What’s known about Mahoney well besides the fact we don’t know his real name and only what the Ring and ADF call him…..ya this is a trend within the Ring and ADF and they are extremely tight lipped when it comes to their special agents. As a matter of fact the Ring and ADF are one of the few agencies that doesn’t have more leaks then a sinking ship and is full of song birds, yup getting anything from them beyond what they want you to know is impossible. According to Chief Redeye and Mayor Caprio they are transparent and open to questions, showing the world that they are beyond reproach, to that I call bull shit. The ADF and Ring wouldn’t be as tight lipped if they didn’t have something to hide, they wouldn’t be as tight lipped if they weren’t scared of something being discovered…the Ring and ADF are as transparent as a blackout curtain.

Mahoney here is one of their top special agents and works within both Santa Fe and Alexandria, and has been directly involved in many cases of problems going “Silent” my hunch is they are simply buried within the desert somewhere or have been feed feet first into a woodchipper. Anyone that believes the ADF And Ring are legitimate law enforcement…well I have a bridge I can sell you. For decades the Ring remained hidden and tucked away in the Southwest Trinity only to emerge during the Battle for the Baha and a few years later we learn about the ADF during the Alexandrian Conflict, wait for it…..they were already allies and have been working together. Transparency my ass, if either conflicts hadn’t happened we would not even know about either agency and now we are simply supposed to accept the Ring and ADF as NAA authorized and sanctioned federal law enforcement agencies and national defense orders.

If that’s the case then release the names of your agents and not just code names, not just the ones we already knew but all of them. Let the people know who they are and let the people decide if they are legit, seriously what do they have to hide? Now again with Mahoney here according to a few sources this little old man is fast and I mean stupidly fast on the draw and deadly accurate, he can shoot the wings of a fly at 100 yards with his revolver and fire 6 shots before you can blink…some say they actually never see the pistol leave the holster before the rapid bangs and it’s back in the leather. He is supposedly a nice gentleman to speak with, extremely friendly and professional and just loves to talk about the beautiful weather down in the Southwest but outside of that….well he is as tight lipped as everyone else within the Ring and ADF.

I really wish some of our contacts hadn’t gone missing a while back before the war, they were the only ones willing to dish information on the then exposed Santa Fe Ring and yet they said nothing about the ADF makes you wonder why? Without them telling us stories and encounters with the Ring we wouldn’t have learned as much as we know now and it’s doubtful we will learn anything further as the Ring and ADF have made damned sure that there Public Relations Departments are the only ones that speak to the press and their agents favorite line is “No Comment” or “It’s an open investigation, no comment at this time.” the one I love is when the push the press back with the line “Stay behind the line or you will be arrested.” and then still nothing but deafening silence from the Agents of the Ring and ADF.

Mahoney here is simply part of that machine and yet the Ring and ADF seem to be only armed with revolvers, hunting rifles, and shotguns yet they openly get into firefights with criminals using fully automatic weapons and come out on top. They are either hiding something or they are just bloody crazy and I am going to go with they are hiding something, the Ring and ADF are masters of deception and they want the world to believe they are backwards cowboys and not a premier fighting force…well from the footage from the engagement at Mercy General within the NCR well a handful of ADF and Ring members took on trained runner teams and members of the FTW Tribe and Frogger’s Youth and came out on top….fully automatic weapons, body armor, and vehicle grade weapons against pistols, rifles, shotguns, and one DAOD nemesis.

Tell me again how they came out victorious and not beaten to a pulp like your normal police department or federal alphabet soup division. With multiple engagements going on the ADF and Ring held the ground and managed to not only defeat the criminals they managed to prevent the primary target from escaping custody. Reports indicate that Special Agent Wilhuff Palpatine was stabbed in the shoulder by the suspect with a pen and still managed to subdue the suspect, ignite his presidents men sabre, and engage the incoming terrorists. According to witness statements Mahoney here was also in the Emergency Room with Palpatine and engaged a sabre and helped defend the staff, patients, and civilians…though while Palpatine remained in the ER Mahoney would end up outside where he really shined letting loose with his side arm and putting down the criminals one by one and allowing the Federal Marshals, FBI, and NCR Sherriff’s officers to reinforce the agents on the parking deck.

Now according to one of our contacts Father Bastion of the BOS this man is a courier and once secured the NCR Correctional Facility as the warden and wore the rank of NCR Sheriff before becoming the Chief of the NCR Rangers and commanded a division out of Camp McCarran…though this information is a bit suspect seeing I can’t verify it and can’t find a Camp McCarran inside the NCR let alone a NCR Correctional Faciality…doesn’t help that the NCR is brand new and the information our contact is giving us states this was over a period of many years if not decades. He states that Mahoney and Orson White traveled together and walked something called the “Couriers Mile” a few times to temporally clear out the carnivore problem alongside Maxwell Irving to seek something that ended up bringing down the BOS’s advancement into the west.

Now I am going to discount what Bastion has told me as I can’t verify it and it all seems like a wives tale, but otherwise Mahoney seems to be a legit danger and threat to anyone that isn’t part of the Ring or ADF. He might seem like a nice old man, but remember he is packing a large iron on his hip and basically in the backwards world we live in, revolvers are far more deadly and dangerous then automatic rifles…again WTF!! In my opinion the ADF and Ring are hiding something and it’s not that they are extremely dangerous, it’s that they want the world to believe they are inept, under equipped, and basically backwards this my readers is false. They are a bunch of desperadoes, gunfighters, cowboys, and scalp hunters that have been given a badge and let loose. They are trying to bring back the “Old West” and romanticize the “Good Old Days” of when the west was wild…they ride horses, wear cowboy hats, carry six shooters, and string people up. They fight the outlaws and claim to be the “Good Guys” and they only kill the bad ones, they claim to be law enforcement but in reality they are just hired guns with a pension for the “Old West”. Well they should simply keep their antics to the reenactments and cosplay tourist traps out west and leave law enforcement to the real local, county, regional, and federal authorities…..cause the ADF and Ring are not legit and they are not Law Enforcement, they are just one very large “Outlaw Gang” and that’s that!
