Bio: Pastor well this man was trained first and foremost by the nasty Parish, He is another one who holds strongly to Alexander’s Pseudo Christian beliefs and values. He Is basically the General in charge of the Middle East, and northern Africa, Pastor’s army is a foe to be reckoned with and their values are questionable being that their actions are far from Christian. He like the others in the Hand have had one of the world’s best deckers keeping their files empty and keeping them out of the media to best of his ability. Pastor is a murderer and a tyrant, and rules his territories with all the zeal of a Roman Emperor and actively seeks out and destroys those that question his rule and law. Pastor has brought beheading back to his court and is not afraid to follow through with his orders. If you question the belief structure set forth by Pastor you will quickly wind up nailed to the cross, wearing the hemp neck tie, or having your head on the chopping block. Then having your head or body mounted in public as a warning to all those who would dream of crossing him. There is a standing order in his court, for his men to enter the homes of his citizens to look for contraband, or hidden temples or just to drag the father out to be brought before the court for questioning on the Law of the Hand to test there loyalty. He also forces each family to give one of their children to him to be offered as a tax to the slave pens, his beliefs are if a parent is willing to give there flesh and blood to the Hand as a slave knowing what will be done to said slave then their loyalty is not a concern.  If he feels otherwise, he orders the parent to slowly execute there own child by placing them on the stake to be impaled and then stand there and watch as their kin cries out for them. If the subject in question goes for their child to rescue them they are swiftly subdued and find themselves sharing the same fate as their child. Pastor is an evil man, his mind is twisted and his soul is black.  His loyalty to Alexander is unyielding and he fears nothing. All we can say is that Pastor has never been dispatched into the UCAS and I feel for whatever region he is ruling. I still can’t believe his people have not rose up against him. Guess it’s true what they say about the public, as long as you give them safety, food, shelter, and a working economy they will just fall in line like moths to a flame. This is truly the case with the Pastor. His skill in combat is unknown, though he is inner circle so don’t underestimate him.  He might wear a business suit and tie, but that doesn’t mean this old man is a joke. He is to be avoided at all costs.  Remember, Alexander doesn’t surround himself with any slouches in combat.
