Bio: This devil of the Deaths Hand is living here in Seattle and working here just the same, he has been inserted directly in charge of the Seattle University as their president and chief officer. That means that the Deaths Hand is influencing the youth of the city through their education, sadly nothing can be done about the Chancellor and his alliance to the Deaths Hand since being a member is not illegal and the law enforcement are powerless to do anything about him. This man has not once committed any atrocities, and has no blood on his hands like many of the Hand, he is actually a normal person and I am using that term loosely here. He is a committed father and husband and pay his taxes, he is a pillar of his neighbourhood even though he swears full loyalties and dedication to the Deaths Hand and there conquest of Europe.

       Not much is known about the Chancellor as he just came to light not that long ago, he seems to be a regular man with adept abilities but he serves the Hand and for how long is unknown. So be very careful when dealing with this snake in the grass, he might very well be one of the deadly hand agents that has eluded detection for this long.

       That being said, he is the President of the Seattle University and this means that the Hand have a choke hold over the higher education system in the city and not to mention the Death Hand funnelled millions of credits into repairing and advancing the schools facilities after the explosions earlier this year. So it’s safe to say the Deaths Hand is fully embedded with the university and this is why they have lowered tuition and are offering far more financial aid programs to increase enrolment in the university so be cautious when choosing schools cause this college has been grabbed by the Deaths Hand and they will not let go easily.

Bio: Frost is a General of the Hand in charge of the Norwegian, Icelandic and Netherlands forces, this man is as cold as his name says he is and well he is not a Christian, Frost is a Heather and Pagan. This man has restored the Heathen belief structure to these lands and pushed Christianity out, this seems to go against everything the Hand stands for. Though Frost has been allowed to get away with these tactics and in doing so he has restored the peoples faith in the Old Gods and as well they took to this well and basically just feel in with what the Hand wants. Bio: Old Nick, well this man is not to be confused with Nick of the HRM. Old Nick makes the HRMs Nick look like a choir boy. Old Nick is another term for Satan and when it comes to this man, his handle works. Old Nick is a General of the Hand in charge of keeping India in line as well as keeping pressure on China’s boarder. Lets just say Old Nick has done what he has been tasked to do, India is the only country in the Hands empire that has zero resistance fighting. This country has completely fallen in line and sworn total loyalty to the Hand and to Old Nick, he managed this by first levelling all of India’s historical landmarks and he had the palace demolished. Old Nick then systematically executed any of the countries aristocrats and leaders, he had these men and women executed by boiling them alive and displaying there bones throughout the country, and as for anyone he even suspected of being a rebel he ordered there executions by the hand favoured crucifixion. Old Nick as well sent his Army throughout the country to gather the countries brightest minds to either hang them or put them to work in the Factories with pacification collars on (Bomb Collars). These men where forced to work insanely long hours in brutal conditions for the Hand and if they slacked off they would suffer a fate worse then death, if they tried to escape there heads where blown off by the collars around there necks. Old Nick also gathered all able bodied men and forced them to enter the Hands Army and serve a term on the boarder keeping China out. What these men don’t know is Old Nick has no intention of allowing them to leave the military, any defectors are swiftly dealt with and so are there families. Old Nick has also opened cloned cattle factories in India and force it’s people to work in the slaughtering and processing of the cloned meat, that he then has packaged and sent out to various Hand Armies and countries. He also forces the people to eat the meat or face an execution by being locked in a steel cage and put on display in front of various government buildings for all to see, the prisoner dies a slow and painful death and there bodies eventually rot away to the elements. He has as well removed any form of nationalism from India and even mentioning the counties name, history, flag is a crime punishable by hanging. This man in a very short time has basically dominated all of India and it’s people understand what there fate will be if they step even one inch out of line.

          Old Nick has as well introduced the slave market to the Indian people by taking it’s women who are deemed breeding worthy and sold them to various Hand officers to be used as wives or sex slaves, he as well has all male prisoners sent to the camps castrated and branded with a S on there forehead for all to see that they are nothing but slaves. Old Nick then sells these prisoners to factory owners, to be free labour. All slaves are given pacification collars as a precaution, if any slave owner tries to free there slave or aid in there escape, the slave owner quickly finds them self in the bomb collar and emasculated. Any women caught trying to free or aid in the escape of a slave is either sold into the sex market as a slave breeder or is just thrown into a meat grinder while alive feet first so death is slow and extremely painful.

        Old Nick has been with the Hand since the early days and once served under the Dictator till Alexander saw the potential of this man as a brutal leader and general. That’s when Old Nick was promoted and given command of the troubled India, well Old Nick proved himself worthy and has been training would be Hand commanders ever since. Old Nicks combat abilities are unknown but don’t think this man will be an easy mark for anyone, first off the country he controls is scared shitless of him, so no one will even dare speak out against him. Second his guards are well trained and he has spies throughout all of India so moving unseen is basically imposable, Old Nick has already executed two UCAS and one NATO special forces team sent in under deep cover to assassinate him. He has also sent back the bodies of every CIA agent sent into the country to take him down. Old Nick is a force to be reckoned with and just be thankful he is not over here, this is one General we never want the hand to dispatch on our soil, he makes Holocaust look like a boy scout. One day Old Nick will get his just desserts, just that day is not today.

Bio: Well when it comes to Cinder this man is the real deal of trouble, he earned his name by ordering the entire villages to be torched with napalm and flame throwers. He is as well very found of burning people alive as a form of intimidation, Cinder works for the Hand as one of there Generals and has been given command of the recently concurred France, Cinder has had a lot to deal with with the French people, this country is only recently under the Hands control and with such its people are currently revolting. This has lead to issues since the Hand is using France as a launching point in there war with England and if they loose control of this country the war with England is lost. Alexander has dispatched there newest but fierce General Cinder into France to regain control. Cinder has brought his brand of terror to the French people and has ordered the torching of many of the countries smaller towns as a message, rise up and burn or fall in line and survive. Cinder has as well called in the support of Hand enforcer Rawhide to send a very brutal and bloody message.

       With Cinder now being inside France, and the fires burning once again, Paris is in trouble and from what I have heard Cinder has brought the guiltiness back and is making short work publicly of any rebel. Cinder is a brutal General and he sadly will have no trouble keeping France in line. With his beheading’s and his burning at the stake of anyone who steps out of line as well as the Hands preferred crucifixions the French people will soon fall in line through fear or suffer a fate worse then death at the hand of Cinder.

Bio: Hyena is a another one of those damn Sons but this Son also swears allegiance to Alexander as well. He is the Commander of the Alabama Division of the Sons and being a General he is responsible for tens of thousands of troops the full number is unknown and that’s just how Hyena likes it. This man cares little for who he steps on as long as it furthers the agenda of the Sons and now the Deaths Hand.

         He used to be nothing more then a street killer and would do operations through out the CAS and prior to being a runner he was a solder for the Sons fighting for the Confederacy during the war. What he did during the war was just inhumane and a violation of the Geneva convention, he would take his prisoners and have them chained up arms and legs and then order them to be tossed into the Mississippi River to be dragged against the rocks and other debris behind the river boat. He would also hang the Yankee solders over the side of the boat by there necks and some times there feet. He never left a single enemy solder alive.

        Once the war was over, it was not over for Hyena and he like the rest of his kin, took the war to the streets. He might not be in politics but he basically controls the capital through proper placement of allies and those who owe this bastard a favour. It appears the Hyena is just that a scavenger like his fellow Son Buzzard, so do yourself a favour if you have a clear shot on him take it. He is a war criminal and raciest garbage so lets take some out.

UPDATE 01/03/2075: The Hyena is alive and that is not a good thing for all of mankind! I report the Hyena lives and he has fully abandoned his southern ways for the more brutal tactics of the New Deaths Hand under the command of Alexander Churches wife Mary Church. The Deaths Hand was thought to be fading throughout Europe but it seems this beast was simply laying dormant not dead and now with the Hyena being promoted to High Command and proving to the world that his tactics are beyond lethal and well vile…he will serve the Hand well for as long as he remains alive.

One must first understand that this former Alabama General, KKK leader and beast from the Confederacy has fully adapted and sworn himself to the Deaths Hand and hasn’t looked back. The Hyena here joined the Deaths Hand for one simple reason, he saw President Edward Davis as a failure and not truly understanding the purpose of war. He was angered by the actions of his fellow confederates simply bowing down to the UCAS and well to the Neo Anarchist Movements such as the Sons of Liberty, Sons of Odin, Railroad, Texas First, HRM, Belfast Ghosts, Kingsmen, Presidents Men and others within the rebellion….he cared nothing for the fight for freedom and only the propagating of the one true race. Mackintosh here is a true raciest and bigot he despises non humans in their entirety, non white humans and meta, non Evangelical Christians and basically anyone that wields any form of magic including the Federal Immorality Project Veterans……calling them a stain on God’s Image and plan for the White Man.

Though as much as hew spews this vial nature he is nothing more than a hypocrite seeing he is loaded to bear with cyber and bio implants to boost his combative edge, he is basically a street samurai of unknown power and has been granted immortality through the FIP program himself. This man hasn’t once sat within a church for service or sought forgiveness for his sins, this man has simply left a scar on the nation for all those he has killed. The Hyena and his tactics are disgusting and as a human being he is pure evil and has zero redeemable qualities.

 For example this man uses fear to keep his men in line, he commits war crimes as easily as one prepares their morning coffee, and he has no remorse. General Mackintosh employs a simply tactic, brainwash his men, and send them out to fight with the knowledge that retreat is not an option……those that retreat will be shot by their own and if they survive they are simply hanged as cowards. He will cover his men in piss and shit of the beasts of burden and dump them in trench lines to fool the magical and advanced olfactory scanners. He simply doesn’t take prisoners and deploys chemical warfare when needed as a great equaliser, and those of colour in his units…..well they never return home and are simply hanged or gassed once their usefulness has expired.

  The Hyena assaulted the Texas Armoury of the CAS and stole multiple Mobile Battle Fortresses including the blueprints and materials needed to fabricate more for the Deaths Hand. He left not a single soul alive in that armoury and investigators would find many of the innocent technicians and scientists swinging from the rafters and the entire location stinking of chlorine. This man is a wanted war criminal who already evaded death and capture, an assassins bullet brought the Hyena down early in 2074 but it seems that no body was ever recovered and General Mackintosh simply slithered away, recovered and would be deployed within combat engagements in Asia and Africa.

   Well he is back and his presence can be felt within the Seattle Wastelands as he has unified the Saviours, given them purpose and direction, equipped them and blended the wastelanders within his elite fighting forces. Though reports are that the Hyena is not fighting on the lines with his men……but this is simply a rumour and something that we have no verification of.

Bio: Templar what can be said about him, he is another member if the inner circle as are all the profile on this page, Templar began his life as a member of the Royal special forces, though he quickly defected and joined the Hand for Alexander paid better and Templar saw potential for growth inside the Hand over working for the crown. Boy was he right, he has served the hand loyally and the has done him well. He has worked directly under the Professor from his start and Templar proved himself a valuable asset from the start.

        He was dispatched to Cairo to take the CAS embassy there to secure the location of the Stone Wall for War Machine. When CAS forces assaulted to take the embassy back, Templar and the Professor made short work of the entire squad killing all but one lone solider sparing him as a message to the CAS and it seems they got the hint. As they never made a counter strike and pulled completely out of Cairo well they were short one Stone Wall. The location was given to War Machine and it was quickly stolen and transported to his awaiting army.

      Templar was then given to Dictator to help in his crusade of the middle east, and with Parish and Judge these men made the Dictators life very easy and nearly eradicated the Islamic faith from that region. I say nearly cause it pops up every so often only to get squashed yet again. Do to his success with Dictator, Alexander moved Templar up to General and gave him an army to command anyway he see’s fit, to spread the Law of the Hand and as well keep any and all rebellions quashed. Templar took his army and trained them in the art of war and as well took a select handful of men he could trust and that had proven them self on the battlefield. He created a modern version of the Knights Templar that serve under Alexander and the leadership. This order has been able to maintain control of this lawless warring region, Templar as a General is a very scary man and his forces are some of the most fierce the hand has at it’s disposal. Alexander keeps them in the Middle East knowing that Templar will keep the crescent moon away and keep the cross standing strong. One does not cross the Templar for he will destroy you without a seconds thought, he has not been state side but that doesn’t mean Alexander’s not planning something.

Bio: Well this man is more monster than human and is the current General in charge of all of Italy and for good reason. He is merciless and has know fears of hanging or crucifying anyone. He lets Vatican city exist only cause Alexander has not ordered its destruction yet, though the Pope knows his life hangs in the balance and he must walk a careful line. One misstep and well its onto the cross with him, The Vatican is surrounded by the Hands forces and with Caligula in charge that not good. He is a brutal leader and rules through fear, he like Pastor keeps his subject in line with the swift hand of Justice. Though Caligula cares little for the Christian values, He will do anything needed to keep his territory in line and Alexander lets him.

         Caligula is a brutal warrior and master of martial combat. He normally can be found working with Achilles and this adept team is frightening in combat. Caligula has reopened the Roman games and has his slaves and convicts fight for there mere survival. Some times he will even enter the arena to fight, this is just a show of power for him, as he keeps his subjects happy by spilling blood and making a show out of it. The Games as they are called is the number one show in Europe and his economy has sky-rocketed do to the gambling. Anyone can enter the Arena as a contestant but there life is not guaranteed, Be lucky this beast doesn’t leave Italy and stays put, Seattle is not ready for the likes of him.
