Bio: Well this man has recently come to my attention and from what I have found out about this old timer is he is really good about staying off peoples radar. Five is a very close friend of the Gumshoe and has been working alongside that private investigator for decades if not longer, this proves that the Gumshoe is not all he is cracked out to be. This man is a silent killer and bringer of the end to many people and I mean countless lives have been lost at the hands of five and the numbers keep rising. Five is another infiltrator who is on the scale of the Unforgiven and has managed till now to stay hidden and I only think I uncovered Five because he allowed it. This man has been watching the back of the Gumshoe for years and keeping that pesky detective very well informed on the comings and goings of the shadows underworld.

The reports about Five are very scattered and many of my investigators refuse to even take the case to confirm anything more about this old timer out of sheer fear. What I do know is SPD has no open cases involving Five and I wonder why, with a friend like the Gumshoe inside the police department of course his cases would vanish quickly. This man is a ghost and has managed to move through the shadows undetected, he has killed countless and Five now has reviled himself publicly to murder a known native warrior that was living inside Seattle. Five broke the man’s neck in four places in mere seconds and vanished back into the shadows leaving his young children traumatised and police baffled. The only man who knows anything about Five is the Gumshoe and good luck to get the old coot to open his mouth about his friend.

Five has also made it abundantly clear to anyone with a brain, what side of the war he is on and this killer will not justify his killings, no he will kill anyone who he deems to be an enemy so that means it’s open season on NAN citizens and UCAS citizens and supporters. Five just doesn’t seem to care anything about justification and he see’s all who still drape themselves in the UCAS or NAN flag to be nothing more than a problem that needs to be filling a coffin and not among the living.

You can bet your lucky stars that Five will be protected by the Gumshoe and other crocked members of the Seattle Police Department, this man has slipped through the cracks for to damned long. He has sent many a citizen to an early grave and has caused to many tears to be shed, this man needs to be captured and brought to justice before the Mayor deems him a protected guardian. Fives capabilities are basically unknown but you can count on the fact that he has been cross trained by the Gumshoe, the Unforgiven and has been outfitted with some of the best weapons and armour known to man. Five has gone this long undetected that means he is damned good, and a legend in his craft. Please here my plea, people of Seattle you need to understand that Five is not a good man, this man is a killer and has been murdering people for longer then most can remember; he has managed to get away with murder and he will keep killing until he is arrested. Please report any information or sightings of Five to your local Federal office since SPD seems to be not interested in capturing this madman.

Bio: This street samurai is a bit of an oxymoron, he was once a great street killer of the next generation. Tackle Box worked from 2051 till 2065 and then just stepped out of the life, he put down the Nemesis and proposed to the women of his dreams and became a legitimate member of society shortly after the birth of his son. This man went from running the shadows and spilling blood freely and carelessly to being a suburban husband and father, this doesn’t mean Tackle Box is still not a serious threat, it just means that this man put away his combat gear for sweaters and suits, he gave up going to the bar for jobs to join the Elks and has become an active member of his church and leader for his sons Scout troop and coach for the baseball team.

It seems like Tackle Box is living the dream that all in the shadows dream of one day, though this Cyber Dad has a very dark secret and thats he is a true street samurai and no matter how much they try to suppress the urge, they have traded to much of their soul for chrome and the cold psychosis of the chrome can be a cruel mistress. For Tackle Box this call has driven him back onto the streets and to pick back up where he left off in 2065, he choose to return to the world of the shadows after hearing about the war and watching his neighbours suffer under the weight of the military and hearing of the death of many of the shadows finest.

He is now trying to live a double life as a husband and father and runner, he is trying to conceal his life as a true street samurai from his employers and still maintain his edge on the street. Though as anyone who has ever tried this, something will have to give you can not be a part time runner, the flows of karma always seem to get in the way. For Tackle Box he is successful for the time being, but this man’s skill and his violent nature will cause a rift and he will eventually be forced to make the hard decision of being a street samurai or being a suburban dad.

UPDATE << It has been learned that Sherwood Thorpe aka Tackle Box has more children than we originally thought, he has a son from a prior relationship that he raised during his bloody years and has warped his child’s mind and now his son Nolan Thorpe aka Burner is now running with the Despicables, while Papa has returned to his old friends in the Forsaken and is still trying to live that good old double life…..though anyone with the friends he has I can understand why his family is safe but Frogger will get your wife and children soon enough….. Bio: This man is the ultimate information gather and I wish he worked for me, but sadly he doesn’t and hence why I am reporting about this bastard. Duke was once a police officer for Detroit and became very disgruntled over the vast corruption and corporate influence within the department and as well in the courtrooms. He was watching all his hard work trying to clean up the streets being flushed down the drain. So he walked away and became a shadow detective, this man has uncovered more sensitive information about some very powerful people that are either now in jail or paying Duke to keep his mouth shut.

This Detective is a independent operator and works to spread the word of corruption and bring down corrupt officials through legal and non lethal channels, as much as I hate this man isn’t working for me. Duke is one of the good guys out there, he is fighting the good fight and he seems to be winning. I do hope Duke can shed some light on the darkness that has been flowing around regarding the NAN and Elves and revel the truth to the masses or is this man blinded by the propaganda already.

He has an office here in Seattle and let this be a warning if Duke is after you, you will be found out and you will be publicly humiliated or worse blackmailed. Trying to kill him has failed on multiple attempts and he has a fail safe, so killing him doesn’t stop his information from getting out there. So basically this man is a private detective from Detroit, so that means he has some combat capabilities and is very street smart so don’t think he will be an easy kill.

Zero is an Original who is another one of those semi decent beings, yes he was involved in some very ruthless operations in his day namely the Denver Break Out, Quebec Job he was also on the Titanic Job. Zero is one who is more a product of the time then anything else, from my research it seems that the missions back then where filled with blood and guts, killing was just in a days work for these men. Some retained there humanity and others were consumed by the monster. Zero was one of the ones to maintain is humanity during those very dark and trying days in the early days of the craft. I guess this is why non of these men are used for movies or comics, maybe someone should tell there story and let people understand what is what like in the 2040’s.

Zero has recently returned to Seattle to take the Mayors pardon and join forces with SPD as part of there Cyber Division. Since Zero was already a Lone Star Detective in that division in Detroit it wasn’t out of place for the Commissioner to give him command of the division here in Seattle. Yes Chummers we have a Motor City Cop here in Seattle now, this isn’t good for law breakers. Motor City cops are like Bug City cops Damn good and used to way worse conditions. Also this cop is Zero who is a Seattle native So do yourself a favour and keep off his radar.

Zero is a very capable mercenary who is able to adapt to change in tactics at the drop of a hat, he adapts and is ready to make his next move. He has battled bug spirits, toxic shamans, paranormal beasts, and cyber zombies and prevailed. He is master with all forms of sub machine guns and pistols as well as martial combat. He prefers the UZI III but he carries a Thunderbolt on his hip and he is not afraid to draw and fire. Cops of his skill and caliber are hard to find and even worse are unrelenting, he is the commander of the Cyber Division which means he has C-SWAT on speed dial as well as a slew of cybered detectives. These men investigate the worst of crimes, those committed by cyber zombies, cyber psycho’s and ripper docs. They see the worst of society on a daily basis. I can only think that Zero is haunted each night by the memories of his past and his work today and that brings a bit of glee that this traitor is suffering.

General Albert “Moxy” Schwartz (Sixx)

Bio: Sixx is the leader of Urban Strike Team One when they go out into the field as O’Brian is no longer a field commander, Sixx was the second runner recruited by O’Brian and has since become a close and personal friend of the general. His work as a runner has all been eradicated from the shadow network and shadow beat, can only say thanks Shifter for making my life a living hell on that account. Even his work with Urban Strike Team One is classified, so I will report on what I have seen and heard. Sixx is a Samurai that wields twin custom laser pistols, he is fast as lightning and very steady in combat. <<<File Eradicated>>

UPDATE 12/08/73: General Albert Schwartz aka Sixx has abandoned his post and walked away from his fellow team mates in there time of need, he is a deserter. Sixx had a falling out with General James O’Brian over political and personal views, this runner has just rejoined the shadow world after a decade of serving in the UCAS Army commanding the famed Urban Strike Team One. His desertion has those within the Pentagon very nervous since he has access to the UCAS’s number one weapon the SOL system, as well as personal knowledge of UCAS Military and Classified records and tactics as well as troop movements. This has come as a complete shock to all those in the military as they all looked up to General Sixx as comrade. Sixx has made in abundantly clear that he disagreed with the Treaty of Denver from the beginning but he would do his duty and serve the UCAS honourably. Once it was exposed that the UCAS was more intent on protecting the NAN and the Treaty of Denver Sixx on a number of occasions could have been heard arguing with General O’Brian and it always ended with James pulling rank and Sixx growing even more frustrated. Well it all came to a head when he was ordered to strike the Stars and Stripes and attempt to arrest the Harbingers and ordered to fire upon there vehicle that had diplomatic emblems of the CAS upon it. Once his team was struck down hard by runners Sixx was once friends and allies with, and his orders where to not retreat but continue to fight even though he knew to keep fighting would be suicide for him and his men, in a flash four of his team was dead and himself and two others wounded. He could no longer contain his anger and he walked away, Sixx was rescued by the infamous Postmaster and taken to receive medical treatment by the dreaded Samael. UCAS Forces attempted to swarm the office but where meet with a great resistance from multiple members of the Rough Riders. Sixx’s Future is unclear, but he has played his card and this former Seattle and Detroit runner of the golden age has rejoined his brothers in arms.

Seems he has joined the ranks of the Patriots and is now serving under the protection of Colonial and the Mayor, this is a major blow to the moral of the UCAS Military within Fort Lewis and a serious boost in moral for the Patriots and their allies. Sixx will play a significant role in the upcoming war. Though this man is still a traitor and has turned his back on the oath he swore to uphold the Treaty of Denver, so I do hope he is arrested quickly before he divulges national secrets to Colonial.

UPDATE 12/01/2075:

Well we have allot to talk about when it comes to Sixx and seriously allot seeing that he was once thought to be nothing more than a Street Samurai and nothing more….a damned good one but just a cybered thug from Detroit. Turns out Albert here is a physical adept and whats worse a gunslinger adept that has cross trained into being a true gunner adept and one that I only wish never turned turncoat and stabbed his former boss and friend in the back. Sixx here was nothing more than a thug from Detroit before he was discovered by our hero James O’Brian in 2050 and given a chance to prove himself within the Emerald City and Federal District.

Turns out that Sixx was hiding a very dark secret that even the UCAS military couldn’t uncover and that was he is a founding member of the Storm Riders alongside Striker, War Machine and Mayor as well Schwarz here is part of the Horseman and one of Wilhuffs best friends. After the Battle for Denver in 2033 he would head off to Detroit with his wife and children to start a new life within the tribes of that failed city. Many of the Fathers of Armageddon would scatter after their defeat in Denver and while licking his wounds he would partner up with the D-Tribe and as well form the War Cats a group of like minded killers that would raid the upper city and drag the upper class citizens down to the sewers to be tortured and butchered.

Six would end up being the King of Detroit’s under belly, he would use his Storm Rider influence, contacts and resources to funnel in everything the War Cats, D-Tribe and Venom’s War Band to take up arms against the rightful rulers of the city. Within a short period of time Sixx would bring war to Detroit and forever divide the city and tear it asunder. Being a trained Horseman he is well versed in simply fitting in and playing a part in someone else’s play and he would eventually take this skill and blindside General O’Brian in 2073. Sixx was able to play the part of a shop keep and put on the suit and tie making himself look like your average middle class citizen within Detroit and cry wolf about his weirs being stolen and his shop being robbed at gunpoint…..though in reality he set everything up to make himself look like a victim and not bandit king.

With his social graces and charm Sixx would be able to gain the trust of the Usurpers and move among them with ease, and when questioned about his cyber…a simple I am a veteran response would suffice. This would allow him to gain vital intelligence on the comings and goings of the cities elite as well the shipments of needed food supplies, Six would establish himself as a serious threat and yet would remain hidden and just a name that others feared; he would masquerade as the father to fellow War Cat Drake Nixon and the two would become as thick as thieves during those days in Detroit.

For Albert total destruction of the upper class was needed to bring order to the troubled city and he would do to Detroit what he failed to do in Denver many years earlier. This was his second chance to prove himself as a capable commander and general, well Sixx proved that he had the gumption and the moxy to play with the big boys and within a handful of years full rebellion would ravage across Detroit and pull everyone deep into his personal war. He would set the D-Tribe up with everything they needed to command from the tunnels and aid in his conquest for freedom, though Sixx had another project and that would be the infiltration of the UCAS Government and during the Broken Arrow scare of 2050, Sixx and Bolt would be sitting waiting for the trusting James O’Brian above ground near the cities embassy with a total sob story about two brothers that had been ravaged by the tribes and desired revenge against the criminals and a true passion to fight for the United Canadian American States.

James would fall for their scam and recruit both men to the newly forming Urban Strike Team One and hand them both hundreds of millions of tax payers credits to further outfit themselves and report to Seattle for duty. Well for Sixx everything was going to plan and he was about to gain direct access to the private networks of the government military and further aid the War Cats, and D-Tribe with now free government supplies and direct access to government records thus allowing Colonel Gunderson of the D-Tribe to properly formulate his strikes above ground and with direct access to Albert in Seattle this new partnership couldn’t have been better for both men and their cause.

Sixx being a mercenary knew that he was going to have to play ball with James and do things that he found morally repulsive in order to keep his cover and further aid in the tearing down of the UCAS from the inside. This Horseman would end up becoming one of O’Brians top agents and eventually rising through the ranks to become a four star general within the UCAS Marine Corps and privileged to many classified documents and strategies. He would gain direct access to the records that the government kept well hidden about the Great Ghost Dance, The Purge and the Great Tragedy; he would as well earn the trust of the high brass within the UCAS to lean of the final solution and visit Jekyll Island a number of times.

For James he couldn’t have been prouder of his dumb street thug and how he turned this simple man into one of the brightest military minds to ever serve the UCAS military….though O’Brian had nothing to do with this, Sixx was pulling the greatest long con in history and had James fully blinded by his ruse. Even Drake would look to James as a father figure and play on his emotions and desires to actually have a family and the two War Cats had their claws dug deep into James and he would never see their betrayal coming.

Sixx once in Seattle would understand the need for a shadow team and an underground fighting force that would stand up for freedom and liberty, as well keep the pressure on O’Brian and force him to dump further funding into Urban Strike One , thus allowing Albert to properly allocate the funds and supplies to the members he felt where deserving. This unit he forged would be known as the Forsaken and seeing Sixx couldn’t command from the front he needed to hand the reins over to his friend Mr. Fixer and once again command from the back seat. With the war in Detroit running smoothly and now the Forsaken deploying the same tactics here in Seattle everything was going swimmingly for this Horseman.

The biggest issue Sixx was having with his ruse was he was too good at his job and Urban Strike One would become too well known, the government was proud of James’s creation and Sixx was the poster child for the project. He was now unable to stay off the radar and had to take centre stage, he would have to follow the direct orders of James and the Senators that wanted the crime rate in Seattle to go down…way down. He would have to take up arms against the same people he was helping and further the agenda of the same people he was fighting to destroy, this would put Sixx at odds with the Sons of Liberty an order that he served as a Rough Rider, the Post Office where he worked and even within Detroit he would be scene as a traitor. Though for Sixx this was all about the long con and the end game and he would do whatever it took to keep the project going, and keep Urban Strike One going in hopes to use this band of killers against the UCAS one day.

Well eventually Sixx would learn on James’s true intentions and he knew he needed to do something to save his own neck and the ski of his now friends within Urban Strike One. James had come to see himself as the true ruler of Seattle and the UCAS, and only the freedom fighters, the tribes in the wastes and the runners stood in his way; he needed these threats dealt with swiftly and brutally and he looked to Albert to make it happen. This was when Sixx needed to make a quick decision either keep the con going or abandon ship before to many innocent lives where lost, lucky for him James would make that decision for him as he would make demands of Urban Strike One that would cause Sixx to be able to walk away with his honour intact; he would warn fellow War Cat Eightball and Bolt, as well Victor Stone of the ongoing issues and after a heated argument with James Sixx would slip away into the cold dark night only to emerge with the rebels at the entrance of Fort Lewis on December 10th 2073.

Now by this point James had watched as Urban Strike had collapsed shortly after Albert walked away and was soon followed by Eightball and Stone, though Bolt had become to entrenched in his role and had started actually caring for James who treated him like a son…Bolt would eventually walk away after the Battle for Fort Lewis and bring the newest recruits Laser and Savage with him into the rebellion. Sixx would aid the rebels in their assault of Fort Lewis to free tribal chief Blaine and with all his experience and vast knowledge even the mighty Sixx was unable to storm the citadel and free Blaine from the rope. Many innocent lives would be lost on both sides on December 10th 2073 and Sixx would go onto blame himself for not taking action sooner and not assassinating James when he had the chance even if that meant he would be hanged.

Having to take up arms against his long time friend and brother Drake Nixon would as well take it’s toll on this old Storm Rider who in the aftermath of the War for Seattle would contemplate suicide and putting an end to the consent nightmares that tormented him and screams of all the dead that he would here burning deep inside his mind and soul. Sixx would keep true to himself and return to the Freedom Patriots and the Rough Riders fully expecting to be executed for his actions within Urban Strike One….in reality he hoped they would simply hang him and put him out of his misery, his dearest friend who was like a son to him was still bowing down to James and he had failed and gotten thousands killed and many of his friends now lay broken or dead do to his actions and for Albert death would have been a welcomed escape even if that meant swinging from a rope.

He would not be welcomed with shackles, he would be welcomed home and taken into the fold with a hero’s return and this would further torment Sixx as he saw himself as a failure and not a hero. Though eventually Albert would begin to recover and it was business as normal for the troubled Storm Rider, once he learned that Bolt would jump ship and joint he Patriots Albert couldn’t have been happier to have Drake back at his side, yet for Sixx a darkness was about to unfold and land base him. He was about to learn the true evil that lived within James and filling him even more with regret about not killing his capture earlier.

James would send Albert, Drake and Reginald an email through Shifter that would read:

Dear War Cats,

It troubles me that you three would play me for a fool after all these years to learn that your friendship was nothing more than a ruse. I would come to learn of your true intentions thanks to Victor Salazar and the Usurpers of Detroit, I would learn that you Albert are nothing more than a blasted Storm Rider and Father of Armageddon. You love Detroit so much that you created a revolution to overthrow the rightful rulers there, men I placed in power to keep you rebels in check, you have kept your wife and children a secret from me an seriously Al I thought of you as a brother and to think you never let me meet your grandchildren. I do hope they have been moved to a safe location by now, if not I hope you have said your goodbyes to your family, friends, War Cats and D-Tribe cause as you read this I am having your beloved Detroit turned into a nuclear wasteland and all the lost souls and innocent blood is on your hands Albert. I hope this letter finds you well and please do turn on the radio if you feel I am in jest, the bombs dropped seconds after you all opened my email, seriously you did’t think their would be retribution for your betrayal. You killed them all Albert and soon your rebellion will crumble and die.

Sixx would be reading this email as the radio and trideos would be broadcasting the destruction of Detroit, Sixx would watch as his home city would be torn asunder by nuclear fire. His phone holding missed call from his grand daughter wondering if Grandpa would be home for her birthday this weekend. Albert never got a chance to warn his family, nor say goodbye and suddenly his heart felt heavy and darkness would overcome him followed by a burning rage that still burns today.

James had hoped to destroy Albert with the destruction of Detroit and all it did was ignite the fire that once burned inside this old timer and unleash an enemy onto the UCAS that they haven’t dealt with before. The War Cat surviving members now filled with passion and for Sixx it was now personal, James had taken this from ideology differences and turned it into a vendetta and tried to blame Schwartz for the death of his loved ones and his city. This would not end well for the UCAS and it would not be something they would ever have predicted as Sixx would turn to his long time friend Duke to begin hunting James and locating the bastard so he can be butchered.

He would as well begin to personally take care of any and everyone that once stood for the False Flag and worked for James including turning his shotgun onto James loved ones and kin. Anyone with blood relation to O’Brian except for the Vagabond would be on the menu and Six would kill each and everyone of them personally; crushing skulls with the stock of his shotgun, stomping the life out of the nieces and nephews, cousins being gutted and strung up and adults being trussed up like a turkey before having their skulls smashed. Sixx was on a warpath and it seemed this noble officer and Storm Rider would simply fall to the darkness inside him. His rage burning bright and his heart turned black Sixx would not stop till he removed the last of that blasted family line; though he would miss the chance to kill James personally as that job came to the Unforgiven and Harbingers.

Al’s vendetta would not end with just the O’Brian line, nope he would blast his way through the Capital, Pentagon and basically anyone that supported the UCAS or spoke ill of Detroit. It would take his dear friend Wilhuff who was as well mourning the loss of his daughter, grandchildren and great grandchildren to bring the light back into Sixx and show him that he was better than the demon he had become. Wilhuff would bring his son in law back down to earth saying that James was guilty and now has paid the price, we will keep fighting the evil that is the O’Brian family, but give the children a chance to grow up and make a choice…don’t make that choice for them Albert, your better than this.

Now this was not a one time discussion as it took sometime to bring Six back down to earth and calm him down, Wilhuff knew that Sixx was boarder line suicidal and had lost everything in a blink of an eye. His anger was justified and deserved but Al needed to look past the present and remember that he was an Immortal and has scene the worst the world has given and survived. Numerous wars, the death of loved ones and friends, we will outlive most and we need to understand that the actions of our present are just that our present and will remain as scars forever carved into our hearts and souls. We need to be able to look back and be proud of what we have accomplished and who we have become Al, it is easier to be a hero now than prove your redeemed once you become a villain.

Words that rang true through Al’s ears and after some reflection he would put an end to his conquest of revenge and focus on the present and not let the past drive him to evil. Once the US Elite would be recruiting Albert would sign on the dotted line and join the new generation of soldiers to restore the honour within the military and further mend his wounded body and soul. The nightmares still haunt him and the pain in his body from countless wars torments him but for Sixx this is another chance to prove his mettle and prove that he still has moxy needed to run a war. The work this Horseman did while in the UCAS military did have an affect and it drove a wedge into the active personnel showing that they too are not immune to the horrors of the False Flag.

Sixx is now within the US Elite and has been proving himself once again, his heart burns for Detroit and his passion has been guiding the new branch to success this man has proven that if your going through hell than keep going and never look back. He holds a deep hatred for the UCAS but he can see the shimmer of hope on the horizon and through his blood stained eyes he understand what happens if you allow yourself to fall to darkness and he is still crawling out of the pit of despair and evil that he allowed himself to wade in. Sixx is a Storm Rider and Horseman and he has felt the sting of betrayal and watched as his loved ones burned for his sins, this is his driving force; he seeks to restore the nation to a time of order and one that everyone could be proud to call home. He fully understands his role in this process, he is a soldier and a officer, he is liberties teeth and needs to stand strong and proud when America needs him and diplomacy fails. Bio: Longshot is the teams second sniper and this man is just as lethal as stone, he is another one who considers James to be more like a Father than commander so watch out for Longshot, James rescued this man from a life on the streets being abused and used by gangs and low life scum. Basically Longshot owes his life to James and will do anything for him. It appears James has returned the favour by making his files vanish and as well as anyone who knew Longshot prior to joining Urban Strike.

It is rumoured that Longshot played Stones game of tag and survived, but again anyone that can confirm this is not talking so we just have to assume it’s a rumour. Longshot was always a good shot as he grew up initially in the wastelands hunting paranormal creatures and other raiders, he moved into the sprawl to make a life as a runner and all he found was pain and torment. The shadows where not nice to this rookie and that’s when James found him. Longshot was an integral part of the success of the Broken Arrow project and James saw the potential in this young man and put them to good use, he sent him to sniper school and then had Stone train him further in the art of snipping. James as well trained his young protege in the arts of the SOL targeting, making him even more deadly. Being that James didn’t need to be there himself and with Longshot being able to access SOL as well that meant James could have two direct shots from SOL in separate locations.

Longshot is now a Colonel and commands his own special forces team, though he is still part of US1 and will work with them when needed. Longshot has taken well to military life and has not looked back once at the life he walked away from. He said that Bridge is burned and James gave me a life worth living and something to fight for and believe in. Needless to say Longshot has thrown himself into that life and shares James’s view of shadowrunners as needless scum and the world would be better without them. So don’t underestimate this man, he is a combat whiz kid and is deadly with all forms of firearms. He is never alone is always considered to be on duty, so watch out Longshot doesn’t believe in subduing a target he is always 100% lethal, this is a warning hopefully well heard.

Bio: Eight Ball is the teams fixer, and now he could be considered a dealer as well. Not sure if Eight has his hands in the shadows still or if he exclusively works for the UCAS. Though till he joined the fabled US1 he was the fixer to have in Bug City and if he couldn’t get it, it didn’t exist and now we know that he is there head of intelligence and keeps them all supplied with better technology and gear then even the James can acquire from Aries Arms. Now that scare the crap out of me. I will keep my reports on Eight Ball short, since there really isn’t much I can report on him, if you are lucky he might be taking new clients and if you can afford him and find him he might take you on, just don’t plan on crossing the UCAS with Eight Ball you might just wind up in the Vault or worse, James and Eight Ball are as thick as thieves you have been warned.

12/08/73 UPDATE: Attention Colonel Eight Ball has fled Fort Lewis after viciously assaulting General James O’Brian. he is no longer a member of Urban Strike Team One and he is to be considered a Fugitive and Enemy of the State, Eight Ball is a very dangerous man being an arm’s dealer and fixer. He holds valuable intelligence and information that can be very damaging to national security. Eight Ball needs to be captured or killed as soon as possible, this is not your normal dealer this dwarf is a very capable combatant and should not be underestimated in any manner. He is a physical adept of grade 40 and carries a very powerful weapon foci. so be very careful when trying to capture this fugitive. He is suspected to have vanished into the Seattle underground and is now part of either the Freedom Patriots or Devils Rejects, as he has friends in both. Oliver is a judge and that’s that. His courtroom has a one way trip to the Vault if you are found guilty, and wait for it, you ready here it is, his courtroom has no jury trial. Yup only Oliver to oversee your trial. How is that legal you Ask, well the treaty of Denver makes it so. Basically if you are brought before Oliver no Defence attorney can save you from a guilty verdict and an immediate sentencing to the vault and in Warden Richard Clark’s hands you will wind up. Not much to report on Oliver as he is really just a judge, he has had some military training in his youth but do yourself a favour don’t think about assassinating this man. It’s just not worth it, he is connected and has some very powerful friends in the city.

All rise for it is the Honourable Oliver Jamestown McKeen, well thats what this man was used to hearing and for McKeen being a judge was all he seemed to know. He holds multiple law degrees and is licensed to practice law throughout North America and in Great Britain, though for this seemingly out of touch Judge from Lynnwood their is a dark side that has been looming over him and do to events beyond his control the world will now witness the exposing of McKeen’s dark history. The man no criminal ever wanted to be brought before, the man known as the hanging judge and the friend of the law enforcement world is none other than the infamous runner known as Roulette or better known as the Beast. This runner once worked deep within the shadows and ruled the night with his deadly aim and rapid fire precision, many a life would be stolen by the Beast as he hunted the streets looking for his next victim. This man would rule the night for just about a decade fro 2048 to 2058 thereabouts, though some say the Beast would actually walk away from the bloody war in 2063 though this is mostly speculation; we have very few recorded Beast style events after 2058 so it is safe to say he vanished officially around that period, ironic though is thats when Judge McKeen emerged on the scene.

Judge McKeen just emerged one day on the bench and nobody questioned where he came from, they just accepted the arrival of the new judge and it was business as normal, though prior to being a sworn judge, McKeen or should I say Mr. Jamestown was the scourge of the streets and the hunter of the guilty, this man was a pivotal player during the War of the Shadows and it was his guns that would keep the Dreamers at bay within Lynnwood and also protect many innocent souls from the testings of the Dreamers. Though Roulette also holds an ever deeper darker secret, this man was also a highly trained assassin and infiltrator, trained by none other than the United States Government and was working for an undisclosed Government Black Site during those days and even before. Some assume that McKeen was working for the Post Office, though their is no verifiable evidence to prove this theory.

What we do know is that the Beast was a member of the Mariners from their humble beginnings and would be the man that would bring a level of professionalism to a team of street toughs. He would bring his advanced military and government training to this street crew and elevate them to the next level, his lack of compassion can be still scene in many of the younger Mariners that would follow in Roulette’s shoes. Their are many that say the it was this man that would pave the way for King, Raptor and Eagle to infiltrate the legal and political system and with his direct connections to the Krieghoff’s and the Jamestown’s who include people like President Edward Davis and Reverdy Davis as they are married into the Jamestown family; the Jamestown’s are the East Coasts Krieghoffs and the only original crime family left in America. Though for McKeen this was just another notch on his belt and a way for this runner to stay one step ahead of those that pursued him. This runner would make a name for himself during the War of the Shadows and bringing down many of the cities dirtiest players within the corporate law enforcement world, the Beast was well known for hunting those that worked within the Star and helping keep the fires of the Cop War burning; this would allow for the Mariners to move freely through the streets and as long as it was only Lone Star that was being killed nobody really cared; though the Jamestown’s cared and for them the destruction of Lone Star was needed and for every officer that fell in Seattle would distract the Star from their investigation into the Nations premier crime family.

Though within Seattle one of the family’s patriarchs was creating a serious stir and causing many of the company’s corporate officers to begin to panic, never knowing if they were on the Beast’s Black List and having to always look over their shoulder out of concern; for the Beast was well known for being able to stalk any pray through any terrain as well he was a legendary gunfighter able to curve bullets and slow the flow of time making his bullets impact with a greater affect as well as preventing a target from running away. This is a rumour and many say that it is a magical affect of an aura of fear that seals the deal and is mistaken for a slowed time affect, this man might have emerged on the scene in the 2048 making him from the Lost Generation, though this was only when he arrived in Seattle.

There are reports of the Beats throughout the age of the Founders and even before the Great Tragedy as this man worked deep within the South and even within the North East, there where many reports of the Beast being unleashed throughout this period. Though it would make sense seeing that he is a Jamestown and his sister is the wife of the Confederate President; McKeen has shared his skills with many of the greats of the time including the Gunfighter, Gunslinger, Stamps, Apex, Anchor, Glacier and Chief not to mention many of the Next Generation have been blessed to learn from this man. McKeen was involved in many of the nations bloodiest conflicts and has worked alongside the likes of Eraser, Reaper, Viper and Ajax numerous times. His military record is almost completely classified and shows that he has worked in multiple conflict zones and held the rank of Captain before he vanished into the shadows, thanks to the Great Information Crash of 29′ we will never know the full extent of the Beasts career within the government and anyone that would have information has mysteriously died over the years.

Now when it comes to his antics as a runner, we have come to learn that Roulette was involved in the Titanic Operation and would be one of the men that would use his influence and connections to move the valuable cargo throughout the city and become one of the wealthiest runners of that age, though for Roulette it wasn’t about money and he would continue to operate long past his windfall. This runner was on a mission to bring down Lone Star and open a connection between the Krieghoffs and the Jamestowns, some even say that it would be Oliver who would be the final nail in the Krieghoffs control over Seattle and it would be the direct alliance between the two families that have carved the events that would allow the Krieghoffs to own Seattle. What is scary is that we knew about the Church’s, Yates’s, Kingsbury’s and the Davis’s but these families are nothing when compared to the true dynasty of the Jamestowns and until recently we knew very little about this family and their connections, wealth and influence on the entire Eastern Seaboard.

Even McKeen would conceal his direct family connections and go under an assumed surname when he would emerge as Judge McKeen, we only have this information do to an event that unfolded at his home earlier this evening and thanks to sources inside the Police Department the connection was exposed. McKeen during his tenure as Judge would send many a convicted to the Vault to serve their sentence under Warden Richard Clark who we know now is his Brother-In -Law and thus further explaining why McKeen favoured his prison system. McKeen’s past would explain why he always seemed harsh and uncaring as he sentenced criminals to the death sentence, this man is the infamous Beast and even though he might have left the game, the game was still deep inside him. His law degrees can be left in question and even his legal status as a judge is in jeopardy seeing that he is directly connected to two of the largest crime families in the nation; not to mention his connection to the Mariners as well as the Wolf Pack. Though I feel that nothing will come of this and he will be allowed to remain on the bench seeing that Mortimer Krieghoff Junior is the current Mayor of Seattle and McKeen is not an enemy the Krieghoffs want to make.

His government career is basically unknown and one can only assume that he worked for Homeland or NSA seeing that he is well connected and highly skilled, their are only rumours milling about within the land of the spooks about the Beast and how he was the only man that policed the three letter boys; they say that the Beast would come for the guilty, the corrupt and those that were thinking about blowing the whistle and it would be with a flash of steel or the throwing spike that would silence and pass sentence. The Beast learned his martial skills from the Gargoyle and thus mastered the throwing spike, learning that with pinpoint accuracy the spike can either kill or silence in a blink of an eye, many of the spooks would as well learn that a well placed spike can render a voice box permanently silenced yet leave the target alive as a warning.

What we do know is that the Beast no longer works for the UCAS government and at one point actively hunted the problem children of the Freedom Task Force before entering the shadows and even continue to hunt them after he would become known as Roulette. Many of Director Mitchell’s men would fall in the line of duty do to the Beast and even the Director himself would begin to fear the Beast when his office would be broken into, files stolen and a spike buried deep into his official photograph as a grim reminder that the Beast is always watching. Though it might have been many years since the streets felt the wrath of the Beast, he has been unleashed and has once again joined the Mariners; this man walked away from the game to safely raise a family and protect his loved ones from the enemies of America. Well it seems that someone has decided that they would try to bring down the Beast and murder his family, their plan would end up backfiring thanks to the Harbingers, Mariners and Seattle Police Department and McKeen and his beloved Sophia would survive, his children would be safely escorted home and well his grandchildren would be kidnapped. This was their mistake, they took the Beasts grandchildren and they have awoken the Sleeping Giant in the process; for the Beast has vowed revenge and for a man that killed over a dozen highly armed and armoured Vandals in only his pyjamas and slippers that should be a frighting thought to anyone that invoked his ire, and not to mention the kidnapped the grandchildren of the Jamestown family Patriarch. McKeen might not be returning to his courtroom anytime soon but he will still be conducting judicial business on the mean streets of Seattle; To have an enemy like this is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone, and for those that have chosen to push the Beasts buttons may God have mercy on their souls for this man walks on the frayed edge to begin with, and he is more than willing to commit murder to protect his family and seek a blood soaked revenge. The Beast has some very impressive connections and not to mention many favours owed by some very scary people that will be given free reign within the Emerald City. And once the smoke clears we will once again hear those words All Rise for the Honourable Oliver McKeen…Please be Seated Court is now in Session.

Bio: Holmes is Stamps partner in crime problem is Holmes is actually a good cop and cares about the people he is sworn to protect, Stamps not so much. Holmes hails from Bug City and earned his handle do being a top notch Detective and down right brilliant. He is very observant and nothing escapes his glance, other then the fact his partner for 20 years was a homicidal maniac. That’s a big one there Holmes, didn’t you ever question Stamps skill and ability guess not. Well other then that Holmes, was a Bug City Homicide Detective this meant he was busy on a daily basis he saw murder in it’s rawest form each and every day and here these non magical cops have to take on Bug Spirits, Toxic Spirits and there ilk of Shamans basically daily then when the bugs got to bad, they had to go underground into the vaults let the city get nuked wait for radiation levels to go down all the while policing the vaults, then emerge try to rebuild a home and a way of life again, living on radiation pills then go back to business of policing Bug City till some other damn magical shadowrunner broke in again and started the process all over again.

Needless to say Holmes don’t like magic, and he really hates Bugs and Toxics, but this lifestyle does do one thing it makes you stronger if it doesn’t kill you and well Holmes prevailed and after 20 years both men where looking for a change. After bring down a large hive of wasp spirits that was waking up do to another dumb shadowrun team, haven’t you heard leave the magi at home when you go to Bug City. Well when Mayor Hill offered his pardon Stamps jumped on it and took Holmes with him. After they were cleared to leave Bug City more making sure they where not hosting any damn insect spirits. They emerged on the scene and Holmes got to see a real city in action and not have to worry about being nuked or possessed by a damn bug every day. He was able to actually focus more on his work, Holmes is by the book cop and you really have nothing to fear unless he is called to a crime scene where you are the suspect, nothing escapes his gaze and he will find basically any and all evidence. Holmes lets Stamps deal with interrogation as even the strongest mind is useless against Stamps, well it was before he went to Bug City now it’s even worse.

Holmes is the current acting Commissioner for the entire Seattle Police Department after he and Shade revealed that they faked their deaths to go into hiding to expose Conrad Brass for the true tyrant he really was this was all part of an ongoing police investigation that was started by Robert Hill when he was still the Commissioner of the Seattle Police Department and sadly their investigation would end up costing Ebenezer Gordon his life when he would be murdered by Conrad Brass earlier this year.

Holmes having always distrusted magic it seems weird that he turns out to be a trained gunslinger adept but thats not as odd as his partner the street samurai Stamps ending up being a physical adept. I guess all those years hunting bugs had an affect on their very souls and these cybered thugs would become what they hunted and despised magical. One can only hope they will once again overload themselves with cyber and just burn out.

Holmes being the Commissioner has been good for Seattle as he is a no bull shit commander and one of the best law enforcement officers we have had in a long time running the department, though it has come to our attention that he is a member of the Forsaken, a Patriot, and a Bounty Hunter so this begs to question his dedication to the law…..seeing the Wolf Pack is all over the Department with the Dirty Dozen not to far behind and now yet another member of the Forsaken is among the ranks of the PD’s top brass and not just among the ranks he is the Top Cop……I thought DiCane was a bad idea, well here we go again and this time it’s Holmes former partner and blood brother to Stamps.

Though as of now Holmes has been playing by the rules and running the city with an take no prisoners attitude and he has installed a express lane to the cities gallows, you can bet the Deaths Hand prisoners they captured will forgo any justice by trial and be shipped directly to Hang’em High Harrison or Dolphin for a swift drop and cremation. Well we have Holmes now and I guess it’s better than Brass and has to be better than Gordon and DiCane, but only time will tell.

Well more information has come to light about the runner/cop known as Holmes, this man was born and raised within the Windy City long before the dark clouds of the Great Tragedy would befall the world and ravage North America….and not to mention Chi-Town. Holmes is the perfect example of what a Chicago native is supposed to be and thought of by the rest of the nation, Strong, Dedicated, Loyal and Bad Ass!! Also never talk sports with Holmes for he will talk your ear off about his beloved Cubs, Bears and Black Hawks…though all kidding aside Wesley is more than just a hired gun and street warrior of the founding fathers generation, he is a true blue cop and dedicated bug slayer.

Holmes was born some point before the turn of the century and do to the Federal Immortality Project being disclosed to have been in production long before the Second World War, it can be assumed that many of this centuries legends hail from what we would call the Greatest Generation and for Mr. Reid this would hold true as records found in the devastated Chicago City Hall refer to Wesley Reid being a veteran of the Second World War and part of the 82nd Airborne; these records will verify that Holmes would have been part of the early testing of the Immortality project and as well guide his dedication and love for the Old America and his disdain for the United Canadian American States.

Military and Veteran Affairs records for Wesley Reid show that he not only fought in the Second World War but was also deployed to Korea in the 1950’s to fight on the 82nd parallel; these events would cement Holmes and turn a misguided Chi-Town hood into a decorated and dedicated officer, husband, father and grandfather. Holmes records have been found all over Chicago as of recent days and it now shines a brighter light on our newest commissioner here in Seattle and why he chose to leave his beloved Chicago and follow his friend Arthur Crane to Seattle.

When we think of Wesley Reid today we see a bulldog detective with a spotless service record and one that has solved some of the cities toughest cases and put countless killers behind bars yet seemingly blind to his partner and brothers violent nature and past; well there is a reason for this chosen ignorance it is that Holmes has not always been squeaky clean and his Juvenal days were full of petty crimes and gang life; now you can’t see Holmes as a street tough but remember we were all kid once and growing up in Chi-Town in the 1930’s he would have been witness to the rise of Organised Crime and the glamour that would follow, he was born within the ghettos of Chicago and had to drop out of school when he was 10 to help support his family and making a few dollars a week was not going to put bread on the table. So when he would be given a chance to start running moonshine and cooking the books for the local underground gambling hall he would jump at the chance.

Remember this was the 30’s so the thugs on the street still dressed like the average gentleman so it was the glamorous life and he would be able to suddenly bring more money into the home to help support his parents and seven brothers and sisters, all the while affording better clothing and eventually moving his family out of their one room flat in Englewood to a multiple room flat in the North Side of town within only a few years. Back than no body questioned how a child could earn money and everyone just ignored the young punks running the streets. this was as well the time when the Chicago Police Department was notoriously corrupt and on the take so as long as Holmes kept paying the beat cops they looked the other way.

Well as Holmes grew older so did his reputation and with that came better work and with better work would come greater risk as he was no longer scene as just a punk kid, but a enforcer of the streets and eventually a made man for Al Capone. This rise in success would change his crimes from petty theft and cooking books, to more aggressive violent crimes of assault, battery, extortion, racketeering, arson, motor theft and eventual murder for hire. Wesley had grown bigger than his old neighbourhood within a handful of years and his family was reaping the rewards of his criminal success. The Reid family couldn’t be happier and for Wesley he was on the top of the world and it seemed nothing could bring him back down to earth.

Now karma has a strange way of catching up to you and for the Chi-Town gangsters this would come quickly and nobody would see the change of the seasons, the federal government would begin to notice the ever growing threat of the crime families in Chi-Town and their blatant disregard for common decency. The Police Department was going through changes as well and the crooked cops where being rounded up and locked away, though these cowards would start singing like song birds and tides had turned and for people like Holmes it was going to become a very dark day indeed.

By the early 1940 the streets had changed, the glory of their earlier days had passed and a new dawn had emerged. The police where no longer ignoring the bloody nature of the Crime Families and the street toughs had to worry about the blue wall suddenly; this is something they never had to face prior and a few bucks in the cops pocket meant get away with murder and now it would be another indictable offence they had to face. Washington became aware of Chicago and the nation was demanding something be done to slow the flowing blood in the streets.

For Wesley this would come when the police would storm his home in the Upper North Side and catch him while he slept in luxury covered opulence paid for in blood money; before he could reach for his pistol and try to evade the law he was surrounded and the cuffs slapped on. Wesley figured this was it and he was going to the electric chair, he was dragged out of his home and paraded before the media as another local Don had been arrested and the media would gobble up the story.

He was charged with extortion, tax invasion, arson, assault, battery and multiple counts of premeditated murder; this seemed like the end for Wesley as he was going to fry in the chair and all the kings men and all the kings horses would never be able to get him out of the jam he was in. Though Wesley was about to be given a second chance at redemption, Japan had attacked America and we were about to enter the Second World War; Wesley’s lawyers were able to strike a deal near the middle of his trial to forgo capital punishment or prison if he would sign up for the Army and volunteer for the War. The District Attorney agreed and felt that it was a win win, if Reid survived the war he would be a patriot and changed man, if he was killed justice would be served and so would begin a new chapter in Wesley Reid’s life as he signed the document and would be shipped off to basic training and prepared to fight for America on the Western Front against Germany.

According to his service records he was within Europe fighting from 1942 to 1945, having been wounded multiple times and even earning multiple awards and medals for heroism and bravery, it seemed that Wesley had found his true purpose and that was being a solider and eventual officer as he put his criminal past behind him and never looked back. With his future uncertain and only the war before him Holmes would have only the fighting to focus on, he was part of the 82nd Airborne and a Paratrooper so he was always the first to be deployed into the front and dropped behind enemy lines, the survival rate for a Paratrooper was very low and risk did not out way the reward as Holmes would find out numerous times. All his years on the street and he would be slashed, beaten but never shot and never gravely wounded as he was within the war and the multiple times he was within the thick of it he would pray to Jesus to save his worthless soul and to let him return to the states not in a box.

Being part of the 82nd he was engaged in many of the wars greatest conflicts and that would include the D-Day invasion as the rest of the military was storming the beaches of Normandy he would be jumping out of a plane behind the lines to fight the Germans directly and storm the countryside. Now Holmes criminal past would still haunt him even when he was fighting for God and Country against the Nazi’s as he would gather many war trophies to send home and now most where not all that legal but back than the rules of engagement didn’t truly specify and many veterans of the Second World War would send home questionable goods and supplies. Though his biggest haul would be when he would be part of the unit that stormed Eagles Nest to capture Adolf Hitler, they would find gold, silver, weapons, jewels, money and other luxury items that was free for the grabbing and as well a dead Hitler from a self inflicted gunshot wound.

After the Nazi’s surrendered in 1945 Holmes’s sentence had been completed and he was a free man, able to return to Chi-Town and begin a normal life, though for Wesley he felt that he needed to leave Chicago behind him and having befriended another within his unit Albert Schwartz who hailed from Detroit but was re-enlisting and being stationed within the Emerald City at Fort Lewis, Holmes would feel that his time as a solider was not done and he would as well once again put pen to paper and request to be stationed at Fort Lewis along with his blood brother Schwartz.

Bio: Well lets talk about Seven, and if I wasn’t already scared to report on the Professor I am now even more concerned for my life reporting anything on this man. If you thought the Professor was evil and twisted Seven makes him look like a choir boy. Seven was personally trained in all arts by the Professor and worked with the man from his humble beginnings. Seven is assumed to be a physical adept but he has some chrome so we cant be sure of his magical status and no one in the sixth world has lived to report back any information and shadow beat will not pay or any either they like living.

Seven started running the shadows in the late 2030’s about the same time as the Professor and this is how they became friends and allies, together they cleared out many go gangs, and have done some of the most notable runs to date, Seven was also involved on the Titanic operation and as well as the robbing of the only bank that shouldn’t be able to be robbed and thanks to the space control board and Sevens military connections he pulled off the heist of the century even better then Fables heist of Fort Knox, he robbed Zurich Orbital. Seven also assassinated an entire cell block at the Seattle Super Max just to see if he could, he then turned his attentions onto world leaders and corporate presidents. Seven is very lethal and extremely dangerous. He has broken into prisons to get targets who thought jail would keep them safe, he has penetrated the unpenetrable to make a kill and he even has a UCAS president and CAS president killed both same day same time while they were in peace talks.

Seven was not born in the UCAS as he hales from Whales and being from Great Briton he has a personal hatred for the Nog and he is the only man to date to assassinate the Elven High King while he sat on the throne and stole his crown, ring and sword. Seven has a list of bodies connected to him a mile long and this list keeps growing.

He like the other originals vanished and was later reported to have shown up inside the UCAS Marine Corps, reports indicate that he was pardoned by President Witmore, but this is just rumour. What we do know is Seven is a member of the Deaths Hand and is back to working with his long time friend the Professor so yes he left the shadows but he didn’t stop working, and I think that Seven will keep working and killing till his last dying breath and that won’t be any time soon. Seven has been given the control of the forces of Whales to aid in the England Invasion and now he is working with another friend of the Professor the Dictator. The only good thing about that for us is he is focused on a war and not on our soil. But Seven has vowed to make sure the Next Generation pays the price for their sins and not letting the New Breed take there place. Seven is quoted in saying “The winds of change, will blow no more.”

Well my readers this might be the time to start hoarding those old action figures and comics cause Seven is no joke and I fear for my hero’s lives. Only time will tell if he is more words then actions.
