Bio: Little is known about the sniper of the sea, Quantum has managed to remain relatively well hidden from the public eye and the media, so basically all we know about this man is speculation and legend. Quantum is a crack shot with his riffle and has brought down many an enemy from multiple miles away, this man’s skill as a sniper makes him very dangerous on the vast open sea. This is why he is not well known, as the Sea Wolves tend to keep him at sea since he can send a opposing ship into panic long before the Wolves physically engage. Nothing is more terror inducing then having your captain and first mate falling dead from a bullet to the head that came from a ship on the horizon. Quantum is a real bastard and considers his targets as sub human and deserving of death since they are not part of his pirate family and doesn’t care if they are civilian or not. To him they are all the same and death is more then fitting for anyone that dares to wear the captains uniform. His all time favorite are the cruise ships that he treats like live action shooting galleries,

        Basically the mere presence of Quantum within the Sea Wolves is scary, this man is on par with people like Tracer and Scout who are on the top of the sniper food chain already, so their is another top dog and this one is a wolf. Quantum rarely actually comes to shore and takes shore leave since he is only happy when he is killing and on land he is limited in his actions. Not cause of lack of skill, but do to being ordered to stand down, when on shore leave. So as long as they keep him on the ship and out at sea this is not a problem, though the problem here is Quantum serves on the Lycanthrope and that ship is currently docked in the Naval Yard. This means Quantum is within the Seattle Proverb and he might be getting a little ansey, if this is the case he will be unleashed into the city to blow of some steam and probably some heads in the process.

       So in conclusion when it comes to Quantum be very afraid, since to him life has no value, he will have no concern or care about starting  spree killing and creating a panic amongst the citizens. This people is who our Mayor has aligned with and has asked to help protect the city from the UCAS, he has allowed the pirates to commandeer the harbour and the naval yard from honest citizens and honourable sailors. He has allowed the pirates to murder our sailors, your sons and daughters are being butchered by these monsters and the mayor just sits by toasting the good deeds of these criminals.

        Quantum needs to be in chains not free to commit murder in the name of a lie, this man is a cold blooded killer that should invoke the iar of any citizen of the UCAS that he is free to walk among us and being protected by our unlawfully placed mayor. If you are as angry as I am citizens please rise up and show these terrorists that we the people of Seattle won’t live under their tyrannical rule any longer.
