Bio: Remember when I said that we should be fearful of the being that would be lurking in the shadows behind the Handler when Harvest brought the Death Bringer with him; well the Handler brings with him a man that is so wanted for crimes against humanity and multiple other war crimes that the only nation he is safe in is the Caribbean League and I wonder why……look at his handle. This man is worth more than the entire Deaths Hand combined and he is very proud of his bounty and how he he can stick his middle finger up at the nations authority and World Court that they will never collect this bounty seeing as the Necromancer is part of the Guild of Bounty Hunters and a member of the Brotherhood and has established himself as a true terror on the battlefield and throughout the world.

Yogi is not only a Jamestown by the blood that flows through his veins, he is as well a Yates and this is the scary part of the story and can explain allot about his raw magical power over death and raising the dead at will, he is also part of the Pilgrim bloodline how this works I am not sure; somewhere in his ancestry the bloodlines converged and created this murderous madman that not only relishes in his gift he fully embraces it and wields magic that has only been scene cast by Plymouth and Yogi does it with ease. His parents are unknown basically as to witch of the Yates elders planted the seed that would bring this terror to the world.

The Necromancer is like many legacy runners and that his power advanced at a startling rate and like Bilbo and Toad this man is not to be taken lightly, according to my contacts we have yet to see the true power of the Necromancer and it must be off the scale seeing that he was personally chosen by the Handler to be his shadow guard and the Jamestowns don’t do anything without a reason and they only want the best guarding their elders. This man has been scene slaughtering on battlefield and then raising them as the walking dead and using those now undead soldiers to butcher another field of war. Once he is done with an assignment he hands his horde of the dead over the Caribbean League to be added to their already impressive army of the damned. The Necromancer has personally studied under Governor Pilgrim and his wife Olivia in the dark forbidden arts as well the ways of Voodoo what his totem is unknown but one can bet that he follows the same ways of his master in the craft.

He has also worked side by side with many in the Ghost Division and has aided the Patriots in their numerous conflicts against the natives and UCAS (United Canadian American States) and used their own soldiers against them and once they of no use to him he just turns them into dust and waves his hand to let the four winds taken the dust of the dead away never to scene again. The Necromancer is one man that many are terrified of including Director Mitchell and the late General James O’Brian as nobody has found a way to deal with this monster yet and he has even been shot in the head by a UCAS sniper the bullet just flattened against his eye exposing a crystal not cyber and he just pointed behind him and like out of one of the old movies “Star Wars” he waved his hand and the sniper was pulled out of the nest and fell to his death. This man has been scene wielding a ancient long blade with ease and cutting down hundreds without breaking a sweat and at the same time he has assassinated people with his pistol that where surrounded by guards and behind vehicles as the bullet almost curved and directly targeted the victim and missed everyone else. This seems to be some sort of new technology the Jamestowns have developed seeing that many of their kin can do the same it’s been reported that the Godfather the Beast has been scene doing this as have other of the Jamestowns and those connected to them.
