 Bio: The Scourge. well this man’s handle makes you think he is yet another murderous bastard running around the streets of Seattle but in actuality he is one of the good guys. The Scourge is actually trying to make Seattle a better place for all who live here. This man is a vigilante and stalks the darkest shadows of the city looking for those who are in need of punishment and to bring street justice to the criminal scum. The Scourge tries to leave his targets alive so they are able to stand trial and be properly punished by the system, tough with all vigilantes have to be ready to take a life if needed and for Scourge he is more then willing to end a life if he deems it necessary. This has put him at odds on a number of occasions with Seattle Police Department and has led the Scourge to be both praised and hated by the officers of the law.

         This man is not a runner and he only operates as a street hunter of the guilty, he lurks the shadows capturing criminals and bringing to justice, though the Scourge does know better then to engage other runners if they are above his skill and talents. This man though can’t stand the exploitation of citizens and the week, this puts him at odds at times with some of the worst the city can offer. Those that choose to cross the line and break the law on his watch must start looking deep into the darkness for the Scourge might be lurking near.

       No one has ever been able to confirm his full potential and what is the Scourge’s driving force, this man has been a scourge to the criminal element in Seattle for generations as well he has been able to strike fear in the hearts those that reside within his territory. The Scourge may hunt throughout Seattle but his primary location is the Lynnwood district and for his efforts the Scourge has been able to keep the gangs and other undesirables out of the location through fear of this man’s actions. The Scourge has kept this district clear and he as well has helped bring down some of the most nefarious criminals within Seattle and bring them to justice, even though the Scourge has done a decent job at keeping the streets of the Lynnwood district clear of serious criminal activity and allowed the district to thrive. The Seattle Police Department still have an outstanding arrest warrant for this vigilante, he is wanted for murder and destruction of property. The Scourge does try to not kill and only subdue but accidents do happen and he has sent more then his fair share of criminals to the morgue.

      If you are a law breaker and reside or operate inside the Lynnwood district, I would seriously contemplate a career change, since even if you think you will never be caught by the police. You must worry about the shadows and look within the darkness for this is where the Scourge lurks and he see’s all. This man is judge, jury and executioner so when they say crime doesn’t pay, they mean it and the Scourge’s fee is one bill you never want to receive.

<<UPDATE 2/02/74: The street cleaner known as the Scourge has been recently reviled through old government records found in the abandoned office of Director Mitchell to be one of the dreaded Presidents Men that survived the Purge and went deep into hiding; he would reinvent himself here in Seattle as a vigilante and one that prefers to stay non lethal, now we know why he chooses to keep his victims alive. If bodies started piling up around this former government assassin questions would begin flying and his cover would be blown; well Scourge your cover has been blown thanks to the good old UCAS and their love for hard copy evidence and paper trails. This man who claims to be non lethal and one that prefers rehabilitation to murder has countless innocent lives under his belt and his hands are coated within gallons of blood. This is the one man that was able to not only avoid the Freedom Task Force for decades, he would send any government agent that came within 100 yards of his location to an early grave. Many of our beloved federal employees and military soldiers would loose their lives at the hands of the Scourge and his special brand of killing.

    Scourge plays the good guy card well and has countless followers and fans, including the Seattle Police Department that have reached out to the Scourge numerous times for assistance in capturing a known felon and even gave this man a sanctioned Bounty Hunters License to legally operate anywhere within North America. Though what they didn’t know was they were handing the keys to the city to a tried and true assassin on the level of the Director, Revenant, Watcher, and Hobgoblin this man is one of the original Presidents Men that has been living in seclusion and working as a legal Bounty Hunter and vigilante for decades; he was even able to fool the government and evade arrest numerous times. While many of the original Presidents Men where hunted to near extinction by Agent White and the Freedom Task Force, the Scourge has remained free to roam and continue his bloody legacy; all the while pretending to be the good guy capturing the criminals harming the citizens of Lynnwood.

    This killer has been in operation for years, has trained some of the best in the business, and has removed a vast majority of the Freedom Task Force while they where in training, he even went directly after Agent White and the Wellton family after they murdered his dear friend Alfred O’Bannon’s child. The Scourge personally murdered and erased many of the Wellton Family only missing four, before he would be forced deeper into hiding, he would be the man that would always make sure that Agent White failed in his further operations and has a bullet engraved with Agent Johnathan Whites name on it; we all know what thats for and he has one as well prepared for Director Mitchell. Scourge has a vendetta to complete and it’s only a matter of time before he would slip up and become known for what he truly is; this man is the reason many of those that survived the purge would live as he was hunting Agent White as Agent White was hunting his friends. As Scourge watched his friends fall one by one powerless to stop Agent White his anger would grow and so would his personal body count, sadly this man is a true cleaner and eraser so any trace of his targets and their linage have been eradicated from the history books as the scourge is the best in the business, their are no records on who trained this man and where he originally hails from, even his birth records have been doctored leaving us with far more questions than answers when it comes to the Scourge.

    It is a shame that yet another supposed hero of the streets is nothing more than a murderous bastard and one of the worst kind; he is an eraser and that means even his current occupation as a non lethal vigilante can be called into question seeing that the Scourge can make people and lineages vanish forever and become forgotten by the world. His trainer is unknown, but we know he has trained the likes of Ajax, Echo, Captain and Anchor as well as many of the new Presidents Men. He has personally worked alongside Enigma and Exile as well has stood face to face with the original Urban Strike Division and sent them packing killing many of General James O’Brians finest warriors; than erasing them from the history books forever. Scourge might pretend to be a good guy but this man is far from it and not only do we have the old documents from Director Mitchell’s office to verify his true occupation; we have video evidence from within the Capital Building of Philadelphia as further prof of the Scourges violent and brutal nature, this man was barley able to be caught on camera with how fast he was moving, only the glow of his twin blackened sword whirling through the air slicing anyone in two that came within his path. The Scourge would butcher the entire city government within mere minutes, during the Assassination of President Rutherford; the only people to survive the Scourge would be those that supported the Freedom Patriots and the Revolution. This man murdered hundreds faster than you can prepare a cup of soy coffee, and he did it with ease; the Scourge showed the skills of bullet deflection and other abilities that can only be considered spell like in nature, if it wasn’t for the Presidents Men’s signature Edwardian suit and tie we might still be left in the dark about his direct connection; though this combined with the paperwork and it is irrefutable that he is one of the original Presidents Men that not only survived but triumphed and kept the the tradition alive for all these years.

     While the others would go deep underground and attempt to recover and rebuild, the Scourge remained in the open just dropping the well pressed suits for the more casual attire of a street cleaner, ever wonder why Lynnwood’s crime rate was so low, gangland activity is unheard off and any serious criminal threat seems to vanish overnight; well it’s not the Krieghoffs it’s this man doing what he does best and cleaning the streets. Anything that Scourge considers a threat that enters Lynnwood is quickly dealt with and with the Krieghoffs more than willing to take claim for his work, and Scourge more than willing to allow them to take credit; his reputation stays clean and he stays off the radar of those that wish to arrest or kill the Scourge.

     He is a highly wanted man for his crimes and his membership within the Presidents Men, the World Court ha decreed that this order is to be considered a Terrorist Cell and each and every member are wanted for War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity; they have been placed on the same level as the Deaths Hand for their callous actions and their disregard for the laws of the land. Scourge is not to be considered a hero of the people but an enemy of the state, the Presidents Men and their allies conquered Philadelphia in a single night and assassinated the President with ease. The UCAS is fearful that if these men are allowed to continue to operate without resistance the nation will fall into the hands of the enemy, and with one of the last of Mitchell’s men known a Oak refusing to engage the Presidents Men after multiple failed attempts to kill Enigma, Sabretooth and Bueller he has gone rogue after murdering his older brother Ironwood and slipping away with his uncle Willow leaving Director Mitchell with only a fresh batch of Freedom Task Force members. The UCAS has declared that Oak and Willow are both traitors and to be considered enemies of the state as well, it seems that the return of the Presidents Men and their quick and decisive victory within Philadelphia has caused decent within the ranks of the UCAS and their special task force teams.

      Since the recent swearing in of President Lyndon Kingsbury those within the government loyal to the UCAS have gone into protective hiding and will no longer be working directly from the Capital Floor out of fear of their lives; these former sanctioned assassins are now back in power and have proven that they are a force to be reckoned with and with the Scourges combat prowess and Buellers unrelenting and unyielding nature this agency is back on top, we can assume that Echo is among this order as well and with little known about her besides she was personally trained by the Scourge this is one women that should be avoided at all costs. The Presidents Men are back, they wield technology of unknown nature, they move at speeds beyond the minds eye to rationalise and they are the masters of stealth and shadows; now they have their front line killer Bueller or better known as the Spartan; this unit has invoked the fear of every legal citizen of the UCAS, the Presidents Men are determined to destroy the UCAS and restore the Old America one city at a time, we must all stand united against this threat and show these relics of the past they are unwelcome and unwanted; we must stand with our government and our military in capturing these murderers and watch as one by one they are brought to the gallows to face their judgement day.>>
