Bio: The Rover is more then just a man, he is a myth and legend that walks among the people, this man travels around the world striking fear into the hearts of all those who stand opposed to his philosophy and views of right and wrong. For the Rover is the minister of justice and he does’t break or bend when it comes to dispensing justice to the guilty, Wherever there is civil disobedience the Rover can be found restoring order to the lawless and bringing down the mobs and violence to bring civility back to the civilians and citizens of the infected city. Where he hails from is unknown, and he always just seems to roll in under the cover of the night and will be gone just as quickly for the Rover doesn’t seem to care about limiting fatalities just as long as they are guilty. For he is judge jury and executioner and the streets are his courtroom and the verdict has been cast down, the Rover will just appear from the shadows to dispense justice.

This man is a legend only cause he always appears to be wearing the same attire and no-one can ever fully describe the man. We are not even sure that this image is even correct as to his physical appearance. The Rover is also on the legendary status do to his ability to be seen in a vast many locations almost simultaneously. This we know is physically impossible but the stories are always the same, if the Rover even actually exists any more is unknown, but his legend has long surpassed him and people truly believe in the legend of the Rover and that he will come to restore order to the lawless and bring down the guilty.

The earliest account of the Rover was back in Washington DC back during the civil rights movements of the 1960’s and this is why I believe this man is more legend then a reality, he would be well over a hundred years old and their is no way this is even possible. The Rover would roll in from the shadows and bring down the rioters and the lawless police that where physically assaulting the citizens. This didn’t go over well and was rewritten in the history books as the actions of the Rover could never be fully justified and their was no one that could physically explain the super human abilities of this hunter and vigilante during those days. Though this is how someone can become bigger then themselves and as the years went by stories of the Rover would turn up throughout history spoken as an urban myth and legend he would become the avenger of justice and the restorer of order whenever the people would rise up in a lawless riot the Rover would be their to dispense justice.

For the Rover he would either side with the people and strike a blow at the establishment or he would be siding with the establishment and striking a fatal blow to the people. This man seems to know who is justified and who is guilty and he uses this supernatural sense to continue his work through the years. Though as the decades past by the actions of Rover would become more and more as he would be spotted in London, Paris, Baltimore, Los Angeles and Madrid all seemingly at the same time or within days of each other. Thus the legend was born and the Rover would become the unspoken myth and many would fear his retribution even if he was nothing more than a fable told to scare people from revolting. This couldn’t have been more true then during the Nights of Blood when the stories of the Rover began to spread through the cities as the people where taking to the streets in an armed resistance against the natives and the soldiers. Many people report seeing the Rover striking down the uprising citizens and quickly out of fear of the legend that is the Rover they would fall in line.

Though it has come to my attention that the Rover’s traditional garb and his almost faceless features have been copied by many who serve the UCAS and they have used the fear of this man to enslave the nation and keep the people in line. This was discovered when multiple Rovers where captured and interrogated. Though one may ask where was the real Rover during these time and the answer is unable to be answered. It seems this hunter of the guilty was missing in action during those days and if he was active their are no accounts of his hunts. Though as the years progressed the tales of the Rover continued and many cities just fell in line out of fear, even though his myth had been thought to have been fraudulent. That was till the Rover again appeared out of the shadows and struck down an entire National Guard unit that had been given the authority to execute the rebelling citizens inside Pittsburgh. The Rover single handedly brought down the entire military unit in a single night leaving only the commander alive to contemplate his life and the actions he was about to partake. This officer would go on to tell the tale of the Rover and he even would go to his grave defending his recount of the story claiming the Rover had spared him to see the error of his ways. Though the UCAS didn’t seem to agree and they hung Captain George Harrison as a traitor and tried to bury the legend with his execution. Though within days of the execution all involved would be found hanging from the same gallows. With a very brutal message carved into their chests “The False Flag Is Next, The Rover.” this message was found on each of the victims and even after the gallows where taken down the hangings would continue till all 36 people involved in the hanging of Captain Harrison’s execution had died in the same manner.

This is enough evidence to confirm that the real Rover is back in business and he is on the hunt for those that he deems to be guilty and he is striking a blow against the False Flag and is obviously working alongside the rebels and freedom fighters, though even these resistance fighter need to be careful not to invoke the ire of the Rover for he is the minister of justice and the he is the ultimate voice of true justice. The Rover might be fighting for freedom but he is still concerned with justice and keeping the peace. Seattle should quake at the thought of the Rover entering the city to restore order and justice.

The Rover is one man that should be both feared and respected for he is a true legend and this man’s skills are unknown and he has never been bested in battle, so tread carefully when you take to the streets. The Rover might mistake you for a lawless one and commence justice upon you, he stands for freedom and democracy so you can bet your lucky stars he will be very active helping the Patriots reclaim Seattle from the False Flag, so please keep your political stance to oneself unless you want to die for the UCAS.

Bio: Well when it comes to curmudgeon and angry runners one name comes to mind and that is X-Ray, this man is not a nice man and it is really surprising that anyone is willing to work with him. I think this is who he ended up in the Library, little is known about this order but what is known is that they are the seekers of knowledge and some say they hold enough information that they can blackmail anyone at any given time. This is where X-Ray comes in as he might not be a social warrior but do to his bluntness and his twisted view of the world he is the perfect man to lean on anyone and so he has become the blackmail specialist of the Library and well any other agency willing to pay his outrageous fees to employ his services. This has made X-Ray one of the most hated shadow operators out their but also one of the few that has actually protected his ass from retaliation from his employers do him holding enough secrets to be a liability and risk. To call X-Ray a loose end is nice, this man is the definition of loose ends and he is smart enough to protect himself from any cleaner that would be dispatched to remove this man.

It also doesn’t help that he actually has X-Ray vision and not the proxy Gamma X-Ray that actually just allows the user to see into certain substances. This vision gives this keeper a serious advantage in that he physically can’t be surprised, pare this up with the tactile computer and thermo sense organ he is virtually living on guard. X-Ray has made a career of blackmailing the world and he doesn’t seem to care or any willingness to stop, with all the enemies this man has made you would think he would wise up, but for X-Ray it’s all about the information and the power the knowledge gives him over even his employers. Why would someone outsource their blackmailing well in most cases it’s trying to keep their hands clean and being able to claim ignorance when the police come knocking. Though this is how X-Ray maintains his power hold and he is able to stay the go to guy for all sorts of extortion.

This man is not free from sin though as X-Ray is a man that is not afraid to get his hands dirty and enforce the fact that he is more then an information broker and that he is as well a physical advisory that can and will go to extremes if needed and he won’t think twice about sending someone to an early grave if it comes to that. This man is also in possession of a portable brain dancing and memory stealing device that he can even pry the information out of an unwilling subjects head. They don’t need to be alive for this to work, and their head doesn’t even need to be attached to their body. Are you starting to see a pattern here with the Library, they are willing to go to any extent to gain the upper hand against anyone they deem the enemy and these keepers can direct the flow of any government with the information the hold.

What’s lucky for our politicians, leaders and military commanders is that these keepers are more focused on hoarding knowledge and keeping the veil of secrecy that they are not fully embedded into the political arena. Though the biggest issue is most of these keepers are involved in the various agencies that have declared war on the UCAS, NAN and World Court. These Keepers are these agencies military intelligence operators and these men are masters of playing the propaganda and spreading false information as well as exposing factual information. So be very concerned about this order now that we know about them and their keepers hold more power than anyone else who is involved in this game.

X-Ray is a serious problem though this man holds a vast majority of the secrets in his little noggin and his mind is a steel trap, nothing can penetrate that fortress. This man can with a single phone call or email bring to light information that many would kill to keep secret and he serves the Library and is as well attached to the Freedom Patriots. Though he is not officially on their roster but as we have seen in the past that doesn’t mean anything. This man is the master of extortion and he is still getting paid for work he performed over thirty years ago and some corporations that refused to pay his fee’s of silence have since been bankrupted by the scandal that was unleashed by X-Ray as a show of power. Many sit in jail or have been executed by the state for the information he has let loose. So you would think that X-Ray would not be still employable but with every change of the guard in the corporate or criminal world the new bosses are willing to way the risk versos reward and play a dangerous game with X-Ray.

This is man who’s fee is so high and he really could’t be bothered with the common man so the average citizen really doesn’t need to worry about X-Ray paying them a visit, though they might have to worry about the wake that is caused if their employer employs the services of this man or is on the receiving end of X-Ray. So quick tip, if you see this man enter your work place, you might want to think about a career change quickly cause you will not know what he is doing there and whatever reason it is, your job just became a whole lot less secure.

So when it comes to X-Ray it is best to just avoid him and never hire this man, he might be the best in the business when it comes to extortion but that doesn’t mean he is worth the risk. Anyone that has made a career out of blackmail, is an advisory that you don’t want to risk dealing with unless you want to paying his fee for the rest his life. Killing X-Ray has proven to be harder then many thought and with a pile of dead assassins and cleaners to sift through, this has proved to be troublesome for other reasons as well. remember he has that very scary device that can extract information from the brains of even the recently deceased; again creating a very nasty cycle that will never end.

In conclusion when it comes to X-Ray don’t become a victim of his speciality, unless you want to invite a Keeper into your building and then deal with the consequences of your own actions. He might solve one problem but he will create many more for you. This man is a legend and master, but you don’t become as good as he is without breaking a few eggs and the history book is full of companies and criminals that are sitting in jail or lay buried in a nameless grave do to this man. He has many enemies and he doesn’t seem to care at all, he has very few friends and again he doesn’t care. Please heed this warning and don’t employ the services of X-Ray and end this cycle of abuse that he has started.

Lord Hamilton Whitehall (Krampus)

Bio: Well this man known as the Krampus is one that really scares me out of the many keepers of the Library, and for damned good reason. Every agency and order has their cleaners and their erasers. Well the Krampus is the cleaner of the Library and this man is so damned cold that he will go after anyone that needs to be erased and this means that he will abduct your children. The Krampus will use your own offspring as leverage to lure out his target and if you expect that your children will be spared well this is a falsity. The Krampus will kill them right in front of you and then he will remove your unneeded head. This man is a true monster and like the legend states he goes after the naughty and well your kids might have been angels but if the Krampus is involved you have been very naughty.

When it comes to erasing someone their is no order better then the Library, this agency is full of people that can make anyone vanish in the blink of an eye and any victim of the Library is always found with their heads missing. Only to turn up days or months later discarded in a random dumpster, tossed away like yesterdays newspaper. Though for the Krampus he takes joy from his work and he goes the extra mile to make sure his victims fully understand the dire nature of their situation. This cleaner will make sure your family and loved ones all suffer a gruesome death and are made quite aware that they are dying to the actions of their loved one. Though the Krampus will normally only work during the holiday season and thus earning the handle of the Krampus. This man fully enjoys using this time of year and all the family gatherings as his hunting grounds, he can render an entire family extinct on one night and then have children that he can either murder or brainwash into his subjects.

Yes unlike the true legend of the Krampus, this man will sometimes spare your children and he will use some sort of portable brain dancing equipment to turn them into his loyal and fanatical subjects. He then arms them with a knife and sends the little killers back to their parents to do the deed for him, then off themselves as he couldn’t be bothered to raise any of these monsters he creates. Though this brings to light the issue that your little child could be a cold ruthless killer that will kiss you good night and then drive a knife into your throat as you sleep or as you tuck them into bed. This is why he is scary and he could be anywhere, and anyone do to him being a master of disguise, the Krampus might just be your preacher, your mail carrier or even a teacher. His true identity might be known but he sheds skins like many change their underwear, so the fear of the Krampus is something that many should be concerned with.

Their is no-one that is aware of the Library’s agenda and why they peg someone for erasing, so do to this their is zero way to protect yourself from the Krampus. This man works exclusively for the Library, though we do know that the Library works with the Human Resistance Movement and also the Death’s Hand this should be bothersome to anyone who reads this. Cause if these Keepers are working for the Death’s Hand or even connected to that agency this could mean that Alexander can reach out to the Library and ask for the Krampus to be unleashed to remove a loose end. Or even to strike random fear as many would suddenly swear loyalty to the Hand if they learned the Krampus was in town and suddenly the children where at risk. The Krampus is a master cleaner and this man can and has turned even children into fanatical killers, he has kidnapped children and sent them back to their parents as beef jerky or mail order steaks. Only to expose the truth after Mom and Dad have consumed their child, leaving that as the last thought before he removes the heads of his victims.

So in conclusion when it comes to the Krampus, their is really no way to protect yourself from him, do to his motives and the motives of the Library being unknown and we are just know learning about this agency. He is the master of disguise and will use your children or grandchildren against you and if no children are in the equation he will dirty his own hands with your blood. This man will strike entire families during their celebration of Christmas, and render everyone their deceased and leave it as a bloody massacre for the police to clean up. So with his motives unknown and his agency veiled in secrecy it is almost imposable to predict when you have angered the Library enough for them to dispatch the Krampus. The only assumption I have is that the Library are seekers of knowledge thus if you are standing in the way of them achieving this said goal you might be on the Krampus’s radar. Though again this is an assumption and thats all.

The Krampus is a heartless killer that will not think twice about killing anyone on his list and even those that are not on his list but are connected to his target are at risk for his special brand of murder and terror. This is one Keeper that is not obsessed with knowledge and can not be reasoned with ever, so cherish these moments know with your children and hold them dear but please keep a watchful eye for the hidden dagger and always lock your bedroom door. Though this might stop little Timmy or Sally but it won’t stop the Krampus, just say your prayers that you haven’t ended up on his list of the naughty.

Bio: The Forsaken well this man is more then meets the eye, he has been almost all but forgotten like his handle states. Lucky for us all the Forsaken has been completely written out of history, and I have had to pay my researchers plenty of overtime pay just to gather the information needed for this article. The Forsaken has been in operation since 2020 and according to my data he has never stopped working just changed scenery, this runner has been in every major city all across North America at some point and even has has worked over in Europe for a handful of years. This man managed to keep his legacy somewhat unknown and was able to slide under the radar like the euro runners. This is an impressive feet for a runner that has spent a vast majority of his career running the American shadows. So where to start when it comes to the Forsaken, for this man is a mixture of myth and fact, legend and reality and sometimes the the truth is stranger than fiction when it comes to the man known as the Forsaken.

It is said this man got his start as a runner shortly after the Ghost Dance and during the Nights of Blood. He entered a life of violence and crime when his entire life was stripped from him and he was rendered a dead man walking, with nothing left he rose from the ashes as the forgotten, the unwanted and the unneeded, and so it was the birth of the Forsaken. This man just walked from town to town dispensing justice to the lawless and bring down many of the native warlords and tribal bands that where terrorising the locals. It is said that he as well would strike down would be raiders and highway men that looked to reap the rewards of the troubled landscape. Legend state that one a full moon night, when the bells chime 12 the nameless and faceless Forsaken will come walking into the town his long coat blowing in the wind, his features cast in shadow by the moon light and by morning all who intended harm the innocent of the town would be laying dead where they stood.

Now from what I can defer from my research data is that the Forsaken yes actually murdered the men, but more I look into the legends it seems that he wasn’t alone and that this man had a posy of unknown soldiers that travelled with him. According to the autopsy reports the fallen would have a variety of wound patterns and their time of death was to close together for one man to have achieved. It appears the Forsaken might have killed a handful of the people in each town but science and forensics debunks the myth that the Forsaken could have physically brought down countless trained warriors in a single night alone.

Legend states that upon dawn the unknown man would be seen leaving the town and vanishing into the rising sun and never a trace of his presence was ever found, the forever wandering man left but not a trace, nor foot print in the dust. Well we now know that he is a physical adept and he probably learned one of the many mystical abilities that can allow him to move undetected. I don’t wan’t to debunk the legend of the Forsaken as I have a ton of respect for the stories as I heard them all as I was growing up, and I saw all of the movies as a child, but as one gets older you have to put silly childhood legends and myths about a nameless and faceless killer to bed and look solely at the facts.

According to the Legend this man, travelled all over North America on foot and their were accounts of his presence in every major city sometimes at the same time, this people is impossible nobody can be in two places miles apart at the same time. It’s just not possible even with the technology we have today, not to mention the technology they had back then. This man had to have copy cats, that where tasked with mimicking the Forsaken in order to further spread the legend. What we do known is that he would only go after the guilty and he would only go after those that where exploiting the week. The Forsaken would as well go after any and all native forces that threatened a town or where causing undo harm to it’s civilians and citizens.

This people is the legend of the Forsaken, and this legend has stood the test of time. The Forsaken a vigilante, a hunter and warrior of the shadows that dispensed justice as only he saw fit. Well not to be the bearer of bad news, but this hero of the innocent is also a runner of the shadows and has had his hand in some very legendary operations throughout the ages. He didn’t just fight for the good of man, he fought for his wallet and the Forsaken was eventually captured on the only device that doesn’t forget or forgive and that is the security camera. The man with no face, the man with no name has been reviled. The Legend of the Forsaken has been unmasked and it is nothing but a sad old man, that is not very threatening, so my hypothesis earlier about him not being the only one doing the killings is sure to be correct. As the Forsaken looks more like my Grandfather then a soulless vigilante, he should be hanging around the shuffle board court and let the legend of the Forsaken just fade away.

Though like all good legends, even though he has been unmasked and proven to be nothing more then an old man, people still report sightings of the Forsaken and there are still reports of entire camps of soldiers vanishing over night and seeing the Forsaken walk away into the rising sun. Again my readers the Forsaken is just an old man named Bernard Cummings and he works and lives here in Seattle. This man has a family and lives a suburban life, as a husband, father and grandfather; the Forsaken is no more and hasn’t been for many years.

Bio: Torpor is a true terror this man has stalked the night for as long as most people can remember and his legacy has grown beyond even what is possible for a single man to accomplish in a single lifetime. This man is a true urban legend, a thing that nightmares are made of and the embodiment of the monster that lurks under the bed. Torpor’s legend spans all across North America and he is the thing of scary camp fire stories told on a cold October night, whether Torpor is real or not is up to to speculation and even what we know about him is nothing more the myth and legend, the image that we have of Torpor we can’t confirm it’s authenticity. So I will go into the legend of the man known as Torpor only here, I will not speculate and try to spread any further falsities about him. I will let the legend speak for itself and allow the thing of nightmares, the man that goes bump in the night and stalks you within your dreams. So readers keep that light on, pull the blankets up higher and make sure you say your prayers for Torpor lurks within the shadows of night and he might have chosen you to be his next victim.

The legend of Torpor can be traced back to the late 1990’s within a small Alaska fishing village, during there endless nights this man would stalk the town and murder one citizen each night for six months. He would do this by slipping into there bedroom and running a razor sharp blade across their throat, he would then place two copper pennies in the eyes of the victim and he would as well place a simple silver coin in the mouth of the deceased. Torpor would then slip away back into the darkness from witch he came, this man did this each night for six months and he would kill only one poor soul each night, he would murder a husband and leave the wife only to come back for her days, weeks or months later. Any of his victims that managed to survive being sliced as they slept would fall into a deep torpor like sleep and never awaken again, this is how the legend of Torpor came to be. These murders are still unsolved and have caused this village to become nothing more then a ghost town, as he removed a vast majority of the population with such ease and left the locals and police baffled. Do to being the birthplace of the Torpor legend, no one dares to purchase a home their again and this town has been left to be reclaimed by the earth.

Through the years, the legend of Torpor has struck again and again. Unexplained murders each and every night with no pattern and no foreseeable motive that would last six months and would render a city silent, and in mourning as the victims continued to mount but police where no closer to identifying or capturing a suspect. As Torpors legend grew so did the panic many would feel when the would read about an unexplained murder where coins where let behind as an offering. Medical professionals still today can’t figure out what he uses to keep those who survive forever in torpor never to awaken again. Police are left clueless and no closer to catching Torpor or even identifying this man, he leaves no evidence behind, he does not appear on security camera and he leaves zero magical signature behind. This has allowed the fear of this man to grow and reach epic proportions.

As the years passed by the legend known as Torpor was growing out of control and this was leaving police and federal investigators on many wild goose chases. As people began to idolize and copycat this killer, his legend had reached suck an epic point that people would commit murder in the name of Torpor and this would only allow the real Torpor to keep killing and his murders would forever be mistaken as yet another copycat. This led many investigators into chasing a ghost and eventually even those tasked with solving the Torpor murders to eventually give up and allow the cases to go cold.

With each murder done by a copycat the fear of the real Torpor would grow and the people would wonder if one day he would be coming for them, curfews where placed in dangerous areas in hopes to capture Torpor as he stalked the streets and again as the years went by nothing. This man evaded capture and the bodies kept piling up, throughout North America and from city to city people would whisper about the legend of Torpor fearing upsetting the legend and becoming his next victim. The copycats where never caught either, these men and women that would kill in the name of Torpor would always be found deceased in the same manner as they the would kill. There fate would always seem to end up at the hands of Torpor, though people speculate that the copycats are being killed by other copycats to keep the legend fresh and real, though other speculate that Torpor is actually behind the deaths of the copycats, feeling that they are disgracing his legend and his name.

This is how the legend of the man known as Torpor has come to be, his actual existence any more is unknown and the only evidence anyone has is the two photographs that where found in the home of Curtis English in that small Alaskan town where this legend began. Curtis was one of the only surviving men in that village and he was both the chief of police and the villages coroner, Curtis vanished once the sun began to rise and the Alaskan state troopers arrived to investigate the grisly murders. People believe that old man Curtis, is the murderer known as Torpor, but people also don’t believe that Torpor still exists today nearly eighty years after his first killings.

This is how legends grow and continue to strike terror into the hearts of the believers, with each murder sharing a similarity to that of the Torpors and with the death of the copycats at the hands of a man who leaves the exact same type of coins left behind in the cold dark Alaskan murders. Is Torpor still alive, is Torpor a ghost stalking the night forever on the hunt killing from beyond the grave or is this man immortal and forever stalking the night and harvesting innocent souls to trade to the lords of the night that have granted Torpor eternal life. We may never know the truth, but we can only thank our lucky stars that Torpor has yet to ever take a soul here in Seattle.

Bio: This is a man that even the shadows what to forget about and for damned good reason Aeon is a real rat bastard and this man has been stalking the night for as long as I can remember and there have been stories of this assassin throughout the ages. I some what hope that the legend of Aeon is like that of Torpor and just a legend told to scare children into behaving, told to scare campers into staying in there tents at night and told to terrorize cadets and recruits as they spend their first nights in the wilds. Well even thinking about what Aeon has done through the ages is giving me the chills as I write this. So without any further ado lets begin the tale of the man, the myth and the legend of Aeon.

As the story goes he was a government agent working deep undercover in the top secret military base known as Area 51 and was privileged to many of the nations top secrets and conspiracies. This man was so trusted that he would eventually become the top security agent for Area 51 and would be allowed to leave the base in order to clean up messes that where left behind by the military and this meant he would stalk the shadows and murder anyone and everyone the government felt knew to much and there have been countless unsolved murders throughout the now UCAS and NAN that can be connected only by cause of death. People have begun to theorize that these murders where authorized and where done by a special black ops agent of the government, though they will deny it.

The legend began to spiral out of control during the period of time when Area 51 was being declassified and document was accidentally released to the public containing information about something called the Aeon Project and a shadow killer known as Aeon. The projects head was a man known as Morey DiCane and when people dug deeper into this project and the man known as Morey DiCane they would come up with nothing more than a dead end and anyone who dug to deep would end up with a crossbow bolt buried deep into the back of there neck. This only convinced the conspiracy theorists that this Morey DiCane and Aeon were one in the same and the Aeon project was some sort of government hit list and they were silencing anyone who spoke out about them.

Well as for the legend to spread all it takes is a hint of the truth, and for all the murders that can be traced to Aeon have been performed in the same manner, and no one ever saw or heard anything before death came knocking. Well for this legend the fear would become rampant throughout the early part of the this century, and would explode to epic proportions when Area 51 would once again be reclassified. Though this is also where the story gets a bit creepy, this is how it goes just after the secret base was reclassified on a full moon night screams where heard coming from the base, yet according to fans of Area 51 that were camping near bye said just after the screams were heard the lights went out throughout the base, the fire in the fire pit stood still the campers looked on in horror through there binoculars as the front doors to the main hangar opened and illuminated the sky in iridescent light and out from the light walked the shadowy figure holding a crossbow. They also report that in a blink the crossbow was pointed in there direction, then a exploding of glass as a bolt punched through the lens blinding the onlooker. the survivors report that as fast as the crossbow fired the man who emerged from the hangar was inside there camp. That was miles away in the desert, They described him to have soulless eyes, dressed in a white lab coat and tie with an id badge that read Morey DiCane, Agent Aeon. He then put his finger to his lips and went silence and three of the campers rapidly aged and turned to dust. He then just vanished leaving one blinded by a crossbow and the other in complete shock.

If this story is true or not, is imposable to confirm since the two surviving campers vanished shortly after reporting this and have never been seen again. Though according to further research Morey DiCane did actually exist, but the scary part is that he lived back in the 1950’s and was born in the 1890 and died in 1995 at 105 years old. Though according to the witness accounts and the photos from the leaked documents it was Morey DiCane, was he a ghost the government were using to cover something up or was it actually Morey DiCane, and he is the legend of Aeon. The only other fact that can be followed up on is that Area 51 has once again been closed down and there have been reports from the military personnel that arrived after this event. There reports indicate that every living soul inside the main location was dead with a black hooked crossbow bolt buried deep into there neck, they also report that the bases automated announcement system broadcasting one simple message “The False Flag Flies No More.” the personnel on scene have stated that what they saw that night has stuck with them and they have had nightmares ever since.

These reports and the various witness accounts shine some light on the prof of Aeon being real, though whatever they were researching inside that base has created a hunter that has now gone rogue and could very well be unkillable, he seems to move through time and kills in a flash all reports indicate that just before a black hooked crossbow bolt digs into someone’s neck, there is a cold chill in the room and time seems to stand still. Aeon through the years has become nothing more then a legend and a ghost story, but in this reporters opinion I believe he is real, and I believe he is still out there hunting those who he once served. I believe and respect the tales of Aeon and I am only writing this as a warning to the younger generation that has never heard the tales of Aeon. This man is real, he stalks the night bringing down those who he deems are the enemy, he is bringing down the guilty and he has no remorse, no soul and can not be reasoned with. Aeon is a predator and is much more dangerous then anyone can imagine, best to say your prayers, stay in school and be a good little boy or girl and you might stay clear of Aeon.

Bio: It is time to talk about the man and the myth known as Mist, this man is a hunter and he lurks within the shadows hunting those he deems to be guilty. You would think this would mean he would hunt runners and mercenaries, but sadly he doesn’t. Mist goes after those that are what he deems to be the real threat and this means when the mists roll in someone is going to die, and his targets are gang members, corrupt politicians and corporate officials, members of the False Flag, the Native military forces, crime syndicates and the list goes on from there. He doesn’t even bother with the truly guilty of the runner world, but the fact that Mist avoids killing anyone who is truly innocent is a breath of fresh air amongst those who make a living within the shadows. He is not a monster and he is surgical, this man only removes his target and will leave everyone else alive, this has led to allot of puzzled looks and baffled eyewitnesses that can’t recall anything other then one minute the target was alive and then he was dead and gone.

Mist has become a bit of a legend and something that is spoken about only in a hushed tone and seeing that he always seems to arrive on a foggy night or misty morning it has intensified his legend and since this is Seattle and fog and mist are common the fear of Mist is all true real for many people. Do to who Mist targets the police department don’t even bother to investigate any killings connected to mist, as well they don’t believe he even exists. Mist is basically a specialised vigilante that brings justice to the streets and allows for the people to have a taste of retribution. He never takes a dime from anyone who asks for his help, and legend says that if you go down to the harbour and leave a photo of the target with there name in an old tin can by the waters edge. The Mists will rise and if if the target is suitable guilty, justice will be served within a fortnight, if the target is found to be innocent the Mists will return to seek vengeance.

Well this is just a legend but many of the poor can be found down at the harbour some evenings with there tin cans and asking for the help of Mist. This legend is what keeps the fear of this man alive, also when he does strike and suddenly in a blink of an eye the head of the guilty rolls to the floor and justice has been served. Why Mist chooses to not go after runners like the Devil Rats, Claw, Ghost, Samael and the Deaths Hand is a mystery but throughout the generations of the legend of Mist, he has never gone after one of these killers. I guess he just feels that karma will punish them and he is better served to aid the week and the poor.

Mist has become allot more active in the recent days and has brought his special brand of street justice to many he deemed guilty during the war and it seems that Mist has chosen to side with the city he has protected through the ages. This man is nothing more than a mystery and his capabilities are unknown to everyone, as he never sticks around long enough and he kills with great speed and always by decapitation. Many in the city consider Mist one of the good guys and he is to be left alone and left to do his work as he is not hurting anyone who is not deserving of death. Though there are a few in the police department that want to see Mist behind bars for murder of any kind is still murder and citizens shouldn’t take the law into their own hands; for this will cause the system to break down and when the system breaks down you have anarchy.

Personally I feel that Seattle needs the legend of Mist and this man is our own dark knight bringing justice to those that can not afford to higher a mercenary or who the police and politicians feel are below them. This man is able to bring down those that can slither through the legal system and make sure they never harm another soul. He is the collector of souls and the harvester of sorrows, this man hunts the guilty and when the mists roll in they might just be here for you. Mist might be an urban legend, but we have evidence to prove he exists and if you are being haunted by the guilty head on down to the docks with your photograph and tin can and leave your offering for the mists and maybe he will answer by collecting yet another soul and hopefully it’s not your head that lands on the floor.

World Slayer

World Slayer is nothing more then a legend and myth, he is supposed to be the bringer of justice and defender of mankind from the evil that lurks within the shadows. According to legend the World Slayer rides a steel motor cycle with fiery saw blades for wheels, that can actually leave the ground and rip across the sky. He himself is cloaked in metal armour like a Knight of the medieval times, World Slayer is supposed to arrive with a crack of thunder and seek vengeance for those that are being oppressed. Well he has never been seen anywhere in Europe to avenge those enslaved by the Deaths Hand or HRM and nor has he taken his vengeance out upon the oppressors here in North America or South America. My personal belief about World Slayer is he is nothing but a wives tale about a spirit of vengeance that has morphed through the generations. The people need something to believe in and what’s better then a Hell Rider in the sky that seeks vengeance and restores humanity, a true spirit of vengeance to both fear and pray for.

Founder

This man is more urban legend then anything else, The Founder has never been actually seen, he has only ever been heard through antiquated radio transmissions. As the legend states he is the CEO of DAOD (Dark Arms Ordinance Distribution) hence where his name comes from The Founder I guess only the higher ups in the Deaths Hand will know anything about the Founder and they are not talking.

The other part of his legend is that he captures shadowrunners and gang members to be his test subjects, he sends them into a crazy labyrinth, A deadly maze of traps. That if the subject survives they are rewarded, and their death is the price of failure. Though this sounds a lot like the Tobias (Jigsaw) of the HRM, so I feel that maybe there might be a bit of confusion in the stories here.
