Bio: You would think with a handle like Gonzo this mercenary would be off his rocker, well your sort of correct in that. Though Gonzo is a journalist and a damn good one at that, this man throws himself in really bad situations to get the truth and as well nearly get himself killed in the process. Gonzo has busted wide open the connection between the some of the street gangs and the district senators. This was referred to as the voter scam of 2056, where politicians used the gangs to keep voters away from the polls in opposing districts. He as well through himself into the world of the outlaw motorcycle clubs to expose the trafficking of bodies and body parts to ripper doctors, as well as the smuggling of illegal arms and equipment into Seattle. This man as well entered the world of being a runner to expose the truth from his perspective about the corruption and dangers of being a shadow warrior. Though once inside he found there world to be full of danger, but at the same time it was very lucrative. He was quickly overtaken by the lifestyle and the prestige of being one of them and soon Gonzo was born. He could never shake his reporter instincts and this made his a very valuable asset to many runners, for he was very perceptive, had moderate decking abilities, could shoot straight and was extremely professional in look and dress. This man being a master interviewer was always the face for the runners, he new how to speak the employers language and he didn’t intimidate to corporate by looking like a thug and he was always able to score more credits, gear and bonuses from them. He would leave the employer feeling used and manipulated but Gonzo always got the better deal.

        Gonzo do to his professionalism gained the attention of the mercenaries and was ushered away from the street level runners and brought into their world. This is where he shinned, Gonzos special skills and his ability to read people made him a valuable contract negotiator for the professionals, and he as well was able to begin his expo say about the other side of the runner world. The mercenary camps could care less about the reports as long as they were not vilified by Gonzo. This runner has never once vilified the world of the runners, if you are interested in reading it it is called The Two Headed Coin ( The Professional vs The Streets).Gonzo’s story is partially to blame for the popularity now of the runners and as well the going feud between the mercenaries and the street runners. It exposed major differences between the two worlds and was told by his perspective, Gonzo brought to light the glaring differences between street samurai’s and mercenaries, professional magi and street magi, and combat riggers and street riggers. Gonzo was way ahead of his time with his story and this at first didn’t sit well with the street runners, and they went after him hard for making them look bad. All this did was make them look worse and get a handful killed and arrested for being foolish, Gonzo is now safe and the streets praise his name.

          This reporter is still working as a mercenary and still keeping his journals and records, he has been working on another big story I have heard from my contacts and this makes me very nervous. Gonzo is a bit crazy and whatever he has been working on has to be big, he has been seen working with some very powerful mercenaries like Fable, Forge, Stamps, Jeeves and the worst offender of them all Colonial. Gonzo is not a patriot as he believes strongly in the media being neutral and he is completely freelance and sells his work to anyone who shows interest. Gonzo is a mercenary as well so he is driven by the all mighty credit, I am not sure if he has fully compromised his principles while living as a mercenary. I guess we will have to wait for the finished product to get blasted all over the place, Gonzo is a master of propaganda and he knows how to sell his work.

 According to Gonzo, I will get what’s coming to me for all the lies I spread. Well Gonzo I am the true reporter and you are a criminal, I am not afraid of you and your ilk. You are a failure and an insult to the industry and I used to look up to you. Well Gonzo long gone are those days.
