What do we have here……yup it has been confirmed the Brothers Four are real and this should scare the hell out of my readers. You ask why should the Brothers Four scare the hell out of you…..well simply do to the fact they are the most powerful and influential spies and government spooks this world has ever scene. Wilhuff here or better known as Old Man is the king of the spies and the king of the bureaucrats, Montgomery well he has been playing second fiddle for his elder brother for years and making damned sure we are all kept in the dark about the Brothers Four true intentions…..than we move down to Dover the architect of secession and the power player in the infamous STAGE 5 take over of the government, and last but not least the twin brother of Montgomery has his claws deep within the political and corporate world Charles has been walking among the elite and powerful for ages and sowing the seeds of deception, murder and theft manipulating his way through the power players and setting the stage for the Brothers Four to seize control over Democracy.
Is it any wonder that the relatives and offspring of these bastards have been groomed and poised to take control, they have had all the guidance and tutelage from the Brothers Four and now they rise up and take the mantle while the Brothers Four silently pull the puppet strings from behind the curtain. The Brothers Four have carefully selected their pawns and moved them into place to put the UCAS and the rest of the world into checkmate and once that is done we are simply doomed and they will have gained full control over all of us though endless brainwashing and allowing their secret orders to act as the nations police force. We will all be under the thumbs of the Brothers Four and the Technocracy…..don’t forget about the Jamestowns, Outlaws Five, Horsemen, Cavalry, Crystal Dragons, Railroad, Harbingers and something called the Arc.
Now looking forward at the Brothers Four and what these lunatics and spooks control within both the world of the shadows and the legitimate government of the UCAS, CAS and UK is even more problematic. The Old Man runs the Presidents Men and as well commands both the Post Office and London Dungeon the worlds premiere intelligence divisions, Unkie controls the intelligence gathered within the Confederate American States through his unification of the CAS intelligence agencies as well spreading propaganda and controlling the narrative that the people hear on a daily basis. Now you have Doppler probably one of the most dangerous of the Brothers Four, this man heads multiple agencies from the National Security Agency to the Central Intelligence Agency as well as countless others. He is a master assassin and spy who has personally used terror and the simple threat of execution to keep the people in line.
The Silencer as they also call him is not just a suit in a boardroom, he is the top field agent the government has to offer and has been all over the known world ending threats to the Brothers Four and creating civil unrest simply to allow the UCAS government under the direction of the Old Man to move in with the military and squash the uprising under the guise of spreading democracy and bringing forth freedom to all. The Silencer or Doppler also has his hands deep within the National Weather Services and can manipulate the people through fear of an impending storm and thus create confusion, panic and fear within the populace thus allowing the Brothers Four to further control the masses through their mind control and subliminal messaging. Don’t forget that the Silencer is also the legendary Pale Rider that once ruled the television and silver screen, do to his time within the Federal Immortality Project of 1850. He was one veteran that milked his injuries and exaggerated his war stores to make the people believe this killer was a hero and not a government murderer that he really is.
It’s quite convenient that the Pale Rider cartoon returns suddenly with all new episodes nearly four decades after it last aired and now we once again have the people loving this monster and man of pure evil. Now onto Cricket this man is as well very dangerous and a serious problem for all within the UCAS as well the CAS seeing he walks within polite society, he sits on multiple boards within both the UCAS and CAS and once served the Death’s Hand as a premiere cleaner/eraser one of the worlds best…..no check that the worlds best problem solver has held some of the top positions within the government. He worked as the Chief of Staff within the White House, Richmond Manor, and Parliament; he has befriended presidents, senators, congressmen, and members of parliament. Not to mention he is still the elected Regent of the Republic of Hawaii…..though like Woodrow McDaniels he has found a way to lead by proxy seeing he is a wanted man by the Black Dragons within Hawaii…..more on that later.
Cricket uses his charm and wallet to smooth his way into to the halls of the elite and than he removes those that wont play ball with the Brothers Four or to simply further his status on the board or increase his stock portfolio. He has a long career of assassinations under his belt and his hands will be forever stained with blood like those of his brothers….though it seems that Doppler and Cricket simply bath in blood allowing the Old Man and Unkie to appear clean as a whistle though we in the Demure know the truth. Cricket i also know as the invincible one through his days in the FIP and he uses this to send shivers through those deemed a threat to the Brothers Four, or like his brother Doppler he uses it to simply spread his fame and popularity among the ignorant masses that see him as a hero and not a devil in an expensive suit..
Now the worst part regarding the Brothers Four; they all serve as Grand Masters of the Kingsmen and have the ear of the orders leader Father Walter Segal, not to mention the King and Queen of England directly. Though one can say that these four lack the etiquette needed to ever be seen in public with his or her Majesty…..simply check out the video of Doppler and the Old Man when they went to the palace for dinner with his Majesty prior to the wedding. Though this could simply be a ruse seeing having closed door meetings is far more terrifying than meeting in a public setting.
Now if one would think that this is bad and needs to be nipped in the bud before it grows out of control, well you are correct the problem is they are so entrenched within the government it will take an uprising from the people to demand their arrest and execution to bring this to end. Though it does get worse….how, you ask? Well they have been grooming the next generation to do their bidding, they have been training and welcoming their blasted offspring into the fold and we understand that Alva Palpatine, and Ben Palpatine are already very entrenched within the government as well; though we have another problem and that is Maximilian Yates the grandson of Wilhuff, Tony DiCane the son of Dover, Taylor Greenspan the cousin and nephew of the Brothers Four. One can’t forget about Andrew Yates, Allen Grimm, Jet Kissinger, T.J Kissinger and last but not least the Father In Law of Maximilian Yates Tullius Kissinger.
It seems the Brothers Four are not content with simply corrupting the next generation they need to brainwash the legend Gargoyle as well……now we in the Demure used to support the Gargoyle but since he has thrown his glove in with the Harbingers, Horsemen and Railroad we can see that he is nothing more than a serious problem and will help in the destruction of our democracy. Now I understand their is a burning question that everyone has and that is well True Demure their are five Highwaymen and only Four Brothers where does the red headed step child Reverdy Jamestown fit in with this cult. This was all possible do to the influence of the Big Kahuna, Jersey Devil, Doppler and the Old Man; this also helped establish the Railroad deep within Hawaii and with the influences of Crystal Dragon Grand Master Belmont a war erupted with the Black Dragons that once legally governed Hawaii. The Brothers Four and their kin have overthrown the sitting government of Hawaii, waged countless wars both legitimately and through the shadows, engaged in unlawful criminal action and sit poised to seize control of both the UCAS and CAS with their kin as they watch from the shadows and pull the puppet strings. The Black Dragon Crime Syndicate would collapse without the direct leadership of Aito Tamura Senior. The people would cheer as the dictator would swing from a rope and his court would be put to the block, the uprising would be one that would leave the islands of Hawaii forever scarred as many lives were lost on both sides, though in the end freedom and liberty would prevail and democracy would once again be felt by the Hawaiian people.
Now back to your misguided information I would be elected to hold the office of Governor on December 7th 2043 after a lengthy campaign against George Howell, I would take office on January 3rd 2044 and serve my ten year term…..the Republics Constitutional Term for the Governor not my choice, I remember stating my objection to the term length and it should have been a four year term but again I was not involved in the creation of the Constitution of the Republic of Hawaii, though as the first Governor of the Republic I would sign the document during my inauguration ceremony in Honolulu on January 3rd 2044 at 12:00 HST.
Now I would serve alongside my Lt. Governor Festivus Jamestown for two terms the maximum allowed by the Constitution that we both signed as members of the Founding Fathers of the Hawaiian Republic and something we both held dear. We would leave office on January 3rd 2064 at 12:00 pm HST as we attended the inauguration of your newly elected Governor Kevin Georgetown who by the way is still within office as he was reelected for a second term……guess he is doing a good job and yes it was a peaceful transition of power and I would not involve myself within the political system of Hawaii again; though I am allowed to run again in 2084 and I might just do that as I miss the islands and her people save a few Black Dragons.

Well now, looks like you got Charles pretty riled up there – I wouldn’t recommend that. Anyway, looks like it’s time for everyone’s least favorite New Breeder to bring some clarity to this nonsense. First off, these are all my uncles and grandparents. That’s a term I use frequently and will continue to do so. Other uncles I didn’t know I had include, but are not limited to, Uncle Arthur (Crane), Uncle Stanley (Rodgers), Uncle Shelby (Malone), and many others. Not all are related by blood and not all are brothers. But they are uncles that I care for, and boy do we have a blast when together! I will continue to refer to them as such at all times whether we are blood-related, related by marriage, or they are simply family friends. I recommend you don’t read too far into it, lest you end up down a rabbit hole like our not so friendly “reporters”. Man, if I made claims knowing as little as them I would have been assassinated by at least one of my uncles by now.
So are these four brothers – absolutely!!! They are brothers in arms as Highwaymen, as soldiers, and comrades. (Don’t be fooled by their aliases, these four men are all brothers that have adopted new surnames to confuse and misguide the people to their true agenda and identities as the most influential and powerful family the world has ever scene.)
Wilhuff Palpatine (Old Man): Well lets talk about the Old Man of the Brothers Four, the only one to not shield his actual surname under an alias anymore. This bastard was once one of the most beloved member of the UCAS government and seemed to be extremely loyal to the country and her people, though this was just another lie spun by the master of deception himself. Wilhuff has served within the government ever since his retirement from the United States Army and again after his short stint with the 401st, this man seemed to bleed Red, White and Blue and held true to the convictions of those within his political party and those he served faithfully as a deep state civil servant.
We would learn that this was only a facade and we should never trust anyone that has made a career out of politics and civil service, this man is a professional liar and one that admitted that “In the CIA we must lie for a living.” This should have been the first clue to his deception and his agenda, the other being the Old Man placing his two sons deep within the government as deep state agents. His eldest son Alva would work within the CIA and Homeland, and his baby boy Ben would be placed within Walter Reed and Mount Sinai to work as a psychologist to those in power…..that seems legit and something to be proud of, though we were lied to and they were simply there to aid in their fathers facade and empower his STAGE 5 program.
Wilhuff is the brain child of the STAGE 5 and as well the tearing down of many liberties we in the UCAS hold dear, he used the Patriot Act to his advantage and created civil unrest to scare the people into subverting their liberties for further protection. Even going as far to sacrifice innocent lives of the actors that played the part of his wife and children to further his agenda. Alright, that’s enough of this drek. It has been a rough couple of weeks since I last posted, so it’s time for this nonsense to end. Let’s talk about the Brothers from the perspective of, oh I don’t know, maybe someone who has actually met them?! I know I know, silly me. So what can I say about the great Willhuff Palpatine, or Jared Palpatine, or Kevin Mitchell, or… what are you going by again now? Just kidding grandpa – it is Willhuff. Or PopPop according to one of the know-it-alls in the family (don’t get me started on whether the cheese or the bread goes first – a certain Earl got into quite the argument over that). Everyone knows of Willhuff’s professional career, both the good and the bad (that shoulder still hurts). So what can this newbie on the streets tell you about one of the old dogs? I guess the best is that I can tell you that he truly cares. I have watched him push it to the limit staying up 3 and 4 days straight trying to continue running the intelligence agencies to keep the people safe. It’s more than being a workaholic, he feels for the people of the country as if he can hear their voices and feel their plight. Despite the wealth, fame, and power that he could have he instead uses it to help the world be a better place.
Regarding his skills – “yes” pretty much sums it up. If it shoots, flies, drives, or goes “hum”, then he can build it, repair, fire it, and build it back better. For those who are dumb enough to ask, yes the founder of the President’s Men is indeed trained with a lightsaber – as all of the President’s Men are – duh… Not sure why this is such a revelation to the demure. Maybe they should do some, what do you call it, ah yes “research” before sharing their findings and theories with the world.
To the first of “The Brothers Four”, glad to have you back grandpa. Keep away from your own tech – it causes a lot of problems. If you need a guinea pig I hear we have a resilient corporal that gets bored when he isn’t training the men…
Montgomery Hilliard (Doppler): The second in command of the Horsemen, Highwaymen, Technocracy and the US Elite I-Corps Division and the man that fully understand controlling the narrative and keeping his optics clean. Monty here is a man that holds the director seat of multiple agencies within the UCAS and is prepared to take on even more within the CAS after his nephew Max Yates is elected President. One of the only members of the Brothers Four to not hold political office though one that has even more influence than his elder brother.
Monty here sits as the President of the National Weather Service and dictates what the media reports regarding incoming storms, he tells them to over play the severity to whip us into a frenzy and destabilise a region and create a new narrative, sending supposed federal aid to regions unaffected while punishing regions that still stand in political opposition to the agenda of the Brothers Four. He as well sits as the Special Director of the CDC and works within the FBI as a special investigator for the Director…….News Flash the Director of the FBI is Wilhuff Palpatine.
This man is as well one of the most dreaded, feared and successful field agents of the CIA and has been all over the world killing innocents and destabilising governments to allow for the chosen few to seize control. This rat bastard is as evil as they come and one man that has butchered countless and buried even more under the lies he spews. If there is a sudden coup in a third world nation well one can bet there bottom dollar that Monty here started it under the direction of Wilhuff Palpatine. This supposed Texan has more than enough experience in uprisings seeing he fought within the Texas Uprising of 2019 and the Hawaiian Uprising of 2041; he as well helped within the Battle for Phoenix, Boston, Las Vegas, and Seattle not to be ignored he helped storm the citadel that was Denver with the Stormriders in the 30’s.
Monty is the master of insurrection and fully understands what it takes and what is needed to tear down a government and install a new far more loyal one. Look there is a reason the Brothers Four are so invested within the US Elite and the Harbingers as they can use this new revolution and civil uprising to their advantage and with the beloved Pale Rider at the forefront well it becomes far more palatable to an already divided nation…..the people simply follow the Pale Rider like moths to the flame and when they get burned, well its all part of progress and part of his master plan; seeing all citizens are simply recyclable and replaceable.
Alright, before that pleeb gets back let’s post up for Uncle Monty. I have to say I was a bit nervous being around him initially seeing as my first and only interaction professionally with him was a huge loss – what a storm that one was. Heck, back then I didn’t even know he was my Uncle yet! That’s a trend in our family (looking at you Charles!), but it’s one I have come to accept. In truth, the two of us have gotten pretty close as of late. I can’t even imagine what life would be like if we weren’t together all the time – and it’s only recently that we have started to hang out and trade tales.
So what can I add that most don’t know? Well for starters, Monty believes in treating the land with respect and helping it to grow. It seems implicit that mother nature is key to our survival, but so many people forget that polluting doesn’t just hurt the people immediately impacted, but that every cigarette you put out in the street hurts us somewhere down the line. As disgusting and dirty as Seattle can get, trust me it can always get worse. The city is still inhabitable – that may not always be the case if we continue down this path. It’s important for us to listen to the heartbeat of the mother, and sadly many have forgotten to heed her warnings. I pray others will begin to notice and take heed of Monty’s mantra and warnings, lest the world becomes a very dark dreary place.
What else can I say? Well, I don’t want to get into the fun stuff too much – always want to have a surprise after all. I can say that thanks to Monty I learned how to hunt. Fending for myself in the wilderness and wilds is another of his strong suits – makes a lot of sense given his Texas Elite training after all. And if you are in the know, then the answer is yes; you really can do anything with a couple of Leathermen, a few skilled operatives, and a balls to brains ratio malfunction. Never underestimate a member of the brothers four, for even a whisper of such things will lead to an unpleasant surprise. They can, and will, do just about anything if it’s for the cause and the safety of the people.
Dover Barton (Unkie): Now to Wilhuff’s twin brother good old Dover Barton the master of the Silver tongue, the serpent himself……this man’s forked tongue is far more dangerous than his skills with a blade. Dover is beyond a master of deception he actually tricked Edward Davis into believing he was his brother and taught the Man in White how to be a professional liar and negotiator. Dover here has slithered his way into the southern states, helped stir the pot of unrest and tore the nation asunder as he became the architect of the Second Civil War and while his southern citizens where dying on the battlefield he further deployed the dreaded STAGE FIVE and directed the confederate forces towards weekend UCAS lines that would simply collapse under the sheer might of the Confederate South.
Dover needed the nation to be torn asunder and forever divided to deploy the master plan of the Brothers Four, total control and sending us into a dictatorship with the Brothers Four as the ruling class and the remainder of the people subservient to their masters of the Horsemen. You ever wonder why some of the UCAS battalions that would hold members loyal to the Brothers Four would be spared but others commanded by officers loyal to the UCAS would be butchered, why some Confederate units would take prisoners and others would simply execute those that surrendered, don’t blame Edward Davis……..nope all the blame can be pointed directly at Dover here.
With is brothers Charles and Montgomery properly placed within the Texas First, and Wilhuff handing him troop movements and vital UCAS government intelligence Dover was able to direct the movements of the Confederates into a most certain victory and eventually put the UCAS into checkmate and force a surrender in 2025. This man is as well responsible for moving the Confederate Capital back to Richmond and put it within spitting distance of the Federal District keeping the UCAS in a forever state of conflict.
We in the UCAS simply fell for his endgame and our leaders pressured by lawmakers and corporations would steadily apply pressure to the Confederate South and thus allow for them to further invade and fight back…….even though the Civil War was over Dover made damned certain that the bloody conflict would continue for generations to come through the manipulations of the narrative, propaganda, and controlling the optics. He continued to manipulate Edward Davis and pressure the Confederate President in thrusting his country into an endless war, thus weakening the Confederacy to an eventual take over from within……wait that actually happened thanks to the Jamestowns, and Brothers Four.
Dover might seem to be a simple caring old man with a kind heart…….don’t be fooled he is true evil and he cares nothing for anyone other than the Brothers Four and the agenda of Wilhuff. Don’t forget that this bastard once served as the Governor of Virginia and sat as the senator for West Virginia for many terms He is a politician through and through so he isn’t to be trusted, he needs to be watched carefully and understand that he does nothing without an agenda.
He is always one step ahead of the media and he controls the narrative that flows through the south and even within the UCAS through the mainstream media, he can with a flick of a switch shut down the news and if anyone tries to report through a blackout he simply removes them either personally, or he sends one of his many pawns to do his bidding…….worst of all this man has no heart and will remove innocent targets to silence and censor the media and he will gladly remove any political opponent through cold blooded murder, or a very public arrest on trumped up charges that will lead to a very public execution………sounds like a Fascist Dictator if I am not mistaken.
Now onto Unkie – though it’s nowhere near as good a name as Pac-Man, but then again I may be biased (can’t let the young beat you easily :). What do you think Pinball? Ah, never mind, it isn’t important. I have to say, of all the people on this page to spread vile nonsense about, why target the gentle giant? That’s right people, I can verify personally that Dover is very much a full-fledged dragon of epic and legendary proportions. Makes you wonder how much dragon is in the rest of us, but I digress. As long as he isn’t in combat (don’t ever bother Dover when he is in combat) Dover here is probably the nicest person I have ever met. Unless you are out of food, then RUN! Just kidding – though seriously bring an extra bag of chips.
Dover has been working to keep people free in his personal and professional life since long before the days of the UCAS. Protecting the citizens of the south from his evil sibling and fighting on their behalf is simply the right thing to do for Dover, and his heart and caring have led him from battle to battle and war to war. If the weak are being oppressed you will find Dover there risking his life to help. That’s truly what drove all of Stage 5 – the want to expose corruption and evil. For only with baring all there is to see can the system be fully understood, processed, and changed.
When it comes to battle prowess (as is always the question on everyone’s mind) I won’t let any secrets out, but let’s just say I would rather take on a horde of Ronin MK 7 that are fully equipped with my bare hands than fight seriously with Unkie here. After all, you don’t think Willhuff got that strong without having a sparring partner or two…
Charles Belmont (Cricket): Now onto the last of these rat bastards the true politician and corporate elite of this bunch. Charles serves many orders and he is a master of them all, this man walks among the elite with his numerous properties and his elegant charisma. He has fooled everyone into thinking he is nothing more than a sophisticated gentleman with endless charm…..in reality he is a snake in an expensive suit that is a master of the spoken word and the man who trained Governor Taffer in political debate Charles is truly the man of the “Last Word”.
He is one of the dreaded Horsemen, Highwaymen, Crystal Dragons, Kingsmen, Presidents Men and Railroad Agent……seriously this list keeps going but you get the point he in no way is a man of honour, like Dover and Wilhuff he is a master of deception and can sell sand to an Arab and ice to an Eskimo……hell I heard he once sold the Brooklynn Bridge. His political career is vast and long and only came to end thanks to the Black Dragons, though in reality he simply stepped into an advisory role; this once Mayor of New York City, Governor of New York, Senator for New York and again for Texas, the former Mayor of Dallas/Fort Worth and President of the Republic of Hawaii….still found time to fight within the Civil War, Texas Uprising, Battle for Phoenix, Battle for Boston and the Battle for Denver and Seattle.
He always seems to be one step ahead of his political opponents and seemingly can win any election with ease, he is feared enough of an opponent that even the threat to run again for office is enough to send sitting politicians quivering and shivers through their bodies. He has homes in multiple states and can decree anyone of them to be his permanent residence at any given time in order to primary a sitting politician and end their career or bankrupt them. He walks among the elite and is considered a welcomed guest within their circles yet all he is doing is scouting out his targets for political assassination, he is the brother that goes directly to the rich and powerful and removes them while they sip brandy.
Besides his political career, and his mastery of politics this man is a highly trained assassin and skilled in the arts of flying, and navigation and can play the part of a hired hand for the elite only to kill them while they relax aboard one his chartered vessels. He as well will use this to steal state secrets, corporate secrets and commit insider trading……yes this man is deep within Wall Street to the point that he owns the building that the houses the market and uses his influence to gain trade secrets. I mean do you think that Mayor Krieghoff was able to bring down two of the Mega Corporations by himself…….Hells No he needed Charles and it would be a simple call to Belmont, “Oh Captain My Captain…….please give me the inside information.” I mean when Charles sat as the Chief Economic Adviser to President Johnson…..yes a rebel was picked to serve within a Loyalist White House, he purposely misguided Johnson and would cause the UCAS’s economy to tank and than come out and say the total opposite giving the Johnson Administration a huge black eye.
This would allow Charles to reap the rewards and further manipulate the markets to make billions while the elite suffered and further exposing the need for reforms……once Charles destroyed the elite and the Loyalists from within he resigned and vanished into the night and the markets would once again recover but for this snake he had already done his damage. Charles is a man that needs to be feared for his a heartless killer, but his political and business sense are far superior and this man fully understand that to win a war and seize control one must first turn the people against each other, create an economic depression and cause the people to seek the politicians for protection and security in exchange giving up personal liberties and what is the quickest way to achieve all these bullet points one word………War!!
Ha! So that’s their big theory. “Solve all your problems with war!!!”. That might honestly be the stupidest thing I have ever heard, and lets just say I have heard an argument with Reverdy regarding where the cheese on a burger should go… You know who understands that war doesn’t solve anything – soldiers!!! Take it from a former general, war is the last option you are looking for when running a country (the right way that is – no guarantees for some of the recent past administrations *cough* Johnson *cough*). It sends the citizens into an uproar. Yes, it can stimulate the economy, but overdone it can crash it too! Furthermore, nothing destroys the morale of a country (on either side) more than having to bury loved ones and put our sons and daughters, husbands and wives, parents and grandparents into the ground. War is simply the teeth of democracy when diplomacy fails. Nobody on this list wants another war. They have fought in plenty of them to know they only bring pain, destruction, and ruin.
Sorry for the rant, but that concept really jostles me. Now, onto Captain – or Cricket as we like to call him at times. Though to be fair, if you don’t know where the name comes from then don’t use it – you don’t want to find out the hard way. What can I say about this experienced governor? For one he is definitely a fun Uncle – both for me and quite a few others. He has been making a turn and change in his life in order to bring some new people into the family. Charles here likes to focus on the big picture and how he can help people. This shows both in his public AND his private work. Whether it’s removing a lawless assassin, researching documents, or removing paranormal creatures during his travels everything he does is for the greater good. Like the rest on this list, this man sleeps better knowing that everyone is safer because what is good for the general populace is good for us too! If you are looking for lying, cheating, evil warmongers then find someone who knows me and I can get you a list of them. You won’t find them here on this page, though I hear they have a committee…
