US Elite
Criminal Investigation
Division
(206)-555-0001
The Criminal Investigation Division is here to keep all our soldiers safe and secure when home or abroad, these detectives will take every case seriously and will investigate every reported crime till it’s solved or it goes cold and even a cold case is not forgotten it will be handled by our skilled Cold Case Division. Please report all criminal or suspected criminal activity to the CI Division and follow all instructions given by the dispatch officers, please do not take the law into your own hands unless you are in direct physical danger.
The officers of this division are all seasoned detectives having worked in some of the most dangerous cities in America and some are still active within the Seattle Police Department so you can be assured that they will not rest till the case is solved and they have the resources needed to fully investigate all crimes within the US Elites jurisdiction. The US Elite I-Corps Division and Medical Division will be working in tandem with the Criminal Investigation Division so rest assured no stone will be left un-turned.
Any and all cases of filing a false police report will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and will come with mandatory 5 year prison sentence and 50,000 credit fine to be paid by time of release or exchanged for a total of 15 years in lock up. So be very certain that you have a crime to report and you are not trying to ruin someone else’ life with false accusation, we have an entire division of detectives specialised in fraud and they are real bulldogs.
For any non criminal emergency contact your Commanding Officer or your Shift Leader, any and all complaints will be taken in direct confidence unless it turns out your testimony is needed in open court and the CI division will work directly with the JAG Office to protect you as the complaining or eye witness. All complaints while on deployment contact your regional CI office and speak with an officer there to handle your case. The CI Division will also handle all permit requests and your regional travel documents, any specialised orders or documents needed see your local I-Corps Office and follow all rules and regulations therefor.

Department of Corrections
The Department of Corrections will be run once again by the legendary prison Warden Navy Captain Richard Clark and he will be overseeing the entire military prison system and making sure to overhaul the entire department and alert General Ralph Rivers of any serious or minor infractions that need to be tended to. His Captain of the Guard is once again his long time friend Captain John Richmond that has served with CAPT Clark for over thirty years and understands what the strict Prison Master wants and will be screening the guards to make sure all personal understand the Uniformed Code of Military Justice and Rules and Regulations for the Prison System.
Those awaiting hanging will be placed in separate cell referred to as the death chamber and it’s there that the condemned will receive psychological, medical and spiritual treatment and counselling in the last weeks of their life all condemned will be hanged within the week of the second Sunday after their sentencing as per the guidelines set forth by the Uniformed Code of Military Justice. No hangings will take place after 0900 hours and begin before 0800.
All other sentences will be served within a military prison until the date of their release and the US Elite justice system does not grant early release or parole; life means life. The only expectation being the overturning of the conviction during the convicts one appeal process, sorry inmates this is not sentenced to death and live for thirty or more years on the UCAS’s dime; it’s one and done so make sure it’s a good one.
All prisoners will be allowed visitation (unless otherwise noted in their prisoner file) through close captioned television at a visitor centre within the specific city. Prisoners on Death Row will as well only receive visitors through close captioned television and only on the evening prior to their execution, all witnesses to the hanging will be screened and vetted through the US Elite I-Corps division and all applications must go through the Judge Advocate Generals Office no later than 72 hours prior to the hanging.
Families of the convicted can send credits, food supplies and cigarettes only through the Department of Corrections Office C/O the Explosives and Chemical Division. All Prisoners attempting to escape forfeit their lives and will be shot if spotted and if caught they will be executed via firing squad; and anyone caught helping a convict attempt to escape will be brought to the Death Chamber and put on the schedule for the final drop.
The Prison system will have a trading post that the convicts can purchase needed supplies and they will be put to work within the prison and paid .25 cents an hour the remainder will be used to offset their cost of living within the prison. Unless their trial notes decree otherwise all prisoners will be living within a dual occupancy cell with the only other exception being those sentenced to death,
<<NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL ALLOWED WITHIN THE PRISON>>
All prisoners cyber will be deactivated and bio injected with a serum that negates the beneficial nature of the implant. All Prisoners will submit to a injection into the spinal cord of the newest Anti-Magic Serum and held with Mage Blinders on for 48 hours to be certain the serum has taken its permanent hold.

The Executioners
Hangmen
The Hangmen have the trying job of fulfilling a prisoners sentence of death, these men are the worlds best hangmen and have hundreds of executions under their belt and a combined nearly 500 years of experience between them all and even these men find putting rope around someones neck for their final drop to be emotionally draining and mentally fatiguing. This is why under the direction of Chief Harrison they will only work in pairs and they are to make certain that the prisoner doesn’t suffer and their death comes quickly.
Employing Chief Harrison’s signature knot the hanged’s neck is snapped in an split second and death is instant, they as well make certain that all their equipment is in working order and go through rigorous training and re-certification education yearly to adapt to the changes in physical anatomy, cyber, and bio implants. These men have all set records for the swiftest drops and condemned don’t have time to think about the noose before they are dead and this is how Chief Harrison wants it.
They all understand the mental trauma attached to the long walk up to the gallows and the fear that the condemned must be feeling in those last seconds on earth. They understand that their job is not respected and not well liked but they want to make the condemned suffer as little as possible in their last moments. Under the direction of Chief Harrison the executions will be private and witnessed behind close circuit television with only the Warden, Chief of the Guards, Clergy Member, Condemned’s attorney and the two licensed hangmen present at the time of execution all others will be in separate viewing room.
The US Elite doesn’t wish to have to execute any prisoners but hanging is a sentence within federal law and therefor when and if the time comes they want to make sure that anyone sentenced to hang is treated with the utmost respect before and after death. With Chief Harrison at the helm you can guarantee this to be the normal as his record shows that he views all hanged as innocent and will even front the money for a burial and casket if needed.
He hand selected his personal hangman from the best in the world and all former members of the Guild of Executioners having recently abandoned the guild after yet another election of Edgar Malone. Chief Harrison’s long time friend and assistant Gary Swimming had to excuse himself from his role as assistant hangman do to a conflict of interests; as he was picked to work for the legal division. Though Executioner Swimming is as well no longer among the guild of hangmen, Chief Harrison will not accept any hangmen that work within other parts of Legal and Criminal Investigation as a hangmen needs to separate themselves from the condemned and the crimes that brought them to their gallows.
This division will be working directly with the Corps of Chaplin’s and making certain that the condemned’s religious wishes are met and they are given the respect they deserve in life and death. Chief Harrison will be offering weekly counselling sessions through Dr. Ben Palpatine for any corrections officer and executioner that needs to clear their conscience. Chief Harrison offers his sympathies to any and all of the family members of the condemned he will be hanging during his time within the US Elite and his heart goes out to any and all of the victims and their families first and foremost.
