Bio: Techie is an old school hunter and killer, this man has been within the Rough Riders for decades and as well served along side Wesley Reid within the US Military and was part of the Federal Immortality Project. Reports indicate that Techie was also part of Reid’s criminal syndicate within Chicago and served alongside as his second. This makes Techie very old and as well very dangerous, he is a callous killer and very creative. Techie earned his handle by the unique toys he creates and the advent of blending Bug City’s radioactive waste with the melted steel from the ruins of the failed city.

This man is a serious threat and one that has no heart nor soul, he only see’s people as an obstacle and is not afraid of abusing or using these obstacles to his advantage. He deploys his toys onto the people within his path and keeps going, he uses a nasty serrated sabre to turn his victims into mice meat. Reports indicate that Techie’s sabre is lethal enough to kill with a single swipe of his blade, though he normally hooks non vital organs and forcefully removes them with his blade and thus allows the victim to bleed out and suffer greatly before death.

Techie is a failed med student and he decided to take his medical knowledge to the streets and use it to cause great suffering to anyone his blade touches. This mans skill with his special weapon is terrifying and the fact that he is still a free man shows that the rebels care little for the decency of law abiding citizens. Techie uses bug city hunting tactics and brings these corrupt tactics to every city he goes to…………………………………….
