Bio: Well this runner has recently come to my attention and has eluded detection for many years, Marshal left Seattle many years before the age of the runners and he had already set himself up in his new home prior to the Ghost Dance so basically Marshal has been able to keep a low profile for decades and only do to recent activity has he become known at all. This man left home at an early age to join the United States Army where he served in the Army Rangers and was as well cross trained as a special forces operative for the Green Berets and eventually was accepted into the mysterious Delta Force special forces team.

        His true age and power level are lost within history, he never registered with the magical division under the Treaty of Denver and slipped away into the shadows as a criminal and traitor to the new United Canadian American States, as Marshal would never serve under what he called a false flag and a government that sanctioned the murdering of it’s own citizens and the vilifying of it’s veterans. Marshal served in many of the conflicts over seas and even fought in the Korean War, the Conflict in the Middle East, the Return to Vietnam and the War against the Bear. He eventually became a special forces soldier that would defend the homeland from invasion of both foreign and domestic threats. This is where Marshal would see the worst of his government and would grow very disgruntled with his commanders. He would eventually be given orders to execute American citizens that were fighting to defend themselves from the native threat and even from there own military. This troubled Marshal greatly since he himself lost his wife and children to the Ghost Dance and the natives soldiers that burned the small town where he lived to the ground. He also heard that his family that remained in Seattle had been all lost to the natives. Marshal felt betrayed by the people he had served, bleed and killed for, he felt that his own government had turned it’s back on it’s people and had slapped every veteran in the face.

       Marshal was ordered by his commanders to bring down the various mercenaries and citizens that stood in defiance to the presidential authority and this is when he instead of killing them he would help the citizens and make sure his activities where concealed from his commanders and team mates. Though once he got wind of what the military and the government did to Kirby and his men, Marshal went off the handle and went rogue from that day forward. When he went rogue he didn’t leave silently, no this man left behind a pile of bodies of what he called traitors and tyrants he murdered his own team mates and commanders that he served under for years. If he felt they supported the false flag and wouldn’t understand or be able to be reasoned with he murdered them and then slipped away into the night.

       Marshal became one of the most wanted men in the United States at the time, next to War Zone and so began the manhunt for this murderer and branded traitor. The problem was the military did to good of a job training this killer and he was able to elude capture, he just roamed North America and lent his gun and sword to the locals that where fighting against the natives and he never took a dime for his work. He just claimed salvage rights on some of the fallen gear and ammunition so he could restock his supplies and then Marshal would move on to the next location and stay one step ahead of those that were hunting him. Through the following years, Marshal was able to maintain his freedom and aid many local militia and mercenary camps he left a pile of bodies behind him where ever he travelled. This both frustrated and angered the military, FBI and CIA agents that where hunting him for Marshal was always one step ahead of them.

       During this time the country was as well being torn asunder by a bloody Civil War, and to think Marshal didn’t have a hand in the war is just idiocy. This man fought along side the confederates since he could not even think about supporting the false flag and the people that have been hunting him and branded him a traitor. Marshal lent his skills to many of the different Confederate Armies and as well acted as an assassin for the rebels removing top military commanders of the UCAS. This man continued to infuriate those that where hunting him as he managed to be a vital piece of the Confederates strike force by being able to slip in undetected into many UCAS camps and as well becoming a true nightmare for the common soldier. Once the war was over as the UCAS surrendered to Edward Davis, Marshal knew his time with the rebels was over, and he could no longer serve them. For his true heart lies in the Union and not with the Rebels, so Marshal said his goodbyes to his Confederate allies and friends and returned back to the UCAS to continue his strike against the tyrants.

        Once he returned to the UCAS this man risked life and limb to strike an enemy that was stronger and the odds where against him, he also would enter prison camps to attempt to rescue revolutionary’s and attempt to spare them the brutal executions that where awaiting them. He might not have been always successful though their are plenty of soldiers that owe their lives to Marshal for his sacrifice. This man while being hunted by the UCAS would enter their camps and cities to strike a blow for the Union, as well trying to spread the truth about the false flag. Marshal was given a reprieve from the constant hunting, when the Data Crash came and the world wide web and the information superhighway came crashing down and valuable intelligence and communications where lost. This allowed Marshal to vanish completely and become the ghost that we are now learning about today, at this time he also learned about the bug threat and knew his skills in combat and with magic as an adept would be a valuable asset to the removal of this current threat to humanity.

        Marshal would eventually join the ranks of becoming a legendary hive buster, he would without fear enter any hive and engage the queen head on, he had some special talent for dealing with the drones, and workers. His combat prowess would easily handle the soldiers and Marshal began bringing down hive after hive, though the exact record of the hive ratings where not known. Though this status as a hive buster was not helping his maintaining a low profile and eventually the hunt was back on and Marshal was on the run again from the military and government agents. Marshal had one trick left up his sleeve and that was to run head first into the lions den and hide in plain sight. So in the summer of 2035 Marshal walked directly into Bug City, made a few phone calls to some contacts he still had and was given a clean SIN and he joined the Bug City Police Department and set up residence in own of the cities lower vaults. His skills as a hive buster were invaluable to the residents of Bug City, though his magical nature made for a very deadly cocktail as the bugs would awake do to his connection to the sixth world and be drawn to his aura. This man knew how to mask his magical nature, though the hives in Bug City are extremely powerful and even Marshal couldn’t take the queens on head to head. By 2055 Marshal was growing weary of the constant bug attacks, the nuclear strikes and true dangers of living in Bug City and as one Hive Buster was transferring out a new one named Stamps was becoming a Bug City cop.

      These two men knew each other from the Civil War,though they exchanged only a few words as Marshal was heading from Chicago to Boston and this is where he ran into the paramilitary unit known as the Freedom Patriots and they instantly recognised Marshal and when he walked into the precinct for his first day he was met by Salem of the Patriots instead of his division captain. Salem just handed Marshal a file and said a simple yes or no is in order here Marshal. Marshal thumbed through the documents and noticed it was an invitation into the Freedom Patriots and as well into the exclusive fraternity of elite warriors known as the Rough Riders. Marshal looked up and without a second though extended his hand to Salem and from that day forward he was a Patriot and served the cause once again. Marshal served Boston Police Department till this year when he was transferred and pardoned fully to Seattle Police Department. He works inside the Homicide division and his skills as an investigator are on par with some of the most legendary bull dogs, though this man is a Patriot and a hardened shadow killer.

     He was brought in by the new Deputy Mayor so he use his skills to track down the moles inside the Seattle Police Department and as well close a majority of the open Homicides that are sitting on the new Captains desk. Marshal is a master detective and as well a trained government assassin this means that he knows and thinks like the people he is hunting, Marshal wont sit ideally by while the corrupt military still posses a threat and he will protect the citizens of Seattle from the tyranny of the false flag. Though Marshal being a legendary hive buster being brought into the city has any worried about the possible presence of a hive inside the city proverb directly. One does not gather multiple hive busters in one location unless something is up, between Stamps, Ringmaster, Adamantine and now Marshal something big is going down and the people are being withheld valuable information by the Seattle Police Department.

     Also I have learned that their is a family relationship between Ringmaster and Marshal these two men are actual brothers, though witch one is older is the question for the ages. They are both exceedingly powerful in their own right and both men hate the NAN with every ounce of there being it seems these brothers were separated and each one thought the other was killed during the Ghost Dance, Ringmaster lived in Seattle and Marshal was in Delaware at the time when the the country was tossed into a downward spiral. This is one brother team up that I hope I never meet, they are both seasoned adepts, Hive Busters, detectives, rough riders and masters of the blade. Marshal will not rest till the last of the blood is spilled to bring down the false flag and bury the NAN in a mass nameless grave, he will be an asset to the war but for the people of Seattle I am not sure he will be able to see past his own frustration and hatred.
