Bio: Okay my readers we have come to the end of the quest, we have discovered the fifth and final member of the Phoenix Five and he is a serious threat and terror to all within the Southwest Trinity. His name is Lesley Howard and they call him the Man O’ War, and before I get the comments of there has to be more than five seeing the Outlaws Five have more than five members; and to that I agree and will address the issue later on regarding future discoveries about the Phoenix Five.

Now where to start with Dr. Howard well this British/American has been here in the states for some time and holds dual citizenship and has been reaping the benefits of both nations while he resides within the Sovereign State of Phoenix Arizona. This man was born in Munster England and was raised within York during the late 1890’s the exact year is illegible upon his US War Department documents and good luck gaining access to any records from the United Kingdom. He was born into wealth and would himself become a British Noble seeing he was born into the aristocracy, Dr. Howard is the Fifth Earl of Munster and the brother of the dreaded Avalon of the Order of the Pale Moon.

Dr. Howard would be handed all the perks of nobility including top notch education, a large estate and a chosen bride to continue his families legacy. I personally feel that Dr. Howard is far older than we have records to verify as he was already an adult during the Edwardian Age within England and was the overseer of the English Village of Stamford Bridge in Yorkshire or York for short. His manor home and estate was located in Stamford Bridge and he had already sired three children by the time England went to war with Germany on August 4th 1914 and he would volunteer for active duty and be granted the rank of Colonel and sent to the trenches to become one of the faceless ‘Dough Boys” showing his patriotism and dedication to King and Country.

It wold be during the First World War that would thrust the Man O’ War onto us here in the states, he would last the entire four years of brutal trench warfare and leave the war a very decorated hero of the people of England yet he would as well leave the European Trenches injected and forced into the Federal Immortality Project of 1850 do to being severely injured numerous times including being shot through the hand, stabbed, gassed, and simply shot and thought dead during the Battle of the Somme 1916; though he would survive and crawl back to the line with another critically injured soldier. Dr. Howard would show bravery and heroism in the face of grave danger during his time in the First World War, though this wouldn’t last and he would eventually become no better than the rest of the FIP bastards in the not so distant future.

The US War Department would take possession of Dr. Howard come the end of the war and even through direct objection and legal action that would eventually free the Man O’ War from his contract, the damage had already been done and he would decide to stay in America and ride west to be with many other survivors of the FIP program and join forces with Dr. Kennith and others. Dr. Howard would be one of the few FIP that would not be thrust into the meat grinder once within America and he would be placed inside the US Navy seeing he had experience within the Royal Navy and his nightmare journey would commence once again on December 7th 1941 when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbour where he was stationed. Then Captain Howard would feel the stings of war once again and as his ship the USS Nevada would be hit with multiple bombs and one torpedo and begin to sink, Captain Howard would survive through quick thinking and sheer luck as the battleship would begin to capsize. His actions would save thousands of sailors and officers though the direct attack would leave 60 of his men dead, the USS Nevada would end up beached and for the angry Brit he would get his revenge as the USS Nevada would be repaired and once again sent to war come 1942

This naval captain would see multiple conflicts through his career within the US Navy and it wouldn’t be till 2012 when he would end up retired from the Navy. Though for this FIP he would actually retire and not have the typical treatment of the FIP thrust onto him, his case against the US War Department would go in his favour after multiple appeals come August 7th 1983 nearly a century after he was forced to serve within the US Navy. Dr. Howard by this point was already accepting of his fate and would gladly stick with the US Navy and earn his moniker of Man of War eventually shortened to Man O’ War or MOW. This man would be a force to be reckoned with as he would be one of the only ship commanders to undergo the brutal Navy Seal training by choice and as well be trained in Undersea Combat and Command when he would leave the Battle ships for the Submarines and join the “Death from Below” division.

Though throughout multiple wars, conflicts and deployments this Captain would never see a promotion till his case came to a conclusion when than President Ronald Reagan and the US Senate would approve his promotion to Rear Admiral Lower Half and be given command of an Aircraft Carrier the prize jewel of any Naval Officer he would take the helm of the newest carrier the USS Theodore Roosevelt come 1982 on it’s maiden voyage and command that ship till 1992 when he would be given command of the USS Harry Truman yet another newly commissioned ship and this would come along with what would be his final promotion to Vice Admiral earning his third star before his full retirement from command in 2012.

As a naval officer he was beloved and feared for his tactical knowledge, his bravery and his dedication to the mission, his men also knew their Commanding Officer was not simply a stuffed shirt and man of privilege as his uniform was loaded with medals, and hash marks for decades of service, he would as well were the markings of the FIP and Navy Seals and not to mention the Naval Aviator wings and Top Gun patch. Dr. Howard wore his uniform with pride and honour and was never without his trusty sidearm and trench knife that he carried ever since his days in the trenches of Europe.

This man has no fear and fully trusted his men and his ship, he knew what she could do, what she could handle and what she could withstand and he would always push the envelope thus making him a favourite of the brass back in DC and the politicians that would use Admiral Lesley Howard as the poster child for the US Navy as a recruitment tool. Many Hollywood blockbusters would be made about this brave Admiral and his countless exploits, though even though he got to see the world and had far more freedom than your average FIP Dr. Howard was growing tired of continued service, the pain he lived in from his FIP war injuries and missing his wife and children back home in now Norfolk Virginia; and come July 4th 2012 he would announce his retirement from the US Navy and for Dr. Howard he would hope to enter the private sector, take a simple job in education and be nothing more than a husband/father and grandfather but for this FIP his call of duty would not end after his retirement party and celebration within the Rose Garden of the White House.

Dr. Howard would be called to service once again this time within the political arena when he would be appointed to be the Secretary of the Navy and his nomination would be approved by a vote of 94 to 6 within the US Senate. He would remain in the War Department within DC till 2043 with his nominations being continued by multiple other Presidents and even through the government change. Lesley would oversee the US Navy with honour and give council to many senators and presidents throughout his tenure within Washington but again he would simply feel that he needed to step down and be with his family. His wife was ailing and fighting cancer, his eldest son had been killed in the early days in the War in Iraq, and his grandson was suffering Leukaemia not mention Dr. Howard was as well caring for his baby grand daughter he was down syndrome and autistic.

He would choose his family over serving the UCAS and this wouldn’t sit well with those in power, they wanted to own Dr. Howard and even though he shrugged off the bribery attempts, buy offs and directly getting involved in politics directly during his career….including trying to stick it to US Military Industrial Complex by refusing to accept donations and never hiring any of the private contractors to work within the Pentagon. Those in power would create a monster they wished they had simply left sleeping and laying dormant, according to records found within the STAGE 5 dump the US War Department would strike Admiral Howard’s home and family within a false flag mission to reignite this man’s dedication and patriotism in hopes to send Lesley back into the War Department and back into the uniform.

Well this would backfire on the US Government when the Man O’ War would return home early from running errands and find his Virginia home being assaulted by what appeared to be a terrorist agency……(remember how I said he would always carry his trusty sidearm and trench knife, well this continued into his civilian life) Dr. Howard would prove that you don’t screw with a retired Navy Seal as he would spring into action and recall all of his training and rain hell down upon those storming his estate. Dr. Howard would end up being wounded gravely during the encounter but he would end up saving his grand daughter from a most certain death as she was being sexually abused by one of the supposed terrorists. Dr. Howard would tear the man off his disabled grand daughter who was only 5 years old at this point snap the neck of the rapist, he than would sink his trench knife into the skull of another who was waiting his turn before taking a bullet from the third that intended to stomp the skull of the child. The Man O’ War would go down but not out as he would quick draw his pistol and with a single shot bring the terrorist to his brutal end, Dr. Howard would pull the face covering off the man he snapped the neck of and discover that he not only knew the man, he trained him and sick pervert had once served under Admiral Howard.

This would prompt a direct response from the Man O’ War and while bleeding he would bring down the entire team of now US Special Forces that was disguised as Islamic Terrorists. Once he had secured his estate he would learn that his wife and other children had been brutally killed and sexually abused before and after death, he tried reaching out to his other adult children and when the lines came up dead he feared the worst for them, though he also knew that he needed to get medical attention for his Suzy Q thats what he called her……real name is Susan Howard, not mention for himself. Howard would reach out to his dear friends Arthur Swanson, Kingsley Quinn, and Nero Caprio, they would offer what aid they could and Kingsley would arrive in due haste seeing he was already within Norfolk Virginia on business.

With a few quick phone calls Kingsley would secure the aid needed to get the two wounded medical attention at one of Woodrow McDaniels private underground clinics and while the two where off being patched up Kingsley would pack up the estate with the aid of contacts and await the arrival of Wesley Burns aka Burn Notice to investigate and clean up the scene. Burns would as well discover that this was a government hit job and yet be powerless to do anything about it, it would become clear through the work of Arthur Swanson that the remainder of Howard’s family had suffered the same fate. Arthur would leak the information to the media that would never see the light of day till Swanson would dump the information directly into the MATRIX himself for all to read.

Though for Lesley Howard a domestic terrorist had been born and revenge is what he sought, and revenge is what he would get when he would become welcomed within Santa Fe and eventually Phoenix Arizona. Lesley at this point was no longer seeking a quite life of seclusion and one of action, the militarises plan had worked, though not the way they had planned. He was about to become a rebel and one on a mission to fight the world and watch all those deemed guilty burn. His rage and fury would not go unnoticed by Dr. Kennith of the Phoenix Five and as the Man O’War was laying waste to those within the hierarchy of the government he would receive an invention to move to Phoenix and thats where this story truly begins.

Bio: Don’t be confused this is no Devil Dog just a man that looks scarily similar to the dreaded Tracker of that unit and don’t be fooled the Tracker is not dead and gone, he is very much alive and well. No this is Dr. Hudson of the Phoenix Five the forth of that gang to become exposed by our dedicated and brave researchers, our employees are risking life and limb exposing the goings on within Phoenix and I do mean life seeing our last researcher was just sent to “Old Sparky” on espionage charges. So please pray for the safety of our reporters as they work diligently to bring you the inside scoop regarding the Southwest Trinity and the outlaw gangs that rule that region with an iron fist.

For starters this man is a another that crawled out of the Federal Immorality Project of 1850, retired and went west to become an outlaw and gunfighter for hire. They simply call him Dead Eye again not to be confused with the Devils Reject and Denver Guard member with the same name who was put to death properly back before the Battle for Seattle 2073. No this man is a sure shot, lighting quick and deadly accurate and lives by the motto “It’s not who draws first, it’s who pulls the trigger first.” and with Dead Eye here he proves that speed is in the eye of the beholder and accuracy is paramount.

So basically Dr. Hudson started off within the Virginia Volunteer Cavalry and moved over to the First New York Cavalry during the days of the Civil War seeing he couldn’t stomach slavery and decided that fighting against his fellow southerners was better than simply staying loyal to his people……it seems there is a trend within the Phoenix Five that they put their values over everything else.

Now if this is all this bastard would do than maybe he wouldn’t be all that bad as I don’t agree with slavery and maybe flipping sides proves some within the south actually had a heart. Though his warpath didn’t stop there, he would head out west with his unit and begin to patrol the plains s the westward expansion would begin and throughout the nineteenth century Dead Eye would make a name for himself as a no nonsense commander and one that would put a bullet in anyone that engaged the natives. He would as well lend aid to escaped slaves hunting down those legally deputised to return the runaway property, now I might not agree with slavery but it was legal and they simply should have stayed put……you wouldn’t shoot and kill a dog catcher now would you, or maybe a police officer trying to bring a runaway child home.

Well thats just what Dr. Hudson would do, he would go after the Slave Hunters and the patrols directly and bring them to their bloody end, burring them within Potters Field and making damned sure history forgot about them. He would defend the Cherokee, Navajo, Apache, Sioux and Blackfoot tribes from the other US Cavalry divisions stepping in as the guardian and defender of the native people. This seems to be an ongoing trend with many of the elder FIP especially those from the pre 1900 project, they were simply Indian lovers and would sacrifice their fellow Americans for a savage.

Dr. Hudson would go on to become one of the chief defenders of the native people and kill anyone that tried to stop him, you see back than news travelled very slowly and especially on the plains for that Dead Eye could butcher hundreds and send one of his men to report a false narrative and all would be excused and forgotten till that unit and commander never returned home, than their deaths were simply blamed on the environment.

We now know this to be false after my researchers over heard the Phoenix Five bragging about how many Euro’s they smoked during the”Good Old Days” and how much they made off selling US military equipment to the same people they where protecting..or trading it for beads and feathers. You have three major outlaw gangs of the time and they all included FIP bastards that would exploit the westward expansion for their own greed, you see back than the military was less regulated and each commander would basically be on his own once they rode out west to do as they saw fit. Now many did as they were ordered and would obey the top brass, while others used the distance, lack of communication and lack of legal authority to commit whatever crimes they desired.

Those gangs would be the Surrey Gang, Highwaymen, and the Santa Fe Ring now I know their were countless outlaw gangs and wanted men during those days as it was the Wild West a lawless territory but in reality the only ones that truly matter here are the aforementioned three; and eventually the spin off gang the Phoenix Five. These men would exploit every weakness, ever loophole and every regulation to bend it to there will, they would hunt down slave traders, slave hunters, snitches, and basically anyone that stood in their way of criminal activity……they would even go as far as to execute their own men that would show even the slightest hesitation as to what their officers where doing. I mean seriously we have to ask why the FIP would become far more regulated during the rise of the polite society come the 1900’s.

Dead Eye himself would be a huge reason many natives escaped the Trail of Tears and many battles against them would go south quick for the Americans. He and his men would come thundering in with guns blazing to outflank the Americans that wold think the Cavalry was there to rescue them and in reality they were there to murder them and help the Red Man. My researchers have yet to figure out why the FIP bastards so loved the natives and why they aided them as the “Great White Defenders” but it’s an ongoing trend……simply look at the stories of the Pale Rider, The Invincible One, Pickles, Tetris, Mr. Phoenix, Mayor, and many others from that era including Dr. Hudson here.

Funny though come 2018 many of the FIP bastards that fought to aid and protect the native people would end up becoming Son’s of Liberty and begin hunting them down in droves…….shows their hypocrisy and how age can corrupt ones mind. Now as for Dr. Hudson’s personal life well he too was married to a native women from the Sioux Tribe and would father many children through his time in the pre 20th century FIP and once the government regained control over the outcasts he would end being sterilised during the First World War when a German bullet would castrate him…..well at least the Germans did something good, though they should have killed this bastard. His emasculation didn’t stop him from being a terror to behold on the battlefield and Dead Eye would survive countless injuries and engagements to only be retired come the Iraq War in 2008 when he would be nearly killed when his parachute failed to open and this now paratrooper would crash land and destroy his legs, ribs, back, shoulder and well basically every bone in his body all the while being shot numerous times…….sadly a nearby explosion at the time of his decent would cushion his landing and slow him down enough so he wouldn’t become a pancake.

Well after countless years of recovery and rehabilitation he would be dumped back into the wild as he was decreed to injured for active service, and thats when he ended up going west and regrouping with his FIP friends within the South West. He would first start working for the Santa Fe Ring and marry yet another native women, though thankfully he can’t sire anymore children of his own, though that didn’t stop Dr. Hudson from adopting a small tribe of his own. He would go on to receive multiple degrees and begin to work within the Santa Fe Sheriffs Office where he would begin his reign as the nations most corrupt law enforcement official……and that is saying something ranking him above Brian Kindler and Benjamin Mathews, oh wait Kindler is Outlaws Five and Mathews is Post Office see a trend forming.

Dead Eye would stay within Santa Fe and be part of the Ring and command a branch of the Navajo Renegades against there own people during the Texas Uprising and prove his mettle to the Outlaws Five and his worth to the Santa Fe Ring during the brutal engagement where countless innocent lives were left shattered. As a reward for dutiful service to the Southwest Trinity and his ruthless nature he would end up being hired to replace the former Phoenix Sheriff who had been recently executed by electrification for dereliction of duty..,or maybe he simply did his job and didn’t ignore the evils of the Outlaws Five.

Dr. Hudson would happily accept the job and through his appointment he would prove that he was nothing more than a shill to the Surrey Gang and keep law and order within Phoenix “Cowboy Style” …..how this man actually won his election in the coming years is unknown, yes even in the Southwest Trinity the Sheriff is elected but in Phoenix election laws are only there to oppress the voters and keep those loyal to the outlaws within power and push anyone who would deem real change away.

Dr. Hudson would fit into Phoenix like a well fitted glove and his style of justice would be more than accepted and tolerated as he would focus on the innocent elves within the city, raid the Neon Church, take witnesses and law breakers on long walks into the desert and authorise lynchings by anyone that was on the approved list. He walks around the city in his uniform, silver star badge and huge iron on his hip intimidating anyone that dares to oppose the monster known as Dead Eye.

He ignores murders, drug crimes and theft while he focuses on traffic violations, frame jobs and extortion this man is the direct line between the citizens of Phoenix and the Outlaws Five and Phoenix Five. Once a call comes into his office he will round up the posse, strap on the iron, grab his duster and cowboy hat and hit streets on the hunt for the most recent law breaker. Dead Eye makes damned sure that the Phoenix Trinity Prison is always at capacity and there is always room for more guests of honour within the death chamber. Between Phoenix and Las Vegas they house over 85% of the Trinity’s criminals and execute almost all of them with do haste.

Those spared a one sided trial and public shaming are either exiled from the city into the wilds to be butchered by the tribes that live in the deserts or they are simply murdered and the crime scene cleaned up and sterilised allowing Sheriff Hudson to simply decree the case closed. Those sent to trial will have to face a jury that will be hostile to any law breaker and a prosecutor that is out for blood in his own way, if you are lucky you will simply get a public humiliation sentence and a hefty fine and if not well good knowing you as they lock you up for decades if not life without parole and don’t forget they have four forms of execution in the city, though the gas chamber is not used any longer and has been turned into a storage room or a terror room for their “Scared Straight Program”.

This is like the old programs throughout the country where they take at risk citizens and expose them to what a life of crime will get them. This program created by Dr. Hope and Dr. Hudson take at risk teens and lock them up within the prison system for a week and treat them like every other convict and at the end of the week of nightmares they prepare the at risk teen for their “Execution” with all the realism, including their last meal, last phone call, visit from the Chaplin, fitted for a coffin, given a burial number and head, legs and arms shaved in case of the use of “Old Sparky” or measured and weighed for the gallows. They are moved to an empty death chamber and told how they are going to die and given their death certificate showing a pre-printed date, time and cause of death by the specific form of death.

These at risk teens are terrified at this point seeing they were told that their parents turned them into the Department of Justice to be punished for their crimes. Jailers will go as far to even ask the teen what funeral home they wished their remains sent to after processing. On the last day the teen or teens (seeing they will execute multiple felons at once especially if it’s firing squad or hanging) will be lead out of the death chamber straight into the site of their execution and in the case of a hanging their heads are placed in the noose, sack on and rope tightened, firing squad they are strapped to a pole, a paper bullseye is pinned over their heart and they are hooded, and electrocution they are strapped into “Old Sparky” and with the Gas Chamber they are strapped into the chair a mouth guard placed in to keep the mouth open and a blind fold placed on.

These kids are than put through the ringer of terror all legalised by the cities elected government and witnessed by the parents who authorised it. While hooded or blindfolded the teens here there sentence being read and even though they are not actually guilty of anything the week long experience has broken them down to the point of believing this to be real. In the case of a hanging the executioner is told to do his duty and in a blink the trap door slams open with a thunderous boom and they fall only a foot or two to another affixed platform but the terror causes the teens to urinate themselves, as the rope looses slack and begins to tighten; after it’s over they are removed from the gallows and told the next time they visit this room it will be a further drop and a broken neck if they continue down the path they are currently on. The Electric chair gives the teens a sudden jolt of non lethal juice but enough to hammer home a point, the firing squad well they are shot with a warm paint filled rubber bullet straight to the heart and well thats enough to scare the shit out of you, and well the gas chamber is filled with a nasty blue smoke that fills their mouth, nose and lungs with an acrid scent and taste but is non harmful just uncomfortable do to it’s heated nature.

After the program completes they are shown their coffin and told to lay down inside to truly hammer home the point of their fate, in the end they are given documentation stating they have attended “Scared Straight” and if sent by the court the documents are signed by Sheriff Hudson and they are sent home to rethink their chosen life. Now I can tell you this that would terrify me and I am an adult, I can only imagine what it would be like for a teenager, but according to Sheriff Hudson this program has a 80% success rate and he has only witnessed the execution or incarceration of 20% of graduates from his program he stated “Some people you can’t save, some people are just born bad and the only way to fix them is to lock’em up or stretch their necks…….well the lucky ones at least all others get juiced.” than he chuckled…….this people is the duly elected Sheriff of Phoenix a man that laughs about frying people and putting holes in their hearts.

He doesn’t serve the people he serves his own needs and interests, he serves the Phoenix Five and the Southwest Trinity. This man personally oversaw the execution of one of my reporters and runs Phoenix with an iron fist, he is on a warpath against the Neon Church and the Black Dragons, he cares nothing for the law he swore to uphold and he rejoices in the terror he instils in those that enter his house. This man is somehow beloved in Phoenix and the Trinity and his program is so beloved and welcomed that people from all over send their hoodlum children to Dr. Hudson for a week of legalised abuse for free….well paid for by the Phoenix Tax Payers.

I mean seriously who would expose their children to this man and his program, though he states that he is always open for business and he will gladly take reservations especially from the Neon Church. How this man can call himself a Christian is beyond me but he does and he attends weekly service, he plays Santa Clause for the local children and sponsors a local Boy Scout Troop; he has adopted over six Native and Latino children seeing he is a eunuch and yet his heart is still as black as coal. This man murders for a living and than comes home to his loving family and helps them with their homework……seriously how broken is Dead Eye, one minute he is putting a bullet in the back of someone’s skull and leaving them for the carrion in the desert and the next he is straitening his sons tie as they head out for church; he is also the Scoutmaster of his son’s troop and preaches values like Honesty, Loyalty and Kind yet he is killing people that stand in the way of the Phoenix Five.

In closing when it comes to Dr. Hudson or Sheriff Hudson simply avoid him and stay they hell off his radar, best way is to obey the law and never think about paying the toll for breaking the law in Phoenix for it will be you that pays the ultimate price once the credits clear. The sign above the gate to Phoenix should read “Abandon All Hope, Ye Who Enter Here” for once you cross that threshold you have entered the world of the Phoenix Five and it’s their city and they will make damned sure all understand those words and all will feel their wrath. Another reason the FIP bastards need to be rounded up and brought to justice, these men aren’t you stately old grandfather…….no they are centuries old or older trained killers that have been given a new lease on life and the freedom to do whatever they want, whenever they want with zero repercussions; I mean look at all of the Famous FIP from before 1900 are nothing more than law breakers, soulless killers and rebels hellbent on destroying this beloved country of ours and handing it over to the Natives…..This is America Damn It, This is for the White Christian American this is our country and our feelings and values matter, we are tired of being forgotten and ignored we stand with the Loyalists.
