Well where to start on this runner, first off when it comes the Shyster his records date back to the previous century and if thats not bad enough, he has had his dirty little hands all over our government and abroad. This man is like the Accountant being a CIA agent as well as Mossad, though thats where it get weird with the Shyster. This man has worked deep cover as a black opp agent, that I am unsure what to believe about him any more, records of him appear all over the place, inside the KGB, British Intelligence, and so on. It seems our government used this man to even infiltrate our own agencies at times. The Shyster became a legend in the spy world and has probably ended more wars, before they ever started. He has definitely ended many lives and has brought down small countries. Well with this man, every one thought he was dead and gone, but it appears the Shyster has had us all fooled for decades.

       This man has been on the move for so long that it is almost impossible to nail down where he calls home, he has had his feet planted in most of the free and not so free world that tracking his movements has driven many of my investigators insane. This man is a spy and assassin and do to this he can’t be trusted one bit. He must have found that fountain of youth since he is still alive and doesn’t look a day over 65, and I know for a fact that he should be more then a century old by now. This man awakened during the return of the sixth world and his magical abilities then where top notch and now they must be off the charts, what I do know is he is one of the rare combination hermetics and physical adepts and is the father of the infamous Ringmaster. He has mastered and created so many spells that I can’t even begin to document what this man knows and what he doesn’t. I do know he is in violation of article 15 on many accounts.

     The Shyster not only being a UCAS citizen has as well spent a vast amount of time in Australia and South America hunting the enemies of Israeli and according to records he fell victim to one of the Australian wild magic storms. What the weird magic of the outback did to this man is unclear, but what we do know is these storms amplified his already insane casting and physical abilities. Locals report that only 1 magical being out of 1,000,000 survive these storms and are blessed by the Aboriginal Spirits for being chosen. What that means well I really don’t want to find out, ever. Like I said before it’s almost imposable to nail down this man’s path since he has no rhyme or reason to his travels and his actions.

      The Shyster we know is a well trained man, his social abilities and his knowledge of toxins and natural tribal poisons are well documented. He is also a master of turning the inane into weapons of war and death, if it’s something you have seen 007 use the Shyster has a better version in his arsenal. This man has made a career of being somebody else and just blending that even his enemies are baffled when the finally figure out that the Shyster just pulled the wool over there eyes. He is able to manipulate his magical signature at will and is a master of languages, accents and inane and needed world history, so in reality the only dead give away that the Shyster is near is the runner song. Even this man, the master of falsity can’t alter his song, so keep a keen ear out.

       Do to him always being on the move and never truly settling down, he avoided the troubles of the Ghost Dance and nights of blood, he didn’t even know his wife and family where gone. Till decades later when he returned to find his son on a war path and his wife and home gone, this did not sit well with the Shyster and after careful information brokering he figured out what truly had happened and thats when he refocused his direction. The Shyster just used the Data Crash of 29′ to slip silently into the night and since even his handlers couldn’t keep tabs on him, the Shyster just vanished into the night. This man is as deadly with information as the feared Mr. Black, consider the Shyster to basically know the same amount of people that he does. If I wasn’t safe with the military I would never report anything on this man, his contact list runs very deep and like I said earlier he has his hands in basically all aspects of the now UCAS government.

       The Shyster is a trained assassin and magi, so his skills in all areas are suspected to be off the charts, he is one of the few Mossad agents to remain in the world after the Deaths Hands eradication of the order. So if he has avoided them, for all this time this man must be not only good at blending and hiding he is damn near legendary in the craft. He holds a doctorate in toxicology and as well a degree in biology and chemistry and from my research he has advanced his study by speaking with local tribes in Australia, Africa and South America. This man is world travelled and has experienced basically everything, so there is very little one can surprise him with and he is very bright and quick both in thinking and on his feet. This assassin is resourceful and imaginative, he is constantly thinking outside the box so staying ahead of him forget about it. If this man wants you dead, he has already killed you and is now sipping a frozen rum drink in the Caribbean awaiting word of you death.

      The Shyster has returned to Seattle and has rejoined with his family, he is the fifth and final member of the Brother Grimm and according to my data, SPD refuses to even accept the existence of the Shyster. They claim he is an urban legend a ghost story, told by academy instructors to keep the cadets in line. Though I have conformation that the Shyster is still alive and still taking lives, he is the man who killed Hot Wheels of Urban Strike One and he has already ignited the fires within the Salish Side Council’s Tribal Headquarters. Seattle and the UCAS are not ready to handle the likes of the Shyster sadly, and since he is working with the Professor, Accountant, Pharmacist and Grandfather Winter the Brothers Grimm seem more then ready to fight and restore there twisted form of Justice. Be ready Seattle, the Shysters here and he is about to pull of the biggest scam of his life, making you think he actually gives a damn about whether you live or die.
