 Bio: Well what we know about the master of enigma is that he once served as the hangman for all of Great Britain and eve after the courts did away with judicial hangings the Riddler continued his work finishing off those convicted before Parliament banned capital punishment for the second time. The Riddler is also a man that we know holds dual citizenship with America and the United Kingdom, as well is a true noble of England as he is the Earl of Jersey. The line between the Riddler and the law abiding Lord Harrison is a very fine one, and this man has been in operation within the shadows of Europe for many decades, the exact extent of his operations is unknown as he was just that good and remained concealed within the shadows and played a very dangerous cloak and dagger game with the law.

         The Riddler is highly intelligent man that holds multiple degrees all related to his favourite subject law, he is a bonded lawyer for that can practice both in England and America with a very impressive record of success making this former state executioner the man you want in your corner, though he prefers the prosecution end, this way he can continue his true passion and that is stringing people up. Martin is highly skilled in his chosen profession and with almost forty years of experience under his belt, hanging a convict is just routine for him; his skill and knowledge are so impressive that many current executioners have modelled their craft around the teachings of Lord Harrison as he has written many books on the subject and even helped design a curriculum for many of the academies world wide on how to properly hang a condemned and make death quick and flawless ,  for their is no one that has ever survived one of Martins hangings and he has a flawless record in that morbid business hundreds of snapped necks and no decapitations. Martin is so skilled as a hangman that they have come to call him Hang em’ High Martin as their is no one alive that has hung more people than he has and with his current occupation within the Steel Legion his total continues to increase and the legend of Hang ’em High Martin grows.

         Well for this man being a state sanctioned murderer was not enough and he needed to delve deeper into his passion of the law, he would go onto receive numerous degrees and even a doctorate in criminology from numerous prestigious universities in England, Scotland and America; though for the Riddler this was just an ends to a means as he would use this vast knowledge to further both his love of executions as well as further his sideline career of being a runner of the shadows. The Riddler is a man that has done some very nefarious and deadly operations, though again these are only speculation seeing that no one actually witnessed this man commit any actual crimes. Though it can be assumed that the Riddler was behind them do to bizarre nature of the crimes, the puzzles and traps left for the guards and occasional body left swinging from the rafters. Any witness only reports that a man entered the building and than the weirdness would begin, green smoke, flashing lights, and as they report almost as if the building itself was rebelling against the occupants.

         The Riddler earned his moniker for his fondness of riddles and puzzles and these he would love to trick the guards with, giving these men a chance to actually capture and figure out who was inside the building and where, though for the Riddler it was more just a game of cat and mouse and the guards never actually stood a chance to capture or prevent the Riddler for fulfilling his goal. Is this man a murderer well state sanctioned yes, but in his operations it’s unverified so be cautious with the Riddler; he might love the law, but this man is very unpredictable and to smart for his own damned good. He plays the card of innocence, and I am just a simple officer of the court but he far more dangerous than he lets on and this is all part of his deadly game of deception and misdirection; the Riddler has been in operation for decades if not longer and has never been caught or even really suspected for anything more serious than a traffic violation this man is a true Euro Runner and his legend speaks for itself.

        The Riddler has joined the Steel Legion as a Justiciar in order to continue his beloved passion of hanging the guilty on a more regular basis where do process does not apply and he doesn’t have to wait months or years to place the noose around someones neck, yes he has recently taken the offer to work for the government of England, Scotland and America as a sanctioned travelling executioner where he gets paid five thousand credits for every condemned that he strings up; so for Hang ’em High Martin business couldn’t be better and he has a full docket of dead men walking to bring to there final hour.

       This man is also a member of the Steel Legions Order of the Pale Moon and has been known to but heads with the Archbishop a number of times, yes he is a deeply religious man, but he doesn’t believe in religion absolute and as well the poor treatment of women as objects and not equals; this comes from him being world travelled and a single father of a very independent daughter. Martin is a widower and is very protective of his only daughter, nothing will enrage the Riddler more than someone trying to hurt his princess and this is one father you really don’t want on your bad side. He is a highly skilled physical magician and state sanctioned executioner, it only takes a few signatures to legally murder someone within the gallows and according to my sources the Riddler has ended a few of his princess boyfriends in this manner who hurt his daughter. So if you think the way to bring Lord Harrison down is to target his daughter, well I do hope your affairs are in order cause you will be taking a long drop with a short rope.

       This man has recently been appointed to serve as the Seattle’s District Attorney to oversee the entirety of the cities legal system and good luck voting out the Riddler during the next election, he is as dangerous as the Krieghoffs once he has his hooks into a political system and being a noble he is quite skilled in politics and public speaking this man can and has warp the minds of anyone to agree with his policies and not many within his own social structure are willing to debate Lord Harrison as he has a way to guarantee things go his way.

       Within the structure of the justiciars he is one of the top chiefs and do to this, many of the other senior and junior justiciars all look up to him and walk proudly within the court structure of the Riddler people like Dolphin, Barron Scott, Inquisitor, Parliament, and Lord Willow these men all serve the order but have accepted Lord Harrison as their superior including the Inquisitor who is actually above the Riddler within the order; this is how deep this mans political influence goes that even one of his bosses has sworn himself to a lesser. So with the Riddler here in Seattle you can bet that the amount of hangings will dramatically increase and with Dolphin sitting as one of his Executive Assistant District Attorneys the Riddlers hooks will be fully sunk in, he has already summoned the rest of his court to assist in cleaning up Seattle’s criminal back log.

       So in closing the Riddler is a very dangerous man masquerading as a law abiding citizen and has fooled everyone into believing the same about him, this is his game and this is his goal. Lord Harrison has spent a lifetime murdering, manipulating and robbing from the people he is supposed to protect, he uses the threat of death and physical harm to control and is praised for being a hero of the people and a pillar of the community. This man has been welcomed as a guest professor numerous times at many universities worldwide and has even been dully knighted by England’s Queen back before her death and the tragedy. Hopefully this article will bring an end to his deception and show the world just how dangerous the Riddler is and how a true runner from Europe can never be trusted, underestimated and allowed to work within America for they are far to dangerous.
