now and it doesn’t seem like this Confederate will be stepping down any time soon, he had the state Constitution ratified so he wouldn’t have to worry about term limits and the people of Florida just love there Confederate Governor. He has brokered an alliance with the Caribbean League and as well has firmly planted the flag of the SOTC in his state, and swearing of an allegiance to the failing CAS. Wesley is more then ready for the war and he has been preaching for years that the SOTC and the Patriots needed to strike hard and fast against the NAN and Aztlan and this war has been decades over do.
Jonathan Albert: Jonathan also known as Copperhead is the regional commander for Mississippi, and this man is as cruel as they come. He would be a perfect fit for the Deaths Hand if he wasn’t already a SOTC commander and Davis really needs to keep a close eye on this viper. This man has slithered his way into the state politics and has managed to hang on to the Governors seat for way longer then he should. he enacted martial law in Mississippi to suspend the election system basically indefinitely allowing him to remain Governor and anyone who speaks out against this viper has an unfortunate accident. Copperhead is one of Davis’s toxicology specialists and he uses the swamps and banks of the great river to harvest his natural toxins, these are the same poisons that keep the enemies of the SOTC and of himself silent. He is not a member of the Klan like many of the other regional commanders but he does extend courtesy to them in his state and basically freely pardons any that get in trouble with the law. He does this as a favour to Davis and to the regional Grand Dragon, and for this courtesy the Klan make sure that Albert’s will is enforced and the SOTC are not challenged. Albert’s then allows the Klan to work freely and do damn near whatever they want and the police are powerless to stop them. Any officer caught trying to arrest a Klan’s man or SOTC member is either fired and thats being nice, or they meet an untimely end or their family finds a rattlesnake or copperhead in there bed the hard way. The Copperhead is a cruel commander, but his men respect him for he is all in for the cause and faces execution if this fails so for Jonathan Albert he has absolutely nothing to loose and everything to gain.

SOTC (Assassins)
Thomas Kissinger: Thomas also known as Gargoyle is the SOTCs top assassin, this man is a true master of the shadows and even to the point that other shadow warriors fear the Gargoyle. He holds the highest degree of black belt in the art of ninjutsu in multiple forms of that shadow art. He as well holds many other black belts and has even developed his own personal martial art form, the Gargoyle is a master with all forms of weaponry and is also a crack shot. The Gargoyle is the man the SOTC use to strike fear and make sure there message is heard loud and clear, he stalks the shadows and rooftops this man can be basically anywhere so if the Gargoyle has been dispatched and your the target just make sure your affairs are in order cause your death is most certain. He moves like the wind and strikes like lighting, this man is force to be reckoned with and feared. He has brought the Yakuza into the fray and still he has managed to keep them in check and in there place, Gargoyle is also allowed to work for the Patriots when they need his special brand of terror. Remember readers, he keeps the Yakuza in check, let that sink in for a minute, yes they fear the Gargoyle and his Clan enough to not want to invoke his ire. This is an assassin you don not want to tangle with in any manner, he is a true ninja master.
Col. Jeb Richard Trask: Jeb also known as the Badger is Edward Davis’s personal assassin, this man has dedicated a vast majority of his adult life to serving to order and bringing a final end to those that stand in the way of the SOTC. The Badger is a man who has never felt the bitter taste of defeat and rumoured to be unstoppable once he is let loose, this killer is cunning, resilient, and can think five steps ahead so it’s basically imposable to outwit or trap this killer. It is rumoured that the Badger is the sole reason the UCAS surrendered as quick as they did to the confederates during the second Civil War. Not only being an assassin the Badger is as well second in command of the Louisiana division of the SOTC, this makes this assassin even deadlier since he can be commanding his forces and still states away striking down a target worthy of his skill and time. This man has survived for decades on nothing but his skill and wit alone, he has hunted the best within the shadows and politics and he is still here and they are long dead, Jeb is a true terror and he knows the shadows like one knows the back of there own hand, this man is to be feared and respected cause to not is to set yourself up to be killed by the Badger.
Scott Evens: Scott also known as Sheets is one of the assassins of the SOTC, he is sent into a state or city to send a very violent message to the locals that any tolerance of the non Confederates will not be tolerated. He is as well a member of the Klan and uses his hate to lure impressionable youths to his cause and get them to create trouble in various cities for local law enforcement allowing for Sheets to make an easier hit and escape. This killer is very raciest and fighting to restore the Old South and destroy any progress that has been made in civil rights. Sheets pulls double duty for both the Klan and the SOTC, he thrives in combat and it’s hard to call him an assassin since stealth is not this man’s style. He uses brute force and physical beatings to send his message, nothing scares the people more than bearing witness to a brutal street beating where death is most certain going to be the outcome. Sheets will also take on anyone who tries to stop him and either send them to the hospital or morgue. Not many people are brave enough to stare down sheets so when the SOTC needs to emphasize a point the unleash this bastard.
Steven Hall: Steven also known as Noose is another assassin for the SOTC, he is there message sender that to anger the SOTC will end badly. Noose kills by strangling his targets with a garrotte and leaving their bodies where they died, he strikes swiftly and is gone just as quick. If a more brutal message needs to be sent, noose will hang his victims by there neck ties or shirts from rafter, fans or anything that is public and able to support there body weight. His kills are never mistaken as suicide and the message is always clearly herd. Noose is responsible for the very public death of former Florida Governor James Grant, when his body was found hanging from the ceiling fan from his neck tie and his body left to spin under the fan as the pubic entered the hall to witness the signing of treaty that would allocate land in Florida to be claimed by the NAN. His murder at Nooses hands prevented that and no new Governor even dared to contemplate signing the deal since they feared the infamous Noose.
Franklin Walker: Franklin also known as the Bogeyman is the terror of the south and has been the thing of nightmares for CAS soldiers since the Second Civil War. This man during the war fought along side them and then once the war was over and the SOTC began it’s quest to restore the old south he has been fighting against them. This man is the SOTC version of Timber and has caused more soldier suicide then anything else. When the SOTC Commanders or Leaders need a post to fall in place they unleash the Bogeyman into there ranks and all it takes is a few days and the men are more then willing to swear loyalty to the SOTC and turn on there former commanders out of fear of the Bogeyman. What this killer does to his victims is only whispered about through legend and I will show respect to his victims and keep it that way. He is so feared that even mentioning his name before a mission or setting up camp can get the soldier beaten by his fellow men, they fear even talking about the Bogeyman is enough to bring him upon them. There is even a full training seminar at the CAS basic training about how to tell if the Bogeyman has been in your camp. Its Called “The Missing Solider” and this training is often enough to scare some recruits into committing suicide or trying to go AWAL. I bet Donovan Trask sleeps easier now that he is allies with the SOTC knowing the Bogeyman is on his side, though now that war is on the horizon, the UCAS soldiers must be very nervous that the Bogeyman is soon to be lurking once again in there camps.
SOTC (Special Operations)
Ted Baker: Ted also known as Pyre is the SOTC lead demolitions expert and commands there explosives division. Pyre and his people are not connected to any one region and are sent to wherever they are needed. Though most of Pyres people are normally stationed with a specific commander he is not. Ted goes where he is needed and when they unleash the Pyre into a region it’s normally to send a very messy message cause something is going to explode and lots of people are about to die. His work has been felt all across the CAS and even within the UCAS, Pyre has even blown the NAN embassy inside Richmond to smithereens and as well destroyed the Native History Museum in the FDC. Pyre might look young but thats a lie, this man has been through the same genetic age procedure that Ducky and many of the Originals and others underwent. So this man has been operating as long as Ticker and Polaris and is just as skilled as both of these monsters. Jack Bing: Jack also known as Hound is the SOTC Decker, this man is a serious threat to the complete sanctity of North America, I know most major deckers I report on I fear. Hound I am terrified of. This man has unleashed some serious hitters to locate me and he has already found and personally murdered my wife and youngest son while I was away. Do to the perseverance of the Hound I have had to move locations often and send the rest of my family into hiding. I just hope I can finish this site before he tracks me down, the hound is a decker that is just as deadly out of the matrix as he is inside it. This man uses wireless adapters and internal decks combined with external wired decks to breach security systems that should never be able to be cracked. He also remains fully aware of his surroundings so he can respond in combat if needed, there is no sneaking up on the hound once he is in your system and he never suffers dump shock so deckers out there, don’t try that tactic on the Hound all your going to do is piss him off. Neil Fairfax: Neil also known as Daytona is the Rigger and chief of the SOTC Motor Pool This man is the reason Outlaw country is so damn dangerous as he rules the highways and wastelands in between the cities. Nothing moves through these regions without Daytona knowing about it and he decides what actually makes it into a city. This Rigger is one of North Americas best and also one of the most feared wasteland raiders. This rigger serves the SOTC loyally and uses his skills to aid in any vehicle combat, like Smoky of the Deaths Hand this Rigger has figured out how to hijack another riggers rig and can operate an entire fleet of vehicles from miles away. Daytona is a major threat, his skills in combat are unmatched by most and his love for complete annihilation of his enemy is well documented, he will be a major problem for the UCAS and any other enemy of the state during the impending war do to Daytona controlling the back country.
George Eaton: George also known as Pitbull is the SOTC member that has been sent to be an advisor to Kingsbury and the Patriots, he was sent to the Patriots since this man shares similar values and can relate to the cause of the Patriots. George is 100% confederate but he knows and understands what the real problem is and has been preaching and fighting against the NAN ever since the signing of the treaty. Leave it to this bastard to never quit and keep fighting regardless of how wrong he is, George was the man who advised Davis to speak with Kingsbury and begin there now legendary talks. The Pitbull has been working the back rooms as long as the best and for him war is desired, if the nation explodes into a full blown war do to the actions of the SOTC and the Patriots he will not only profit greatly, he will see advancement within the halls of the SOTC and as well see the blood of his enemy flow once again.
Crawford Sturgis: Crawford also known as Harley is a top recruiter and trainer for the SOTC, he operates from within the boarders of the UCAS. This bastard lives within the suburban world and has fully infiltrated the lives of the impressionable youth and parents with his vile hate speech and propaganda. Crawford has made people believe he is a trustworthy educator and teaches American History when in reality he uses this position to pollute the minds of the trusting students and parents with his SOTC agenda. Harley might appear to be just a teacher, and very unimposing with his spectacles and daily suits and patriotic bow ties, bit don’t be fooled. He is a master mercenary holding the rank of Colonel and his tongue is just a silver as the devils. If your kids have this man as there teacher or are in a school he teaches in, transfer them before he pollutes their fragile minds and turns your children into storm troopers for the SOTC or even worse now the Patriots. He has entrenched himself deep into the community and is beloved, so easier to avoid him then go head to head with this monster.
Bernard “Nostradamus” Grassley: Bernard also known as the Overseer is the right hand man of Edward Davis, he is his personal advisor. This man is like the Prophet for the Patriots, he uses his predictions to aid the SOTC to victory. This man is as well one of SOTCs chief combat guards, he uses his minds eye to predict the whereabouts and actions of any enemy threat to there home base. The Overseer is a man of many skills and as a physical adept he lends his combat prowess to the aid of his Confederate Brothers. The Overseer is a man of action and cares not to be cooped up in an office or hidden away, he feels his visions will guide him and protect him, and as of current it surly has. The Overseer has been able to thwart any attempt to assassinate or abduct him, the Overseer is normally flanked by SOTC assassins or hardened soldiers and at best Edward Davis. So just getting close to him is a challenge not many are willing to take, and if he has predicted the attack he is completely ready and has already foresaw the events and outcome. Best bet is to leave the Overseer alone, this is one visionary you do not want to tangle with.
Norris Brooks: Norris also known as Pops is the SOTCs Fixer and Dealer, this man can get anything and has dirt and information on just about everyone. Norris’s front keeps changing and he only does business with people he knows and they must pass a initial background check. So good luck finding Pops if you are not connected to the SOTC and crossing this old man is very bad news as Pops is a member of the fabled Texas Elite. (See Below For Further Information On Pops)
Earl O’Connell: Earl also known as the Commandant, is the Fleet Admiral for the entirety of the SOTC and CFS Naval fleet. He is a master seaman and has taken to brute force tactics and piracy to keep the southern waters free of any unauthorised vessels. This man has caused more damage to enemy fleets in a very short time then any other known naval commander. He has already shredded the Aztlan Navy, taken control over the Panama Canal and is applying pressure to the CFS navy. The Commandant is one of the most feared Admirals ever to sail the seas and he has completely forsaken his claim to the throne of England in order to stay true to Edward Davis. He is completely married to the SOTC and to the cause, this is one Confederate that everyone should fear and loath.

TEXAS ELITE
The Texas Elite well here is a special forces division of the SOTC, this group is the best of the best the SOTC has to offer. They are under the command of Gary Robertson and all hail from Texas, these men where all born in the Lone Star state and can trace there lineage to the first Civil War of Texas Descendants. These men have sworn there full loyalty to Texas first and then the SOTC and they answer only to Davis, there goals are simple the destruction of the NAN and Aztlan and not exactly in that order. They are fighting for the glory of there beloved Texas and they blame the NAN and Aztlan for the desecration of there beloved homeland, and plan to take there land back by force and the spilling of tyrants blood. This group brings a whole new meaning to the words “Never mess with a Texan!” cause these bastards are the best and most intense soldiers the CAS has ever seen and alone they are deadly as a unit they are as deadly as a twister.
The Texas elite recruit from the ranks of runners, mercenary guilds, CAS and UCAS military and raider camps, the recruit must be a Texas native with Texas lineage, they must be battle proven and ready, and willing to swear off any national loyalty and swear there loyalty to the Texas and the SOTC. If the recruits are willing to do this, they then move into the second stage witch is a gruelling six month training period deep in the Texas deserts where only 30% of all recruits survive and those who die are left to become one with the land. This training period is so intense that even those that survive are changed forever and emerge a even more deadly and dangerous soldier, sadly the Elite are very secretive of there training process that my contact that gave me this much was assassinated before he could divulge any more state secrets.
The Elite numbers are about 250 battle ready men and women, who are the fiercest warriors the world has ever seen, I am not going to list all 250 since I don’t know every member of this group, and only Davis and Robertson do. Though I will list the owns I have found out, this group listing will contain some very scary people from all walks of life, since being a member of the Texas Elite is not illegal. Be very cautious with the information being revealed here, these people will go to any lengths to keep this information secret and like I said before these are some very dangerous people and they are truly the best of the best.
Dixie: He is the leader of the Texas Elite and this man has to be very formable in combat, this means this preacher is more then just a mouth and his skills on the battlefield are spot on (See Profile Above in SOTC)
Long Horn: Don’t be fooled this man is a monster in combat and being a member of the Elite proves that fact. I do wonder how he will handle the duty of forming the new Tennessee Elite while being part of this fearsome unit. Though if Long Horn uses the same tactics with training the new Elite unit, this could be very bad for the UCAS and the enemies of Tennessee. Long Horn is a man of action and words this man is one of the Elites high command and oversees some of the deadliest warriors we have come to know. If he can keep these madmen focused I can only imagine what he can do with his new unit that he was given the authority to form and command. (See Profile Above in SOTC)
Harley: Harley is a former CAS officer, who served in the Texas Division during the Second Civil War and joined the Texas Elite and SOTC shortly there after. This man is one dangerous soldier and his skills in combat are spot on, as I said before about Harley he is a fanatic for the cause and he will fight till his last dying breath for his beloved Texas. He might be stationed in the UCAS currently but for him it is just a hurdle that needs to be overcome for the betterment of America and Texas. He is only looking for one outcome during this war and he needs your children to die for this to happen, Harley’s military knowledge and skills as an officer make him very dangerous to the minds of the very students he teaches and for case in point, Harley was once the commander for CAS Military and has loured an entire division of troops over to him and the SOTC. He is probably the most deadly of the Elite since he appears to be so unimposing and carries himself as a stereotypical suburban husband, when in fact he is as sharp as dikoted katana and as deadly as a well trained samurai. Headmaster: This man might be a regional commander and Governor of Virginia but he is a Texas Native who is a member of this feared group of warriors. The Headmasters combat abilities rival that of Billy the Kid of the Regulators, as I have said before age is no longer an issue in this day and age of genetics, cyber and bio-ware. If you judge a book by it’s cover nowadays you could very well wind up in a early grave, and the Headmaster is case in point. He is a terror to behold and his skills as keen today if not better then they where when he fought in the war. so unless you are thinking of committing suicide I wouldn’t pick a fight with the Headmaster, I have heard stories of his abilities and seen some footage, I blinked and missed his draw and fire. Daytona: This should worry most people here, a fucking Rigger is part of this group. That means he passed there brutal training and this could explain why it has been reported that Daytona is extremely lethal in combat both in and out of his rig. leave it to the SOTC to have a man like Daytona in there ranks, <<<<Hey buckaroo, I am back and I just wanted to tell you. Hound: This is one bastard I am fearful off, the Hound is a combat decker and has mastered the art of decking and he is as well one of the most deadly men on this list. I actually fear for my life from the Hound. My readers if this site lays dormant for to long that means the Hound has found me and with this killer there is no reasoning with him. He is part of this group and ever since I started revealing the membership of the Elite he has been after me. <<<<Well Well Well what do we have here, Looks like I just found your bosses home. Too bad he wont be showing up to work tomorrow, even worse for you he died before he could delete his hard drive. Scared Yet, Your move buckaroo.>>>>>
Pops: This old man is a bit of a mystery, he is the arms dealer and fixer for the SOTC but it seems he is as well very combat worthy being a member of the dreaded Texas Elite. Pops as they call him is the oldest of this bunch of devils and he can surly carry his own on the battlefield, he once ran the shadows of Atlanta and as well ruled the outlaw country in his younger days. Though as proven by some of the old dogs I have already reported on, age doesn’t mean anything. I assume Pops is a mercenary but he could very well be an adept or samurai so be very careful when dealing with this grandfather. He might look unimposing but looks can fool you and in this case will probably kill you, there isn’t anything Pops cant find or get his hands on. What I do know about this killer is he as fast as lightning and deadly accurate with any firearm in his hands, he is also a seventh degree black belt in Krav Maga. So do your self a favour this is one Fixer you don’t ever want to screw, not only does he have a very lethal contact list, he himself is a whirlwind of death.
Dallas: He is a member of the Seattle Police Department as a Detective working with his friend and fellow Elite member Hunter, Dallas when I first reported on him in his bio was the good guy, a man of honour and a straight shooter. Well I couldn’t have been more wrong about this rat bastard, he is feared and probably one of the most lethal runners to ever step out of Texas. Dallas is referred to be this generations Doc Holiday and he holds no loyalties to the law and believes himself to be above it. This man adapted fully to the ways of Lone Star and it now makes sense why he works with Hunter and tolerates the antics of that bastard, Now seeing that Dallas is part of this group makes even more sense and why he is here in Seattle is probably only for the pardon. Dallas is a very dangerous bastard, he is extremely fast on the draw, his accuracy is dead on and he can take most bullets and keep going. Also he is best friends with fellow SPD Detective Sgt. Grant also known as Gallows, and has been known to give Gallows the heads up on deserving targets and people who deserve to end up taking a long drop with a short rope. Dallas is all Texas and only Texas, so unless you want to deal with Texas style justice I would just avoid him at all costs.
Catfish: Well this runner being a Texas Elite does explain allot, he has been the terror of law enforcement for decades and they have not built a secure facility that he can not infiltrate, even those built to stop the Catfish like the Vault he cracked. He is a master infiltrator and killer this man has no remorse and will bring death upon anyone who stands in his path, the Catfish is one of the few members of this group that actually worries me since if he can penetrate the dreaded Vault then nothing is safe from him and he will depopulate a building and leave with his target. This man is used by the SOTC as an assassin and espionage specialist, this man has broken into some of the most secure facilities in the enemy nations and either stole or killed important diplomatic targets, no-one is safe if the Catfish has been dispatched, I have heard security forces have chosen prosecution for desertion over dealing with the Catfish, hell I would choose jail over death since the Catfish never leaves a single guard alive, and they never know where death is lurking.
Hunter: Hunter is another SPD Detective that crawled out of the wastes that is Texas, he came here for the Pardon Program when the pressure became to rough in the CAS. He is a man who regularly crossed the line when he served Lone Star sending his suspects to an early grave or using less than legal tactics to compel a confession. Hunter also ran the shadows of Dallas Texas and would send anyone who crossed his path to an early grave, he would use his runs to further his advancement in Lone Star by gathering evidence illegally or he would just frame an innocent person. Hunter is called a hero on the streets since he closed many high profile cases and sent many very evil people to the electric chair, but he also sent many innocent people to the chair as well. He is also friends with Gallows and also a close friend of Catfish so this is one cop you really don’t want to piss off. Since Hunter has been in Seattle he has cleared most of the cases on his desk and is a feared bastard on the streets since he has not changed his ways and the people know this man is former Star and his police tactics scream Star even though he is SPD.
Pyre: Even the Elite need a man who specializes in explosives and they have one very scary bastard and his name is Pyre, he is a man who cares little for those loss of life as long as the message is sent. Pyre is as well a member of the SOTC but he holds his loyalties to the the Elite and to the state of Texas, he is focused on the restoration of America and his beloved Texas. Noose: Noose is as well a member of the SOTC and there assassin and message sender, though he is as well a member of the dreaded Elite and we know that the Elite are only truly loyal to the State of Texas and the Elite. Though this doesn’t mean he is not to be feared in the war, his actions will be felt throughout and now that the Davis has declared war the Elite will be called to action to fight against the enemies of the state. Noose will definitely be one who’s presence is felt by the enemy, this man has no soul and will loose no sleep over the innocent lives he will take during the evil actions of this war, for Noose will only see them as enemy combatants and he will do whatever it takes to restore Texas and America. Iceman: The presence of Iceman in the roster of the Elite does explain allot about the actions he took back in the early days of the shadows, Iceman has been fighting against the NAN for a vast majority of his carrier. This man does not care about anything other then then the furthering of the cause, he will be a large problem for the NAN and Aztlan to deal with since the Iceman is still very much alive and well. This beast I thought was rusting somewhere but I couldn’t have been more wrong, Iceman is very much in tip top shape and fully upgraded. He took vehicle grade auto-cannon fire not once but twice and personally took down an Aries Battle Tank in November of this year and has been seen going head to head against Aztlan guards at the Pyramid. With this monster in the fray, the Elite and the SOTC have a major advantage in the war, Iceman is an old school street samurai and a master of personal firearms modification, he has a high velocity mini-gun and he can wield it with one arm, his battle skills are off the charts and his ability to shrug off damage and magic is terrifying. The enemies of the state are in for a living hell when it comes to the Iceman, I only hope this is enough of a warning of his involvement in this unjust war.
Silencer: Well here is yet another old coot that is part of this group, it appears these old timers have some serious national and state loyalties. When it comes to the Silencer I am not all that surprised as this man made a carrier killing natives and attacked Council Island once before in the past, the Silencer is as rotten as they come and will do basically anything if it means the shedding of Native and Aztlan blood. He is another that I underestimated in my original bio, the Silencer is very much alive and has already brought down many of the Native chiefs here in Seattle and also depopulated the Aztlan embassy building (See the News Feed for 04/12/2073). This killer is another major player within the Elite and if other members of this groups combat effectiveness can be judged on the Silencers level, then God help us all for there enemies haven’t a chance, as I would rather face a thousand toxics over the Silencer.
Stamps: First off let me say “Good God No!” okay now thats past, Stamps is a real bastard. This killer is probably one of the toughest SOB’s I have ever heard about, his skills in combat are legendary and his ability to shrug off damage and magic is unprecedented. This killer turned cop choose to live in Bug City for 20 years and has developed a unique ability to combat spirits as a mundane also the ability to just shrug off all offensive spells thrown at him. Almost like he is just disbelieving it, and the spell just fades away, his speed and strength are as well off the charts, I have seen video of Stamps out running a speeding car and as well stopping the fist of a cranked out Troll with one hand. This little bastard is something for the record books and he is also a SPD Detective currently and I am not even sure how Stamps maintains his obligation and hasn’t been arrested yet for the murderer he really is. Stamps is the true Apex Predator of Seattle. With a man like this in the Elite, there enemies better be very worried, this killer is a legend and for damn good reason. He has gone head to head with some of the best Seattle and the world has and walked away the victor, he has survived 20 years of Bugs, he is basically immune to magic and pretty much bullet proof this should worry anyone and if that doesn’t he is best friends with the Ringmaster and these two men make Raptor and King look like cub scouts in combat. Stamps his name may be a joke, but he isn’t so save yourself the medical bills and don’t poke fun at this man’s street name as he has zero sense of humour.
Gunslinger: The Gunslinger is Detective Elliot Ness and a force to be reckoned with, for years we have all been taught to believe that Ness was the Cop of Cops well it appears this bastard is really just a runner wearing a SPD costume. The Gunslinger is the dreaded Texas Gun Fighter, this man has sent more then his fair share of people to boot hill, he like Ducky has been fighting the presence of the NAN and Aztlan for decades and has only decided to wear a badge to make his murders legitimate. This man like his partner is basically immune to prosecution from his past do to a Presidential Pardon he received. Ness being part of the Texas Elite was a surprise till I dug deeper into this cops past and what I found shocked me, though it did cost the lives of many of my contacts, even just revealing that Ness is also the feared Gunslinger is putting allot of people in jeopardy. When it comes to being quick or be dead there is no one and I mean NO ONE who is faster, even the legendary Billy The Kid when asked about drawing down against the Gunslinger he responded with only two words “FUCK NO!” If the legend Billy the Kid is not willing to draw against Ness then that says something about the speed and accuracy of the Gunslinger. The more I find out about Ness and the Elite the more I worry about the state of North America seeing that the Elite are going to be a major problem for anyone who the SOTC see as an enemy.
Buckshot: Roberts is a runner from Texas who has recently arrived here in Seattle to make a name for himself, though I believe he is actually here to reunite with some of the Elite that have made a home for themselves here in Seattle. Buckshot is a seasoned killer and hunter, this man is very proud of being a Texan and from what I have seen his combat prowess is remarkable and being Elite is proof of there harsh training and very selective recruitment process. For this man to be in the same group as Stamps, Silencer, Iceman, Gunslinger, Hunter and Dallas he must have some serious battle scars that are currently unknown. I did think Buckshot would have been good for Seattle to help bring honour back to the new runners, but I guess I was wrong and he is nothing more then a hateful bastard who is just as misguided as his elders are.
Mad Dog: If the presence of this bastard in the Elite is a surprise to anyone, well you must have just crawled out from under a rock the other day. Mad Dog screams Texas loyalty and has made his name hunting the NAN citizens here in Seattle and fighting for the lone star state of Texas. Mad Dog cares about only one thing and thats the complete destruction of the Treaty if Denver and he has been using his new found leadership role of Helix to send the legendary runners to help fight for the SOTC without realizing. Mad Dog is Texas first and foremost, this will eventually become a problem for his fellow team mates of Helix but I believe he really doesn’t care. Mad Dog will gladly be a thorn in the side of the enemies of the state and when he gets the call to action, Helix will be left in the dust without a leader though this might be a good thing for that team.
Diablo: The Devil walks the desert sands of Texas and lurks in the shadows of Seattle, this devil is known as Diablo and is a member of the Texas Elite and yet another member of the Rejects to appear in a fringe group. Diablo is nothing more than a rat bastard, he is brutal and heartless and made a name for himself hunting in the Pueblo Nation and sending many a native boarder guard to an early grave. Diablo has been dubbed the Diablo Blanco (The White Devil) by the locals. This man has been fighting for the state of Texas since he was old enough to crawl and has been running the shadows there to weaken the boarders and NAN military to allow for a full scale assault from the Texas forces, the CAS forces didn’t move fast enough for Diablo and he took the war to the NAN personally and was eventually approached about joining the Elite and well the rest is history, I feel his presence here in Seattle is for some sort of pre-emptive gathering. If the Elite get unleashed here in Seattle we are in for some serious problems, this group is not known for playing by the rules and all they now is battle and all they care about is restoration of there beloved Texas.
Sixxkiller: Here is a true surprise, This man is the leader of the feared Cowboys from Hell and is as well a member of the Texas Elite. This is not good at all for any party involved the Cowboys are known for there love of anarchy and chaos and the sheer fun of killing. This man has already proved to be un-killable and a nightmare in combat. Also if there is one Cowboy around there are more and the SOTC will have the benefit of the full roster of the Cowboys. But this also proves the alliance between the Freedom Patriots and the Sons of the True Confederacy is real since the Patriots have Cyrus the Virus as part of there Rough Riders. These men are brothers in arms and will never agree to do anything that would harm another Cowboy, this proves there is an unholy alliance between these two fringe groups and that also means the Cowboys will fighting for the SOTC or Patriots the war just got very frighting with this bastard in the ranks.
OKLAHOMA GUARD
The Oklahoma Guard are a new unit of elite soldiers for the SOTC, these men were gathered and selected by Gator from the ranks of various military and mercenary units. These were given the task to defend there state from all threats and to strike a fatal blow to the UCAS forces that claim the northern half of the state. This unit is fairly new so any information that is out there about there actions and there membership is still coming in. I do know the numbers for the Guard are higher then the Texas Elite, they are claiming a number of about a thousand highly trained and skilled soldiers. I will not report on the entire Guard and just those that have actually made a name for themselves. Those are the Oklahoma Guardsmen you need to actually worry about, this page will be updated as I receive conformation of membership. Unlike the Elite, the Guard is recruiting from all over, so it looks like if you want to be part of this division of the SOTC they are accepting applications.
Bonkers: He is the first that I have been able to confirm is a member of the Guard and this is kinda bothersome, since Bonkers is literally crazy. He is off his rocker, this samurai has lost his marbles and wields very lethal weapons with ease, he has zero concern for the lose of life and will not shed a tear or loose any sleep over any innocent lives he might take. Bonkers might be a killer but he is still nuts remember this cause when facing down Bonkers you are staring down the barrel of a man who lives on the edge and doesn’t care if he lives or dies.
Twister: This Louisiana native that hunted in both Texas and his home state, has become a runner out of circumstance he was trained by members of the Texas Elite and served for decades as part of the Texas Guard. Has recently been placed inside the Oklahoma Guard and serves as the second known member of this elite guard force. Twisters skills on the battlefield and as well as a runner make him very terrifying and his chaotic nature seems to complement fellow team mate Bonkers well. Twister is currently taking personal time away and is within Seattle searching for his long lost children. That doesn’t mean if he is needed by the Guard he won’t return at a drop of a hat, Twister is a man of absolute chaos and he thrives in creating carnage. He is just like his namesake, a complete twister and nothing is safe in his wake.
TENNESSEE ELITE
This is another newly formed elite force for the SOTC, this group was formed by Texas Elite member Long Horn and holds the same traditions and principals of the Texas Elite. Long Horn might be currently in command of this unit, but he has stated that as soon as he finds a suitable commander he will be officially stepping down. The Tennessee Elite will share the same numbers of 250 strong and only Tennessee battle hardened natives will be allowed within there ranks. This force will given the duty of defending there divided state from the UCAS oppressors and bring Tennessee back to Dixie where it belongs. I will only report on the members of this group that have made a name for themselves and like the Texas Elite this will probably be one hell of a list. I know this state has breed some monster runners, mercenaries and soldiers, so once I have conformation of membership I will post it here.
Saturn: He is the complete package for a soldier, this man is an officer in the Tennessee division of the SOTC and has been fighting long and hard for the restoration of his state and country. Saturn is not a man to take lightly cause that will only end with your death, his skills are well documented and any thing in his hands can be considered a lethal weapon including his hands. He has some top notch cyber and bio implants, though he has never been registered so it is unclear what chrome he actually has and also if he is a member of the sixth world. This Soldier will rather die, then let anyone enforce any part of the treaty on him, so there will be no updates on Saturn’s cyber or bio registry and unless someone from the sixth world dares to ascend his aura, and from what I have heard there are no takers for that we will be left in the dark about his possible magical nature. Saturn has been born into war and it’s all he has ever known, so do not expect mercy from this mercenary, cause he will never yield and he takes no prisoners.
Thumper: This man is a cross between old school and new school, he is the first cross trained rigger/samurai and do to this his skills both in the vehicle and out are terrifying. He originally hails from Nashville, though he made a name for himself within the shadows of Seattle before returning home to the south and joining the SOTC. Thumper has spent decades fighting for the cause and when a chance came to be to join the new Elite to defend his home state from the UCAS and NAN, he jumped at the chance to prove himself and Thumper proved it in spades. This man is feared and for damn good reason, he is now the second known member of this group and from what I have seen Thumper is ready to prove himself as a member of the elite and valued member of the SOTC. Don’t be fooled by Thumper’s looks he is much older then he appears and do to this he is much more skilled than he looks. The Tennessee Elite have the same training requirements that the Texas Elite do and this rigger passed with flying colours so keep that in the back of your mind when dealing with Thumper.
