Shadowrunner and former CAS Solider Donovan Trask aka the Tin Man, Chameleon has been arrested yesterday on the charges of attempted murder in the second degree, possession of class 1 cyber technology, treason against the UCAS for his actions in the CAS, shadowrunning, and nurder in the first degree as well as violation of the man and machine law. Donovan was arrested after he left the Krispy Kreme doughnut shop on 4th and main in the moderate zone. Reports indicate Dr. Finesilver radioed in the presence of this runner after he noticed the mask he was wearing and suspected suspicious activity. Officers followed Donovan and another gentlemen for a few blocks and after a successful cyber scan, Detective Mathews and Detective Crane cornered the suspect and arrested him on violation of man and machine. Once Donovan was placed in custody the other charges were applied. The District Attorney is seeking the death penalty for Donovan and he is currently being held without bail. Donovan’s defence lawyer a Mr. Eric Peterson reports that the District Attorney is over reaching with the capital charge and is confident that he can have the death penalty removed from the table. Aztec CEO and President Henry McCorby and his wife Raven McCorby were assassinated earlier this evening 11/20/2073 while they hosted a charity dinner for the children’s hospital. Witnesses at the event stated that they spotted a shadow moving quickly through the room, then the lights went out and after a bit of panic and confusion the lights came back on and the McCorby’s where both dead with there heads severed. The attack was brutal and quick witnesses have stated. Since the murders happened off of Aztec property SPD has claimed jurisdiction over the investigation, and Aztec has reported to be in full corporation with investigators. Aztec has offered a 2 million dollar reward to anyone who has information on the assassins identity and that leads to his or her arrest, convection and execution. Earlier on the morning of 11/24/2073 a military convoy was attacked by a group of wasteland raiders reports say. The trucks were carying vital supplies to aid in the war effort. Due to the suspected raider involvement, the Seattle Sheriffs office has claimed jurisdiction. According to Chief Joseph Richardson the Sheriff’s office is in full cooperation with SPD and the UCAS Army Police division. SPD Detectives and medical examiners office were dispatched to the scene under the authority of the Mayor’s Office, Mayor Hill said “It is a shame that so many of our nations men lost their lives in a preventable attack. The raiders will pay the full price for there treasonous actions on this day.” A full investigation is under way. Stay tuned for more information as it unfolds.
Known Shadowrunner Edge has been arrested in the late hours as he was leaving the Jackals Lantern by Detective Arthur Crane and Detective Benjamin Mathews. He is currently being held without bail and his trial is being set for the first of January. Edge has been charged with violation of article 16, murder, shadowrunning, treason against the UCAS, extortion, arson, grand theft auto, destruction of public and private property. Under the Mayors authority the media will be forbidden from the courtroom. We will have to wait for transcripts of the trial to be released.
Known Shadowrunners Rogue and Midnight have gone missing in the late hours from their homes. There whereabouts are unknown and they are assumed missing. There homes showed signs of a struggle, and there was forensic evidence left behind in the struggle by the missing. Witness state seeing a black hearse leaving the area after the attacks. Rogue and Midnight both shared a residence in the moderate sector of Maple Arts, SPD are currently investigating and treating it as a kidnapping. More to come as this case unfolds.
The Sons of the Confederacy and the Deaths Hand have joined forces in the CAS and have swiftly attacked the capitals of Dallas, Richmond, Atlanta, and Charleston forcing a swift surrender of the CAS. The CAS forces are reported to be divided and the CAS leaders want retaliation. It seems war will break out soon in the CAS. The UCAS Senate has been in closed session since this morning and it appears the UCAS leaders are planing some sort of attack of aid to our southern neighbors. More to come as this unfolds.
Earlier this morning at approximately 0900 hours on 11/30/2073 a military convoy from Aries Arms was assaulted by a team of runners in the Lynnwood district, known runners involved were Mortician, Iceman, Bilbo, Waldo and an unidentified rigger. The assault left 250 civilians dead or severely wounded and the runner team murdered the Aries Arms security forces before making off with two cargo vehicles. According to witness accounts, the runner team was severely wounded in the assault. SPD is currently investigating the scene with a joint department task force combining detectives from the cyber, homicide, magical and major case division. The medical examiner’s office has offered assistance in the collection of forensic evidence due to the sheer volume of blood found at the scene. Commissioner McNair has made a statement “With this being the second convoy to be assaulted in under a week by the Harbingers, these runners are now to be considered a threat to the city of Seattle and dealt with accordingly. SPD will bring the full weight of the Department down upon these careless law breakers and we will restore peace and confidence back into the streets of Seattle.” Mayor Hill also issued a statement stating that until these murderers are captured or killed, all convoys are to be restricted to the outer regions of the city and to be escorted by a full complement of solders and as well a proper armor division. Also in his statement he will be authorizing the use of AMC Banshee support and increasing SPD presence in the out laying regions. He will authorizing armored tank and land air vehicle support to Chief Richardson and his Sheriffs officers, as well as advanced C-SWAT training. Also in his statement he sent his condolences to the families of the victims of this tragedy.
Mayor Hill will lift the curfew imposed on the city of Seattle as of December First Two Thousand and Seventy Three 12/01/2073, but Marshal Law will remain in affect untill further notice. His reasoning is these bloody attacks are still occurring and the curfew seems to have no real affect. He is hoping the peace of the holiday season will stem these attacks on the city. He has as well put a black out of the popular television show Shadow Beat in hopes that the people of the city will start seeing these criminals as such; criminals and not celebrities. Mayor Hill has also authorized a 25,000 credit reward on information on all shadowrunners and the reward will be paid out only if the information leads to arrest and conviction of said runner. This just in there was a impressive escape at the Vault earlier this evening, Runner known as Catfish penetrated the prison his legacy created and freed runner known as Tin Man. Warden Clark is still baffled at how the catfish managed to enter the facility, though in true Catfish fashion he once again slaughtered the entire shift of guards and overrode the prisons internal security locking down any back up from arriving. The only reason the Department of Corrections even knows the Catfish was involved was by the remains of his neck tie where found at the scene. The Catfish slipped in and was gone with inmate Tin Man in under ten minutes according to the reports, Witness accounts stated that Catfish was seen loading Tin Man’s Body into the back of the Diggers hearse after the assault. SPD does not consider Tin Man to be dead at this time and they are currently investigating the incident. Commissioner McNair stated after he was questioned about the Diggers involvement, “There is no way someone would break into the Vault to rescue a prisoner only to have him executed by the Digger. There has to more to this story and we are currently investigating all possible leads.” According to my sources it appears the Negotiator struck again and scored a deal to break his team mate out of the Vault. This Negotiator is a real menace to city, and it seems that Tin Man a former CAS solder was actually part of the Sons and this was an attack on the UCAS showing that even the Vault can be assaulted. SPD is asking the citizens for assistance in the recapture of the Tin Man if anyone see’s the Tin Man they are to call the Tip Line 1-800-555-STOP and if there information leads to his arrest a bounty of 250,000 credits will be paid out.

Donovan Trask is a Cop Killer and with such Seattle Police Department is extremely interested in recapturing this fugitive and have offered an additional 250,000 credit bounty on Donovan Trask. Seattle Police Department has authorised the use of deadly force when trying to recapture this fugitive but have stated that if turned in dead they will only pay out half the bounty they offered. Donovan Trask has been found guilty in the high court for his crimes and was sentenced to hang by the neck till he was dead. SPD and the Mayors office both want to make sure Donovan Trask keeps his appointment at the gallows pole.
Mayor Hill has issued his condolences to the families of the corrections officers lost during the raid on the Vault and has offered to pay out a years salary to each of the families and help them with home relocation. He said “Today is a sad day for the city and it’s people, these criminals need to be stopped and he will personally see that the city and its citizens are properly protected.” The Mayors office as well issued another statement regarding the current events that with this being the season of giving and forgiving, any runner who turns himself into SPD will be given a reduced sentence in exchange for information leading to the arrest of further criminals and terrorists. We are working hard to restore law and order into our beloved city and we can only do this with the help of each and every one of you, these criminals will not stop unless we as city make it unforgiving for them. These are not Hollywood action heroes they are murderous, thieving, heartless monsters who only value credits and not human and metahuman life.
Thanks to actions of some fellow citizens runner known as Third Rail was arrested this evening at the Stars and Stripes, SPD descended upon the restaurant at just about 1800 hours with a joint task force. This arrest came after SPD officers did a city wide sweep of local talismonger shops and arrested ten mongers for possession of material in violation of Article 16, Local Monger Papa Jango was arrested and offered a deal with life in prison instead of the gallows. Papa Jango’s attorney has stated that his client has accepted the deal and in exchange for a lessoned sentence he will hand over all his private client information to the SPD Magic Division. Papa Jango will be put in protective custody and sent to a undisclosed location to serve out his sentence.
SPD Detectives Willard and Procter have arrested runner Lobo for the assassination of the former Mayor and his staff. Lobo was arrested after an anonymous tip came into SPD stating that Lobo was hiding out in the Waste Lands at the burnt out motel the Holiday. SPD Detectives in a joint effort with the Sheriffs office raided the motel in the early morning hours and arrested thirty five individuals for various violations, Lobo attempted to run from Detective Procter and Willard. Detectives pursued the suspect on foot, Lobo opened fire upon the Detectives, the Procter and Willard returned fire and Lobo was wounded in the incident. He was then placed under to Mercy arrest and brought to Mercy Hospital to have his wounds treated. Lobo is under 24/7 surveillance by C-SWAT. His Trial is expected to occur, through closed circuit television and is scheduled to begin on 12/3/2073 if found guilty Lobo faces execution by hanging. ADA Malone is confident the trial will be quick and Lobo will be hanged before the years out, if Lobo is found guilty his execution will be televised for the citizens of Seattle to view. This will be the first semi public execution in over 100 years and the Mayors office condones this stating that maybe it will deter more criminals if the people actually see justice being served out.

A group of unknown mercenaries though assumed to be the band known as the Rattlers Assaulted a NAN Convoy leaving the Pueblo Nation heading for Seattle. This Convoy was caring needed medical and food supplies to be used to aid the sick and homeless of the NAN, this Convoy was not a military shipment and was sent by the Pueblo Peace Counsel. All the Guards and volunteers where slaughtered and the shipment was stolen, UCAS and NAN are working in a joint task force to track down these thieves and killers, though currently there are still no leads and no witnesses.

There was a mass shooting down at the docks in South Side at the Drowning Pearl Bar, witness reports indicant known terrorist War Machine, Bilbo, Tin Man, Negotiator entered the Pearl to discuss business with a group of smugglers know as the Dark Brothers. During the course of negotiations words where exchanged between the leader of the Dark Brothers an Elven Smuggler known as Oak and War Machine. War Machine opened fire in close quarters with a LAW (Light Anti Tank Weapon) Rocket upon the Brothers. The terrorists then fled the scene with known Patriot’s rigger Admiral, Bilbo was scene prior to the attack exchanging words with Admiral.
Known Sons of the True Confederacy member Catfish was scene outside the bar shooting any civilian that tried to escape with advanced military hardware SMG (Sub Machine Gun) known as a DAOD Nemesis, The Catfish then entered the bar covering the escape of War Machine, Bilbo, Tin Man, Negotiator and the Admiral. A witness report indicates that Catfish stated to the Negotiator and Bilbo “Time to clean up any loose ends.” Catfish entered the Drowning Pearl and proceeded to slaughter anyone who attempted to leave the scene.
The Suspects managed to flee the scene before Seattle Police Department arrived, SPD Detective Grant, Sargent Bookman of Major Case and Detective Matthews and Holmes of Homicide as well as Captain Rodgers of Magic Division are currently investigating the scene in a joint task force. A spokesman for SPD has stated that this is an ongoing investigation and he is confident that the suspects will soon be apprehended. This attack left fifty citizens dead and dozens more critically wounded, SPD did apprehend Victor Smith on an outstanding warrant for homicide during the investigation Mr Smith was wounded in the attack and was transferred to Mercy Hospitals Prison Ward after confirmation of his identity was made. The Mayors office has yet to issue a statement regarding tonight’s attack.

In the early hours of the morning a team of unknown samurai with known runner Hound assaulted a residential district in the preserved sector of the Seattle Outskirts. Witness reports indicating they were awakened by the sounds of machine gun fire, upon looking outside they observed the runners assaulting the community guards. The team were making an assault on one residence in particular the home of NAN embassy aid Sitting Bear and according to Sitting Bears wife, the murderer also ransacked there home looking for something. Sitting Bear was murdered and so were all the Guards. Witness reports also indicate that two members of the runner team were severely wounded and the runner known as Hound was wounded in the attack as well.
To make matters more degrading for Sitting Bear and his family his murdered body was dragged to the end of his driveway by one of the samurai to show the world of his brutal murder and his body was draped in the banner of the Freedom Patriots (see below for image)

The Samurai who murdered Sitting Bear and the Runner Hound escaped into the early morning darkness caring the bodies of there two fallen team mates, Seattle Police Department was delayed in responding by some sort of signal interference that was preventing the residents from calling out for help. One of the residents a Mr. Green stated that “This attack is an outrage, things like that don’t happen in areas like this, this is a safe community and this is he moved here and left the city.” He now fears for his life and the life of his children if the blasted runners are attacking the residential districts like this, what’s to stop these killers from coming back to spill more innocent blood. Another resident is baffled saying that Sitting Bear was a peaceful man, with no enemies and he cared allot for his community and people. Sitting Bear was not only a Aid to the NAN embassy, he was a pillar of his community and active in peace talks between the UCAS and the NAN. This attack has left the neighbourhood scarred and saddened at there lose.
Seattle Police Department issued an apology for their delayed response and are currently investigating the scene, Commissioner McNair has stated they he will increase Police Patrols in the area and that the murder of Sitting Bear will be fully investigated. He as well mentioned to the people of the protected district to not take justice into there own hands and SPD is doing everything they can to keep them safe from any further assaults.
A memorial service for Sitting Bear is scheduled for Counsel Island this evening 12/4/2073 at 7 PM and during this service there will be a moment of silence through out Counsel Island and Seattle for the lose of this man of Peace and Tolerance. The Moment of Silence is scheduled for 7:30 PM and the Mayors office is sending a delegates to the Island as well to show the NAN that they as well behind them in this senseless killing and will assist them in anyway to ensure peace between the NAN and Seattle.

There was apparently a distraught driver of a Late 2060’s model Ford Americar that attempted to drive off the Pier in the waterfront district, this car caught air leaving the pier and was captured by an Aries Dragon with a magnetic device. This Rotor-craft was then scene flying down the Seattle River with the car being held underneath. Some witness are stating that the driver of the car was attempting to vacate the vehicle but ever so often the car was covered in a deep blue glow that emerged from the magnet holding the vehicle in place.
By the time SPD arrived on the scene the Rotor-craft, driver and passenger where gone. The vehicle was found and is currently at the SPD Garage for investigation, SPD are considering this to be an abduction and are currently investigating.

There was a recent explosion in the Imperial towers in the Saddle River District, this explosion was centred in one of the apartments. According to a witness Polaris of the Deaths Hand was scene leaving the apartment shortly before the explosion. The Imperial towers where demolished in this explosion and the casualty report is luckily low since this happened while most of the residents where at work. Only twenty five people where killed in this attack and ten where wounded instead of countless hundreds if it happened during the evening hours. Though these people are now displaced as insurance doesn’t cover acts of terrorism, The City and the Red Cross have set up a shelter for the citizens at the Seattle University Arena, the Red Cross is accepting donations for those that where displaced, such as clothing, food, toiletries and other items of convince. Donation centrers are open around the city Monday through Friday 8 AM till 5 PM.

The Sioux Nation Embassy in the Middleton district of Seattle in a class A security zone was assaulted earlier today by known runner the Silencer. This runner entered the embassy by flashing false documentation to the security officers and then made his way to the Ambassadors office where he assassinated the Ambassador Malcolm Little and murdering the rest of the staff in the upper office, this runner then made short work of Sioux security and moved floor to floor killing anyone who was of Native decent and any security sent to stop this madman. The Silencer only stopped his killing spree to smile for the security camera 
the Silencers attack on the embassy lasted only a mere 3 minutes and left over one hundred people dead and many others in critical condition. This assault has left the citizens of the Sioux nation in shock at the sheer level of violence that was brought to there people for no foreseen reason other then blatant racism. The Mayors office issued a formal apology to the Sioux and told them that this level of hate and violence will not go unpunished. SPD issued a warrant for the Silencers arrest and has closed down the airports, bus depots, ports and train tubes in the wake of this attack. The Silencer is wanted for mass murders, assassination of Ambassador Little and crimes against the Treaty of Denver and SPD and the Mayors Office are asking for the help of the people in capturing this murderer.

In the Midland district there was a runner war between Angel and Crab that ensued, this war broke out in the late afternoon as Crab was entering a used clothing store, he opened fire with a military grade assault riffle into the store, Angel as well returned fire with a assault riffle. The attack left runner Angel severely wounded and 3 other people dead, there names are being withheld out of respect to the families of the victims. Doc Wagon arrived on seen before SPD and removed Angel to bring her to a medical facility. Runner Crab was not wounded in the attack and is currently suspect in the deaths of the three civilians. SPD is currently investigating and Joe’s Used Clothing will remain closed till at least after the new year.

Council Island was assaulted by a mass military strike from a combined assault from the Patriots and Sons of the True Confederacy during the memorial service for Sitting Bear. This assault left many of the City of Seattle’s Delegates dead and also massacred every citizen of the NAN on the Island. The Island was assaulted from all directions by Fusion, and Artillery as well as a Naval Strike from the Admiral who slithered into the Seattle Harbour over night. Also two mercenary teams the Rattlers and the Harbingers were as well involved in a strategical strike from either side of the Island. SPD officers on the island where captured and held hostage till a rescue boat could be launched after the invasion. The assault lasted a few hours and when the smoke cleared and communications returned, the Island was captured by the Freedom Patriots, the NAN flag was lowered and the Patriots was risen in victory. The current President of the UCAS has decreed the Patriots to be a Terrorist group and in violation of the Treaty of Denver and there actions in no way will be tolerated by the people of the UCAS. He also issued a apology on behalf the American people for the murder and act of terrorism unleashed upon the peaceful people of the NAN and Council Island. NAN citizens are calling for there governments to retaliate and go to war against the white man again, The leaders of the nations have been meeting behind closed doors since the attacks and we await further details on the repercussions of this unwarranted assault.

Video image of the mercenary assault from inside the Council Building reveals that the NAN Chief of Peace Black Hawk was involved in toxic and insect magic, The upper floor shows evidence of it being a Class 5 Wasp Hive (Hive Ratings between 1-5; 1 being minimal to 5 being Bug City levels) and as well aspects of Toxic Water and Air activity. The Patriots claim there assault came from intelligence that revealed the NAN was involved with the Insect Spirit problems that plagued Seattle in the 2040’s and 2050’s and as well currently still plaguing Bug City. They also claimed that the NAN was trying to restore the Hives once again and to use these Hives to corrupt the citizens of the UCAS. The video image also shows that Chief Black Hawk was infested with the spirit of the Wasp Queen and escaped death from a magical attack. The NAN has denied these claims, saying that it is just doctored video to be used as propaganda, the footage is currently being investigated by the UCAS chapter of the FBI. If the NAN is involved with Insects and Toxics the UCAS will have no choice but to violate the conditions of the Treaty of Denver and war will be declared against the NAN. Though according the a spokesman from the UCAS, he said the likely hood of a full blown war is premature. The UCAS will send in investigators from the UN to assess the situation and investigate this situation. Seeing if it is a one time freak accident or a bigger problem. If more physical evidence of Hives and Bugs turns up then war is an option but they would prefer diplomacy with our Native Friends. The NAN claims they are being demonized and they are innocent of these false charges, and how could the UCAS even consider evidence submitted from a paramilitary terrorist group. We will have to wait and see how this develops in the coming days.

Earlier this evening in the Littleton district of Seattle a gang of men in black suits and shades assaulted the region and was meet with a fierce resistance by a large group of runners who stood to defend the city, this is surprising since a vast majority of the runners involved in the assault are known members of the Deaths Hand and HRM, there were also members of the Post Office, Freedom Patriots, Sons of the True Confederacy and the Cities Prime Runners. The assault seemed to be around the runner Crab and once he was rescued by the Harbingers the assaults ended shortly there after. Leaving the district in sever disrepair, with countless hundreds of civilians dead. According to SPD officers at the seen they report after they would take down one of these suited thugs they would transform into that of a regular civilian and this was happening all over according to the video surveillance footage. Runners Crab, Neo, Patches, Captain, Morbias, Sawyer and Scorpion showed skills and abilities not known to exist and feats of strength that can only be reported as Hollywood like. Crab stopped a bus with his back and then tossed the bus into a building, Morbias ran up a building, and they all were dodging bullets and hurdling cars and sliding underneath oncoming traffic. There were others there doing very similar actions, The City of Seattle got to see the Ringmaster in action as he was forced to unleash his legendary hell blast and hell fire spells to defend to citizens. This battle didn’t last very long but it did leave that section of Seattle in disrepair, and the Mayor has decreed it a DMZ and will be torn down to rebuild once SPD and they military have finished there investigation. He has as well decreed any runner who was involved in the attacks by defending the city have a free pass and he thanks them for there patriotism. The Littleton section is currently barricaded off and under heavy military guard.

During the Littleton Massacre runner known as Tigger was seen and it was confirmed that this beast is back in the city, Urban Strike Team One had been dispatched to the location to restore order when the Tigger attacked and they used the dreaded Satellite Orbital Laser on the beast and according to witnesses he shrugged it off though it did cause him to flee into the sewers. The Mayors office is asking for any citizen who sees Tigger or any member of the Savages to contact the General Lift or Lt. McMasters of C-SWAT. The presence of Tigger and the Savages has the Mayor and Commissioner very nervous since this group is a complete wildcard and there actions are only to bring destruction, death and misery to the citizens of Seattle and they are all in violation of many of the Articles of the Treaty of Denver and have only one goal and thats mass murder.

Early this morning there was an unusual amount of magical activity down in the Redmond district in the early hours, followed by a freak unseasonable thunderstorm with gale force winds. The magical activity and storm lasted only a few moments before fading away as fast as it arrived, scientists and hermetic researchers are looking into the cause of this rare phenomenon. The Trial for the bomber Lobo has concluded with a unanimous guilty verdict, Judge William Boone quickly past sentence on Lobo, he was sentenced to death by hanging, and his execution to be broadcast on public access. His execution date was set for 12/31/73 at 11:30 pm, it will be broadcast in the city square during the New Years Eve celebration. ADA Malone seemed pleased with the verdict and sentence and was quoted in saying “Let this be a lesson learned to all those who think they can attack our city and our leaders, your neck might be next in the hangman’s noose.” Malone is currently preparing for the trial of famed runner Edge and he is confident that it will be a swift trial with a swift execution after.

Earlier this afternoon a joint task force of UCAS, NATO and NAN forces attacked a suburban neighbourhood when they got intelligence that it was being used as a base of operations for the Patriots and Sons of the True Confederacy. Also reported to be at the location was the infamous Alexander of the Deaths Hand and John Ripley of the HRM. The military commander Colonel Mark Richards was in command of this joint task force and stated that according to reliable intelligence along with those mentioned above some of the shadows most notorious killers and terrorists would as well be at the scene. The Military task force sent two platoons worth of men and machines, to assault this base. When they got there they were not met with an armed camp, but nothing but civilians, the NAN forces opened fire on the civilians and so did the UCAS and NATO forces. They where met with zero resistance as they slaughtered twenty-five unarmed defenceless civilians. It wasn’t till the Harbingers showed up, with notorious runners Professor, Mr. Black, Forge, and a unknown magical phantom. These men with a combined force not only forced the task force into retreat, they saved countless innocent lives. The NAN forces on site where completely annihilated after be engulfed in a greenish hell fire, these runners retreated before SPD officers arrived, but the damage has been done and according to sources inside the NAN these attacks will keep coming as long as the UCAS continues to harbour the fugitives of the Freedom Patriots and SOTC.
Mayor Hills Office released a statement, that the city of Seattle will be a sanctuary for any and all members of the Freedom Patriots, SOTC and Harbingers as long as they maintain there defence of the cities citizens from the antics of the NAN, he as well thanked the Patriots for there bringing to light the evidence of insect shamans and bug spirits within council island. This evening at approximately 8:00 pm the NAN residential district known in the underworld as the Talon District was assaulted by famed runners Raptor, King, Mad Dog, Arrow and Claw. These runners unleashed a level of violence never before seen inside the city and slaughtered every single living being man, women and child that claimed that zone as there home. Runner Claw unleashed a multitude of naval assaults that levelled that district he was assisted by the Guns of the great Pirate commander the Governor and the Pacific fleet of the Crimson Bloods. That zone has been reported to be now uninhabitable and there are no known survivors. At approximately 10:00 pm this evening the power reactor core in the Little Tir District of Seattle overloaded and caused a massive explosion that triggered the force 7 earthquake in as well as a minor unexplained volcanic eruption. This entire district was engulfed in the magma and sunk into a sink hole that formed after the explosion and earthquake. Seattle Emergency Personal, Police Department, members of Homeland and Department of Defense where on scene and confirmed the district has all but disappeared into the fiery crater. According to Emergency Personnel their are no known survivors, witness report that moments after the explosion a vast majority of the cities known shadowrunner teams arrived to aid in the rescue of the citizens. Sadly once they arrived, there was nothing that could be done and these runners stood overlooking the scene in complete bafflement. The area has been quarantined by the Department of Defense and is as well under investigation by the joint task force within Seattle Police Department of the Magic Division and Major Case. Mayor Robert Hill has appointed Captain Stanley Rodgers of the Magic Division to head this task force, with Sargent Russell Bookman of Major Case overseeing the field investigation.
The Mayor has issued his condolences to all the affected families of this explosion and has opened the Seattle shelters for any survivors that where not home or in the district when the reactor exploded. Earlier this afternoon two NAN peace delegates where assassinated in the Fort Lewis district of Seattle, by members of the Freedom Patriots under the direct orders from Patriot Commander Col. Military spokesman Major Jonathan Smith stated that with the presence of SOTC and Deaths Hand in the Stars and Stripes it proves that the Patriots are nothing more than terrorists fighting to destroy everything that we as the UCAS hold dear and have no intentions of seeking peace between the NAN. Seattle Police Department lost one of there brothers today in a violent shoot out at the Seattle National Bank this evening, Detective Leonard Spectre was killed in the line of duty when he was engaged in a fire fight with members of the Rusted Stilettos as they tried to escape the bank after a botched robbery attempt. Seattle Police Department are fully investigating and the Commissioner has stated that the Police have no other cases till the Spectres killer is arrested. Detective Spectre was valued member of the Seattle Police Department and prior to serving in Seattle he was with the Federal District of Colombia’s Police Department for over 20 years of dedicated service. Detective Spectre holds many awards and medals for his valiant career as well as the silver star and gold star when he served in the UCAS Army for his heroic actions during war.
Spectres partner and friend Captain Stanley Rodgers is outraged over his comrades death and swears that the full weight of the SPD will come crushing down on the street gang, Rodgers and Spectre where partners both here in Seattle and as well in the FDC and have served over 20 years together. The Mayor has authorised Captain Rodgers and Sargent Crane to be lead Detectives on the Spectre case, the case is still being investigated and there is currently no information on Spectres memorial service. Famed original runner the Chairman was found dead in his hotel room at the Luxury Towers earlier today, he was discovered by housekeeping and was found dead in the bed. His body had been redressed and there where signs of a struggle in the room, Seattle Police Detectives Crane and Holmes where first on scene and after his body was cleared by Doctor Finesilver, the Detectives noted a blood pool in the room that was not from the Chairman. Doctor Finesilver’s first opinion of the case is the Chairman’s death is mysterious circumstances and will not rule out possible homicide once the autopsy has been performed, though the Detectives are convinced that his death has to be a homicide, since his body showed no wounds capable of making a pool of blood and he was redressed and placed in the bed. This case is still open and under investigation, more to be reported when it becomes available.

They never received a trial and where never sentenced to death by hanging, being vampires there civil rights were stripped from them under the city constitution. Warden Richard Clark was quoted in saying “Let this be a lesson to any all criminals, you commit a capital offence and you will be wear a neck tie in court and once your sent to me you will wear the Hemp Neck Tie. My gallows are open for business and the service is quick.” Clark has also had a special gallows constructed for Lobo, he created a short drop gallows with a simple plank so Lobo could be viewed fully at all times during his hanging and his death would be long and slow.

UCAS Military Police have arrested runner Dead Eye under charges of violation of the Treaty of Denver and for treason against the UCAS. Dead Eye’s fate is now in the hands of the Military. Mayor Hill has made an attempt to violate Dead Eye’s arrest saying that he is under the protection of the City of Seattle. General O’Brian vetoed the Mayors request and has decreed that since this is a time of war, Dead Eye shall have no trial and be executed by firing squad as a traitor. His execution date, time and location are being withheld even from the Base Commander General Thomas Lift, who has ordered Dead Eye’s release. General Lift and General Harris where both relieved of duty by President McMillion do to there failure to adhere to the uniformed code of military justice during a time of war, and as well do to the information recovered from the now public shadow wiki. It was revelled that General Lift and General Harris are both members of the Freedom Patriots, with General Harris as well being a member of the Post Office. A Federal Judge has issued an arrest warrant for both men General Lift aka Blackjack and General Harris aka Morbias. Mayor Hill has shielded Blackjack under the seal of the City of Seattle and Morbias vanished into the shadows. The City of Seattle welcomes the hero’s of the suburban slaughter to city hall to receive the highest honours for there actions of bravery on during the tragedy conducted by the NAN forces and UCAS military against the citizens of Seattle in a peaceful suburb. The Mayor extended his gratification and thanks for dedicated service to the people of Seattle to the runner team known as the Harbingers, and Secretary Woodrow McDaniel also known as Mr. Black of the Post Office. The terrorist known as the Man in White declined to make an appearance, the mercenary known as Forge as well refused to accept the honour the Mayor wished to bestow upon him and the Unknown Phantom still remains a mystery to the people of Seattle. Also in attendance to receive an award for his service to the city was former mercenary Reverend Richard Blake also known as Bishop for his sacrifices in rescuing kidnapped children in the Barrister neighbourhood from the nefarious gang the Blood Devils.

Seattle Police Officers where on scene and quickly secured the scene. During the chaos that issued after the Dentists arrival and quick escape, two more bodies where found dead in the audience from high calibre gunshot wounds to the chest. The victims are Jonathan O’Brian Director of the FBI and UCAS Attorney General Adam Gomez. Seattle Police Department are currently investigating and Medical Examiner Dr. Palmer Cortland is confidant he will come to a conclusion on who the assassin or assassins are. The Mayor issued a statement following the events of the evening that even when we gather to honour those that showed bravery in a time of ultimate evil in our city, there are still those out there that desire to bring harm and destroy the harmony within our beloved Seattle, this must be an attack orchestrated by the NAN and the killers will be brought to justice. The city mourns the loss of those men who dedicated there lives to public service and restoring order within the shadows of Seattle.

The new family restaurant the Runner Haven held it’s first meet and greet with famed and infamous runners, those in appearance were Thumper, Category 5, Arctic, The Professor and special guest Colonial. As well as a special limited edition copy of the new Holiday Harbingers Comic Book with special guest signing by the artist, writer and Harbinger team member Gargoyle. The event went off without a hitch till Edward Davis of the Sons of the True Confederacy, Bilbo and the Negotiator of the Harbingers, Morning Star and the Real Category 5 made a unannounced appearance. The event was cut short after and revealed to be fraud actors vacated the building without incident, the Owner Eric Mathews cancelled the next days Deaths Hand Villains party he had scheduled. The Actor who portrayed the Professor is currently missing and SPD is asking for anyone who see’s Randy Oliver to contact Detective Larry O’Neil of Missing Persons at 206-555-7788 ext 435.
