Earlier this afternoon in the Madison District of lower Seattle a local FBI building exploded, investigators have concluded that it was an act of terrorism from a member of the domestic terrorists the Freedom Patriots that is to blame for the explosion and the deaths of all of the employees and agents inside the building at the time when it exploded. The bomb went off at 1300 hours meaning that a vast majority of the morning staff where inside during the tragedy, the exact death toll is unknown at this time as Federal Investigators are still combing through the scene.

Known runner Edge has escaped the Seattle Super Maximum Prison, runners King, Arrow, Switch Doctor, Ripper, Fallout and Glacier broke into the prison disguised as corrections officers and walked the known runner out of his isolation cell and straight out of the prison. The only casualties where the two officers at the gate and the desk guard, Warden Clark is screaming “This must have been an inside job, and he will conduct an internal investigation as to how this occurred.” Corrections Department has sealed of the prison since the escape, also do to Fallout’s reputation they are sweeping for additional deployed explosive devices and bobby traps.

The Devil’s Rejects are at it again, this time in the Rivers Edge District, Joker was scene shooting his rotary paint ball cannon and vandalizing this poor region that has already been ravaged by the war. SPD has issued a warrant for the Joker Arrest on charges of vandalism and possession of military grade weapons.

Seattle Police responded to yet another murder by the infamous Psycho killer this evening. According to witnesses at the scene, a family of three was found posed at a ATM machine at the Bank of the UCAS. The scene was staged like all the other Psycho murders, and the killer even used a royal blue oil based spray paint to vandalize the scene and cover the cameras of the ATM machine. The Traffic camera on the corner of 4th and B street in Alphabet City had been shot down as two empty shell casings from a Colt 911 where found at the scene. Members of the Joint Task Force where on scene investigating, Lead Detective Anthony DiCane bagged the hands of the victims after rookie Detective Maximilian Yates found fingerprint evidence. Senior Detective Elliot Ness apprehended a suspect in the crowd of observers, and brought him back to the house for a trip to the box, Detective Forscythe gathered forensic evidence and assisted Dr. Cortland from the medical examiners office in his investigation. According to the ME’s office the victims where murdered three hours earlier and had been transported to the scene, black fibres where found all over the backs of the victims and they where left with their internal organs. The victims are scheduled for autopsy later this evening, Dr. Finesilver and Dr. Apples will be assisting Dr. Cortland in the autopsies of these newest victims of the dreaded Psycho Killer.

Seattle Police responded to a report of shots fired and an officer down on Main Street in Alphabet City just a few blocks away from the murder scene the Joint Task Force was investigating. When police arrived on scene they where assaulted by known street criminal Holiday as he fired off a blast from his signature flame thrower in the Detectives direction. A rare paranormal creature was as well being attacked as it tried to get to safety from the murderous street criminals. Detectives Anthony DiCane and Maximilian Yates where forced to retreat after the unprovoked assault from Holiday, they where then pursued by Spider, Casper, Granite and Glacier. Eventually being forced out of their vehicle by Blizzard and Iceberg who proceeded to engage the detectives. SPD responded by calling in C-Swat and after a prolonged engagement with the street killers, C-Swat was forced to evacuate once Holiday began to turn the street into a living barbecue.
The Street killers evaded capture and are on the lamb as Seattle Police have issued arrest warrants for Holiday, Spider, Casper, Granite, Glacier, Blizzard and Iceberg for murder, reckless abandon, aggravated assault and battery and destruction of public and private property. During the assault four civilians where murdered and two rookie Seattle Police patrol officers where as well killed by Holiday when they arrived on the scene to wrangle in the murderous rampage by the street criminals.

Known escaped felon Edge and terrorist Toad of the Freedom Patriots where engaged in bloody fire fight on Madison Avenue in the Hillsdale sector of Seattle late this evening. The runners where confronted after a failed attempt to bring down yet another federal building, the explosive device failed to detonate causing Federal Agents to corner and surround the would be criminals. Known runner Edge was fighting back to back with the child killer Toad they where holding their ground, though surrounded and would have been quickly subdued and apprehended if it wasn’t for the meddling of SPD Joint Task Force member Maximilian Yates and an unknown rigger. Also on scene was Caribbean League Colonel Barney Pilgrim, who engaged the federal officers in a show of cowardice as they retreated.
In true Caribbean League fashion, they employed the dark magic of voodoo and transformed the fallen officers into blood thirsty zombies, having them engage their former allies and friends. When the last two agents turned and ran to seek cover and call for back up, Colonel Pilgrim emerged from the darkness and decapitated both agents as they ran for cover. He then unleashed a unique form of urban renewal spell onto the building that was failed to be demolished by Edge and Toad earlier. Bringing the building down in a sea of destruction killing everyone who was still trapped inside, SPD Detective Maximilian Yates and the unknown rigger evacuated Edge and Toad from the scene. The total death count is currently sitting at thirty federal employees and this total is expected to grow as the rescue operation is currently ongoing.
Commissioner McNair of SPD was asked about the involvement of the SPD in a known terrorist action, all he said: “This my citizens is war, you either sit with the city or you sit opposed. SPD is with the city and the federal government sits opposed to our independence, I am proud of my officers quick thinking in rescuing soldiers trapped in the line of duty; leave no man behind.”
It really shows just where the law enforcement is sided when they are willing to back the terrorists, and not the established authority. The Emerald City is in for some very dark times before this is over and the people will be forced to suffer under the crushing thumb of the Patriots and Mayor Kingsbury till we can be restored back to our glory under the UCAS and the NAN.

Seattle Mercy Hospital has announced it’s new Chief of Medicine after the untimely death of the former Doctor Ronald Young. Dr. Young was slain during the Battle for Seattle and the position of Chief of Medicine has been filled by proxy by Dr. Eric DiCane. The Board of directors has finally announced the doctor to replace Dr. Young and relieve Dr. DiCane of his acting duties. The Board has chosen Dr. Wilbur Gravel, a board certified emergency physician and world renowned surgeon to grapple the task of being in command of the inner city hospital in the Bowery District. Dr. Gravel has over thirty years of medical experience and has been working at Seattle Mercy for the last ten years. He has as well been assisting the overtaxed Seattle Medical Examiners Office in his down time. Dr. Gravel is a shrewd businessmen and will be able to bring Seattle Mercy back to it’s glory as the top teaching hospital in the Pacific Northwest. Congratulations Dr. Gravel and thank you for your continued service to the people of Seattle.

Early this morning at approximately 0900 hours a peaceful morning breakfast was ruined for many as the Crimson Bloods assaulted the family dining establishment of Area 51. They pirate clan attacked the restaurant in an attempt to liberate UCAS traitor and defector Vice Admiral Elliot Rivers. Federal Authorities and Military personal where on scene to apprehend Admiral Rivers, when they were intercepted by the Crimson Blood strike force of Falconer, Apparition, Governor, Poseidon, Megaladon and Tiamat. The law enforcement was cut to ribbons by the combined might of the Pirates, also involved was mercenary new to Seattle known as the Ripper who engaged federal authorities in the parking lot with high explosive grenades. Inside of Area 51 was known criminals Simba, Holiday, Casket, Scalp Hunter and Revelator these criminals presence was not known and expected by the federal authorities. These criminals managed to evade capture and fled the scene before the shooting finished, the FBI is currently seeking these felons out for there possible involvement in the abduction of the traitor and the assault on the FBI officials.

Human Resistance Movement Assassin the Sandman was seen fleeing the Imperial Towers in the waterfront district earlier this morning, Sandman was fleeing from armed security after a silent alarm was triggered upon him entering one of the exclusive penthouse suites. Sandman was last seen fleeing the building and heading deeper into Seattle’s waterfront district. He was engaged in a fire fight with the buildings security forces leaving five officers dead and countless civilians in critical condition from stray fire. The tenant in the penthouse suite was found dead by building management after Sandman had escaped the location, the identity of the tenant is being withheld till police can contact the family. Seattle Police are currently investigating and the case has been taken over by the Organised Crime Division. Captain Maxwell Irving is quoted in saying “We will treat this case like any other case. Each case is specific and no one victim is more important the other.” This is police jargon, for we will get to when we get to it, so it is currently listed as an active ongoing investigation.

With the Caribbean League now invested in the war, I felt that it would be necessary to bring to the attention of the people of the UCAS that may be supporting the rebels that are fighting against the system. I have found a image from a very common form of punishment that is handed out in the League, that would never be applied here in the UCAS under current laws.

The Patriots are known for using the pillory as a punishment in their military camps, and we know the Caribbean already uses it. They claim the UCAS is a tyrannous government, but they are not killing citizens and dragging cities into a bloody war, the UCAS does’t nail peoples ears to boards. Keep an open mind and please UCAS come and save us from the tyrants who have captured Seattle and are holding us all hostage.

Seattle Police forces came under attack from an unknown enemy while they investigated the crime scene left behind by federal authorities at Area 51 earlier this morning. Witnesses from the harbour indicate that naval guns from the Crimson Bloods and Sea Wolves began unleashing a volley of mortar fire in the late morning hours, though the witness was unable to properly identify the direction of the fire. Seattle Police where able to clear the scene of personnel before the shells landed, an destroying the entire parking area and all physical evidence that was on scene. Do to the quick thinking of Detective Forscythe the Seattle Police Department were able to escape without any causalities.
The Seattle Police Department are not investigating the naval barrage on their location and are blaming the UCAS forces for the assault claiming that they were trying to cover up their own acts of tyranny and murder of the citizens by destroying the evidence on scene. When Seattle World news reached out to Admiral Robins of the Sea Wolves about the discharging of naval fire around the same time as the attack on Area 51, he responded with “No Comment.” and Admiral Cortland of the Crimson Bloods could not be reached to give a statement.

According to an eyewitness rookie Seattle Police Detective Maximilian Yates discharged an odd looking firearm in the general direction of forensic technician that was being questioned by Detectives DiCane and Detective Forscythe. After being reprimanded by the senior detective, Yates tossed his badge and ran away from the scene. Detective DiCane eventually caught up to Detective Yates and placed the rookie Detective under arrest and loaded him into a paddy wagon. Detective Forscythe was left to deal with the forensic technician who was on the ground having a seizure brought on do to the stress of the attempt on his life by Detective Yates. Forscythe left the scene after being relieved by uniformed officers who awaited the medical examiners office, Dr. Green pronounced the technician dead on scene and found an odd looking needle in the man’s neck, he will now more after the autopsy.

Seattle Police Department have dismissed the charges against Detective Yates and restored his status as an member of the SPD. This is just proof of the corruption inside the department and how you can not have runners working as law enforcement officers, they don’t understand how to follow the laws and all they know how to do is break them and put every citizen in jeopardy do to this. Captain Mathews has decreed that this was a solitary event and will not occur again, as he is sending the rookie Detective back to the academy for retraining.

The Sea Wolves Flag ship the Lycanthrope was in the Seattle river on the hunt this afternoon and unleashed a barrage from it’s repeating auto cannons onto a civilian home in the Riverside district. The entire home was destroyed and according to investigators from the Harbour Police there where no casualties, the cause of the attack is still unknown and Admiral Robins couldn’t be reached to deliver a statement about the assault.

UCAS forces have been seen coming in from the Northern regions of Canada and the Eastern regions of the Salish Shidhe. According to a UCAS spokesman; “Worry not citizens of the UCAS your freedom is coming and the UCAS will once again be restored as we reclaim the city that was stolen from us and from you the citizens of the UCAS.” According to witnesses the forces are still a few days away from entering the Seattle proverb and it seems that Mayor Kingsbury is preparing for a fight, as he has reinforced the cities boarders an engaged the city guard units.
The Fort Lewis district seemed to be preparing for a in city invasion, though this was quickly silenced by the repeated bombardment from the Crimson Bloods that are sitting in the Naval Yard and the Freedom Patriot fleet that is still blockading the harbour. The Caribbean League military force has stationed itself outside Fort Lewis and has claimed the old Stars and Stripes as their temporary head quarters. The League has a very large presence here in Seattle an has not only a strong naval presence in the waters they have been landing tens of thousands of troops in the Fort Lewis District as well as part of their dreaded Death Squad.
The UCAS is asking the League to stay out of the war as this does not concern them, and anything the do during the war could be decreed as a war crime, knowing the Caribbean League doesn’t follow any of the articles of warfare and are more then willing to use voodoo and zombies in the fight. The King of the Caribbean League Lord Edmund Wellington responded to the UCAS with only two bone chilling words “Your Move.”
UCAS General Anthony Dodger responded with “We will stand strong against the unlawful invasion of a foreign military and terrorist incursion, we will be triumphant and restore the honour and pride back into the lawless Seattle. All those that stand against us will be captured and executed as the traitors they are.”
Colonel Barney Pilgrim of the Death Squad responded with: “If the UCAS thinks they are prepared for a full on assault from the League do to watching old war movies, then sadly you will all fall one by one only to rise again to join the ranks of the League.”
Those are some very chilling words coming from the commander of the Death Squad, it seems that the UCAS will be in for a fight unlike any other they have been engaged with in the past. Well my readers it seems that the year of 2074 will start off with more fighting as war again is on the horizon. May God have mercy on us all and may the UCAS be once again triumphant and restore the stolen glory back to the Emerald City.

Detective Forscythe of the Seattle Police Departments Joint Task Force has done they impossible and has arrested the serial killer known as the Psycho. The residents of Alphabet City have been tormented by this killer for over a decade, do to the incredible police work of the lead Detective Anthony DiCane and the outstanding leadership of Captain Benjamin Mathews this killer has been captured and is inside police custody. The Psycho Killer who’s real name is still unknown appears to be a rare genetic mutation of the dwarven race known as a goblin. He was arrested in known squatter residence in the Redmond Barrens, while he recovered from wounds received during an altercation with known vigilantes. The Psycho Killer keeps rambling on about a man known as Crab that was present at his arrest and threatened him into submission before Detective Forscythe slapped the cuffs on him.
The Psycho was brought to Seattle Police Precinct One to be processed and interrogated by Captain Arthur Crane of Homicide, and Capitan Russell Bookman of Major Case. The District Attorney is seeking the death penalty in this case and will begin the jury selection process early next week, The Psycho Killer has been charged with multiple counts of capital murder, kidnapping, unlawful imprisonment, torture and breaking and entering. ADA Jack Malone is confident that the trial will go smoothly and the Psycho Killer will receive his invitation as guest of honour at his hanging.
Captain Benjamin Mathews of the Joint Task Force addressed the press shortly after the arrest stating “I am confident in my detectives and other division commanders that they will be able to succour a confession from the Psycho Killer. My Detectives have worked tirelessly on this case and have succoured plenty of physical evidence that links the suspect in custody to the serial killer. Citizens of Alphabet City you can rest easy knowing this killer is off the street and in police custody.”
Commissioner McNair is impressed with the speed at which the Joint Task Force was able to solve this case that left Lone Star baffled for over a decade. He has also authorised the Joint Task Force to become a regular division within the Seattle Police Department with a full budget and divisions throughout the city. He will be placing Captain Mathews in command of all the Joint Task Force Divisions throughout Seattle and promoting him to Deputy Chief of Detectives with a focus being in the Joint Task Force. He is also going to be promoting the lead detective Anthony DiCane to the rank of Sargent and placing him in command of the Joint Task Force within Police Precinct 42 in the Lynnwood District. This arrest will be calling for promotions and accommodations for many of the detectives inside the Joint Task Force that worked diligently on this case.
District Attorney David Branch will he hosting his annual New Years Eve ball in the Rutherford room of the Capital Building, during this event the officers will receive their promotions, accommodations and heartfelt thanks for bringing the Psycho Killer into custody. Detective Bernard Beachworth has been promoted to the rank of Captain do to his dedicated and dutiful work during this case and he will be placed in command of the fraud division as well as the robbery division.

Dr. Morris Eccles body was discovered by his staff in his office this afternoon, Dr. Eccles died from an apparent single gunshot wound to the head. SPD was called to the scene to investigate the death of Dr. Eccles, they are currently treating the case as a suicide do to finding a firearm near the body and his staff not seeing anyone come or go from his office prior to hearing the gunshot. Dr. Eccles staff is distraught over the death of Dr. Eccles saying he was a good and caring man, and he always seemed to be in high spirits. They claim that he would never have committed suicide and he must have been murdered, SPD investigators are currently working on the case and Dr. Eccles is scheduled for autopsy later this evening. He leaves behind a wife, two children and three grandchildren.

The Brotherhood of Mercenaries has issued a 2.5 million credit bounty on the head of Maximilian Yates aka Bilbo for the murder of Brotherhood member Jack Pliskin aka The Ripper. Bilbo is to be considered armed and dangerous and is wanted DEAD ONLY! The Brotherhood will not pay out double if he is brought in alive, do to the connections and allies of Bilbo bringing him in alive is considered to dangerous a prospect. This morning a crowd of angry protesters gathered around the Krispy Doughnut shop ambushing veteran and patriot Noel Forscythe aka Roadrunner of the Unforgiven, these angry protesters began heckling the old man as well as tossing rocks, canned food and other objects at him while spitting and an physical assaulting the veteran as he was leaving the shop with his morning breakfast. The scene quickly turned ugly as other members of the Unforgiven arrived quickly to help their commander. Members Goblin, Merlin and Sticks entered the scene and with only callous intent they murdered the entire gathering of civilians who might have crossed the line by physically assaulted Noel, but they didn’t deserve to be murdered in cold blood by the obviously well trained and elite military unit. The Unforgiven killed all twelve protesters and the news crew that was on scene recording the assault and calling for help from local authorities.
This assault and murder has obviously angered the people and caused even more protests from the citizens of Seattle that are calling for Mayor Kingsbury to step down and allow for another properly elected official to be placed in command of Seattle. The citizens are angry about the war, the authorization of military force to fight against the UCAS, the sanctioning of known terrorists and his unlawful placement as Mayor of Seattle. The citizens are also angered by his ordering the city locked down and forbidding any travel in and out of Seattle unless they cross through specific check points. The city has been under a no fly zone since the Deaths Hand assaulted the airport and tube stations early this week, The people claim that Mayor Kingsbury is no better then the people he is fighting against and that Seattle is now truly under the tyrannical rule of a megalomaniac dictator.

The protesters continued to strike throughout the afternoon as their assaults would grow in violence. The citizens claiming that the exceeding violence is necessary since it seems thats the only thing Mayor Kingsbury responds to. These protesters continued to target veterans and patriots throughout the afternoon, they would severely beat Saeward Lionel aka the Locomotive, Larry Tattersall aka Stringer, and Father Arnold Dougherty aka Happy. These assaults would leave these veterans in critical condition, though when rescuers arrived on scene to help the downed men. The citizens began assaulting the emergency personnel that arrived to help. In all cases the emergency responders resorted to lethal force to quell the situation, even though non lethal and less then lethal techniques where readily available to disperse the mob.
The rescuers made up between members of the Seattle Police Department, Seattle Paramedics Division and Freedom Patriots elite forces the Rough Riders arrived on the scene and began opening fire onto the crowd with automatic gunfire. The Paramedics where ordered by George Reid aka Arctic to ignore the civilians and recover the downed veterans. Between the three assaults the city lost a total of 34 innocent civilians that where just feed up and frustrated with their city being illegally occupied by these supposed freedom fighters, that are really just criminals in suits.
The situation grew dire for one veteran as he was assaulted as he left his home in Maywood, Strom Reynolds was verbally assaulted by a group of protesters. Duster seemed to attempted to ignore the citizens and continue on with his business, this is when the citizens took things to the next level and began to open fire on the unarmed man before driving off from the scene. Strom was then met by a group of onlookers that seemed to attempt to capitalize on the situation by assaulting him further till rescuers arrived on the scene. Scalp Hunter, Revelator and an unknown Pirate from the Sea Wolves emerged on the scene. They managed to disperse the citizens with only one innocent being killed through a magical assault, the protesters scattered before any further deaths occurred. Strom’s condition is unknown at the current time as he was loaded into the Devil’s Rejects van and taken to a safe location.

Dr. William Gray is asking for citizens who are frustrated and angry to join him this afternoon in an organised march and protest against the current administration of Seattle and call for peace. Their will be three separate protests held throughout Seattle at the same time, he wants as many people to gather at each as possible to let their voices be heard load and clear throughout Seattle. He claims the UCAS and NAN are our friends and have never once harmed us and this war that was started by Mayor Kingsbury is just a façade and nothing more than a cover to brainwash and usurp the structured leadership of Seattle and the UCAS. Dr. Gray a world renowned historian claims that he has done his own research and can not find one physical account of anything Mayor Kingsbury is preaching and he needs this man to know the people of Seattle will not tolerate his lies and propaganda any further. The protests will be taking place at 3;00 pm at Saint Luke’s Catholic Church in the Bowery, Seattle University Quad and in front of the Capital Building.

The protests didn’t go as well as Doctor Gray had planned as the turn out in the Bowery district was a mere 10 citizens, that quickly broke up when area gang the Guardians arrived in a non violent counter protest in support of the city and Mayor Kingsbury. The University protest was quite large but was quickly broken up by Campus police under the authority of University President James Anderson. Approximately 100 students and faculty where detained for creating a public disturbance. The gathering at the Capital Building was the largest of the three with over 5,000 people showing up, clogging up traffic and securing the steps and preached and prayed for peace and called for the Mayor to step down and allow do process to take place. Seattle Police Department was on scene to keep the peace, even though the protest never turned violent, this scene turned ugly when Dr. Gray took to the podium and began preaching and calling for peace. As he began to speak, the crowd all focused on his words as there was a deafening crack and Dr. Gray would fall to the ground after being hit by a snipers bullet. He was pronounced dead at the scene as he was shot straight through the heart. Doctors on the scene stated that he was dead before he even hit the ground.
The Crowd began to panic and as well mourn the loss of this man of peace, thats when Seattle Police stepped in to control the situation. The peaceful protest turned violent quickly as the distraught protesters began assaulting the police, claiming they were working for the terrorists and they where nothing more then the long out reaching arm of Kingsbury. Seattle Police Department used tear gas, fire hoses, and other riot control agents against the unarmed civilians. The scene eventually dispersed but not without hundreds of arrests, countless personal injury and five fatalities not including Dr. Gray.
Dr. Gray was a man of peace and he stood opposed to war and all the needless killing, he will not be forgotten for what he tried to do today in Seattle and his legacy will live on through his works. Dr. Gray was shoot down in cold blood and through his death, his message was heard loud and clear, this man lived for peace and he died condemning the violence.

Inside Police Precinct One three officers where gunned down by Captain Benjamin Mathews of the Joint Task Force. The officer then fled the building to avoid arrest according to an eye witness Detective Fred O’Neil. Though it appears this is not as black and white as it seemed, through further investigation it appears that the eye witness was indeed the killer and murdered his fellow officers to protect his side operation as a Nuke manufacture and distributor. Forensic evidence found on the scene matched O’Neil and ballistic evidence was a match to the gun that was found in his locker. Seattle Police Department conducted a secret investigation against O’Neil and as well using a hidden clause left over from the old America called the Patriot Act, they where able to garner closed door proceedings with Judge Oliver McKeeen not only securing a search warrant for his locker, home, car and person they also where able to secure a warrant for his blood and as well get an arrest warrant without the need of a grand jury indictment. The investigators whose names are being withheld quickly wrapped up the case and arrested Detective O’Neil and charged him with three counts of second degree murder of a police officer, possession, Intent to sell, and distribution of over three ounces of Darth Nuke, He was also charged with production and trafficking in the same substance. The Police found over 50 gallons of Darth Nuke in his home that holds a street value of over 100 million credits.
When Detective O’Neil was arrested he was suffering from the ill affects of the Nuke and was taken to Seattle Mercy Hospital Psychiatric to be detoxed and given a full brain scan if he is capable to stand trial. Executive ADA Jack Malone is spear heading the case and is seeking the death penalty in this case and will not take any plea agreement. Fred O’Neil’s trial is already set for January 1st and will as well be a closed non jury proceeding being heard by Judge Oliver McKeen. If Malone has his way, Fred O’Neil could be the first person to be hung in the new year, O’Neil’s family is pleading for his life claiming he is innocent and that he has been set up. The DA’s refuses to listen claiming they have an open and shut case with multiple eyewitnesses that came forward after the arrest of O’Neil.
Captain Benjamin Mathews has been cleared of any wrong doing and there has been a full public apology given to the good Captain. Though in this reporters opinion, something is not right. It takes time to prepare for a trial and seeing that his trial is scheduled for the first of the year this will not give the defence any time to mount any defence for O’Neil. So without any official appeals process in place the justice system is just fast tracking this man to the gallows. I don’t support cop killers but I do support the justice system and something just doesn’t seem right here, it’s moving way to quickly and everyone knows the justice system moves at a snails pace normally.

Do to the impending invasion of the UCAS forces, the Seattle Police Department warns all citizens to remain indoors and be extra vigilant during these trying time. They are not imposing a curfew for the holiday but the recommend citizens pay attention to any emergency broadcast, the Mayor’s Office is concerned for the safety of all citizens during the impending invasion.

Seattle erupted into a civil war shortly after the sun set on New Years Eve, with the fringe paramilitary units of the Freedom Patriots, Sons of the True Confederacy, Brotherhood of Mercenaries, the Death’s Hand and the Caribbean League striking out against the defenceless citizens of the varying neighbourhoods of the Seattle Proverb. The citizens cried out for assistance from the extermination squads to the UCAS and President Johnson answered their pleas for help. The city was engulfed with conflict that started in the outer regions of the city proverb and would eventually escalate to a full scale war throughout a vast majority of the city. The paramilitary groups and would not relent and submit to the will of the UCAS and would take up arms against the citizens and countryman. They went even as far as cutting all forms of communication to help in there propaganda campaign against the UCAS forces that where arriving only to assist the citizens that where in need of aid.
The engagement was a long hard fight for our boys in the UCAS military as they where meet with an impressive resistance from these terrorists, our boys fought long and hard during the next 48 hours to restore freedom for the citizens of Seattle. They fought against all forms of resistance from runners, paramilitary agencies, police officers, gangs and even dragons that had entered the battle to aid these terror mongers. The UCAS is happy to announce that after two long hard days of continued fighting they are victorious against the invading forces of the Patriots and have reclaimed the city. This was not without casualties for our boys but Seattle is once again under the protective wing of the UCAS and order has been restored, the year of 2074 will be a time of rebirth and reconstruction as the UCAS begins to restore law and order back within the city.
The fight is long from over though as these snakes have retreated back into the cities shadows and underbelly, and will obviously not roll over and submit to the greater power of a lawful nation. Sadly for the citizens of the Seattle the naval battle that occurred in our harbours proved to much for the UCAS Navy as the Pirates that have entrenched themselves since the Battle of Seattle on December 10th 2073 proved to much for the already battered Naval fleet and without any allies on the western seaboard they where forced to retreat and prepare for a counterstrike against the Pirates at a latter point.
The battle in Seattle northern proverb and southern province were victorious for the UCAS and they have begun offering aid and helping rebuild the already war torn districts that had been abandoned by Archibald Kingsbury and the Patriots after the Battle for Seattle 12/10/73 and the citizens there are rejoicing for the restoring of proper law and order as many of the districts tenants began hoisting the true flag of the UCAS and tearing down the flag of the Patriots. Though the eastern proverb of Seattle didn’t fair to well during the battle when they where forced to retreat do to the extreme level of resistance they where meet with. Between General Martin Hackett’s (Death’s Hand) Panzer Division and the forces of Colonel Barney Pilgrim of the Caribbean Leagues Death Squad the UCAS ground forces where unable to maintain forward momentum while being pelted mercilessly by the Panzer Divisions guns and then the illegal use of zombification magic’s of the Caribbean League. UCAS commanders were ordered to give a full retreat and go and reinforce the northern and southern ridges of the fight.
Many of our boys will not be coming home after this engagement, though their deaths where not in vain as the UCAS was successful in restoring the city and pushing the rebels back and into hiding. The Mayors office has been vacated by the coward Colonial and his hit squad, a vast majority of the Seattle Police Departments high ranking patriots have as well gone deep underground and are currently being sought out for war crimes. Over the next few weeks the UCAS will be holding an emergency election for the Mayor’s now vacant seat and as well for many of the senate and congressional seats that have been left vacant by the fleeing patriots and confederates that once filled those seats. Till as such time of the election the city will be under the command of General Dwight Richardson of the UCAS Marine Corps, the city is officially once again under martial law and the Treaty of Denver has been reinstated. All trials will be military trials and all justice will be under the under the uniform code of military justice, and anyone found harbouring or assisting a known rebel or runner will be arrested and tried as a traitor and properly executed by either firing squad or hanged by the neck till dead. All executions from her out will be televised, and the first wave of trials will commence within the week for all the rebels and resistance fighters that have already been captured during the battles, These trials will be broadcast over the Seattle Public Access channel and the UCAS recommends all citizens to tune in for the trials as this is history in the making.
The President of the UCAS Albert Johnson offers his condolences to all the citizens that have been displaced or lost relatives do to this engagement and he will be creating a government aid program to assist these citizens with the funeral costs, the costs of finding a new home or even helping them relocate out of Seattle if they wish to not remain in the Emerald City out of fear of continued fighting. He will be authorizing the military to remain within the city as a precautionary tactic against a further revolt at the hands of those rebels that still remain hidden within Seattle. President Johnson will as well be sending additional aid and troops to the city to help maintain law and order. The CFS (California Free State), Tir Tangier, and the NAN (Native American Nations) will be sending aid to the war ravaged city in the way of food, basic supplies, civil engineers and construction crews and equipment as well as volunteer military forces to reinforce the battered UCAS forces.
The CFS (California Free State) and Tir Tangier will as well be assisting the battered UCAS navy with additional aid and helping them combat the rising pirate threat and restoring the harbour, shipping lanes, naval yard and rivers back to the control of the legal authority of the UCAS. Till said point President Johnson has suspended all trade coming and going from Seattle’s waterways out of fear of being hijacked by the already lawless pirates.
President Johnson warns all citizens to remain vigilant and be on the lookout for the rebels and runners that have taken up and offence against the UCAS and to be wary of travelling through the wastelands do to heavy raider and rebel activity in the outlaw country. This war is far from over and Colonial will not just roll over and die, his Patriots will strike once again and the UCAS must be prepared for when these snakes come out of hiding once again. The Patriots are masters of guerilla warfare and urban combat, these snakes will not rest and they will strike once again. UCAS authorities warn the citizens to not underestimate the Patriots and other rebels, these are not an insurgent group of un-organised terrorist. They are a well trained and well equipped military unit that if allowed to regroup will pose a serious threat to the sovereignty of the UCAS and Seattle.
The UCAS is asking for the citizens of Seattle to be on the lookout for any suspicious activity and any gathering of suspicious individuals and to please contact the Seattle Police Department, Federal Bureau of Investigation or Homeland and report this activity immediately as this could very well be a gathering of rebels that need to be brought to justice for the sake of the city. This is your civic and patriotic duty as a citizen of Seattle and the UCAS. They are only looking out for themselves and they will not think twice about killing each and everyone of you dear citizens to reclaim this city from the authority of the UCAS, These rebels are a parasite and they need to be rooted out before they once again infest Seattle with their corruption and murderous ways, citizens the UCAS is asking for your assistance in locating and bringing these rebels to justice. The False Flag will do anything to reclaim Seattle for there nefarious interests and continue to rape your freedoms and remove any form of independence you might have tasted under the authority of the Freedom Patriots.
We believe in the old ways that our forefather fought and died for, we believe in a true democratic government where the people actually have a voice and we believe in the writings of the Declaration of Independence and Constitution that have stood the test of time until they were eradicated under the rise of the UCAS and the False Flag. You are deemed to be unworthy of bearing family and your linage dies with you, as you might have been deemed a sheep but your live stock status is in question. Those being in the Internment Camps will be branded a slave and forced to live out their days in slave labour with zero rights and nothing more then a throw away citizen that can be used as a commodity to be traded and sold to other nations or even to the sheep to be domestic slaves that can be thrown away once they bore of you or no longer find your skills useful, all citizens between the age of 15 to 55 can run the risk of being placed in one of these camps for the rest of your days. You will be further sterilized and removed of any form of self expression and identity. Citizens that are deemed a risk to be allowed re-entry into the general population but not radical enough to be given the Black Mark will be placed in the camps and have their freedom and liberties stolen from them. The Black Mark is the mark of death, this means you are above the age of 55 and can’t be placed in the camps, you are a criminal, a rebel, outspoken, you disagree with the current regime, you hold true to the American way of life, you are wealthy, an educator and the list goes on. If you are someone they can not simply reprogram or re-educate they will give you the black mark. This mark means you will be placed on the fast track to the guillotines and just like cattle waiting to be slaughtered you will be shackled and placed in a line in front of one of many black doors. In small groups you will be brought into the awaiting death chamber, where Lady Guillotine awaits you. This will be this last room you will ever visit and you will never be seen or spoken about again as you loose your head and become forgotten by history as your remains are incinerated.
I know citizens this is allot to take in and believe, but we in the Patriots have never once lied to you and we have been fighting to keep these camps and death sites closed down and to keep the UCAS out of the city. Attention Citizens of Seattle
Update from Mr. Trevor Daniels war correspondent for the UCAS: Citizens of Seattle be on the lookout for a large gathering of citizens that seem to be your average citizens. These are not regular citizens and their are part of an fierce and elite fighting force that is connected to the Freedom Patriots, these citizens are wearing normal street clothing and business wear, but their eyes are the only give away. Their eyes are milk white, not that of the ghouls blindness this is some sort of mystical affect. These citizens are part of what has been refereed to as the Children of Asmodeus and they are fiercely loyal to the terrorists and large groupings of them have been seen all over the city within the contested areas as well as the UCAS controlled regions. These Children of Asmodeus have been ruthlessly assaulting any citizen that still pays homage to the UCAS and they seem to be very resistant to physical damage. It appears that the Patriots have decided that they will be bringing the war to each and every citizen and striking not just military targets, but striking civilian ones as well.
Shortly after the Freedom Patriots and the other terrorists had surrendered the city to it’s rightful controllers of the UCAS, their was a surgical militaristic strike against Fort Lewis that comprised of these Children of Asmodeus and his vast naval fleet peppering a single location of the bases substructure with hellfire missiles. According to UCAS authorities the bases substructure was eventually penetrated allowing the pirates to send volley after of volley of naval fire into the opening a well as the Asmodeus’s naval forces to continue unloading volleys of bunker buster rockets directly into the base itself. The Children of Asmodeus were joined with multiple elite strike forces of the rebels combining both the Texas Elite with the Rough Riders and a Deaths Hand surgical crew. These forces assaulted the wounded base and where able to pierce both the bases main entrance as well as the crater that had been exposed do to the hellfire missiles, along with the assistance of Urban Strike member the Doppelgänger the resistance fighters where able to score a huge victory over the UCAS and take Fort Lewis from the UCAS after many hours of fighting.
The loss of Fort Lewis will be a huge factor for the fate of the city, this is the first time in history that the base has not only been penetrated by enemy forces but it was taken by what seemed to be a weaker fighting force. Though according to witnesses on the scene, their was some sort of mind altering magic that was employed by the Children of Asmodeus, causing the UCAS soldiers to not only cease fighting the enemy, they were turning there guns on their fellow brothers in arms and fighting along side the Children and other terrorists. This was the straw that broke the camels back for the UCAS’s fighting forces at Fort Lewis. The UCAS commanders have announced that any soldier of the UCAS that has turned against their countrymen will be considered a traitor and will be dealt with as such.
The Fort Lewis section of Seattle is now fully under the control of the Freedom Patriots and according to Colonial this is only the beginning. He is no longer the mayor and he no longer needs to follow any specific guidelines and doesn’t have to worry about the political game, he will leave that to the stuffed suits. He will go to any extreme to retake the city from the False Flag, and Fort Lewis and the Children of Asmodeus are just the beginning.

Members of the Harbingers assaulted the Lynnwood Medical Centre and held Dr. Eric DiCane and his staff hostage later this evening, Bueller of the Harbingers held the staff hostage and demanded medical treatment for Members Bilbo and Crab that were suffering from extreme cyber damage and Bilbo was suffering cardiac failure. Security at the medical centre was overwhelmed by the gunfire of Bueller and the automated gunfire coming from Crab’s cybernetic machine gun. Only one security officer was killed according to Seattle Police Department investigators, and when Police arrived the Harbingers had already escaped, Bueller was seen over powering Dr. DiCane and holding a Aries Sliver gun to his temple as she barked orders having an ambulance loaded with Crab and Bilbo and then Bueller entered the vehicle with Dr. Eric DiCane.
Doctor Eric DiCane’s whereabouts are unknown and the Seattle Police are looking for Bueller for the kidnapping of the good doctor, as well as additional charges. According to witness reports, Bilbo was in dire condition and would be lucky to survive the night without a proper medical clinic or hospital. Crab’s cyber damage and his hypodermic state it would be a miracle if he as well made it through the night, Seattle Police Department are also looking for the terrorist known as Crab for possession of military grade cybernetics and the use and possession of a tactical computer. Bilbo is as well being brought up on charges for military grade cybernetics and hardware. Seattle Police Department warn the citizens that the Harbingers are not the hero’s of the movies and television they are real criminals and terrorists that are fighting against the legal authority of the city. Infamous shadowrunner Maximilian Yates also known as Bilbo has been killed by UCAS security forces. Bilbo was gunned down as he attempted to gain unlawful entry into a secure UCAS military compound, the face of the Patriots engaged lawful military personnel with automatic machine gun fire before being brought down by return fire from the soldiers protecting themselves and their fallen brothers.
Bilbo’s body is being held by government authorities and after an autopsy is performed he will be buried in a unmarked, numbered grave. Buried as the traitor he is and hopefully forgotten, as the death of Bilbo shows that anyone can die and the UCAS is here to stay.

Reports have come in from Germany about the assassination of the famed Prime Minister John Ripley, as he addressed the people of Berlin about the recent Death’s Hand threat that was beginning to encircle Germany and threaten to assault the boarders any day. Lord Ripley was struck from behind by an unknown assassin, who drove a dagger through the Prime Ministers heart and then removed his head. The people of Germany mourn the death of their beloved leader and are demanding justice for their fallen leader. Currently their are no suspects in the murder and the case is ongoing, a funeral for Mr. Ripley will be held privately for only close friends and family with a public memorial to be held on January 15th at noon in Berlin Square. Berlin Authorities are seeking any and all information the people might have about the assassin, and have decreed the Death’s Hand enemies of the state in Germany, until further evidence clears the former allies of Germany or the real assassin is captured.
Alexander of the Death’s Hand unleashed a statement towards Germany declaring the Death’s Hand and enemy of the State. “People of Germany, I am as well saddened by the sudden death of John Ripley, for he was a dear friend and to think any member of the Death’s Hand would be involved in this heinous crime is unfathomable. We in the Hand only militarised the borders after Mr. Ripley assaulted England with German bombers and long range missiles. We where only prepared to defend a allied nation against a German invasion, though this point is moot, seeing that moments prior to Johns untimely death, I had negotiated a cease fire with him and the Death’s Hand was standing down any military action against Germany or my dear friend Mr. John Ripley.”

General Bryn Yale of the Death’s Hand released a statement regarding assassination of Mr. Ripley ” My deepest condolences to the people of Germany, for Mr. John Ripley was dear friend and we might have been in opposing armies, though Mr. Ripley understood the cause and was willing to stand side by side with any Deaths Hand member in our fight. People of Germany do not fret and do not shed a tear for your fallen commander, he was a great warrior and he led his people to greatness. Please people of Germany do not let Mr. John Ripley’s death cause strife between the German people and the Death’s Hand, we were allies and friends and would not wish to bring harm down upon you the people of Germany. Known felon Cyrus the Virus of the Cowboys from Hell has reportedly been spotted in the South of Texas near the Aztlan boarder, it seems that his death at the Battle of Fort Lewis was a façade and he just played possum for a few weeks. Cyrus has apparently changed his appearance or age has caught up with him as he appears physically ten to twenty years older then he did prior to the battle. At first reports indicated that it might have been a relative of his, but reports indicate Cyrus has no siblings and he murdered his own father, grandfather, and uncles so this must be Cyrus just appearing much older. He has also hung up his biker leathers for the conservative business attire befitting a gentlemen of his new found age and appearance. Don’t be fooled, this is still Cyrus the Virus and a leopard doesn’t change it’s spots, he is still the cold and heartless sociopath he has always been. Cyrus was scene leaving Old Mike’s Biker Bar in the south of Texas and he was armed with his signature sub-machine gun, that sadly got plenty of use as he murdered fifteen civilians between the ages of 16 and 75 as he hijacked them for the van they were in. Cyrus left the bodies to rot on the side of Old Route 281 according to eyewitness reports, Cyrus was walking along the side of the highway when the van from Lord’s Mercy Assembly pulled over to assist the wondering gentlemen. That’s when Cyrus drew his weapon and ordered everyone out of the van, the civilians where begging for their lives and praying to the Lord to save them from the maniac brandishing a sub-machine gun. Cyrus ordered them to their knees and in a single motion he unloaded an entire magazine into the kneeling and begging citizens. According to the witness, he then coldly robbed them of there credits and jewellery before stealing the van and driving off into the night.
Cyrus was last scene driving north on Old Route 281 and heading towards Dallas, it seems this Cowboy is trying to reconnect with his brothers and is to be considered extremely dangerous. Cyrus serves no man, and fears nothing so he will not think twice before going to the extremes. He is a master virologist that has been working alongside the Freedom Patriots and riding with the Rough Riders for some time. Though as we all know, he is a Cowboy first and foremost, this means that the bodies will begin to pile up once again and it appear that even hell itself is afraid of this man. Cyrus has cheated death a number of times and some say that even the Grim Reaper is unwilling to claim the Virus.
Be on the lookout for a white Chevy passenger van, Texas plate number #E875U67: Heading north on Route 281 towards Dallas. The Van has Lord’s Assembly Church printed on the sides. Anyone who see’s this van is being asked to contact the UCAS Marshals Office with viable information. Lone Star has also taken interest in this murder and is as well asking the citizens to contact them if they see the Van or Cyrus. Lone Star has issued a statement that Cyrus is to be considered Armed and Dangerous and should not be approached as he is completely unpredictable.

There has been a violent assault at the old National Guard Armoury known as the Union Centre in the Bowery. Violent street gang known as the Vandals were engaged in a bloody massacre with a mercenary by the name of Glacier. It seems that Glacier assaulted the facility just after nightfall and began unloading automatic gunfire from multiple well placed automated sentry systems. While he proceeded to use his automatic crossbow to bring down the Vandals as they where heading for cover. According to witnesses the automated weapons systems never seemed to run out of ammunition and the shells where capable of punching through the reinforced steel and concrete walls of Union Centre.
Seattle Police received numerous calls about the shoot out, but declined to arrive on the scene. According to Seattle Police Departments spokesman Sargent Howard Douglas. “Seattle Police Department, will not engage the maniac known as Glacier and since he was not assaulting any actual humans and only bottom feeders. They would not put their own people in jeopardy over a case of criminals killing criminals, though the UCAS Federal Department dispatched multiple squads of combat agents to the scene. In an attempt to stabilize the scene and bring the gunfire to an end, according to witnesses once the Federal Agents arrived, Glacier just turned his attention to them and began bringing down sworn officers of the law one by one. One witness stated it was like shooting fish in a barrel, and Glacier was moving with super human speed. The trained agents, didn’t stand a chance against his vast skill. The agents eventually retreated, leaving the Vandals to deal with Glacier alone, local street gang the Guardians also got involved in the assault and the fighting is still ongoing as I am writing this article. The Acting Mayor has decreed that Union Plaza is a Demilitarized Zone and should be avoided by all citizens. He will be sending two platoons of UCAS Marines to secure the location and restore pace to the Bowery, in this reporters opinion all that is going to accomplish is create more chaos and more unneeded killing, we will be loosing allot of boys in this assault. Seeing as Glacier will not relent and he will kill Marine and Vandal alike. The current casualty total is twenty four federal agents, three Seattle Police Department, and Unknown Vandals and Guardians. Glacier is still very much alive and according to witnesses he is very much unharmed.

The Confederate American States military was given the full authority to invade the Pueblo Council through New Mexico. Their Target seems to be Santa Fe as the CSA has begun a grand scale assault on the city. CSA bombers began bombarding the city earlier this evening and have been unloading multiple payloads of napalm and high explosive bombs onto the city throughout the evening as squadron of CSA Stonewalls have been seen heading straight for the city. It appears the CSA has had enough of the NAN controlling sections of its land and is preparing to strike a blow directly at Santa Fe in a illegal invasion. Also President Edward Davis has given the signal to all chapters of the Klu Klutz Klan to assault any and all NAN citizens as well as UCAS citizens throughout the North America. He seems that he has had enough and is living up to his nickname of Powder Keg, the Confederates have fully thrown their gauntlet down and Davis doesn’t seem to care about the innocent lives that will be lost during this assault. Riots are already being reported in multiple cities as the Klan and the sleeper cells of the Sons of the True Confederacy have taken up arms and began marching. UCAS President Johnson has decreed that the UCAS will hold strong and defeat these tyrants, he has threatened to declare a State of National Emergency and Martial Law if the civil unrest doesn’t subside.
In response to the Presidents drastic remarks, his popularity in the polls has dropped drastically giving Senator Lyndon Kingsbury a decisive lead in the polls. If the numbers stay the same come November it appears the President Johnson will loose this election to Senator Kingsbury by a dramatic 84% of the vote. This is a hard time to be a President with your nation caught in bloody civil war, terrorists assaulting major cities, and the populace divided between supporting the rebels who cry freedom and independence and staying loyal to a government that has nurtured and protected them. This election will be the most important election in history as even the candidates are divided between the Old America and the New America. This will truly be one for the history books citizens and please make sure you get out their and vote, let your voice be heard in this troubled times.

World News Update: Russian Czar Vladimir Sablin has officially declared war on the UCAS and will begin invading unless they personally hand over General James O’Brian to stand trial for war crimes and the attempted assassination of the Czar himself. The Russian’s have only given President Johnson 72 hours to respond before the full scale invasion begins. General Union of the Alaskan 578 has warned President Johnson that Russian war ships are already in the waters surrounding Alaska. He warns that any invasion from Russian forces into Alaska will not end well for the UCAS as the bear is fierce and yes we will fight till our last dying breath but they outnumber us. President Johnson in response has reinstated the draft and will be sending as much military support as he can to Alaska as well he is reaching out to his allies for assistance. It seems that we are once again back into a Cold War with Russia and under serious threat of a full scale invasion from our ounce friends and allies.
Also in world news, King Avery Cortland of England and Wales has declared war on Germany as well the Deaths Hand has begun fully assaulting the German Boarders. It appears that the once enemies are now fighting side by side against Germany, Germany is currently being bombarded by the Viking forces of Admiral Peter Macbeth. While Berlin is being blitzkrieged by General Martin Hakett and his legendary Panzer Division, the Pirate Clan of the Sea Wolves have as well joined the fight and have been sending ships into the North Atlantic and Norwegian Sea to assault the northern shores of Germany.
The Deaths Hand Generals Bryn Yale, Clifford Smith, Drexel Field and Edger Appleton have dispatched large forces into Germany in a full scale military assault. The German government is under the pressure of it’s people to fight at all costs against the invading forces, though the military commanders fear this war is lost before it started. They were blind sided and being assaulted on all boarders by numerous invading forces will only spell certain doom for them militarily. This is not like the prior World Wars that Germany was involved in, where they where able to hold for a period of time. Well this time Germany has been blind sided and might have to fly the white flag before it’s people are butchered at the hands of the Deaths Hand.
Also Berlin authorities are dealing with Polaris, Patches, Wraith, Rampage and Scarecrow being unleashed in their city creating further havoc, as well as the Deaths Hands matrix pool of deckers intercepting and shutting down the countries communications, infrastructure and financial system. Systematically rendering Germany inert and crippling the people and military. We will have to wait and see what is to unfold over in Germany as any information will be slow coming and will have to be verified as factual and not propaganda.
