The US Elite has its first military trial scheduled for cadet Walter Hamilton (20) of Waterside. Hamilton has been charged with Attempted Wilful Murder, Hiring of a Shadow Operator, Terrorist Threats against cadet Taylor Greenspan,Terrorist Threats against General Orson White, Terrorist Threats against Naval Captain Dover Barton, Terrorist Threats against General of the Army Ralph Rivers, Terrorist Threats against Major General Robert Hill, Attempted Wilful Murder of Major General Robert Hill, Treason Against the UCAS, Theft of Military Supplies, Defacing Government Property and Perjury.
Hamilton Walter is being held without bail at the Waterways Military Compound awaiting the start of his trial on January 14th, 2075 to be overseen by military judge Vice Admiral Wesley Reid and prosecuted by Mr. Perry Mason, Mr. Jack Malone and Lord Gary Swimming with his defence be provided by Mr. Robert Perry. The UCAS government is seeking the death penalty in this case and using the articles of justice within the Uniformed Code of Justice during times of war as their argument. The defence is claiming that Mr. Hamilton miss understood what he was signing up for and was under extreme mental duress during the early training stages.
According to reports from within the US Elite the Criminal Investigation Division lead by Commander Oakley Doyle would uncover a direct link between Hamilton Walter and the hired assassin through bank records and phone records provided to the CI division by I Corps. Hamilton’s attorney is arguing that the evidence has been doctored by I-Corps commander Major Wilhuff Palpatine and his confession was coerced through the use of physical harm and mental trickery on the behalf of Dr. Ben Palpatine.
The Prosecution has provided all documents and recordings of the interview process to the courts and showing that Hamilton freely and openly confessed in disgust fully understanding that he would be hanged once he signed the confession. Hamilton’s lawyer is claiming that he was denied a lawyer during his interview and the confession should be excluded from the trial process.
As of today the honourable Wesley Reid has yet to rule in the favour of the defendant and has scheduled a short date for trial. Hamilton Walter’s parents have been reaching out to the prosecutors office within the US Elite begging for leniency for their son. Currently a spokesman for Lord Gary Swimming states that the seriousness of the crimes the defendant is charged with and that he freely confessed to demand the most extreme of punishments and death by hanging is the only acceptable punishment in this case. They state that any show of leniency will be seen as a window of opportunity for others to follow suit, everyone needs to know that any sort of traitorous actions will be prosecuted to fullest extent of the law.
If Hamilton’s confession is not excluded from evidence than his trial will be short and sweet, seeing the prosecution has an open and shut case and Hamilton will be hanged within two weeks of his sentencing. It seems that the US Elite is following all the proper guidelines within the Military Uniformed Code of Justice and they have properly investigated this case. The Assassin Howard Broward aka Tiny will be facing the death penalty as well when his case goes to trial on January 9th 2075. Broward is as well facing the hangman’s noose for his part in the conspiracy and even with facing execution he openly confessed and provided evidence of Hamilton’s direct involvement. Broward’s lawyer released a statement from his client “If I am going to hang for this, than I will be damned if I hang alone.”
The US Elite’s Judge Advocate Judge Office (JAG) has stated that they have reviewed all the evidence in this case and feel that execution by hanging is proper and fully within the law for both defendants. They are not happy about sending a young man to his death but the punishment fits the crime and they are just doing whats in the best interest of the country and following the written military law.
Hamilton’s parents are requesting that citizens of Seattle phone and email the Criminal Division and the JAG office to request that their son be spared from the gallows and sentenced to life in prison instead. They say that he is a good man that had a mental break and needs to be given a second chance at life, currently the JAG office has refused to reduce the charges nor recommend a lighter sentence for Hamilton.

<<<Cadet Hamilton, Walter has changed his plea from innocent to guilty and now awaits his sentencing hearing on January 14th where if Judge T.J Harris could sentence Hamilton Walter to death by hanging or life without parole. The sentence will be based on the testimony from character witnesses provided by the defence and the already presented evidence, his plea and the sentence recommendation from the prosecuting attorney Jack Malone.
In this reporters opinion Cadet Hamilton, Walter will be sentenced to hang for the crimes he plead guilty to; seeing that the US Elite will want to establish a base line and foundation for any future cases. If Hamilton is spared the noose for high treason and his accomplice Broward, Howard who has already been sentenced to hang by his neck until dead by the Honourable Winston Appleton on January 9th, 2075 and his execution date has been set for January 20th at 0800. If Judge Harris is lenient on Hamilton and spares him the noose he will be setting a dangerous precedent moving foreword that the Elite are willing to be lenient on their own.
Though as of the writing of this article the staff from Judge Harris’s office will only publicly state that Judge Harris is considering all the evidence and will not allow emotion or political pressure to sway his sentence. He openly warned the defendant of the risks involved with changing his plea from innocent to guilty and that he will be forgoing any chance of an appeal of the sentence; he was warned that he is facing execution and that he strongly recommended that he take his chances at trial.
Broward, Howard will be the first prisoner to be hanged by the US Elite and it seems that they are taking all cases seriously and as well making sure that the condemned doesn’t linger for long in prison seeing they are making sure that the execution date is within two weeks of the imposed sentence. <<<The State of Washington will be holding an emergency election on February 1st 2075 for the vacant seat of State Governor. This seat has been vacant since 2045 when Governor Edward Travis was assassinated by members of the Free Bird Terrorist Cell. The UCAS and NAN decided that a political seat of that nature was no longer needed and hence forth absorbed the duties of Governor with the duties of the Mayor of Seattle in 2046. Under Executive Order #23465 The powers of state and city have been separated and the Governors Office is once again opening, this order was under the advisement of Seattle Mayor Mortimer Krieghoff and the other UCAS Governors requesting that Washington State once again be truly recognised as part of the Union.
The NAN Council of Chiefs have openly handed back the land within the state of Washington over to the United States of America in exchange for their tribal lands in Alaska as well to have many of their military forces that are being held as prisoners of war to be released. President River Welsh agreed to the terms with one stipulation and that was if any prisoner being held is a guilty of terror attacks, insect worship, or took part in the Nights of Blood they will be not be freed and they will be executed.

At 6:30 PM on Friday the 11th of January a large explosion rocked the town of Waterside destroying the popular matrix cafe the “Node” and causing structural damage to the surrounding buildings; debris was thrown over a mile from the blast site in all directions causing additional catastrophic damage.
Reports from Emergency Personnel and Water Side PD indicate multiple injuries and fatalities from the explosion itself and the debris field. Waterside PD report that they responded to an emergency call from the manager of the Burger Express about possible terrorist activity in the region at 6:15 PM and responded quickly to investigate and prevent any threat to the sanctity and safety of the citizens of Seattle and Waterside.
When police arrived on the scene they were engaged by unknown members of the Harbingers, Ruination and Tribe; Waterside Chief Eric Walters reports with a solemn manner that the family of Waterside Police Department would loose Officer Trevor Brown C-SWAT, Officer Ronald Travis C-Swat, Officer Brian Howell C-Swat, Sargent Kevin Douglas C-SWAT, Detective Greg French, Detective Chuck Noel, LT. Fred Gibbons, Officer Brian Vincent and Captain Leon Eric. During an attempted apprehension of the suspects. Chief Walters stated that Waterside Police Department will not rest till the suspects are identified and arrested for the murdering of the towns peace officers.
Seattle Police District One sent Detectives Rusty Rutherford, Eric Burns, Clark Barnett and Captain Russel Bookman of Homicide and Major Case to cease control of the investigation from Waterside under orders from Commissioner Wesley Reid. Waterside Chief objected to having the case investigated by District One and thanks to Waterside Mayor Christopher McDonald he was able to pull rank and overrule the commissioner and toss the District One Detectives off the case. Captain Bookman was reported to have contacted Seattle Mayor Mortimer Krieghoff in an attempt to regain control of the scene and investigation. Mayor Krieghoff has yet to hand the investigation over to District One and Captain Bookman left the scene frustrated and upset.
When Emergency Personnel arrived on scene they would find multiple terrified citizens within there under garments, and frighted. These citizens reported that they where inside the “Node” before the explosion and had been accosted by runners of the Harbingers, Ruination and Tribe and where forced to strip down by Taylor Greenspan aka Peaches. After the witness striped down he began to execute them with a Colt 911 combat pistol and when the weapon jammed he attacked them with his hockey stick. The scared citizens reported that the grouping of runners where laughing and joking about shooting fish in a barrel when the surviving ones would use the distraction to make an escape attempt; six citizens where murdered at the hands of Taylor Greenspan, two additional bodies where found near Burger Express that had been stabbed according to medical examiners on scene. The bodies suffered extreme damage from the explosion so a direct cause of death is unknown and identification will be nearly impossible.
Waterside Detectives located a witness that had video evidence of Taylor Greenspan breaking in to the “Node” moments before the explosion. The video shows Greenspan firing a Colt 911 into the open doorway before entering the business. The witnesses statement and video evidence lines up with two bodies found thrown from the building from the explosion, that had burns and explosion damage but as well had a bullet wound in the head.
Detectives as well located the remains of Tir Tangier Ambassador Toreador Laquatus and his aids that where in the wreckage of there city car. The Ambassador was in Waterside to speak with Mayor McDonald about a trade agreement that would have been beneficial to both Waterside and the Greater Metro Seattle. According to Mayor McDonald the Ambassador never made it the the meeting as he was killed while on route. Mayor McDonald is calling this the greatest abuse of power by the District One Department seeing many of the officers and detectives are part of the 57th Criminal Investigation Division of the United States Elite and the prime suspect is one of their cadets and member of both the Tribe and Harbingers; also the three teams all share membership within the US Elite and Harbingers and Ruination with Tribe leader Cowboy being as well in Ruination and Mister team leader of Ruination being inside both the Harbingers and the Commander of 57th CI Division.
Mayor McDonald has stated that this was a planned assassination plot that went horribly wrong and ended up killing many innocent civilians and peace officers, while injuring and traumatising many others. This is why the city should never trust the runner and the executive order signed into law by acting Commissioner Anthony DiCane before he fled to the Common Wealth of Boston needs to be over turned. Mayor McDonald is demanding that Taylor Greenspan, Ralph Rivers, Oakley Doyle, Shecky Thompson, Wilhuff Palpatine, Maximilian Yates, Franklin Quinn, Archie Luna, NJ Rivers, Johnathan White, Norman Patton, Jet Kissinger, Arthur Swanson, Deacon Kirby, Howard Crowley, Carol Webster, Victor O’Bannon and Cardwell Doyle all be arrested and charged with 32 counts of First Degree Murder with Special Circumstances. He is also demanding Lt. Rusty Rutherford, Lt Clark Barnett, Sargent Eric Burns, Captain Russel Bookman, Chief of Detectives Benjamin Mathews and Commissioner Wesley Reid be arrested and charged with Conspiracy After the Fact and Obstruction of Justice.
Mayor McDonald is stating that within the Executive Order signed into law by Anthony DiCane it states that if officers of the law are killed when attempting to perform their sworn duty and they are gunned down unprovoked than the “hero’s of the city” have violated the law and can be arrested and charged to the fullest extent of the law. Seeing that Taylor Greenspan is a junior member of the Tribe and Harbingers and cadet of the US Elite his command structure would have been informed of and knowingly involved in the assassination of the elven ambassador. As of the writing of this article Waterside Judge James Krom has signed the arrest warrants for; Taylor Greenspan, Ralph Rivers, Oakley Doyle, Shecky Thompson, Wilhuff Palpatine, Maximilian Yates, Franklin Quinn, Archie Luna, NJ Rivers, Johnathan White, Norman Patton, Jet Kissinger, Arthur Swanson, Deacon Kirby, Howard Crowley, Carol Webster, Victor O’Bannon, Cardwell Doyle, Alva Palpatine, Adolf Gunner, Jamie Surrey, Shelby Malone, Dover Barton, Rusty Rutherford, Clark Barnett, Eric Burns, Russel Bookman, Benjamin Mathews, Wesley Reid, Arthur Crane, Arnold Malone, Brady Krieghoff, T.J Kissinger, Thomas Kissinger, Tudor Yates and Leonard Spectre for direct involvement in a terrorist act and in violation of the Anti Terrorism Act of 2065 as well as multiple counts of First Degree Murder and Attempted Murder.

Defendant Hamilton Walter was sentenced to be hanged by the neck till dead by the Honourable General T.J Harris. Hamilton was facing terrorism charges, attempted wilful murder charges and hiring of a shadow operator; Hamilton was advised by both his lawyer and the presiding judge to seek a trial by jury as he faced the death penalty if found guilty. Mr. Hamilton dismissed his attorney and plead guilty to all charges, going against the legal advice of the presiding judge, Prosecutor Jack Malone was seeking the death penalty for the defendant and even after the guilty plea the death penalty was not taken off the table. Judge Harris set a short date for sentencing and after one week of debate he passed the sentence of death onto Mr. Hamilton to a mixture of emotions from those in attendance.
The defendant broke down in tears after the judge read his sentence, to those in attendance it seemed that the defendant didn’t believe that this was serious situation and that he would have gotten off with a slap on the wrist. Mr. Hamilton’s parents where devastated by the judges decision and Mrs. Hamilton had to be escorted out of the courtroom by her husband where she was taken to the U.S Elite Medical Corps and was cared for by Dr. Issac Maples for emotional distress before being released. Judge Harris would break the nip from his pen after signing Hamilton Walters execution order, Mr. Hamilton’s execution date was decreed in court and he will be hanged on the 27th of January, 2075 at 0800; by licensed executioners Adolf Gunner and Wesley Taffer. Hamilton was than returned to the custody of the Department of Corrections and taken to the death cell where he will await his execution.
Do to his plea of guilty he has waived his rights to an appeal and will face the rope as the second person to be judicially executed by the new US Elite since it’s inception on December 25th, 2075 with Howard Broward being the first man sentenced to death by hanging on January 17th, 2075 and his date of execution being on January 31st, 2075 at 0800 where he will hanged by Martin Harrison and Gerald Weinstock. After passing sentence and decreeing the date of execution General Harris dismissed the court and had a few words for the defendant; “Son, you should be embarking on a new chapter within your life and forging ahead into the world, though you have allowed hatred to blind you and ignorance to shelter you. Young man you where warned of the seriousness of the charges and the penalty that you would be facing. I prayed that you would request a trial by jury and I prayed that you would file for a change of plea before today. I am not sure if it is ignorance or simply a sheltered upbringing that made you believe that their would be no repercussions for your actions; Terrorism charges are very serious and always come with a trip to the gallows, now young man you must face the end of your days at such a young age, I do hope you apologise to your parents for your wasted youth and may God have mercy on your soul.” Harris than ordered that Mr. Hamilton be taken from the courtroom to the place of his execution where he will await his fate as the Gunners and Taffers guest of honour.

The day all of us have been waiting for has arrived, it is the inauguration of newly elected President Oliver Jamestown McKeen and Vice President August Prichard. This has been long time coming as the Freedom Party has been fighting an uphill battle against the Loyalist Party for decades and after many tragic events we can all now watch as the Freedom Party will be placing Oliver McKeen within the White House. This victory is for all of us within America, but something that Lynnwood Mayor Edgar Grayson has been waiting for since he founded the Freedom Party back in 2020. Leading up to this date everyone sat on razor wire with pits of nervous energy in our stomachs praying that no harm would come to McKeen or Prichard.
The inauguration would be an event of the ages as census reports indicate that over four million citizens flooded the mall, stadiums, arenas, auditoriums and rooftops to witness history as the party of Old World Blues would once again take charge. The ceremony would be covered by the worlds media and local media stars Mr. Boston, Mr. Vegas, Socrates, Cyclops, Howling Mad, Alfred O’Bannon, Reverdy Davis, and Richard Carson. The countries Senate, House, High Court, and many dignitaries would sit in silence as Prichard and McKeen would be sworn in and take the oath given to them by Chief Justice Homer Davids.
On stage to witness the event would be the direct family of Oliver McKeen, Mayor Edgar Grayson, Nicolas O’Donnell, and Taylor Greenspan. President McKeen would be accompanied on stage by his brother Reverdy Jamestown and long time friend Shelby Malone. The stage was set for a true moment within history. One that would be witnessed by billions world wide as the United Canadian American States was about to embark on a new chapter and one won through peace. Though the world would be left in shock as seconds after President McKeen would announce and tell the story of Nicolas O’Donnell and welcome him officially into the prestigious 401st as one of the 41 strong; an assassin would attempt to shot the newly inaugurated president. Oliver’s brother would throw himself onto the President and with the aid of Shelby Malone they would escort McKeen to safety.
Federal Agents, Secret Service, The Presidents Elite Guard and the Capital Police would begin to escort the guests to safety and Chief Stanley Rodgers would take control of the chaotic situation and begin to lock the city down and with the aid of Director Rusty Rutherford they would seal of the mall and make an arrest for the attempted assassination; Rutherford would locate and bring down the suspect a 16 year old minor and member of the terrorist group known as “The Youth” lead by domestic terrorist Joshua DiCane. The suspect was handed off from US Marshal Rutherford to Chief Rodgers and placed in custody where he was brought to a federal courthouse.
President McKeen was taken away in an ambulance to Walter Reed Hospital, though according to video surveillance within the ambulance two members of the Youth posed as medics would attempt to murder the President and his to guards. Reverdy Jamestown would quickly dispatch the would be assassins while Shelby Malone would cover President McKeen. Vice President Prichard would be taken to the White House bunker by Presidential Elite Guard Caldwell McDougall and Yogi Yates; within the Mall all hell was about to break loose as members of the UCAS Senate and House where taken to the Regency Hotel for protection by the Capital Police, the Youth would have other plans for the members of the Senate when they would deploy explosive devices while disguised as members of the Capital Police to the hotels front bay windows.
In the explosion Taylor Greenspan would notice the Youth and cover Senior Senator Rodger of the Loyalist Party, Captain Dover Barton would cover Boston Police Chief Anthony DiCane and Executive Director Wilhuff Palpatine would cover Senators Lowe and Brady. After the explosion wounded US Elite Officers would ignite their Presidential Elite Sabres; dispatch a would be assassin within the hotel and take to the streets to engage and detain the assaulting members of the Youth. Barton and Palpatine would be joined by Crystal Dragon Chief and US Elite General Tullius Kissinger to defend the capital and the citizens from the onslaught becoming severely wounded in the process. Taylor Greenspan would take it onto himself to control the scene and gather the lawmakers and guide them to safety. Nicolas O’Donnell and Senator Arnold Malone would end up locating further explosive devices within the hotels lobby, Malone would alert Greenspan of the threat and as the two Irish Sea Veterans took it on themselves to disarm the multiple explosive devices that where only seconds from detonation; Malone and O’Donnell ended up defusing the bombs and saving the Regency Hotel and the countless civilian and diplomat lives in the process. The UCAS Government and her people owe Arnold Malone and Nicolas O’Donnell a huge thank you for these true statesman and hero’s that shows why me must always respect and honour our veterans.
O’Donnell and Malone would as well go onto to locate a broken arrow warhead that was located within another building that was being used to secure the countries elected officials and successfully disarm the warhead that would have ended up destroying the FDC and killing millions if not more in a instant. Taylor Greenspan would secure a charter bus and escort the elected officials to safety after taking charge of the situation. Taylor Greenspan after leaving the Regency would subdue one of the Youth with the assistance of Presidential Elite Guard member Tudor Yates and initially escort them to the Ruts Muffin and Bagel Hut, until Malone and O’Donnell would arrive and locate the broken arrow. While Taylor took charge and guided our nations elected officials to safety Malone and O’Donnell would stay behind and take heroic action to disarm the warhead, Tudor Yates would as well stay behind to aid in the protecting of the building and streets from the many Youth members that where attempting to cause the scheduled detonation.
Tudor Yates would receive many injuries as he stood alone against all odds with only his signature Presidents Guard Sabre, he would prove once more that the 401st are true Sentinels as he stood his ground even as his signature white suit would become stained with his own blood from the many gunshot wounds. The man once known as the Devil in White stayed behind to defend fellow veterans as they attempted to disarm a weapon of mass destruction left at the scene to cause the total destruction of the nations capital. We owe Tudor Yates a thank you and we must once again hail the 41 Strong as the true American hero’s they are.
On the streets Tullius Kissinger, Dover Barton, Wilhuff Palpatine and Tudor Yates all veterans stood their ground and drew the attention of the Youth luring them away from the civilians and elected officials. There skill with those sabres is impressive as the four men took it onto themselves to defend the nations capital from the ongoing threat and either subdue, wound or kill many if not all of the Youth terrorists that where attempting to murder the members of the nations political system in the name of Frogger. Also on scene aiding the four hero’s and working to guide people to safety or engaging the Youth members and True Demure members that arrived to aid the Youth would be 401st veterans; Gerry Dobbs, Howard Crowley, Wesley Taffer, Elmer Jamestown, Edwin Malone, Adolf Gunner, and Douglas O’Bannon. 82nd veterans; Harold Broderick, Gordon Meisner, Arthur Grimm, Stewart Greenly and Russell Bookman. As well 51st veterans; Richard Blake, Baldur Hilmarsson, Kennedy McCain and Ronald Jamestown showing that regardless of how hurt or disabled they are they truly understand what it means to be an American citizen and veteran. These men all risked life and limb as well as serious injury jumping into action to protect the people from the terrorist threat. We all owe these veterans more than a simple thank you as they have all suffered greatly under the Loyalist Party but yet they took it onto themselves to go above and beyond the call of duty during this engagement. Also all these men are all service members of the U.S Elite either reserve or active mentors and trainers, once again answering the call to serve, the only exception would be cadet Taylor Greenspan who was a personally invited guest of the President and he would go on to be the real American hero as he would jump into action, take command and spare the lives of countless.
Once the veterans secured the streets and handed the surrendered Youth and True Demure members over to the real Capital Police and Marshals, Taylor would have the charter bus returned to the Capital Building for out congress members to go back to work and prepare legislation to prevent further attacks of this magnitude. President McKeen would go on national television live from the Oval Office to show that he was still alive and unharmed, he would go onto to thank Reverdy Jamestown for saving his life and personally thank all the men that risked life and limb to secure and save the nations capital. President McKeen would go onto thank cadet Taylor Greenspan personally as well to officially pardon all members of the 401st, 82nd, 51st, Texas 1st, Harbingers and 67th members living or dead that where once decreed outlaws and traitors by the Loyalist Party live over national television. Stating that they are and will always be hero’s of America and their dedication to democracy and liberty will not be forsaken or forgotten.
Senators Rodger, Washington and Kennith of the Armed Services Committee would ask for the hero’s of the Inauguration Day Massacre to be recognised for their patriotism and bravery in the face of grave danger. President McKeen as well called for Taylor Greenspan, Tudor Yates, Tullius Kissinger, Wilhuff Palpatine, Dover Barton, Shelby Malone, Reverdy Jamestown, Arnold Malone, Nicolas O’Donnell, Gerry Dobbs, Kennedy McCain, Rusty Rutherford, Stanley Rodgers and Wesley Taffer be all decreed national treasures and hailed as true American Patriots and hero’s as their swift actions and dedication spared the lives of millions and turned a situation that could have ended in tragedy into a true victory for democracy. Do to the actions of the above men the injured and dead where limited to only five civilians instead of thousands if not more and he hopes all heal from their wounds and want them to know that all Americans bleed and cry with them.
The Inauguration Day Massacre will go down in history as a day where good men rose up to do the unthinkable and a day where all of America stands united under the banner of Liberty as Fathers of Rebellion and Armageddon stood as true unmovable objects in the face of terrorism. We as Americans stand with President Oliver McKeen in decreeing that these men all deserve our nations highest awards and hope that one day we will be able to properly thank these veterans for their service and their devotion to liberty, today from coast to coast we are all Americans and we must never again forget our history nor forsake our veterans.

Majority Leader Bail Canterbury would gavel in an emergency session of the Senate and Armed Services Committee at 2300 hours to take on the jaunting task of awarding the medals of Honour and Valour for those men decreed hero’s of the Inauguration Day Massacre. Speaker of the House Warren Mitchell would as well gavel in the House for it’s emergency session so they can be prepared to quickly vote on any awards or motions sent to them from the Senate.
Chairman Bail Canterbury plans to keep the senate in session to all the hero’s have testified and every motion has been voted on by the committee and full body of the Senate. He hopes that this will be a true bipartisan action with little resistance from the Loyalist party, though he does understand that do to the years of rebellion and fighting against the Loyalist Party and the UCAS done by many of the nominated hero’s this will be an uphill battle.
The Senate is also considering Federal Immortality Project Vietnam Veteran Tullius Kissinger for a medal of honour during an combat action in June of 1968, Dover Barton for action during the D-Day invasion June 6th 1944 and Wilhuff Palpatine, Dover Barton, and Tudor Yates for their actions during the Battle of the Irish Sea in October 2018; as well Reverdy Jamestown for his actions during the Battle of London in October of 2018. These same men are all up for purple hearts, medals of valour and the silver star for their actions during the Inauguration Day Massacre January 21st 2075. Nicolas O’Donnell and Arnold Malone are being nominated for the Medal of Honour and Silver Star for their actions in saving countless lives and disarming a nuclear device; while the remainder of the above mentioned men are all nominated for the Bronze Star with Colonel Kennedy McCain being nominated for both the Medal of Valour for his actions on January 21st 2075 and the Medal of Honour for his actions during the Battle of the Scottish Lochs in October of 2018.
Taylor Greenspan has been nominated for the Medal of Valour, Silver Star, Purple Heart and a promotion to the NCO rank of Sargent; as well being fast tracked through basic training and sent to active duty with the blessings of many of the UCAS Senators and President and Vice President. According to both the Chairman and the Raking Member of the Armed Services Committee Taylor Greenspan’s awards are more of a formality for the senate and they simply need to cast there votes both in committee and general session’ though the others it becomes more complicated seeing they have spent decades fighting against the UCAS and all till recently have been decreed enemies of the state. Senator Rodger and Canterbury apologise that will have to force the veterans to testify before the committee and recall the tragic and harrowing stories of their moments of heroism as their are no other living witnesses of their actions and in the case of Barton’s World War Two actions he is one of the only living veterans left from that war and the same holds true for Tullius Kissinger regarding Vietnam.
For their accolades regarding the Inauguration Day Massacre January 21st 2075 it is also a formality as their is zero creditably issues seeing the events are fresh in the minds of everyone; though this still requires some acceptance from the Loyalist Party seeing everyone from Wilhuff Palpatine to Nicolas O’Donnell have a well documented history of rebellion and taking up arms against the United Canadian American States and even though the ink is not dry yet on their presidential pardons the members of the minority might still be unwilling to decree men known as Morpheus, Gargoyle, Professor, Pint Size, Polaroid, Handler, Alcatraz, Schoolmaster, Scimitar, Asbury, Turtle, Ringmaster and Slicer; for these men have made a career out of fighting the UCAS and killing anyone that stood in the way of rebellion. The Loyalist party might be in the midst of a drastic change as of late but yet there are many hold outs to the changing times and decreeing these men hero’s and national treasures is still hard for many to swallow.

In the early hours on the 23rd of January 2075, the Senate Armed Services Committee would call for additional wittiness to bring clarity to the action reports of the 401st and Reverdy Jamestown of the 82nd; the witnesses would be requested by Senator Jones of the Loyalist Party and in a 13 to 12 vote they would bring in Lt. Howard Crowley from the 401st and Colonel Arthur Rummy of the 82nd to testify on the their knowledge of 401st and 82nd. Both men would give a trying and tearful testimony that would leave many on the committee speechless as the two recounted the grisly and gory details of the Battle of the Irish Sea and the Battle of London 2018 not sparing any graphic details; Colonel Rummy would end his recounting with a single line that left the committee in shock and without a dry eye in the chamber all he said after bringing us all back to those tragic days “Sir, do I have permission to die now?”
Senator Jones of the Loyalist Party simply looked sternly at an emotional Colonel Rummy and stated coldly “How do we know this battle actually happened?” Colonel Rummy quickly shot back “Because I am telling you it happened….You Ignorant Child, what do you what me to do strip naked and show you the scars, the tattoos.” Senator Jones was taken aback by the abrupt snap back from the witness, and Chairman Canterbury quickly recessed the committee before any further arguments could commence and all civilises would be lost and order would be gone. Senator Max Yates would offer official documents along with Senator Washington for the committee to read during the recess after entering it into the official record as evidence. The committee recessed for eight hours, Senator Jones objected and requested for a full day’s recess and his request was denied and the committee went into their eight hour recess to review the evidence and allow for the witnesses to rest.
Once the Senators reconvened at 1400 hours after there eight hour recess, the stage was set for an explosive interaction. Senator Jones continued to object about the validity of the hearing and the battles of the 401st, 82nd and 51st. He claimed he didn’t have enough time to review the evidence and that even more time was needed before he could even consider hearing further testimony. Senior Senator George Eaton of South Carolina formally of Massachusetts would hammer Senator Jones about his obvious ignorance and laziness seeing the rest of the committee had more than enough time to review the evidence presented by Senator Max Yates of Seattle Independent; Senator Jones would continue to push the issue even when the Ranking Member from the Loyalist Party Senator Rodger from Montana would as well alert his colleague that the entire committee burned the midnight oil and read through the harrowing tales, mission reports and documents provided by Senator Max Yates, as well documentation provided by UK Parliament Speaker Gerald Neely; the British Government provided countless documents, mission reports and testimonies from the veterans and witnesses of the Inishmore Invasion of 2018.
Senator Jones continued his vocal objection and calling the entire battle a hoax and false, saying their is no actual documentation of the conflict in question; he even began to call in question the validity of the Vietnam Conflict. Senator Franklin Little of Iowa would speak up and offer further evidence into the record with a cosponsor from the Loyalist Party Senator Washington from Nebraska. The evidence would be UCAS School Textbooks published 2053-to current by Boarder House Publishing that would contain chapters regarding the conflicts in question. Even going as far to mention the 41 Strong, 21 Strong, 13 Alphas and the Ghouls of the Shire; this recorded historical text was being taught to the children and youth within Junior, Upper and University education establishments. Even when confronted with the text books Senator Jones continued his objection and would begin to raise his voice and sling insults to the witnesses and members of the committee.
Chairman Canterbury warned Sen. Jones that if he didn’t return to order he would be escorted out of the chamber by the Sargent At Arms. Sen. Jones ignored the order from the Chairman and even trough continued banging of his gavel and calling for order; Canterbury would be forced to tell Jones to either return to order or leave the chamber, and if he did leave the chamber he would be removed from the committee. After some continued heckling from the committee on both sides of the aisle Jones would slam his monitor closed and storm out of the Brady Room. Senator Eaton called for a vote in regards to any committee member not present to have their vote count as an automatic Yes, if the motion on the table came from their own party, there was no debate before the vote was ordered and the committee voted 12 to 13 against Eaton’s motion stating that any senator not present regardless of party would still be registered as a N/A. This motion was sponsored by Eaton and Rodger and seconded by Canterbury who in the final vote would vote in the negative to break the tie they would than move on to the matters at hand and without Senator Jones’s continued objections and interruptions the witnesses would be able to begin their testimony.
Tullius Kissinger’s recounting of his actions in June of 1968, would be heartbreaking to say the least, the poor old man looked like he was about to break down throughout his recalling of one of the bloodiest and deadly battles of the Vietnam Conflict. He told the committee how he ran back and forth into the jungle to rescue the wounded that were pinned down at grave risk to his own life, he told them regardless of his own wounds he was not going to leave any of his brothers behind and though a sheer moment of heroism he pulled 16 men out of the kill zone; he would go into graphic detail of the events and how he had to pull a large solider named Tex onto his stomach and put the straps from another named Roberts over his boot and slowly drag them out of the jungle using his heels and shoulder blades to pull himself forward as the shrapnel sticking out of Tex cut into his own flesh and bone. Tullius Kissinger was showing mixed emotions as he spoke, at times he was tearful and others he was showing frustration and anger, at the end of his testimony he as well stated that he asked his Lieutenant “LT, Do I have permission to die Sir?” and he stated his LT returned with “No Sargent, get on the chopper; your going home now.”
Well according to Tullius Kissinger and his medical and mission reports, he was not sent home till late into 1969 after a serious injury during the Tet Offensive and he would return Stateside in 1970. He also remarked with venom in his voice that he never received a purple heart for any of his battle wounds and he would have been owed 5 at the time of the heroic action and his final injury should have been number 6. He was given the personal medals from his LT and the CO of the MASH unit Col. Edgar Grayson. Tullius Kissinger also known as Thomas feels that he was snubbed and insulted by the military’s lack of compassion and following traditions regarding his purple heart. He closed his testimony with stating that seeing you have my jacket, I feel that you will be taking me further back into the days that I don’t want to speak about but if you need any further recounting I am prepared to speak. Do to General Tullius Kissinger’s emotional state Chairman Canterbury would call for a one hour recess.
The Armed Services Committee is still within session as of the writing of this article January 23rd, 2075 at 6 pm. They have been in emergency session since 11 pm on January 22nd. Reports indicate that they plan to remain in session till all the witnesses are heard and reports are put on the record, they still have yet to hear from Dover Barton, Wilhuff Palpatine and Reverdy Jamestown; while more witnesses keep being added to the docket by committee members; Senator Arnold Malone (Seattle Independent), Nicolas O’Donnell, Director Rusty Rutherford, Colonel Kennedy McCain, General Gerry Dobbs and Wesley Taffer have yet to be sworn in and tell their accounts and stories. Lt. Howard Crowley and Col. Arthur Rummy are expected to testify on their behalf and regale the committee and American people after the committee’s 11 pm recess and we in D-Span will stay live with the Armed Services Committee as they tackle this dishonouring of our nations veterans and hero’s. Seattle Police Commissioner Wesley Reid is expected to arrive here in DC at 0500 on the 24th of January for his testimony regarding his and Dover Barton’s actions during the D-Day Invasion in June of 1944.

Senator Howell Jones (Loyalist Party) spoke out about his removal from the Armed Services Committee to reporters from the UCAS World News. According to Jones he never felt welcomed on the committee seeing that he never served within the military, and that the other senators considered him a silver spoon baby. They would always remark that he shouldn’t have the right to preside on the prestigious committee and oversee military funding, budgets and promotions for the service personnel seeing he never once walked a day in their shoes. He felt targeted seeing that his father retired Senator James Jones would intervene on his son’s behalf when he was about to be drafted during the rise of the revolution when the military was preparing it’s second assault on the Common Wealth November 17th, 2030. Jones stated that he was ushered off to live with relatives in Tampa, and his father pulled strings with the Judiciary Committee that he chaired to have his son pardoned for draft dodging; stating that Howell Jones was needed to care for his ailing Great Uncle. According to Jones the story was simply he had to go and care for his uncle and thats why he was unable to serve, reporters from the UCAS World News looked into his recent claim and found that his Great Uncle Ronald Jones was pre-deceased passing away at the age of 57 on January 23rd, 2027 from complications related to a battle injury received during the Civil War 2020-2025.
When confronted with the new found evidence H Jones would simply reply with my uncle was quite alive and I cared for him during his trying battle with cancer. Jones than stated that his lack of military service didn’t discredit him from serving on the committee as it would bring a fresh set of eyes that wasn’t tainted towards or favoured the uniformed servicemen. He stated numerous times that members from both parties would target and ridicule him for his lack of moxy and gumption. Former Chairman and senior senator Nelson Rodger would disregard Jones and clock watch him during witness questioning, he was a favourite target of Senators Rudolph Malone and George Eaton that would simply call him a child and he should go play in the kiddie pool and leave this committee to the real men.
He stated that after eight years on the committee he simply had enough of the abuse from the toxic old boys club, after being insulted directly by a witness earlier this week (Colonel Arthur Rummy) and than being reprimanded by the Chairman Bail Canterbury, he was at his wits end and when he would bring to question the validity of the battle in question stating that the Inishmore Invasion 2018 never actually occurred. As well questing the accuracy of the Vietnam Conflict nor the memories of General Tullius Kissinger from 1968 stating that did this war even happen as well. He wanted more time to do the research but was only given eight hours over the twenty-four requested. He was livid that two freshman senators Max Yates and Linda Washington where allowed numerous times to go into overtime and present motions and evidence yet he a seasoned senator was allowed to be called an “Ignorant Child” receiving laughter from the committee members. Jones stated that after ridicule from even his own party members he had enough and stormed out of the committee meeting calling it nothing more than favouritism and the old boys club sticking together once again.
Jones as well stated that he was wrong about the Vietnam Conflict 1965-1975 (American Involvement) yet he stated that it should be a farce to award a medal of honour to a baby killer, a murderer and a drug addict seeing that all Vietnam Veterans and Soldiers where drunks, pot heads and murderers. He would go onto state that Tullius Kissinger got what he deserved and he should have simply saved the nation the trouble and died in the jungle. When asked about the events regarding Wilhuff Palpatine, Tullius Kissinger and Lane Culpepper in 1967; Jones would reply “Seriously, they should have simply died as all veterans of that conflict don’t deserve praise and should be hanged for murder; being spit on by fellow Americans was to good for them and I hope they suffer from their injuries today.” Jones is bringing legislation to remove the Vietnam War Memorial in the FDC stating that is a constant reminder of the failures of the American Justice System to bring a swift end to the killers in uniform. He stated that those that rebelled and skipped the draft should be hailed as hero’s not the soldiers.
Jones’s anger was obvious and he wasn’t mincing words as he degraded the veterans of the Vietnam Conflict Jones would go to state that even though there is paperwork to verify the Inishmore Invasion of 2018, those documents as well could have been altered and doctored. The stories of the 401st, 82nd and 51st are just that stories and those traitors are simply claiming wounds that were received during a violent rebellion came from an imaginary three day war. Nobody died at the Irish Sea in October of 2018, London was never sacked, the Welsh Sea never happened and the Scottish Lochs where never scorched; no chemical warfare was ever used and those men are all lying and shame on Senator Washington and Yates for being complacent in the lies.
Jones was asked about the text books from Boarder House Publishing that had an entire chapter dedicated to the Battle of the Irish Sea 2018 as well the other conflicts which also took up a entire chapter. Being told that schools across North America dedicated an entire marking period to the Inishmore Invasion of 2018; he stated it’s hogwash, he never learned it in school, his children and grandchildren as well where never taught of such things. He stated that Senator Franklin Little simply presented forged text books and was lying about the information, it is all part of the conspiracy to legitimise Wilhuff Palpatine, Tudor Yates, Dover Barton, Arthur Rummy, Reverdy Jamestown, Kennedy McCain, and Howard Crowley and their traitorous friends as well legitimise both President McKeen and Vice President Prichard’s false claims can’t have the new Freedom Party President and Vice President shown to be liars, cowards and traitors.
When asked what evidence he had of the battles never occurring he was unable to produce any documentation and simply stated that if it had he would have heard of it. Though he has heard of Wilhuff Palpatine (Morpheus), Tudor Yates (The Devil In White), Tullius Kissinger (Gargoyle), Dover Barton (Polaroid), Reverdy Jamestown (Handler), Arthur Rummy (Director), Kennedy McCain (Alcatraz), and Howard Crowley (Raven) all recently pardoned rebels and murderers. He would go onto state that if it wasn’t for Wilhuff’s STAGE 5 extorting President River Welsh and now Oliver McKeen they would have been all arrested and hanged instead of presenting false claims and lying under oath.
Senator Howell Jones abruptly ended the interview and stormed off muttering that even during the Inauguration Day Massacre January 21st, 2075 these men murdered children and framed them for a crime they never committed. Somebody should investigate the Capital Police and Chief Stanley Rodgers for his complacency and involvement in the attack. In this reporters opinion Senator Howell Jones was off his rocker and spewing hatred and lies, he was completely wrong on all accounts and needs to be recalled by the citizens of Ohio. This man has shown his ignorance and I agree with Colonel Arthur Rummy in calling him an Ignorant Child; for crying out loud the man is 67 and more than old enough to remember the battle of the Irish Sea as he might have been young but he would have been 10 and the conflict was a big deal as we watched it unfold on the television and read about it in the paper, they talked about it in school and when the 401st came later the same year they were hailed hero’s and defenders of freedom and democracy.
To grow up in New York and never hear of the Inishmore Invasion is asinine and unfounded as he surly would have known someone that either died over there or a family of a fallen veteran. Between the four units over 100,000 Americans died in three days and that doesn’t include there allies bringing the total to over 250,000 and nearly half a million dead counting the Inishmore and their allies. This was hailed as the bloodiest conflict in the history of the world and no one that was alive and had half a brain at the time could forget the scene of the 41 Strong, 21 Strong, 13 Warriors and the Blood Brothers s they where brought onto the stage before the worlds cameras; wheelchair bound, on crutches, bandaged up and missing limbs, digits, ears and eyes. They where hailed hero’s and defenders of the free world. We can remember them being paraded around like trophies, yet never actually given anything other than ten minutes of fame.
Even then only the 41 Strong where called out by name and thanked while the others where panned over by the camera and no mention of the 82nd or the 51st Iron Wolves or Razorbacks come to think of it. I mean I am 69 and I remember my father parking me in front of the television to watch the hero’s return. He told me that this is history in the making and to pay attention, now my father was a retired marine from the 51st Razorbacks and not a US Senator from NY that was at the ceremony. Howell Jones has no excuse for his hatred and ignorance towards an event in US History besides simply hating anything that is related to the United States of America.
Well I voiced my opinion about Senator Jones and I want to thank the Armed Services Committee for forging ahead with these accounts and letting these men tell their story. So many of them are true American hero’s and someone that the people should admire, we should be proud to have our children be half the man they are. They sacrificed everything and have to live with the scars both physical and mental everyday for surviving the bloodiest war in history, these men fought honourably and proudly for their country and to aid our ally from an invasion of the Inishmore. They stood their ground and they fought tooth and nail and marched into a mos certain death with no fear, unlike our mouthy Senator Howell Jones who ran from the call of duty and now bad mouths them. I understand that the our servicemen and women would say they fought and bleed for Howell Jones to disrespect them and run his mouth as they fought for the Freedom of Speech and as well for me to praise them in the press; though that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t piss me off and upset me.
I was raised to respect our veterans even if you don’t agree with war or agree with the conflicts, one should respect the men and women that stand as liberties teeth and fought to defend our right to live free. Blind respect is never asked nor should be granted, but graceful respect was earned the second they marched into battle regardless if they served in the US military, UCAS, CAS, NAN, CFS or the Texas 1st or 67th Stormriders. These men and women fought and died for us to remain free, they bleed and suffered for us to speak ill of them or praise them and as it’s always been said “All Gave Some and Some Gave All” so regardless of what side of this debate your on, please remember that our veterans sacrificed for you to be free and for you to forge your own opinion. Long gone are the days of the authoritarian regime and we are now at the dawn of a new age and one that can be one of great change or great conflict, lets hope that we all can come together as Americans once again and stand united and give President McKeen a fighting chance to invoke change and reignite the fire of liberty and ring the liberty bell once more.

Meet your new administration and directors within the White House for the McKeen administration as of January 24th 2075; the list of White House Staff is official and all others still need to be confirmed by the UCAS Senate over the following weeks.
24/01/2075:
The Senate Armed Services Committee would hear multiple tearful testimonies over the past few days with Rusty Rutherford’s being the last to officially testify in person before the committee. The current director of the Federal Marshal’s office would open up about his actions and service to the country during his career within the Federal Immortality Program (FIP) from 1941 through 1974 and his multiple theatres of engagement. Rusty Rutherford would speak of his time from Pearl Harbour through Vietnam and go into graphic detail about the injuries received through his many tours of duty, he would go onto describe an action within the Pacific Theatre that should have killed him, yet he would survive and in this reporters opinion he should be nominated for the Medal of Honour and Gold Star for the actions within his testimony.
Lt. Rutherford’s demeanour would shift through his testimony as he would learn that the committee was simply requiring him to testify for simply no apparent reason and forcing him to recall painful and disturbing memories. Lt Rutherford of the Asbury Park NJ & Seattle Police Department would go onto recall that he was involved in over 300 engagements and was injured close to 30 times from minor to near fatal injuries and never once received proper accolades for his sacrifices. UCAS Times has reviewed Lt. Rutherford’s mission reports and action log and found that he was actually injured a total of 67 times with only 27 requiring a visit to either a Battalion Aid Station (BAS) or a Mobile Army Surgical Hospital (MASH): Lt Rutherford a veteran of three wars and multiple conflicts was denied his accolades and proper medical treatment simply because he was part of the FIP and his anger was obvious to all within the chamber.
He openly stated that he didn’t care if he was to be awarded anything, but he felt that if he was than the over 30 purple hearts would be the bare minimum he should receive; in this reporters opinion he is owed far more than that and to think that he was even denied his pension after serving 33 years within the US Navy and US Marine Corps and would retire in 1974 with the rank of Master Sargent and be dumped back in his home state of New Jersey still recovering from the injuries received in Vietnam. His story was much like those told by Vietnam Veteran and FIP veteran Tullius Kissinger who stated he served within Vietnam from 1966 till 1969 and once wounded to the point he should have been killed stating he is as well owed 5 purple hearts he was too discharged and dumped within his home state of Tennessee. After securing a copy of General Tullius’s military record he too was a mistreated veteran of two wars having been drafted in 1950 to fight within Korea, discharged in 1953 after being wounded total of 6 times within his three year tour of duty; he was then drafted once more to fight in Vietnam in 1966, General Tullius was as well a member of the FIP in 1950; his injuries would retire him and yet in 1966 the US Army felt that he was a proper candidate at the age of 51 to force back into service.
According to reports uncovered these FIP veterans would either be forced to continue their service never being allowed to reach an officers rank till the fighting killed them or their injuries sent them home retiring the solider. Though many would be forced to continue to serve the Military even when their injuries should have sent them back to the civilian world, this is the case with Rusty Rutherford who would go onto act as a drill instructor till he was needed for a combat action; and in the case of Tullius Kissinger he would be retired officially by his wounds from Korea and than forced back into service come 1966 with Vietnam. I can fully understand the anger and frustration within both men and why neither wanted to openly discuss their service to our country as they where forced to endure traumatic experiences with nothing more than a pat on the back.
Once Lt. Rutherford concluded his testimony the acting chairman George Eaton would conclude the hearing and by unanimous consent he would put forth a motion decreeing that any further veteran of any conflict that dates prior to 2000 would not have to openly testify and they could submit their accounting through a written report saving the veteran the pain and suffering of recalling their experiences; any veteran may choose to testify openly if they so decide but they are not required. Though any veteran from the still contested Inishmore Invasion of 2018 is still required to testify both before the committee and in writing as the records of that engagement are still being contested by the Loyalist Party.
After hearing what Lt. Rutherford described in open testimony I am deeply disturbed and to think that so many others would be forced to succumb to similar events and injuries without even being properly thanked and being denied the simple benefits they where promised by the contracts they signed. Rutherford would end his testimony stating that it would’t be till he joined the Asbury Park Police Department that he would be treated properly and receive his proper due; for a veteran of his status he should have been able to retire and live comfortably for the remainder of his days instead of having to force his battered body through the physicality of police work and Rutherford would go onto serve Asbury Park from 1975 till 2019 and than again with the Seattle Police Department from 2045 till Present; and now he serves within the US Elite as a reserve member for the Legal Division and serves the UCAS Marshal Services as the Director and the acting liaison between the Seattle Police Department and the Marshal Services.
Rutherford would go to act as a Confederate Marshal from 2020 till 2045 where he would bring to justice many criminals of both the UCAS and CAS; his Marshal status would allow him to travel openly through the nation and clear his name from any and all wrongdoings in New Jersey; and after looking into those events Rutherford was framed and set up by the NJ Corruption Ring that went from the Mayor of Asbury Park all the way through the State Senate and Governors Office within Trenton. We are lucky to have Marshal Rutherford and I am sickened to know that a man of integrity like Rusty Rutherford would be dishonoured once again after dedicating his entire life to civil service. I can only hope that the UCAS Senate will do their job and properly honour this veteran and all veterans of the FIP program; before anyone screams and hollers about Marshal Rutherford being a wanted felon for the crimes committed in NJ he was pardoned by President Edward Davis (CAS) in 2020 again in 2025 and a third time in 2074 by President Lyndon Kingsbury (UCAS).
All further hearings and testimony was cancelled and rescheduled for after the committee reconvenes on Monday January 28th at 9:00 am. As of the writing of this article the UCAS Senate is within recess till 9:00 am on Friday the 25th of January where Senators are expected to speak on the motions regarding Taylor Greenspan and a vote is scheduled for 3:00 pm after a period of debate.
25/01/2074:
The body of the UCAS Senate would be gaveled in at 9:00 am by Majority Leader Bail Canterbury (F) LA and after the Majority Leaders opening remarks the senate would go into quorum till 9:15 Am as they waited for Senator Maximilian (F) SI to come to the floor with his remarks regarding Taylor Greenspan in what was thought to be a standard floor speech. Though in this reporters opinion we were to be surprised by something big seeing many of the senior senators on both sides would come to the floor to hear the remarks from the freshman senator from Seattle Independent. Senator Yates would enter the chamber escorted by senior senator George Eaton from MA and guided to his desk only feet from the senate floor. Senator Yates would take to the podium and be yielded ten minutes and even going into overtime by 5 minutes the senate floor was left in silence, disbelief and shock from the words he spoke regarding the Federal Immortality Project (FIP) and the newly discovered evidence.
I have been covering the UCAS Senate for over 20 years and never once has a majority of the body come to the floor to personally hear the remarks of a single senator especially a freshman for his first floor speech. Hence why I formulated my opinion that this was going to be big and I wasn’t alone as many of the chambers news stations would as well turn their camera’s on and go live; this speech was broadcast live throughout the nation and world as well interrupting network trideo. Senator Yates would conclude his remarks at 9:30 Am and leave the senate speechless, Senator Eaton would call for a recess till 1:00 Pm for the body to review the evidence they just received and have their caucuses to properly prepare for further action to be taken. Majority Leader Canterbury would gavel out the body by unanimous consent at 9:35 Am.
Senator Maximilian Yates’s Speech Below
“Throughout this week there has been a lot of discussion and information regarding the veterans
of our country. It is sad to see that there are so many, both in and outside of congress, that do not know
the history of the nation we all love. It is the job of every American to thank our veterans for putting
their lives on the line to keep us safe. We do not have to like the war or support the conflict, but no part
of what individual soldiers go through is their own decision. Those decisions are made here in the
federal district, and it is our job to make sure they are good ones.
I don’t blame the individuals who do not know of our history. It is a failing of our country’s
education system that, until recently, stemmed from the youngest learners all the way up through post-
graduate education. I must say, when I spoke to a West Point graduate and he informed me that the
battle of the Irish Sea had never happened I was quite concerned.
I do not blame the public, or even this Senate, for the lack of knowledge regarding the military
history of the land we live upon. As the senior senator from Washington made clear earlier this week,
all of these battles were lost to the public within the education system until just a few years ago. Even
then, not all schools have updated their textbooks and our knowledge regarding the curriculum only
reaches public schools. So when the young junior senator from New York asks “How do we know the
battles even occurred?”, I can say that many of us need to return to our studies. Afterall, we must
continue learning in order to stay alive; we are no more than this great nation’s Pupil. It is my hope
today, for a short time at least, to act as a Professor and enlighten many regarding some of our nation’s
history.
That aside, as much as the existence and understanding that these battles occurred has been at
the forefront of the nation’s mind over the past few days, however, there is a much deeper issue that
needs to be addressed. While medals are important markers of how brightly a soldier can shine, the
core of the functionality of our military, at least in my humble opinion, is twofold. First and foremost,
while loss is understood in times of war, it is expected that a commander will do what they can to bring
as many of their soldiers home after the engagement as possible. It is this bond between CO’s and their
men that keeps them working together on the battlefield. Second, either the soldiers or their families
will be compensated for their time, energy, wounds, and/or death. That they and/or their family will be
taken care of through a pension, health care, education, and even death benefits. These are the
promises that we make to every man and woman who signs up for the military. It has been the case
since the United States became a country, and has continued even as we changed to the United
Canadian American States and incorporated other territories.
These two components, alongside national pride and patriotism, are what drive the exceptional
individuals who protect our home to join the different branches of service. Today, I am saddened to
have to tell you that there is a group of veterans who have given more than any other that has been
denied both of these core values from within our military. This was true back in the USA and is still true
now within the UCAS. As many of my fellow senators may now realize as they go through the files that
have just appeared within their inboxes, I am speaking of the members of the Federal Immortality
Project.
For those who do not know, over the years there has been an exemplary and elite group of
soldiers known as the Federal Immortality Project. This project, as per evidence I am submitting to
public record now, has been around since at least the year 1850. These individuals were given an
injection, or series of injections depending on the iteration of the project, that has granted them
immunity to age. They can still perish from a wound, however disease and the bodily degradation that
comes with spending more and more time alive will not plague them. These soldiers accepted this “gift”
in exchange for pledging allegiance to the country and to serve the military at maximum capacity for the
entirety of their career. They would never, outside of wounds received, be incapable of field operations.
Over the years their minds would remain sharp and they would become exceptional tacticians and
leaders. They could single handedly provide decades upon decades of experience to our forces and use
their knowledge and skills to aid us in whatever conflict we were currently involved in.
Now, you may ask why I bring this up before the Senate and the country. Many will think that
this is an attempt to bring further accolade to those who dedicated their lives, but the truth is that I
bring this up because these individuals have been mistreated, mishandled, cheated, and betrayed by the
systems which many have willingly and proudly served for decades upon decades. Some well over one
hundred years. For those who listened to the testimony of the veterans within the Armed Services
Committee you know that there were allegations that they were forced to join in war that they did not
sign up for. There were allegations that they were inappropriately sent back to the battlefield when
they were wounded beyond a normal person’s comprehension. While there was never any doubt in my
mind that these were true, today I submit proof. To the Senate I submit documents of the complete
service of these individuals directly from our own records. These substantiate the claims made, as well
as many that were left unsaid.
It is unfortunately sad to say that the proof of their claims of mistreatment is not the main
reason I am here today. The main reason I am here before you is to share with you the contents of five
files I found within our records, all of which disturb and upset me to my very core. I will read them here
for those that may not have yet had the time to review them.

It brings me no joy to share this with all of you, but the truth must be heard. Our own
government has been willingly been hiding the existence of these individuals for nearly two centuries.
They have been treating them as nothing more than an old used rag to be rinsed in a washing machine
and sent back to the hanger to be worn since they were young men. Even worse than the mistreatment,
they have been denied the benefits and compensation they were promised as soldiers. The grievous
wounds they fought through and amassed were never fully treated. Medication needed to allow them
to simply withstand the pain of everyday life denied to them from the VA, and the pension and
education they were assured simply thrown out the window. Well, at least until there was another war.
Then just send them out again. Same promises, same heroic actions regardless, and then the same
results for the men and women. As you heard from an EO directly they were thrown to the front in
order to be slain.
In my opinion it is clear from the handwritten letters that Presidents and leaders have been kept
silent, or silenced, regarding this issue in order to hide their actions throughout the ages. While I do not
have EO’s from newer than those I have mentioned, I can tell you that much of how these individuals
have been treated has simply been passed down by word of mouth due to the advent of technology and
mass media. After all, in 1910 and 1914 and EO could be hidden if instated in the early morning as these
were, but later in our history such pieces of documentation would have been digitized and immediately
sent out across the wire to anyone that would listen. Even once the UCAS took its form these individuals
were slighted.
I have evidence here that I have just submitted showing the direct orders from President Robert
Johnson to remove the benefits of those who fought in prior wars. This was given just two days before
the Great Tragedy. That said, it is interesting that he did not revoke the benefits of the families of the
first Civil War for several years. When the Americans who served the country came back from their
battles the country that sent later into the UCAS’ history normal members of the military were often
given their due, but not these men.
The basic rights of a soldier and what they are promised upon enlisting or becoming officers is
what allows our country to exist and function in the way it is accustomed to. I can tell you that if I knew
this is how others in the military were treated I wouldn’t sign the dotted line. We rely on our soldiers,
who we hope become veterans one day, to support every aspect of our daily lives. Everything from
security of our country to our outreach programs. Without them life as we know it cannot exist. To any
soldier or officer who is thinking about re-enlisting and to every young man who is thinking about
signing up, I suggest you watch what is happening now closely. How this is treated should factor into
your decision.
So, what is it I propose? What is my purpose? That is simple. As the US did when it separated
from England, as the UCAS did when it evolved from the US, and as every Senate, House of
Representatives, Governor, Legislator and President does when they take office, we need to make every
attempt to fix the mistakes and the wrongs of our predecessors. It may not be our fault, but it is our job,
right, honour, and civic duty to do right by our citizens and that starts with the citizens who have given
both some or all. I think it’s about time all veterans received what they were promised, as well as what
they rightfully earned, don’t you?”

January 25th 2075: Floor Speech 9:15 AM till 9:30 AM
25/01/2075:
President Oliver McKeen would take to the airwaves to address the nation after the remarks from Senator Maximilian Yates at 9:40 Am and not only shock the nation with a half hour address he would as well confirm all the remarks made by the freshman senator. President McKeen would discover the physical copies of the records that Senator Yates found in digital form, he would as well show those documents live on the trideo during his first national address; President McKeen would as well uncover two additional journals from sitting presidents Lyndon B Johnson and Jimmy Carter and promises to make these records available to the public.
POTUCAS would drive home the fact of his disgust and how troubled he was to learn about the disgracing and dishonouring of the veterans of the FIP Program (Federal Immortality Program) that would be in action from 1850 through 2018; making certain that a full inquiry will be done into the project and if it’s still active he will personally sign an order to end the program to spare the veterans any further trauma and as well spare any further soldier the grief that will come from a life of battle trauma. President McKeen as well stated that he will be signing an executive order that will allow all veterans of the FIP to be discharged if and when they want to be discharged from active or reserve duty.
This Executive Order will as well grant all veterans living and dead of the FIP Program to be issued their Pensions, Benefits and Promotions they were denied; as well giving them the proper compensation from the date of their discharge till January 25th 2075. This would allow Lt. Rusty Rutherford to collect his pension payments from 1974 till 2075 that he is owed for example. As well he has decreed that all members of the FIP Program will have their military records, medical records and mission and action reports reviewed by the Veteran Affairs and Armed Services Committee to properly award the veterans living and dead their proper accolades and awards (including if they are owed multiple promotions and even a proper commission if they where denied the chance. Any FIP veteran that is promoted through this manner will as well receive the proper compensation in their pay from the point of the promotion or promotions till date of retirement and their pension will be adjusted accordingly.
President McKeen would go onto state that he will make certain that any soldier of the UCAS or US Military past, present and future will never have to worry about being forsaken moving forward as the silence ends with him. President McKeen’s remarks would leave the nation and the world in silence and shock as his to alerted the nation that he was a member of the FIP Program starting in 1898 and even fought in the Civil War as a young man; further having his youth stolen by the FIP Program; we would learn that President McKeen would partake in the Spanish American War, World War One, World War Two, Korea and Vietnam before his retirement from service do to injuries received in 1975; President McKeen served the US Military from 1861 til 1975 for over a century and would again volunteer for service in 2001 with the 401st NATO Airborne Counter Terrorism Unit where he would serve from 2001 till 2018 when he would be gravely injured during the Inishmore Invasion at the Battle of the Irish Sea October 3rd 2018.
President McKeen stated that he will donate his back pay and pension payments to the VFW, American Legion and the Wounded Warriors Program and he will as well forgo his Presidential Salary requesting that it as well be donated to the above mentioned charities and programs. He will begin collecting his military pension once he is out of the White House and as as well stated that his lifetime salary be donated and forwarded to the above mentioned charities. Vice President Prichard also a member of the FIP Program and a veteran with nearly a century of service has as well stated that his salary and life time payments be donated to the same charities and his back pay and pension as well be donated. He too will begin collecting his pension once he is out of office, Vice President Prichard as well stated that he wants the VFW and American Legion to open it’s membership to the veterans from the Confederate American States in hopes to begin the healing between the two nations.
President Oliver McKeen’s Speech Below
“My Fellow Americans,
I would like to address you on the current situation that has recently been brought to lite by our esteemed freshman senator Maximilian Yates, a young man that has a heart of fire and dedication to restoration of liberty and democracy for all. I have been alerted of a program called the Federal Immortality Project (FIP) for short; now this program I am personally knowledgeable of, from the stand point of having been one of those soldiers that would be entered into the program. Though I would learn further that this program dates back to before the Civil War in the year of 1850 and would be decreed to be voluntary. The Idea of the program was to create the ultimate soldier a man that could continue to serve his country and fight through the ages, with only injury or death retiring the servicemen. Though according to original documents recently uncovered the soldier would still be given an option to retire from service to go to live a productive life and support their family.
I would go on the learn that what was supposed to be a voluntary project was actually a conscripted program and one where the soldiers would be given the injection unwillingly as they would be told it was a vitamin injection or a booster shot. Now personally I would be from the years prior to this change and I would initially volunteer for the program in the year of 1895……yes My Fellow Americans I have served this nation for more than a century with my initial service being within the Civil War. It breaks my heart to think that every serviceman and women would be lied to and disgraced by the actions of the very same government that they sacrificed their youth and for many their lives for this great nation.
As the years would go on the military would consider the FIP program to be costly as the soldiers became to costly to house, upkeep and control; The programs soldiers would still be limited by the frailty of humanity as our bodies are not meant to sustain countless injuries and damage and many FIP soldiers would be killed in there first action or forced into retirement do to war time injuries; yes they would able to see the pages of history unfold if the survived but that itself would come at an ever greater cost to those that either accepted the injection or were tricked into the program. In the early days of medical science war time injuries where harder to survive and even harder to treat as many would perish not from the injury but from complications related to the injury, though as the years passed by like sand through the hour glass the advances in medical treatment would as well. Though within the meatball surgery operating rooms of the combat theatres the men would still be put back together with nothing more than screws, wire, bolts and plates making every wartime injury a frankenstein project to put their bodies and bones back together again only for the solider to suffer extreme pain for ages to come.
According to reports and personally witnessed and exposed to Frankenstein surgeries these men would have their bones, ligaments and muscles surgically restored enough to keep them alive and yet not enough care to send the injured soldier back home for better and proper medical treatment. No these boys would be patched up, redressed and sent back to the front like a good solider boy with nothing more than a Good Ubo, and a pat on the back. Many of the FIP would be overlooked and disgraced as their bodies, minds and souls didn’t matter as long as they where still breathing and walking they were nothing more than a good GI.
Learning of this information makes me sick to my stomach, as both your President and veteran of this same program, I am troubled to learn that we were considered nothing more than a expendable machine of war, this burns me to my core as I watched many good men suffer grievous injuries and with little more than some frankenstein and meatball surgery be hurled back out to the battlefield to either survive or die forgotten by time itself. This My Fellow Americans is not what our soldiers signed up for, nor is what they laid their life down for, they fought for democracy, liberty and freedom; they fought enemies on foreign and and domestic soil to preserve lady liberty and our way of life. It doesn’t matter if you served the United States of America or the United Canadian American States, all soldiers served and defended America and our democracy.
On my desk currently and being shown to the camera or the original documents that Senator Maximilian Yates alerted me off and I would discover right here hidden within the Oval Office, those documents are true and now we have the physical copies and not just the digital; I have as well discovered two additional ledgers from President Lyndon B Johnson and Jimmy Carter, once transcribed to digital those pages will be made publicly available and as well sent to the Chairmen of the Armed Services Committee and Veteran Affairs Committee Senators Canterbury and Blunt. From what I was able to gather from a quick read is that these ledgers deal with the FIP program from 1950 through 1980 and speak of many situations dealing with Korea and Vietnam, my deepest thanks and condolences go out to any veteran and as to there families of those affected by either of those conflicts.
So as your President I will signing an Executive Order that will allow for any and all veterans reserve or active duty to retire from service with full accolades and all promised benefits and pension, I want to thank you all for your service to this great nation. All accolades owed to any and all veteran of the FIP Program will hopefully be dealt with swiftly and properly by the UCAS Congress and I will sign any and all awards needed, this includes any awards, benefits, pension and promotions for those that are no longer with us. There sacrifice will not be forgotten nor forsaken, as some give all and all give some. I am deeply bothered that it would take this long from 1850 till my first days in office of 2075 for these brave men and women to be honoured and remembered for there dedicated and loyal service and it is something that will Never Happen Again.
As well I will be working with the leaders of both the House and Senate to decree that October 3rd, 2075 and every October 3rd hereafter be decreed a Federal Holiday known as the FIP Remembrance Day and I hope to see this legislation pass with bi-partisan consent as these men and women deserve our thanks and respect. This day is special to me as it is the date when the first shots rang out at the Irish Sea during the Inishmore Invasion, this date would be the one that would go on to be the final stand for the 401st, 51st and 82nd all units that contained many veterans of the FIP program and would as well go onto be the final conflict for the noble All American 82nd Airborne, the moxy filled 401st Airborne and the tried and true 51st Recon.
I am not discrediting the soldiers and units of all the conflicts, wars and battles throughout our history; all soldiers and their families deserve to be thanked for the ultimate price paid by all who wear the uniform of the American Soldier. The FIP Program would leave us soldiers that can remember a time when our nation was divided originally and continue to fight through the ages, with many watching this great nation crumble and divide once more. I have chosen October 3rd to be the FIP Remembrance Day do to the this being the day that many of the soldiers of the FIP Program would fall, a conflict that would leave countless lives lost on both sides of the battlefield and on both sides of the Irish Sea, one that would leave the survivors physically and emotionally scarred, and as well leave the entire nation in mourning for the ten’s of thousands of American soldiers left dead and the their family’s shattered: all should be honoured on the day that would be known as their “Last Stand”.
I hope and pray that the UCAS Congress will pass the legislation swiftly and proudly as I feel that this need to be handled on Capital Hill and not directly here in my office through Executive Order. I am a firm believer in Democracy and the American way and I have faith within our members of Congress to work together to bring honour back to this great nation and her veterans. We must honour and respect our hero’s, never again for them to be forsaken; on this day January 25th 2075 I break down the wall of silence regarding the FIP Program and the disgrace that became of this program, I want to personally thank Senators Maximilian Yates and Linda Washington for forging ahead with this, bringing it to both my attention and the attention of the American People…they are truly Friends of the Veterans and for that my hat goes of to both of you; showing that we can work in a bi-partisan way, I wish the both of you a long and illustrious career taking it on themselves to restore the honour and dignity of this great nation and aiding in the restoration of our beloved history.
We should stand proud with our veterans both active and retired. Every man and woman in uniform regardless of what side they fought on should be remembered. I will make it my job, I will stand as your commander in chief, to make sure that this disgrace never happens again. This just in the Acting President of the Confederate American States Jefferson Jones has been assassinated within his office at the Richmond Confederate White House. According to the Chief of Staff President Jones was within his office fielding phone calls after the chaos brought on by the mornings revelations by President of the United Canadian American States McKeen and Senator Maximilian Yates, when he heard multiple gunshots followed by the shattering of glass. When he entered the office he would find President Jones face down on the desk bleeding from a single gunshot wound to the head and as well the three Confederate Secret Police Agents as well gunned down with the window behind the President shattered seemingly the assassins escape route.
Richmond Secret Police are currently trying to figure out how the assassin breached security but they are certain that they will find evidence of the suspects identity and make sure that whomever it is tried and properly and publicly hanged through their short drop from an elevated gallows system for all the Confederate Citizens to witness and watch as the murderer of the beloved President Jones suffers greatly before death.
In accordance to Confederate law the sitting Virginia Governor will become the acting Confederate President; General Lowell Townsend will return to Richmond to temporary govern the Confederate American States. General Townsend had already left the CAS earlier this year to join the United States Elite after learning of former President Davis’s Final Solution Order. Townsend a dedicated and loyal Confederate and Virginian was disgusted with the Order and felt that he could no longer govern nor lead the soldiers knowing that President Davis’s order would further degrade the south and thrust them into a total authoritarian fascist regime. Townsend stated from his office in Seattle that “He might be a Southerner and a Confederate but he didn’t put on the grey and fight for independence from the Treaty of Denver and the UCAS to only end being worse than the very document he fought to separate from.” Townsend stated that he would only serve as the President till a legal election can happen and once the new President in sworn in he will once again return to the Southern Cross Division of the United States Elite in hopes that one day the CAS will rejoin the union and put their disgraced past behind them. He as well stated that he is deeply saddened by the death of President Jones as he was close friends with him and served Virginia proudly since 2020; Townsend stated that since the Treaty of Denver has been abandoned by the UCAS and the Freedom Party are now in the majority with a Virginian in the White House and a Georgian as Vice President that this could be the time for the Confederacy to once again join the Union and he hopes that his fellow southerners will feel the same way; as we are not a nation of fascism and under President Davis we would have been worse than the Nazi Party during World War Two Germany.

The Confederate Election will be the first election to accept the votes from the Sovereign City of Phoenix Arizona and Las Vegas seeing both Nevada and Arizona have been supporting the Confederate American States since the days before the Civil War of 2020. They have been recognised as CAS regions since 2025 and according to the Phoenix Mayor Adolf Gunner he hope that whomever wins the election separates themselves from the racism and bigotry that has plagued the south and southwest for ages; he has outlawed any the CAS’s racist and segregation within his city and is giving the CAS one last chance to clean it’s act up before he pulls Phoenix from the Confederacy. There has been no official statement from Las Vegas but we know they are watching this election closely seeing Las Vegas openly supports “Old World Blues” and has been absent from many of the CAS policies and regulations since 2040; the fact that Las Vegas is willing to even act in this election speaks volumes about the candidates from the Freedom Party.
We can begin to expect the opening remarks from the candidates over the next few hours as they storm the campaign trail before the March Primaries. All Running Mates will be picked after the Primaries and we are down to one candidate per represented party.
