Bio: His name is Serum and he is one of the top spies within the London Dungeon, this man has haunted the underworld for decades and beyond. Magnus as they also call him his a 00 agent with a total licence to kill anyone and everyone deemed  threat to the United Kingdom….now we learn that he is also a rebel and protected by the rebel agencies, he works deep in the UK government and holds only god knows how many secrets. Yet he is allowed to walk free and help destabilise the establishment on the rebellions behalf. Serum is one of MI6s top agents and he has had a hand in training many of the agents and 00’s that currently work within the British Intelligence Agency, we know that MI7 is pro rebellion seeing that the founder is Tinker and Pong, Agent Orange and Numbers have all joined or are allying themselves with General Ralph Rivers and the US Elite.

Seems that once again Britain and the US are bed fellows and beyond close allies, seeing that the King has been seen working directly with the Harbingers and eve attended Maximilian Yates wedding last year. Seeing that the Steel Legion, and Kingsman have been aiding the US Elite, Harbingers, Patriots and Sons of Odin as of recently openly we can only assume that this kinship goes much deeper than one ever expected. Magnus is a smooth talker, a brilliant mind and  top notch assassin with only a few that can even reach his level of skill.

This man has one hell of a resume and has dedicated his life to the work of MI6 though what make me weary is that he is openly now helping the US Elite within I-CORPS and working directly under Executive Director Wilhuff Palpatine with the blessing of Director Quincy Graham aka Tinker. I would have to assume that the London Dungeon is nothing more than a shell agency of the Post Office and pawns of the Horseman and Cavalry seeing they all seem to bow down to Wilhuff and Shelby not to mention the many times the Dungeon has publicly been cowed by Special Director Arthur Rummy of the Post Office….though in there defence that man is a member of the Outlaws Five and well they like to shot first than ask questions in the Surrey Gang.

Though for Serum he doesn’t seem to be bothered by the Surrey Gang, the Horseman, the Cavalry and Post Office as he has signed on the dotted line and freely joined the US Elite. His report dictates that he joined in response to his long time colleague Dr. Sylvester Sinister joining to further his investigation into the chemical attacks of 2018 and to aid Bilbo, Biscuit, Jet and Pylon in there ongoing investigation of the war crimes committed by the Tir during the Inishmore Invasion of 2018. Serum would go on to say that he has been working alongside Dr. Sinister in this investigation since 2018 and a new set of eyes and location might be just what the doctor ordered in their work….also he would say it will be nice to see little Tweety Bird again as I haven’t seen that little chap since he graduated college, never calls, never writes seems like he forgot his Uncle O’Malley and than laughed.

We can only assume that he is speaking about Bilbo seeing that Dr. Sinister seems to as well have a kinship with the Yates family and little Bilbo….really I can’t imagine that stick in the mud Bilbo having a sense of humour let alone a childhood with how much he works. A perfect fit to be attached to the hip of Executive Director Palpatine and an apprentice of I-Corps seeing he has been groomed by the top spies in the world since lower school. Well Tweety Bird is a new one and will have to do some looking into that handle for Bilbo as he already was named Doodle by Lord Swanson aka Edison another direct I-Corps connection.

Though back to Serum and what this man is known for and what we do have on this spy, though please take everything with a grain of salt from here on. As Serum is a master spy, manipulator of information and his friends and closest allies are the best in the world of propaganda and cover ups, so this could all be fabricated by the Horseman or doctored by the Dungeon….cause we all know the rebels hate free press and the TRUTH!!

According to our contacts that are quite nervous even speaking ill of this old bastard do to his connections and skills in locating the undefinable, they are concerned that Serum here will report their location and ours to the Outlaws Five directly. Why they are worried about some old has-beens that like to play dress up and spin six shooters on there fingers is unknown and downright hysterical. Though they seemed concerned and seeing that they say Serum is not only friends with Jamie Surrey he has helped them numerous times in the past, as well he has deep connections with Adolf Gunner…..which they as well say was the original surname for the Surreys, yes Gunner was their surname and they changed it to Surrey for some reason. So that means good old Mayor is the actual father of the Surrey Brothers and that is something I was told to never repeat by my contacts, now they are trying to censor us….this is something Legion would want us to broadcast to the world.
