Bio: The man, the myth, the legend known simply as Wake is who I will next unveil and bring his story to the masses. The mercenary known as Wake is not a man that should ever be underestimated and even though he has a warming smile on his face, this doesn’t mean he is as nice as he might seem. Wake earned his name from the many people he made arrive early for their own funerals, this hunter killer doesn’t show any sort of remorse for those that he kills and his mercenary code is so loose that I am not even sure that he can actually be considered a mercenary and more a cleaner for the Brotherhood. This seems like the only plausible explanation as to why this man with such a loose code of morale conduct could even still be on the roster with others that frown on senseless and cold blooded murder.

Wake is a true hunter of the biggest game out their and that being man, he has no trouble stalking us down and bring an end to even the most troublesome target. This man goes after anyone that seems to be on the Brotherhoods radar and has never been seen directly on the battlefield, this is the man that will be unleashed if your bounty is considered high and since he works for the order that placed it, Wake gets paid regardless if you live or die and for him there is only one option and that’s sadly death.

How this man kills is by sinking his blade deep into your flesh or removing your head and leaving a headless torso for the witnesses as he always leaves the scene of the crime with your head. You don’t even want to know who many headless bodies litter the cemeteries throughout the world after a meeting with Wake. This man steals the families last chance to say goodbye to their loved ones intact body, and only through fingerprint and DNA analysis can the victims identity be confirmed. Wake on the other hand is only stealing the heads to verify death and receive his payment, according to reports from various law enforcement agencies, they have found the partially decomposed severed heads of the victims discarded in dumpsters long after the burial of the body.

Wake has never been scene in combat and he has never been seen by any witnesses prior to the murdering of the said victim, and the only accounts are of those that have seen a man resembling Wake leaving the scene caring a heavy satchel that was dripping blood. Though when they went to investigate, he was gone and so were the blood droplets and so the legend grew and the myth was born. Wake has used this legend to further secure his place amongst the top of the cleaners and legends of the art of murder. He has used the fear that comes from having ones head removed to keep many in line and any with a bounty from the Brotherhood must live in terror of the presence of this smiling killer that will steal more then just your life.

I can’t say many have committed suicide over dealing with Wake, but what I can say is many have adapted a new lifestyle and others have just tried to go off the grid. Though this doesn’t seem to slow and even stop Wake from finalizing the deal, the only proven tactic to keep your head attached is to just turn yourself into the Brotherhood. Though this is also very hazardous cause, if they have a bounty out on you they are not looking to have you rot in jail. They are looking to execute you, so turning yourself in only means yo are in control of your own destiny and choosing that you would rather hang then face the blade of Wake.

Sadly there really isn’t much to report on, when it comes to the legend of Wake, this man is to good at what he does and has kept his nose as clean as he can and has staid of the radar and dealt with any and all witnesses in a timely fashion. This man is a myth and legend and many know his name, but when they are asked about him, they really can’t recall any specific information about him. Wake has done a good job allowing himself to become nothing more then a legend and this I feel he fully enjoys.

So in conclusion when it comes to this assassin and hunter, one must be very careful. He is a mercenary, and he is a bounty hunter this means that the criminals of the Brotherhood are his to deal with. Though don’t rest easy, Wake will not be above coming after any other bounty if it’s high enough though he seems to be smart enough then to trust the World Court. So if you find yourself in the presence of Wake, remember that it was you’r own actions that led you to this point and you only have yourself to thank as your head rolls to the floor leaving behind your headless body and loved ones to grieve your passing at your wake.

Tennessee Davis (Archive)

Bio: The man known as Archive is not only a card caring member of the Confederates, this man is also the head of the fabled Library. This is also very disturbing since Archive is a Davis and he is the father of President Edward Davis and Reverdy Davis of the Freedom Patriots. This is almost cold hard prof of the Library being in direct union with the terrorists that are waging war all across America. Though the bigger problem is that Archive is not only part of the Library he is the commander of this secret order of information brokers and extortion specialists. He is the man behind the evil that lurks within that order and he is the man that has authorised the actions of the monsters that lurk deep within the hallowed halls of this secret order. He being a confederate as well is not all that surprising, since he is from the south and his son founded the Sons of the True Confederacy and has been waging war against the UCAS ever since the Treaty of Denver was signed. Though what is more disturbing is the fact that Archive is still among the living and he was only recently exposed to the public, I have done some digging and their is no death certificate for Tennessee Davis and there is no burial or cremation report either. This my readers is the real deal, a man that should by all accounts be dead and probably even fooled his children that he was passed on. Tennessee has been part of the Library for his entire life and has served as the leader for as long as I can figure out, again the information about this order is very scarce and what we do have is even scarcer.

This being said what we do know about Archive is that he is a cold hearted and evil mastermind that is on a quest to gather as much knowledge and information about all of us so he can catalogue each one of and he can blackmail the universe if needed. What the Library’s true motive is, we might never know. Though what we do know is they are not above using any tactic to gain advantage over anyone they feel is a threat and this could very well prove how the Confederates and Patriots have been able to be so victorious in their campaigns. If Pa Davis is lending a helping hand through exploiting the UCAS and threatening to expose any dirty little secrets the Library might have uncovered through their illegal activities. The complete extent of Archive’s involvement with the Confederates or Patriots is unknown but one can only assume that he has had a helping hand indirectly of course. If one thing is known is that the Library never plays the straight game and they are always playing behind the scenes, even people like the Krampus and Stacks are not well known and work from the shadows and never really leave many witnesses alive.

Archive has been able to remain an unknown element for many years and his Library was till only recently completely unknown and not even whispered about as a myth or legend. This being said there is still very little known about Archive and his prowess in battle, his motives and his capabilities. If you had mentioned Archive to me last week I would have called you a liar and discredited anything you said as nothing more then a lie. Well today that has all changed and I am a true believer in his existence and that this Library is a serious power broker in the world, any order that holds all the worlds secrets and can blackmail anyone at the drop of a hat is a something to worry about. Especially if this order is not totally neutral and has leanings or allegiances that contradict the majority of the worlds governments and goes beyond the realm of common knowledge. Even though I am a staunch supporter of the UCAS and I don’t agree in anyway with how the Library handles things. I do have to question why would an order that holds so much knowledge about the world side with the Confederates and Patriots. Why would they work with the Human Resistance Movement and Death’s Hand so freely. I understand family ties are strong, but for an order that desires knowledge and has been compiling data for decades if not longer, must know something more then they are willing to expose. If knowledge is power these Keepers hold a serous power card and they are keeping these cards close to their chest and not exposing anything to us.

I mean we have our history books to teach us the truth, yet the Library is working in direct opposition to the known history and this means something, that needs to be looked into. You might not agree with the actions of the Library, but you must as well agree that something doesn’t add up and why now are they allowing the world to learn about them after many decades or longer according to the Library’s records they have been compiling records for millenniums, obviously not under the direction of Archive. I have done further research and their emblem can be found throughout the world at various sites of knowledge that even pre-date the Library of Alexander. This emblem is from that Library though this marker has been found carved into various structures that pre-date that site in Egypt. This secret order has been around for a very long period of time and has been recording history and pulling there tactics from the dawn of time, one can only assume they had a hand in the crucifixion of Christ and many other points in history that have seemingly shady and random triggers.

Archive himself obliviously is part of a long line of Keepers and is holding true the the traditions set before him by former Keepers of this order, he just has the benefit of modern technology and the information super highway to make his job easier and allow for the easy brokering of information and blackmailing of his subjects. This is one agency and one man that can start and end wars with a phone call, he can create civil unrest with a drop of a hat and he can bring corporations crumbling down with a few keystrokes. If the Library knows something that they are not sharing, why have they allowed this war to go on for this long and why have they not extended there arm and brought an end to all the fighting by exposing the truth to all the people. Are they so entrenched into there life of secrecy, that they are so out of touch with the rest of the world and for them it’s about the knowledge and data and not about all the lives that could have been spared by the exposing of said information. Or is it that Archive and the other Keepers convinced that the people can’t handle the truth and will just treat it as a falsity or nothing more then a well timed propaganda campaign.

Whatever the case, Archive and his Keepers are very much a reality and we will have now confirmed that we are truly being spied on and our secrets are being used against us for some nefarious plan that has been going on for generations and beyond. This order holds the key, and they are willing to let us have a taste and bring to light their existence. Thus creating a generation of conspiracy theorists to examine and study this orders presence throughout history and try to decipher what actions these Keepers have had throughout recorded history.

Archive is a total enigma and their is basically nothing to report on him directly, his abilities are unknown and his motives are even further clouded in mystery. All we know is that he is skilled with an medieval weapon known as a flail and thats all, it is only assumed that he is a physical adept by his fondness for the flail and that his son’s are both magical beings. Honestly I would prefer to be ignorant about the Library and Archive cause just knowing about them leaves allot of questions unanswered. This might be their plan, to cast a shadow of doubt over the known world and through proxy have an indirect influence over the minds of the enlightened and paranoid.

This will open the doors to debate and why this ancient secret order is know exposing themselves to the public, why they have blatantly sided with the terrorists and rebels fighting against the established system and what their true motives are also why such a secret order needs to have cleaners that are willing to exposed as the villains they have become. I will leave this article off here as I am just now hypothesising and not reporting any known facts, if any of my readers have any ideas please leave them bellow in the comments as I am officially confused and as well slightly unnerved about the presence of the Library on the worlds stage now and forever more.

Sargent Detective Jerry Stowell (Lorax)

Bio: Well when one speaks about the man known as the Lorax one must tread very carefully, he is a seasoned detective that has dedicated his entire life to serve the people. The Lorax is the cop of cops and he stands very well lodged into the blue wall, this man has no tolerance for those that choose to break the law and makes it very clear that crime doesn’t pay. This man is very jaded and as well very angry, he can’t stomach watching the law breakers becoming hero’s and he is even more frustrated by the runners that have managed to become officers of the law and avoid serving their over do prison sentence by becoming pardoned.

The Lorax is one of the few old school detectives left in the Seattle Police Department that can remember when it was their sworn duty to arrest the runners and not share a squad room with them. He is as well the last hold out to accept the terms that these men and women are allies, he has been demoted from his captains chair do to his insubordination and slapping the cuffs and arresting former runner Adamantine when she arrived in the city. Lorax was meet with a very angry Detective Arthur Crane and the two men stared down each other till the Lorax was ordered to free Adamantine, by Captain Greenspan. This led to a very angry Lorax giving the Captain a piece of his mind and then telling the Commissioner where he was going to place his foot in a very uncomfortable place. Needless to say the Lorax didn’t get fired, just bumped back down to Sargent and told to shape up or he would find himself back in uniform and on the beat as a patrol officer in the suburbs.

The Lorax chocked back his anger, but that doesn’t mean this cop hasn’t kept a very close eye on the runners and is just waiting for one of them to step out of line, and when they do he will be there with the cuffs. This man a is serious hard ass, he is mean, he is a drunk and he is seriously pissed off so best bet is to stay out of the Lorax’s way or you could get busted for basically any reason. This man is a walking encyclopaedia of the cities laws and even the obscure laws long since forgotten will get you a trip to holding. He is master interrogator, and investigator any case he is given is solved and every suspect he arrests gets convicted. This is one man you can not bribe, you can not reason with and he is so stubborn that he will never relent ever. This man arrested Mr. Black for jay walking, he brought the Professor in for littering and he slapped the cuffs on our now Mayor for weapons violations. The Lorax doesn’t care who you are, you break the law and he will come crashing down upon you like a ton of bricks, even the bulldog detectives Beachworth and Ness have refused to work with this man so to his unrelenting nature.

The Lorax has been assigned to the new multi division task force headed by Captain Benjamin Mathews and the Lorax has sworn to restore order to the city and capture the Mayors assassin. He also has stated numerous times, if the runners slip up just once they are getting arrested and brought to justice. The Lorax has taken a interest into rookie detective Anthony DiCane seeing the your detective shares similar values, the Lorax is once again on the job and hunting the streets for the law breakers. Best to avoid the Lorax, he makes the fallen Dread look like a choir boy and the Lorax will not care if he has to put you down like a rabid dog; life and death is only a matter of paperwork for the Lorax remember that.

Niles Wedgwood (Historian)

Bio: Well the time has come to talk about a good friend of mine known as the Historian, this man has served the cause for generations and has been the key in sorting through all the journals and documenting the flows of the war and documenting the history of this order. He is a well educated man, holding multiple degrees from prestigious universities and two doctorates. What this man has forgotten about history is more then most people even knew, so when it comes to this man being within the Sons of Liberty (Freedom Patriots) I am honoured to call him a brother.

Nile like most of us lived a normal life prior to the Great Ghost Dance and the nights of blood, he was a college professor and husband, he was a father of three with his oldest attending college where Niles worked. He also worked as a curator for the Smithsonian in Washington D.C in witch he would commute from New York via train multiple times a week travelling between his classroom and his office. This kept Niles very busy but his love of history and his love for education knew no bounds. When the natives attack happened this man was on route back to New York and his train came to a grinding halt as many on board including the conductor fell to the natives magic. Lucky for the survivors on the train the conductor was able to pull the break as he was dying, though this also meant the train was stuck in the middle of nowhere and leaving these business men, educators, and commuters trapped with no supplies and no idea why so many suddenly fell dead. the panic that ensued was overwhelming and as Niles puts it, it felt like the earth stood still and the people where just falling off the edge and descending into madness.

As a professor he was used to trying to reclaim control of a rowdy room of students, but this was more then he was even used to. The citizens all convinced they where going to die, the train was being hijacked or worse could not be reasoned with and even began attacking each other out of panic. Communications where down and the country was in a state of panic not seen since 9/11/01. Niles felt the only thing to do was leave the train and start walking towards the next town, this decision for a educated man might not have been the smartest, but in hindsight it was the best thing he ever did. Niles left the train, slinging his top coat over his shoulder, placing his hat on his head and holding his old brown leather briefcase and began walking down the tracks towards the next town. He knew it wasn’t all that far as he travelled this line many times a week, as Niles walked he could feel as if the energy in the air was off and that something was amiss. He got this sinking bad felling that he needed to start running, and thats what he did his feet burned as his hard soled oxfords slammed hard against the wooded rails of the tracks giving zero support. Though as he ran, and the train became a faint memory in the distance he was knocked off his feet and brought to his knees from the shock wave that followed from the explosion of the train.

As he tried to catch his breath from having the air knocked out of his lungs from the explosion, he still on his knees he was greeted by the raining of rock, twisted metal, splintered wood and burned body parts and gore. He knew he needed to get clear of the tracks and find safety. He also knew he needed to contact his family to let them know he was alive, though Niles would never get to make that call since his family was already dead and he would never go home again. Niles rose to his feet and again took off running, whit each step being more painful then the first as he was suffering from a damaged ankle as well as pressure fractures that he didn’t realize till the adrenaline wore off and he slowed his pace. Though by this point Niles was in greater danger though he didn’t know it. Just beyond the ridge he was now limping towards hid a dark secret, a small camp of native soldiers lay in wait ready to ambush this poor tired old educator. Niles clothing dirty and torn, his face flush and sweat soaking his collar, he stopped his brisk run leaving the carnage behind him. he opened his briefcase pulling out a bottle of water. as he drank he removes his glasses to wipe away the sweat from his brow. Niles put his glasses back on in time to see a small band of native soldiers surrounding him, he felt a sharp blow to the back of his head and the next thing Niles says he remembers is being buried up to his neck in the ground, sugar water being poured over his head and face and the youngest of the native soldiers using his knife to slice a deep gash in Niles cheek.

As if things couldn’t have gotten worse for poor Niles, he was somewhere deep in the wilds lost and alone. He was set up to be executed in the most brutal manner ever, and these soldiers never explained to him why they had condemned him in such a manner. Niles could feel the temperature dropping and the sun beginning it’s decent into the horizon as nightfall was approaching quickly. The natives sat and admired there handy work for a few moments as Niles kept wincing from the pain in his cheek. Then as nightfall crept in the soldiers and Niles was left alone to die, he was in a very dire situation the insects had already moved in for the sugar water and he could hear the sounds of carrion and predators in the darkness drawn to him by the scent of his blood. Niles knew that he had to seem big and scream loudly to scare off the predators, but when your just a head sticking out of the soil seeming big is imposable and for the beasts that lurked he was nothing more than a quick meal personally delivered on a silver platter.

He said a silent prayer to the lord above and began to scream his lounges out, throughout the night. He was as well being eaten alive by the insects and he was starting to suffer from exposer. Niles was in a very bad situation and he was beginning to submit to his death, as his voice was barren, his through dry and hoarse, he was thirsty, cold and could feel the cold embraces of death calling for him. Niles struggled in his earthy prison trying to free himself, but his hands and feet had been bound and when he tried to move his legs he felt a sharp pain course through his body that caused him to howl out with extreme pain. Niles at this point just lowered his head and began to tear up as he thought about his wife, his children and his eldest daughters wedding that he would miss and never get to walk her down the aisle, he began to sob and damning the God above for condemning him like this. Niles was worn out and just submitting to death, as he didn’t see the coyotes making there way towards there free meal. Till he felt the teeth of one the canines tear into his ear and another into his lower jaw, Niles at this point was crying out in pain but nothing but air came out as his voice was blown and he had nothing left. Till he heard a loud crack followed by another then another as the coyotes stopped there feasting and took of into the night, though not without one of them tearing off his ear and another had bitten him in the side of the face taking his eye and leaving a nasty wound behind.

Niles was saved by a wondering mercenary camp, that was making it’s way west to set up camp. He was quickly unburied and taken to an ambulance to receive emergency treatment, Niles once inside still thought he was going to die and just laid his head back and awaited his fate, lucky for my friend he was in good hands and had some of the best medics looking after him. During the trip west he was in and out of conscience, every time he would awake witch was not for long he would speak of the incident, he would talk about his family his job basically anything. He would also beg for answers as to what he had seen and why was he sentenced to such a barbaric execution. Niles would eventually receive the answers to his questions, and he would also learn the tragic news that his wife had been killed, he was spared the gory details of her rape and scalping. his children thrown into the Hudson river to drown and his eldest daughter was abducted to be sold as a trophy wife to some soldier of chieftain.

Niles was explained the tragedy of the Ghost Dance, the ongoing Nights of Blood and the destruction of everything they as Americans held dear, he was told that he was attacked only because he was a white man and was a miracle he survived with being touched by the natives magic. This enraged Niles and he swore to seek justice for the sins that had been cast down on him and all the innocent Americans who were forced to suffer under their hands. This is when Niles but his special skill set to work as a historian, he began to document everything and he was able to read and decipher codex and languages to be though of as long dead. Not to mention the ancient hieroglyphics, this has given the Sons of Liberty (Freedom Patriots) a serious advantage in this war. The native bastards lost their ability to use their languages, and hieroglyphs against us and the rest of the country again.

Niles like most of the early Patriots where given that strange pill from Colonial that seems to suppress the affects of ageing, and he has become a serious ally and friend of the cause, this man has taken up arms many a time and when Colonial can get his nose out of a book or tome, the Historian is right out there on the front lines like the rest of his brothers. He has been a valuable asset to the cause, with his ability to decipher the languages and codes, when a squad takes a enemy camp he can determine what’s valuable data and intelligence versus smut and trashy beach novels, though the Historian does like to mess with Colonial at times and hand him a native smut saying it’s valuable troop movements. Needless to say that never goes over well with the boss, Colonial is a man with zero sense of humour and can you blame him. Though out of everyone within the order the Historian is one of the few who can get away with ribbing the boss like that.

The Historian knows he has half blood grandchildren out there that are being poisoned against him and the other Patriots who are fighting to restore order, he knows his daughter if still alive will be to brainwashed to ever accept him again. This has the Historian frustrated and as well slightly heart broken knowing that what’s left of his family has been turned against him and he will never get to feel the love of his children again or be able to hold or see his grandchildren and what makes matters worse for him is one day he might be forced to have to kill one of his own blood. This is the pain that keeps him focused and looking for a way to bring this war to an end sooner then latter, as in his mind enough innocent lives have been lost on bot sides through the years. Though if he finds the young soldiers who tried to kill him through a brutal execution method, all bets are off and he will make the Digger look like a choir boy with what he has planed. The Historian still has nightmares from that first night out in the wilds, and lets just say this man does not like coyotes all that much and can you blame him. When he first meet the legendary Coyote, it took Ringmaster, Colonial, Myself and Forge to keep the Historian from shooting poor Wilson full of holes and even today he is apprehensive around the Coyote.

Well as of recent the Historian is still on his personal quest to locate the young men, who tried to execute him, he is still seeking his grandchildren and he is still working and digging through all the old tomes and books as well as the war journals compiling all the data and transcribing the new data as it comes in. Without the work of the Historian the Sons of Liberty (Freedom Patriots) would be forever lost, he is our eyes and ears within history, he is the man who is educating the masses of our ranks in their languages and movements and this man has proven time and time again to be a true master of historical warfare and battles. He has adapted the tactics of ye old to the modern battlefield and this has proven to be a irreplaceable asset to us. Historian my friend and comrade, I thank you for everything you have done for us and will continue to do for us in the many years to come.

Bio: This man is a perfect fit for the Deaths Hand, he is one of those blasted old coots that just wont go away, and now he has joined forces with the murderous Hand. He is stationed in the Hands secret home base now and uses his magical practices to aid Alexander on his conquest of Europe, he has turned his back on the people and country that helped create this man. He ran the shadows back in the early days, when the streets where young and the ashes of the new age had barely cleared. When his spark ignited this man took to the sixth world like a moth to a flame and he used his vast business knowledge and academic studies to aid other fledgling magi in the hidden arts. He opened multiple schools throughout Seattle some of witch are still open today to teach the cities youth and at the time anyone knew to the sixth world. He also opened the first legitimate occult shops in the city. That catered to the cities new Magi and Shamans, this man’s had a heart of gold and in those troubled early days he was the silver lining.

Though this didn’t last long as greed filled his heart and he was being sought after by Johnson’s and others in need of a shadow opp, and hence he walked into the shadows to lend his skills and his mystical arts, he was never on any of the legendary jobs of the time, though his impact can be felt throughout the sixth world and throughout the UCAS. He trained some of the cities nastiest magi, namely the Ringmaster, Sorcerer, and the late Nightshade among others. It is said he has the worlds largest magical library and even has tomes that where lost in time.

The Librarian was friends with the late CEO of corporation X, Kato and was granted access to there vast magical research facilely the Bio-Sphere 666, and as well to the Zavatron project whatever that means, he as well assisted the UCAS government with the development of the mystical wing of the Library of Congress.

Yes it seems this man was all heart of gold, well greed will make a man do strange things and this man, has used his magical prowess to kill more people in a single night the most plagues do in a lifetime. There used to be a small island off of Aztlan called well it really doesn’t matter what its called since the island is vacant of life. He was hired by Aztec to remove all the living beings from this land, so they could use it for a research lab for what I am not sure. But this is Aztec people it can’t be good. It is said he was paid considerably well and even taught the feared Blood Magic for successful completion. Though Aztec will deny any claims that they practice blood magic. Well I guess only the Librarian will know the truth here.

This man has blood on his hands, and yes he holds the blood of entire tribe of people stained on them. Not like it matters much to him, after this job was done. He took his money and vast library and walked with open arms into the Hand, he even stole a few priceless books from the Library of Congress when he left. This man has been working with Alexander ever since as his personal magical advisor and training the new Hand recruits in the sixth world studies. He also heads the Hands Mystical division, as a General he has command of hundreds or more of magical solders and he knows how to use them most effectively. If he has blood magic that is unknown but I do know, that he keeps the Hands main fortress well protected against magical intrusion. Bio: Whisper well this man one who walks that very fine line of murder for hire and street vigilante, his goals and motivations are basically unknown and he is a man of few words. He leaves his actions to speak for him and the rumours spread with each passing year, Whisper could be considered an Original since he emerged onto the scene prior to 2053, though he was a late arrival with his first actual documented job being in the summer of 2050 and ever since then the shadows have just whispered his name, sorry for the pun there. He is considered a Next Generation runner but like the Originals this runner walked away from the game after a long bloody ten years in the shadows.

He is only a mercenary cause he follows a code of conduct, yet a twisted code it may be. Since he is basically a killer, though he only kills who he considers to be guilty and this is where his twisted logic comes into play. He is friends with Raven, Samael, Digger, Mortician, Stamps and Seven, and these men are just cold blooded killers and very guilty by the actual definition of the word. He seems to go after, domestic abusers, drug dealers, gang bangers, cyber zombies, and bail jumpers. He has also been know to lurk outside the court house and gun down those that where obviously guilty but got off by a technicality or good defence attorney.

Whisper is a runner who would hire himself out to regular civilians for a very low and affordable price to right a wrong and bring street justice down upon the guilty. His skills in combat are basically unknown, but he is a trained mercenary so be very careful, this man is kinda a good guy, and you shouldn’t have anything to fear from him unless you are considered guilty in his eyes. Like the Raven, it is rumoured that he here’s the whispers of the distraught through the night and then makes contact. According to rumours on the streets this man is active once again, his alliance is unknown but his deeds are well documented so consider all the variables before making any snap decision about him. He is friends with Raven, Mortician, Samael, Digger, Stamps and Seven so he might just be part of the Hand. If you have a problem, If you can find him and if you are willing to pay the price maybe you can hire the Whisper.

Bio: If Joe was ever a runner that’s a mystery and we might never know. This man is the Older brother to fabled runner Whisper and it seems Joe went the legit route and opened a thriving business he is the proprietor of the infamous Jackals Lantern Bar and Grill in the low zone. This bar is a runner haven and has been since it opened it’s doors in 2040. Joe doesn’t care what goes on inside his bar and basically lets anyone in who can afford the cover charge at the door. Never trust the free beer fliers on the street, these have been going around for years and basically its a deaths sentience to anyone who tries to redeem one.

Joe is a wise old man who will freely give advice and for a price will give helpful advice as to comings and goings of the streets, since he has been walking the mean streets for most of his life. This man has shown skill with the shotgun he keeps under the bar and is not afraid to stare down the likes of Billy the Kid and other infamous and famous shadowrunners, he lets enter his bar. Joe also has two rooms for rent above the lantern for a reasonable price, though you better enjoy an early wake up to help clean up the lantern during the day. Joe never officially closes the Lanterns doors though last call is 3 AM. You keep spending credits he will keep serving you food and drink, this place actually serves the cities best hot wings and these are not synthetic. Though you might have to risk getting shot going to this bar, so I would say invest in some body armour first. If you are looking for information and you have the credits pay Joe a visit, just don’t ask about the blood stain on the floor, and bullet holes in the wall and never ask for a free beer.
