Bio: Neo has got to be one of the most visual members of this squad, he has been seen almost everywhere and he has zero fear or care for the law. He will gun down anyone who stands in his way and I do mean anyone. Neo unleashed a Bio-Plague into the city of Seattle back in 2064 and he sniped the Elven Ambassador of Peace while he spoke at the Arena. He has cleared numerous elven schools and even broke into the Nog embassy and killed everyone there. Neo even killed an elven child on the steps of a church in front of his foster family and other city dignitaries. Neo is single-handedly to blame for more elven deaths than any other member of this group, Though he like the others will kill anyone who gets in his way or tries to stop him.

       It is rumored that this killer was trained by the other founding member of the HRM the Senator and if this is the case then I can understand why he is so heartless and ruthless. Expect no mercy from Neo. He only cares about one thing; total and complete genocide of the elven race and if he goes unchecked for too long he might actually bring the end to the elves outside of the Nog. We need our leaders to step in and do something about these vipers, they are not a normal policlub, they are a paramilitary group with corporate backing and now are in a partnership with the devils in the Hand. Once they take England there is only one logical next step and that is the Nog itself, and without Crazy and Mikey around I fear the worst this time for the Nog.
