This is grouping of all the known fixers and dealers within the shadows, this page will discuss all fixers and dealers known regardless of there affiliation. Just cause you see a fixer or dealer on this page that doesn’t mean they are willing to or able to work as a freelancer. This page is not to used for the hiring of any known shadowrunner for to do so is a violation of law and punishable with up to 10 years in prison and 25,000 credits in fines, use the information found within for your own information gathering, again in no way try to reach out to any of the people found on this page. These runners are the back bone of the shadow network, they are all wanted men for a variety of crimes; murder, treason, trafficking, arms dealing and so on. Most fixers and dealers don’t actually run the shadows, though they have people that do it for them and they are the ones who employ runners and as well set up the meets between runners and Johnson’s for a nominal fee. A runner is only as good as their fixer and a fixer is only as good as there supply network. These are not the only fixers and dealers in the city, the ones listed below are the best of the best and any runner would be lucky to have one of them as a contact.
FIXER & DEALER
<<Fixers and Dealers are the runners go to guy for all their needs, they supply weapons, armor, cyber, information, jobs, gear and more for a fee>>
Simon: This is one of the most premier fixers for any runner to have contact with, Simon is a master of the trade and has been in business for decades. His information network runs very deep and he has access to equipment normally only available through a licensed dealer, this man doesn’t take new clients often and when he does it is always a referral from a client that Simon has does frequent business with. The new potential client goes through a very serious scrutiny scan and background and DNA check, if anything doesn’t check out the potential client and the client the referred the failed client both go missing. Simon does not mess around and he has hundreds of hardened runners owing him favors, if anyone breaks any of Simon’s rules once they are given only minutes to clear the city line or they are to meet an untimely end. This is one fixer you want to have cause he can get you basically anything and if he cant he has contacts that can, but he doesn’t have a three strike program it’s one strike and your dead. If you can handle the pressure of playing Simon Says, then this is the fixer for you, if not then look elsewhere. Simon never actually does freelance work, he has people for that. <<Simon is a Freelance fixer>> Simon perished in a bombing raid performed by the UCAS Loyalist Military of James O’Brian
Light Speed: Light Speed is another legendary fixer and he has been the fixer to some of the cities finest, this man can basically acquire anything that is not specific to a dealer. He has survived two assassination attempts and no one has ever seen his face, Light Speed used to operate out of a pizza parlour that was his front for decades. His operation was compromised by the mistake of a rookie runner and his front was raided by Seattle Police Department, since then he hasn’t taken on any new clients though he has reopened shop some where else inside Seattle. This fixer is a very paranoid man and for good reason, he has a three strike system with his clients though some mistakes are called a triple play and if that happens there isn’t anywhere in the known world you can hide from this man’s wrath. Light Speed has a vast client list of some of the cities best runners that all owe this fixer a favour or two, so escape is not an option. The only way to become a client of Light Speeds is through referral and since he is not taking new clients at the moment, you best start rubbing elbows with the likes of Helix, the Rejects, the Regulators or Cowboys from Hell as these are a few of his clients. Light Speed doesn’t do freelance work as he has people to do his dirty work for him. <<Light Speed is a Freelance fixer>>
Scrooge: This man is mean, grumpy and miserly and he hates everything to do with dealing with people. You wouldn’t think that would make a legendary fixer but with this man it does and he is well a jewel and rare metals broker. Scrooge can get you basically anything you need and if he can’t he has contacts that can, this man is the true master of the deal and spoken word so be very careful when dealing with Scrooge or you will get screwed by him. This man is a not only a fixer but he is highly combat trained and can more then handle himself, so whatever you do never try to screw over Scrooge this fixer can bite back personally. Otherwise if you need a fixer that can get you basically anything you can dream of this is the man to talk to, Scrooge is a founding father and has been in operation since before the Data Crash so again I must emphasise that one must be very careful when dealing with Scrooge, he is a shrewd business man and if he can get the upper hand he will try. Scrooge is always willing to take on new clients, though he is another with a one strike policy and this man has other founders that owe him and not to mention the Deaths Hand on speed dial, so if you think you can handle the pressure of playing the word game with the miserly old Jewish man then start asking around for Scrooge, if you find out you can’t after it’s already to late and he owns you. Scrooge is capable of being hired for freelance work and he is a physical adept of unknown power so he is more then capable of handling himself, though he is quite expensive. <<Scrooge is a fixer for the Deaths Hand>>
Eight Ball: This dastardly little dwarf is a world class fixer and dealer, he is one of the few rare breeds that holds a military license contract and is capable of dealing in very rare and exotic merchandise. Eight Ball used to be a the go to man in Detroit and as well he was the dealer for Urban Strike Team One, he has since defected and joined the Devils Rejects. Eight Ball will take on new clients but they must first pass an interview process given by the Chemist and Joker of the Rejects and that is one interview you want to be prepared for both in dress and in your answers. The Chemist will reject you if you are not dressed professionally and thats one rejection that ends with a bullet in the back of your head, but if you pass the interview process you get a chance to pass Eight Balls simple three questions and if you answer wrong, well good knowing you. If you do become a client of his, you will have access to Eight Balls vast catalogue of equipment and resources as well as his vast wisdom and guidance for a nominal fee of course. If you are brave enough to try for a spot on Eights elite client list he is accepting new clients as we speak remember Eight Ball gives you only one scratch and your done. This dealer is available for freelance work for an extreme fee best to just hire the Rejects in that case, cheaper in the long run. <<Eight Ball is a dealer for the Devils Rejects>>
Acme: Now we are talking about a true merchant of war, Acme is a arms dealer and one of the worlds best dealers. If Acme can’t acquire the item it doesn’t exist, if you are looking for the unique and rare DAOD item or weapon this man might just have it in stock, armour piercing ammo he can sell you by the case, military grade armour he’s got it in stock basically this man is a samaria or mercenaries dream contact. If your looking for cyber, explosives or hard to find communications gear just see Acme, though don’t insult this man by asking for inane everyday items or try to have him buy your most recent loot from your job. Acme deals in to forms of currency, credits and favours and thats it and he will always require some sort of credits or cash payment even if is requesting favours as well. This dealer is the worlds best and being the worlds best he has a vast list of contacts and a vast amount of people who owe him favours or they just owe him there souls. So angering Acme is never a good idea, and he has zero sense of humour so poking fun at his name is never a good idea, if he doesn’t jut shoot you on the spot he might unleash a level of hell that has never been seen before and you will be at ground zero. Acme will give you three strikes depending on the infraction, though a normal response from Acme is your name being put on a black list and spread around to all the fixers and dealers he knows and that list is quite long once on that list no one who is anyone will work with you again. If the infraction is severe your sentence is death and Acme is a Lord of War and your death will be swift and precise. Acme is always ready to accept a new client, but you must first find him and you must also pass his credit check, if Acme smells a rat your as good as dead, this Dealer has been working for over three decades and he plans to stay in business so best bet is to never cross him unless you want to be forced to work at your local stuffer shack or end up buried in a shallow grave. Acme does not do freelance work as he is to busy and has people that do that for him, though he is more than able to hire a client for freelance or mercenary work. <<Acme is a dealer for the Deaths Hand>>
Pops: Well when it comes to Pops he is another fixer and dealer this man can get you anything from the unique to the inane, he can also off load that hot loot for you and he does work on the barter system f you don’t have the credits. Though he buys way below street value and sells well above street value unless you are a member of the Sons of the True Confederacy then he sells at street value. His location is always random but normally at some backwoods general store in outlaw country where the police don’t question if an out of town tourist goes missing. Pops is a trained soldier and he is a former runner who became a fixer when he tired of playing the game with the corporates, he is as well part of the Texas Elite so don’t think he is a pushover either do to his age. Pops is always willing to accept a new client but you must first be referred to him and then undergo a extensive background check done by the Hound, if you pass your in if you fail you never get to meet Pops and your taken off into the back woods by his soldiers and never seen again. Once a client pops has only one rule and that is Pops is in charge and he can decide to end any relationship for any reason at any time for any reason. If Pops decides that you are no longer to be a client there is only one way he handles a termination of client relations and thats with a long drop with a short rope. He is nice enough to let you choose the tree that you will swing from, or if he has been severely angered he will have you buried alive. he does let you dig your own grave first Pops is considerate like that. He is more lacks with members of the SOTC though even they know to follow the only rule that it’s Pops way or the Tree. Pops won’t do freelance work as he has people to do that for him, so don’t even bother asking. <<Pops is a fixer and dealer for the Sons of the True Confederacy and a member of the Texas Elite>>
Bingo: This man is an arms dealer and merchant of war Bingo is one of the best dealers in the business and works almost exclusively for the Freedom Patriots. He is as well part of an elite unit of soldiers known as the Devil Dogs, so never under estimate this old dealer; for Bingo might be dealer and a down to earth man but he is still a well trained soldier and extreme combatant. This man is referred to as Uncle Ed as well do to his down to earth and friendly nature, but this doesn’t mean just anyone can contact Bingo and get on his exclusive customer list. Bingo might have a big heart and not like many of the other dealers and fixers on this list, he might not simply order an execution himself, thats why he has people that can predict what Bingo is thinking and they will take care of the loose ends for this man keeping Bingo’s conscience clear. So keep this in mind when dealing with this old dealer, he has survived for generations and do to this he has many fail saves in place. These fail saves all end with the death of the client that upset good old Uncle Ed, he does not do freelance work and becoming a client of his requires extensive background checks and a referral from a known Freedom Patriot or Devil Dog. Otherwise you will never get to actually deal with Bingo and you might just deal with one of his many people that are coming to clean up a possible threat to Bingo’s security and safety. <<Bingo is a Dealer for the Freedom Patriots and a Member of the Devil Dogs>>
Highway: This Fixer is one of the best in the business though his attitude can be hard to deal with. Highway is the man to go to if you are looking for the rare and hard to find or looking for some very sensitive information. This is Highway’s speciality he is an information broker, and with all good intelligence their is a price and with Highway that price is steep. This Fixer will take on new clients from time to time, though he does have a extensive background check that you must go through first. If Highway feels he is being double crossed, there will be no time for apologies and he will gladly make sure that your final moments are spent in terror as you are lowered into a shallow grave somewhere in the wastelands. <<Highway is a Freelance Fixer>>
