Bio: The good old Padre they say, the man from El Paso is the great pastor of disaster the man that no-one ever wants to upset. Well the rumours about Francis are all true and this is no simple minister, for Padre is the man that owns Texas and he owns the entire south when it comes to his chemical cocktails and his enterprise. This is the man that can rival Tang when it comes to being a fixer and dealer though Padre delves into the narcotic enterprise and this is where the two men diverge.

Padre is the true king pin and no-one dares to move against this old Texan as he is one dangerous gringo and he uses the bible as his cover, for Francis is as much a holy man as Stamps is a Native lover. Francis was ordained through the internet and set up his online ministry as nothing more than a cover for his drug empire and his stuff is as pure as it can be and well lets say everyone gets hooked once they sample his cocktails and soon they are on their knees praying to their new messiah and it’s name is sky blue and their pastor is Padre the father of the drug empire.

This man has been in the game for quite sometime and has been cooking and improving his special product for decades and well he has perfected his recipe and everyone wants a taste of the best the world has to offer. One hit and your his for life, they have yet to figure out a way to detox someone from the sky blue and all his clients would rather die than give up a chance for another hit.

Padre’s empire started off within Texas and before long he was all over the southwest and even into Mexico and the Cartels where quite upset that this gringo would usurp their enterprise. Making it worse for them was the Great Tragedy of 2018 and the Nights of Blood that would follow. Well Padre saw this as a chance to expand his empire into Mexico and well this gringo marched his army straight into Mexico and engaged the Cartels on their own turf. Well lets just say this was no Alamo and when the smoke cleared everyone of the Cartel’s drug lords laid dead and their soldiers well being killed in the conflict was a pleasant experience as Padre made damn sure they suffered before cutting off their heads.

Within two years Padre had removed the entire Mexican drug business and replaced it with his own factory’s, grow houses, and army; soon nothing illegal moved through Mexico and North America without Padre getting his cut. Brady Krieghoff would end up partnering up with Padre in 2025 out of a necessity for both men as the war between Tang and Padre was in a stalemate, with both businessmen loosing valuable assets and not gaining any new turf and it just became clear to Padre and Tang that a joint venture would be the best as both empires would capitalise from the merger.

Padre and Tang are both ruthless men and well Padre is simply one step worse as he is Texas Elite and uses the gospel as his cover and his way to hook his next victim. Tang simply relies on the criminal world and militia units to sell his wears where Francis is a real snake in the grass and a true villain as he is a Drug Lord and nobody is safe from his Sky Blue. His marijuana trade took a hit through federal legalisation though the CAS still outlaws the green stuff and thats fine for Padre as it means more money in his pocket, the legal stuff still needs to come from someone and well why not a man with a doctorate in botany and chemistry.

As for the modern drug Nuke that showed up on the streets in 2050, well thats not Padre’s and he is not thrilled with it’s existence. Not because he has a heart, not because it hurts his bottom line (if anything it helps), no because it kills his customers and a dead client is a non repeat customer and thats not good for business. Nuke is a narcotic that has the ability to kill the user on it’s first hit and unlike Sky Blue it doesn’t provide any high or buzz. It chemically sends the user on a trip that they will never forget till it melts their brain and rots their heart, this side affect can happen on the first use. Nuke can also send the user into a psychotic episode where they turn into a cyber psycho and attack everything and everyone around them with no chance of being reasoned with and they have to be shot to save the innocents.

These known side affects are bad for Padre as Nuke Heads make the front page and citizens are yelling for the government and the law enforcement agencies to do something, this is bad for business and this affects Padre’s bottom dollar….well I seem it eventually got back to money being the issue. The Great Nuke War of 2060 was all about Padre’s empire and well many Nuke Labs and Dealers would end up going up in flames as Padre would let the world know that he didn’t approve of someone else peddling chemical death and all would feel his wrath as the war spread from coast to coast and down into Aztlan.

Tang would help with the war by expanding the reach of Padre across the pond to Europe and eventually Asia, and Africa with Padre’s connections to The Second Hand Devils hitting Australia. Over the next decade Padre and Tang would erase the stain of Nuke from the planet and once again Padre would become the king with only Sky Blue being the drug of choice and by this time he had many different variations of Sky Blue all giving a different kind of buzz.

Now for the designer drug Nuke it would eventually return as it’s simple to manufacturer and anyone with a high school degree and a semester or two of chemistry can cook the lethal liquid up. It would take four years before anyone would dare bring Nuke out of extinction hoping that Padre would not be the wiser. Well this was a serious mistake and serious miscalculation as Padre would learn of the new and improved Nuke from the headlines that would read NUKE RETURNS TO SEATTLE, NUKE BUST IN LYNNWOOD, NUKE LAB EXPLODES IN DALLAS….see what I mean, it would be all over the media within days of it’s reintroduction and not to mention the Nuke Heads going mad or dropping dead that would hit the police scanners and if you don’t think Padre or Tang don’t control the police your dead wrong.

Padre has once again declared war on Nuke and will be snuffing it out, though not before he capitalises on it’s addictive nature. This criminal mastermind has built an empire on addicting anyone and everyone and he will not rest till he has leached every last credit from his customers. This man besides being a drug kingpin has his hands within the world of the black market and moves and deals in anything and everything that can be sold, including your life if someone has enough credits. He is the man you reach out to if you need someone snuffed out, between Tang and Proxy he can erase anyone on the planet and walk away crystal clean, this man is a real bastard and for enough credits nothing is sacred.

What would bring this scientist into the criminal world is unknown seeing that he has been in operation long before the Great Tragedy of 2018 and we can only assume that he was government or military prior seeing he must be from the Federal Immortality Project or he simply stole the formula, improved it and began selling the serum as the ultimate high immortality, the ultimate prize for a drug lord clients that become hooked and live forever or until an overdose….well at least he gets paid till they fry their brain and their heart explodes.

We can assume that Padre is just a criminal from day one and he has a heart of coal and soul just as black, this man may masquerade as a man of the cloth but that’s simply a cover as he hasn’t a religious bone in his body. He might quote the bible but thats just before he snuffs out someone’s life or extorts them for every dime they have. Padre can convince a nun to become a runner or mule for his Sky Blue, or even a den of cub scouts would willingly peddle his wares. Reports indicate that in 2072 multiple girl scout troops would end up being arrested for selling Sky Blue door to door instead of cookies….no thats heartless and all approved by Padre the father of the drug trade, remember it’s his empire and everything ends up going across his desk.

This man’s empire is vast and expands across the pond and throughout the known world, he has drug labs everywhere and when one gets busted another pops up somewhere else. Chemical manufacturing companies are within his pocket and even when regulations come to pass to cease the production of his needed supplies he threatens to send in his troops to kill everyone’s family if they comply and lets just say the chemists, executives, lab rats, security officers and IT staff all choose jail over the wrath of Padre.

Even General O’Brian went to war against Padre as he tried to bring the kingpin down in another failed War On Drugs attempt, this went as well as Prohibition did in the 1920’s though the war against Padre didn’t last thirteen years. It lasted thirteen days, yes I said thirteen days, Padre’s forces exterminated the families of over five hundred government officials and set ablaze every DEA office in the UCAS in just about two weeks. The UCAS Senate out of fear of further bloodshed would cut the funding to the DEA and forced General James O’Brian to cease and desist his war on drugs. So on May 1st 2058 the War on Drugs Started again and by May 14th 2058 it was over and hundreds where dead throughout the nation. Padre was officially taken off the UCAS Most Wanted List on May 15th 2058 and has never been placed back on the list out of fear of retaliation.

Now I could go on about his empire and his iron grasp of the drug trade, though I will leave that research up to you as it can be found all over the matrix. This man has personally killed or ordered the death of countless to the point that Padre’s other known alias is simply Megadeath and thats a fact this man is swimming in metric tons of blood and he cares nothing for those left dead in his wake.

So when the news broke earlier this year the Padre was killed during the New Years Massacre, those that felt his wrath, those in law enforcement and those that felt his sting cheered and rejoiced over the death of the man known as Megadeath. Well those cheers where short lived, on January 4th 2075 Padre walked into his tailors shop, bloodied and wounded and requested the man to craft him a new suit as Padre with his men flanking him would begin disrobing and tending to his wounds with needle and thread, before he would shower and clean himself up all proper like. Turns out they killed one of his body doubles and failed to confirm the kill and simply assumed they had taken out Megadeath and collected the bounty from the UCAS DEA Office in Seattle. Well guess who made his way to Seattle after seeing the tailor and well you guessed it Padre, and he has a score to settle here in the Emerald City.

Now why Padre would join the US Elite is unknown, but this can’t be good for anyone. He is not a man of honour and has not one patriotic bone in his body, he doesn’t need protection as he has his own personal army that expands throughout the globe and he surly doesn’t need the money. I can only assume that since his business partner Tang is within the Elite that he see’s another business venture and another way to spread his Sky Blue, we all know that drugs run rampant through the military and seeing he already owns the drug trade it won’t hard to assume that Padre wants to expand into the new branch before anyone else gets their grubby little hands into it.

With Tang and Padre together directly within the Elite this is not good, it’s not good at all as these men are heartless and killers by nature. You don’t become the best of the best in their trade without shedding blood and never flinching when giving a directive that includes murder or simply sending a message to anyone and everyone. With Megadeath’s reputation as both a man of business and action I can understand why they would accept his application but it doesn’t leave me with a good feeling about the rebels intentions seeing Padre is not a good man and with the false Reverend entering the Chaplin Corps it’s simply a slap in the face of the actual faithful to have Megadeath looking after the souls of the warriors…..seeing this man is lacking a soul and millions have willingly sold their souls to Padre for a simple taste of Sky Blue.
